I am preetha from Chennai(Tamilnadu) . i have been using bata since my childhood. Last time i bought a pair of shoes- Scholls(Rs. 1,400) from Bata showroom located close to my area- annanagar (chintamani), on 2.10.2011..i hardly used it for a week and was surprised to see that the straps- welcro gave way and the stitches started coming out. i launched a complaint on 25.11.2011 as per the showroom managers advice (When i went to your showroom they ask me the bill but i missed the bill) to bata customer care(complaint no[protected] and the person who spoke to me said that i will get a reply in a weeks time but i did not receive any mail from bata customer care. so i called customer care on 3.12.11 to check what happened to the complaint i launched, the person who spoke to me said that the complaint was not registered so asked me to file another complaint, i did that (complaint no[protected]i have not yet received a reply from bata customer care. i never expected such a poor response from bata customer care, i keep calling regularly but every time they say give me 2 days, i v called them more than 25 times but still not got an answer for my problem, the shoes .Please solve my problem at the earliest .

Bata — REFUND OF MONEY
Dear Sir,I purchase female wear shoe from Bata India Ltd.Shop at M.I.Road, Jaipur.The invocie detail are as under:

Discriptin of Goods : 4081321 Size 4 Rs.599/- This product I purchased from the Bata Company and this product damaged under warrenty period. when I went to the shop to change the product than shop manager told me that we will not refund the money we can adjust this value with another product.
So after 2 month we purchased 1 more product from the same shop but they denied to adjust the value & still not give the replacement of the product & my money. They kept the product.
Kindly look & favour in to the above.
