Dear Bata Service, i had purchased a pair of Dr scholl shoes vide invoice no. 14-10-14/1/[protected] dt 14/10/2014 from your Rohini Delhi outlet. yesterday one of shoes sole got separated. so, therefore i am registering here compalin and want replacement of the same. i live in kashipur that is 250 kms far from delhi. although a bata showroom is in kashipur but i had to move to Delhi to purchase that shoes as they didnt have the required size.     Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased Bata shoes TTN:[protected] at bata showroom code :01114 located at #14/14, 15/15, 8th cross, wilson garden, Bangalore-560027. Within a week shoes are ruined and shopkeeper is giving very bad response when I asking for exchange. I contacted customer service and raised complaint (Complaint Number:284965) against it, but I got very bad response from customer care. Later try to esculate higher level of bata customer care, but Customer.[protected]@bata.com itself is not working I requesting to bata company "Please dont try to cheat the customer " and now onwards I never go for Bata.       This is Soni, I have purchase 2 Bata sandal's, i really tell you that i have very bad experience, Bata sandal's are not good, I have purchased sandal's worth rupee 499 and another one of Rupee 250, Both of sandal's got ripped off within a month of purchase, when i have taken that sandals to shopkeeper from I have purchase they ment my sandal's from cobbler and said that company will not replace.

      I hate Bata Company and suggest not to purchase anything from Bata.

        i bought a shoe last day which costs 1600 rs from changanacherry, kerala. But it was not the correct size of mine. very next day itselves i went to the store for exchange and they say that they cannot do that. now it is of no use. i think Customer Care will consider the problem very soon.

          I am Neeraj Pandey from Delhi, Our ill luck started when my father stepped in Bata Footwear Show Room in Mahagun Mall Vaishali. As we went there in close by area so we decided to buy some footwear and hence my father stepped in and called me there. Bata was running some discount and everything was lucrative so I checked and bought 3 pairs total. 2 Pairs for my wife and 1 my father purchased for himself and we got back to home. It was done in evening and from evening to next morning my father used that slippers and realized that his finger of foot were injured due to this slipper not getting fit so he asked me to contact bata show room that morning. Now when I called him he didnt say what solution he is going to give us but he said please bring them here we will see, I said what is there to see in slippers ? will you use them or what but he was adamant and not listening to me so I said to my father to go there . after sometime I called my father and was told that he received that slippers and told my father that they will repair them so I got angry to listen to it and called that show room. Now, He said that he will get them repaired, I said why repair if our foot is injured then why would we again get the same slippers from you ? and who will be responsible if we again get hurt but he was not going to listen to us anymore, When I said that Ok if you again get them repaired I would like to get it in written that we will not be having any difficulties after wearing them but he was very rude to say that he would not give me any in written. I repent for buying sometime from bata store and I just searched it's customer care number who was very polite to receive my complaint and said that he would forward this complaint to the concerened person and it will be resolved in 7 days despite my telling him that my father will go back to hometwon in 2 days but he was very polite and said sir I cant help. After 7 days I received a letter from bata that because it was not any manufacturing defect they are not going to do anything . How sensible this is I spent some money purchased it from you and you said you are not going to change it despite knowing it that Online shopping sites change your product in 7 days. I have decided never to buy any Bata Product in my life. No matter how more I pay but there are many other brands that I will buy my footwear from and at the time I am buying this I will try to know what would happen if I feel uncomfortable.             I had purchased a quavadish sandle on 10, 02.14 from ARC Consumers Co-operative store who used to sale Bata products collecting the same from agents or so. The leather pasted found to be defective within one month of purchase and submitted to the ARC Consumers Co-operative store for repair/return. But till date neither the sandle is repaired nor they are giving satisfactory reply regarding the repair/return. If it takes seven months to repair a shoe then why we will go for BATA products.               Dear sirs, I have purchased one power shoe on 6th Sept., 2014, from lahurabir (varanasi) show room that is "BATA INDIA LTD.", C7/33 Lahurabir Senpura VARANASI . But within 24 hours, shoes are torn on Bottom side . its sole was detached. I visited the show room on 09.09.14 and submitted to repair the same as the counter man advised. Next day they called me to hand over the same. i did so. but the same was again left joints and unwalkable at all. The warrantty of that shoes is 2 months told by the salesman. I spent Rs.1049/-, so I wants to replacement with new set of pairs.                     I went to Bata Shop R mall Mulund (W) with my damaged sandles on 11.10.2014. Mr Anis, a polite and well spoken personality explained me the procedure. Accordingly, I lodged a complaint on Bata website. I received a reply on 16.10.2014. I went to Bata shop on same day with a copy of reply. I got the full free replacement of my sandles. I got very good service in the Bata shop as well as from Nitesh Ajmera, Customer Service Department, Bata India Ltd.

