On 12/11/10 I visited your Rattan park, delhi store.Seeking for the information thatthat mygftr voucher will be redeemed at this particular store. Store manager redeemed the voucher without my permission and misguided me on the same that voucher has not been redeemed.i logded complaint for the same aat customer care comp. No 308219 voucher no V[protected] and called several times and marked mail to helpdesk. Reply from bata is visit our bangalore store for more clarity. Without any purchase voucher was redeemed and it is FRAUD done by bata. I want my voucher as fresh.Strict action should be taken against such employee those who bring disgrace to the company. I will recommend my friends and family not to purchase anything from such store after my ridiculous experience and there is nobody to assist on the same.     I am a regular customer of BATA from my childhood. On 03 Oct. 2014, I brought a pair of Sandals: Model no: 571-5063 and Size:5; from Bata show room at Brook fields Coimbatore. It costs Rs349.00/-. But unfortunately on 19 Oct. 2014; ie after 15 days the strap of the right-leg got detached. Immediately I went to the same shop, where I brought this and informed; and showed them the acknowledge message for the card payment I had, on the day of purchase. Then they asked for the bill. I told, now I came for an outing and hence I don't have the bill and take this sandal and do the needful help. They refused to take it without bill and told they will do a free service by replacing the entire strap and stitching a new one. After 2 weeks I enquired about my sandals and they told, I will take one more week. Finally, I got my sandals on 16 Nov. 2014. They didn't replace the strap and the stitching was so poor and horrible. Today it seems to be getting cut-out again. I liked that model and hence I bought the same. Kindly do the needful to replace the sandal and provide me a new pair. I have my original bills with me. Regards An esteemed Bata customer for the last 30 years!

      I have purchased a nine no shoe, gents 15 day back frm east gorakh park, shahdara, kings footwear..near hanuman mandir...sole of the shoe got opened..we approached the shop..he got it pasted and returned it back.aftr 2 days the pasting also got opened..we again went to the shop reqstng to replace the shoe...shop keeper denied to replace it.i request u to plz replace my shoe or refund my money

        Hi!! This is to bring forth that the product quality provided was highly pathetic, leaving me no choice but to write this Complaint. I bought a Hand Bag Article# F[protected] Cash Memo# 17-08-14/1/0008 Marie Claire, and it got badly damaged in less then 2.5 month.It feels like increasing your line of products is doing no good to the consumers as the quality is degrading attracting bad name for the brand.I would seriously hope someone takes this matter seriously & attends this case on priority as I don't believe in doing unnecessary follow ups. The concern is genuine & I feel cheated, hope you won't prolong the matter & force me to approach Consumer forums/court & online blogs. Let me know when can I go to your store, as I want my Hand Bag to be replaced on PRIORITY/ Refund of amount PS: All the necessary information attached, Pictures of damaged Bag & the bill.           I ordered for a chappals on 20 Oct 14 vide order ID No 12042630. Payment was also made on the same date through internet banking. When I did not receive my product for 10 days. I called their customer service 30 Oct 2014, they gave me a complaint ID 300448 and promised my problem will be solved in 5 days. But 5 days passed nor my complaint solved nor any bata representative contacted me. Again I called the customer service on 05 Nov 14, they again gave me a complaint ID 303549 and again made a false promise that my problem will be solved in 5 days. But 6 days have passed nor my complaint solved nor any bata representative contacted me. Now it is understood that I will never receive my order. I just want my money back and nothing more. Purchase date 20 Jan 2014 5. Purchase done by the debit card Mrs Veena Chadha(My Mother). The statement is attached. The amount reflected in the statement at serial no 3. 6. The store from where I purchased was at ground floor in DLF place mall in Saket New Delhi. Now the store has shifted to first floor. Shop no 212-217. Address of store DLF Place Saket A4, Saket District Centre, Press Enclave Road, Saket, New Delhi, Delhi 110017 Bata showroom shop no 212-217 phone no :[protected] 7. The pics of shoe sole coming out is attached for your perusal. 8. Also I wish to inform that I am in army. We wear these pattern shoes under our uniform. That was the reason I purchased these shoes. The actual name of this shoe is 'Brogue Shoes'. Now I have only one pair which I thought will carry through atleast for 1.5 - 2 years minimum. Also I started wearing these shoes during the month of April (14 april to be exact). Now as the sole is out from side I cannot afford to buy another pair costing the same amount to wear till the time these are repaired/replaced. I have no alternative to wear. Please kindly direct teh company to courier me a new pair and I can deposit this faulty pair to nearest store/outlet as desired.

