I purchased School Shoe from Bata India Ltd.Ist Ist Floor, Shop No.151-153, Mahagun Metro Mall, Sector-3, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, on[protected].vide Bill No.0069 for Rs.500/-.Next Day my child complained me that the said new shoe is defective, so on 26-10-14, I personally visited the showroom and requested the Cashier to exchange the shoe but he flatly refused to exchange the same & said that it will be informed as & when stock will come .As on today I have not received the call from Bata outlet.Really I am surprised the policy & behaviour towards customer from reputed concern like Bata Ltd.
Will the concerned Senior Personnel look into it and arrange to exchange the the defective shoe or Refund my money at earliest.