                      Hi! I am a regular customer of Bata shoes. I had bought a pair of bata shoes on 25th May 2014. It is defective pieces, which photos I have attached. Since two months they are lying with me in same position. I had been to the store for another purchase at Vadodara, and told them about it. As it had been more than two months of date of purchase, I am suppose to send the photo's with details of bill. I do not have bill but I have my credit card details.As per my statement it was purchased on 25th May 2014. I have full faith and trust in Bata, as I have a genuine complain.                         I purchased Power shoes in march from Trillium Mall Amritsar. But the shoe's sole has been cracked in 8 month now the shoes are not in such a condition to wear. Plz change the pair of shoes as soon as possible.

                            I purchased a pair of leather chappals from the Bata Store in Tilak Road, Abids, Hyderabad. In less than 6 months, the quality deteriorated; the leather on top came off and the soles got worn out. Now the leather chappals look as if they are 10 years old. So shabby! I thought Bata had a high reputation for quality, but I am badly disappointed with these chappals. I spoke to the Store Manager Irfan, and he told me the guarantee is only for 2 months. I was shocked. I told him that I have been using Bata products for over 40 years! But he spoke as if Bata cannot give a guarantee even for 6 months! What a shame! I went to the Store to buy chappals for Rs 450 (the standard quality, proven chappals), but the clever salesman got me to buy these new model chappals which cost Rs 950 or so. I have been cheated. I feel like telling everyone that Bata has cheated a long-time customer with a highly defective product. The last time I got cheated was in the big Bata Store in New Delhi, Connaught Place. The crooked salesman made me buy shoes which were too small for my feet. That loss I had forgotten; it happened 20 years ago. But these chappals were purchased over 6 months ago - and have proved to be a shame and mockery to the name of Bata. I hope Bata will help. With Store Managers like Irfan, I don't think so. But still I hope someone intelligent and caring will read this complaint and respond. I am sending you a photo of these notorious chappals for your viewing. Thank you!

                              I, Mr.Biswajit Chatterjee, Debangan Apt., 21/1 B.B.ROAD, DumDum, Kolkata-700079, contact no [protected] had purchased a shoe model no ADRIEN as on 8th August'2014 from BATA INDIA LIMITED, 1/A DAKSHINAYAN, BARASAT ROAD, SODEPUR, KOLKATA-700110 REF cash memo attached with this mail.
                              Keeping into mind the impression of BATA since my school days I visited the sodepur store to buy a shoe as mentioned. The following situation happened with me at the time of buying as on 08.08.2014 by cash and complaining at store after sale on 24.09.2014 :

                              Situation No.1: Sales person attended me to suggest this model which is made of leather and get replacement from any BATA store if any manufacturing defect. But the person who is standing on the cash counter rectified that if there is any manufacturing defect like sole is detached will replaced from same store only. Not possible from other store. This should not happened such kind of Brand. Even in front of customer the person treat his staff like wild animal. This is amazing!!!

                              I was little confused whether I came into the right store or not, as my past experience is something different. Still I bought the shoe.

                              Situation No.2: After using of one month and 16days I have a horrible experience which is never happened before with BATA product and it is more wonder while visit store to register the complain. No greeting, not bother to attend customer, even asking for registering complain. Skin of shoes comes out like happened in winter season with human being. while asking why it is happened with leather shoe, as it is never happened with earlier shoes since 42 years. The person named Mr.Bappa Saha(wearing uniform) is raising his voice and given an example that it may happened and compared with some other brand like TITAN ( if you buy a spectacle amounted Rs.7000 it may happened). I do not understand how can the person behave like this.

