I am a regular customer of BATA from my childhood.
On 03 Oct. 2014, I brought a pair of Sandals: Model no: 571-5063 and Size:5; from Bata show room at Brook fields Coimbatore. It costs Rs349.00/-.
But unfortunately on 19 Oct. 2014; ie after 15 days the strap of the right-leg got detached.
Immediately I went to the same shop, where I brought this and informed; and showed them the acknowledge message for the card payment I had, on the day of purchase.
Then they asked for the bill.
I told, now I came for an outing and hence I don't have the bill and take this sandal and do the needful help.
They refused to take it without bill and told they will do a free service by replacing the entire strap and stitching a new one.
After 2 weeks I enquired about my sandals and they told, I will take one more week.
Finally, I got my sandals on 16 Nov. 2014.
They didn't replace the strap and the stitching was so poor and horrible.
Today it seems to be getting cut-out again.
I liked that model and hence I bought the same.
Kindly do the needful to replace the sandal and provide me a new pair.
I have my original bills with me.