                      Hi, I have placed an order on Bata Online store for purchase of a chappals with Order ID 12042630 on 20th Oct 2014 and made an online payment using Netbanking on the same day. After payment I was promised that the product will be delivered within 7 Working Days. But, there was no response even after several inquiries regarding the order and finally during my last interaction with customer care officer on 30 October 2014, he launched a complaint ID 300448 and promised my problem will be resolved in coming 5 days but the problem has not been resolved yet.                         Hi, I purchased Sandals from Bata.in online shopping. The order number is 12042251 dated[protected]. After several follow ups and inquiries I came to know that the order is cancelled. Nothing has been informed until I call the customer care and inquire. Really poor service. When you can't deliver or inform about delivery why you go on-line. I did not get my money back as well. I registered several complaints by phone and email, but no response.                           Hi, I bought a pair of sandals worth Rs800 at the Bata showroom in Thoraipakkam, Chennai. The sandals were torn by the time I reached home from the shop in car(about 45mins). When I had called the shop they said they would exchange the pair. When I took it back to the shop, they said they cannot exchange it but can serice it. I gave it for service and it came back, tampered, dirtied and looking like an year old sandals. Now I suspect that they are selling fake products with Bata's brans name. Can someone from Bata India address this please? Thanks!!

                            I purchased one set of sandal CABELLA TR on[protected] vide bill no[protected]/[protected] from your Sadar Bazar Jhansi(UP) shop no-498. Apart from the cost of sandal Rs.799/-, Rs.1/- have been charged for poly bag . If you will not provide bag to put the item how the customer will carry it? Will the customer carry it in the hands without carry bag through out the way. I am not pleased with your such type of service and condem your marketing policy.                               Sir/ Madam On 19th June 2014, I purchased BATA leather brand Mocassino worth Rs 1999. It had a two month warranty. Within1 month the string that was holding the shoe started breaking and on 19th August 2014, I went to the Abids-Hyderabad store (Next to Big Bazaar), I asked them for replacement. They saw my bill and asked me to wait. They did not have a replacement of the same size. The bill has faded now and there is nothing but a blank strip I however left the store and got it stitched from a cobbler. The shoes are now in a bad state even though it has not rained much this year. I have my bank statement showing the date of purchase from the store in Bata. THIS IS THE SECOND PRODUCT WHICH HAS WORN OFF WITHIN A PERIOD OF 1 MONTH. Regretting the purchase Hadi Husain

                                I had ordered a pair of sandals from bata online shopping site on 20th september.I made a change of shipping address on 22nd september. It was shipped from their side only on 26th september. But it was delivered to my first address I gave initially.As I was not available there, the order had to be returned.But they had not delivered it to me to my new address even after a month. I had mailed and have complained over the phone over 15 times. Frustrated by this, I asked them to cancel the order. They said the order has been cancelled and I would be refunded with the amount. Even after 1 week I am yet to get my money. I am shocked to see a company like Bata providing such a shabby customer service.I want my money back. Even if I call them now, the standard response I get is my order is shipped and I will receive it soon. They deny that the order was ever cancelled. My order no is 12036997. I have attached a small subset of all complaints I have logged with bata over the past one month. I have also attached the order page. The page shows the order as shipped and it shows my old shipping address. I request you to act on this and get my money refunded.

                                  Hi, I have placed an order on Bata Online store for purchase of a Formal Shoe with Order ID 12042210 on 18th Oct 2014 and made an online payment using Netbanking on the same day. After payment I was promised that the product will be delivered within 7 Working Days. But, there was no response even after several inquiries regarding the order and finally during my last interaction with customer care officer on 31st October 2014, I was shocked to know that my Order was cancelled without my knowledge. I immediately requested the officer to escalate the call to his higher official while he launched a request for the same with ID 300999 and informed that I will be getting a call back in 30 Mins, which I haven''t received yet. Request you to kindly do the needful to get my product delivered. Thanks, Murugesh

                                    I am a regular customer of your company since last 10 years, i have purchased chappal by brand name Scholl for Rs. 1700/-, from Ganapat Galli Corner Khade Bazar Belgaum, Karnataka Vide Cash Memo No. 13-09-14/1/[protected] I feel regret to inform you that after wearing the chappal the right leg chappal is totally tight fitting when I approach the showroom they said we will make it. but they could not do it and said the chappal is side border...

                                    I purchased School Shoe from Bata India Ltd.Ist Ist Floor, Shop No.151-153, Mahagun Metro Mall, Sector-3, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, on[protected].vide Bill No.0069 for Rs.500/-.Next Day my child complained me that the said new shoe is defective, so on 26-10-14, I personally visited the showroom and requested the Cashier to exchange the shoe but he flatly refused to exchange the same & said that it will be informed as & when stock will come .As on today I have not received the call from Bata outlet.Really I am surprised the policy & behaviour towards customer from reputed concern like Bata Ltd. Will the concerned Senior Personnel look into it and arrange to exchange the the defective shoe or Refund my money at earliest.