                              It is more wonder while I came to know that the product is not made of leather. The person, at cash counter react like " who said this, the shoe is made of leather" . I answered him the person who attend at the time of selling the shoe to me( I finger out the person, wearing uniform who attended me). Then the person said that the said person is new in system and do not know the product material (then how can a person attend the customer, who do not have product knowledge like BATA) no the shoe is not made of leather. The person standing on the cash counter may be Mr.Uttam Biswas as mentioned in cash memo, aggressively react and threat me "why are you asking his name, to whom you want to complain, then go there & resolve it"(APNI OR NAM JENE KI KORBEN, KAKE COMPLAIN KORBEN, JAN JEKHANE COMPLAIN KARAR KARUN R OKHAN THEKE COMPALIN SOLVE KORE NIN)( while asking the name of the person who is given the brand comparison).

                              After facing all the above situation I have decided that I never exchange my shoe against this manufacturing defect. For that asking the validity date to claim for replacement, the person(may be Uttam Biswas casual dress wear not in uniform) replied 10th october'2014.

                              Hence the conclusion is that I have been cheated from some unprofessional, disqualified persons under BATA BRAND.

                              I do not want any replacement against this cheating, please arrange for refund of my cash spent for buying the shoe. My intention is that to prove them not to underestimate & misbehave with the customer while you are working under the such kind world renowned brand, where this brand is globally create a benchmark. I hope my claim would be resolved at the earliest and no need to register complain at consumer forum.

                              I expect a positive reply at your end at the earliest.

                                Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to you ( BATA INDIA LIMITED) to voice my deep dissatisfaction with both the quality of goods materials and better services. My sister-in-Law purchased the pair of Brown thick- Ladies sandal from BATA SHOES STORE Branch, Byculla Bridge, Mirza Galib Marg, MUMBAI-400 008 and Mumbai head office Principal Place of Business, Elysium Mansion, Opp.Cusrow Baug, Causeway, Colaba, MUMBAI-400 001 Cash memo no. 79592 dated 14/08/2014 Article 661-6033 size no.4 and IRs.699+1=700 RS. Only, with a 6 month warranty. Unfortunately, neither quality nor comfort proved to be the case, even though I meticulously followed the instructions for use. But within 2 weeks color its fat and removing the less of sandals.. Then, in mid-trip, the sole stitching of the left both sandals came suddenly loose, causing the whole sandals to literally fall apart. Due to this accident my sister in law was contacted the respective shop immediately dated 29th August 2014; BATA SHOES STORE MUMBAI branch demanded a full refund or replace of sandals. But was absolutely appalled by the way. The shop assistant flatly refused to return the money, saying that the sandals were of different color than at the time of purchase – i.e. they were no longer pure Brown they could not be regarded as the same goods. At my insistence the shop manager was called in; however, he neither was willing to make a refund or replace and even remarked that I should not have bought climbing sands..Last 2 weeks my sister in law suffering the BATA SHOES STORE MUMBAI they told you are the complaint the customer service so I write to this e-mail, and send to reply cc to BATA SHOES STORE MUMBAI head office also bacilli branch. I realize that mistakes happen but in my sister in law case, the fault on the side of the producer was of great seriousness and, in addition to this, the behavior of the staff was inexcusable. I've long been a user of Bata’s products and up until now have always considered you to be an excellent organization. I have every faith therefore that you will do what you can to rectify this situation. I greatly appreciate your consideration and assistance with this request I look forward to your reply Thanks.                                   I have bought a pair of canvas shoe from BATA showroom, new market, Bhopal, in the month of august 2014, costing around 500 bucks. but within a month its stitching has opened and lace repets came off.i want it to be replaced but i lost the bill. But within 40 days shoes are torn on Bottom side . lather is not original. The warantty of that shoes is 3 months told by the salesman.                                       purchase date 22/5/2014, bata chincholi, malad west, mumbai 64, cash memo no 22-05-14/[protected]. this is 4 yrs kids sandal with light.one shoes light not working from first week one shoe. but did not complain because not big issue. But now the whole sole along with light has peeled as if no glue fixed.at shop thy are asking to send email as they do not replace after 2 months nor repair. i would remind you that all GOOD shoe are giving 6 MONTHS GURANTEE on goods shoes.Why are yoy different.In good old days you would give 12 months gurantee and of cource your shoes outlived its gurantee. Kindly arrange to replace the shoe for BATAS name sake. Rajesh

                                        I bought a bata chappal from bata show room chennai, omr, 45 days before... And I am extremely unsatisfied.. Its pasting got loose.. Even water started coming in the chappal and found leather removed from sole. I went to the nearest bata store. They told me to complaint online and get it replaced.. So please co operate any kindly replace with a good pair of chappal. I would really appreciate... Thanks mounika
