Hi I have purchased one product of Bata from Amazon within 50 days i found issue in product it was returned to Bata India after long mail trail and chat since 2nd March i am following up with Bata for refund and everytime getting false commitment that i should get it in 2 to 3 working days 10 Working days surpassed

I have purchased a pair of shoes of Rs.1699 in cash from Bata, Indirapuram habitat centre, ghaziabad, 201014. on 19 Oct 2021. The bill amount was of Rs1499 but I paid the full Mrp in cash of Rs1699. A clear Rs200 scam at counter.

Then when I started using those shoes in December. After 15 days o[censored]se its upper layer leather started removing due to Its poor quality. That means they are openly selling poor quality products in...

I went to buy a product which stated 799 (inc. of all taxes) with manufacturing date of 09/21 and they told me it would cost you 852 rupees and said that government has increased the prices post January on all products.

I had recently purchased a pair of sandals (Purchase date 18th Dec, Delivery date 22nd Dec), the sandal turned out to be of worst quality, apparently the padded portion and heels have opened up and at edges the skin has wrinkled. This is very disappointing to see that a fresh pair of sandals not even 2 months old is peeled off from the heels (both the pair). I request for replacement with a fresh pair of sandals and definitely not repair or makeover, because spending double the money at Bata compared to a local store, I should be getting a better quality product.
I have reported the Bata Team via mail, but they are not ready to exchange. I have paid 1400 of this pair.

I bought bata sandals on 19th dec 21 and now ot is damaged, i went to shop from whre i bought but they are asking for hard copy of invoice, i do t have invoice like most people and there system having some issue so they are not able to get invoice online .
pls help to claim warranty and. get invoice online...

it is returned but their is nothing about refund . Lot of times connect with customer care but on solution wait some time . please solve this

I ordered a pair of shoes from Bata India Online Store on 13.01.2022. The product was delivered on 18.01.2022. After opening the package I noticed they delivered a wrong pair of shoes. I immediately contacted the customer care and they asked me to send picture of the wrong product via email which I did, then they arranged a pickup on 21.01.2022. The courier partner denied to accept the product due to the mismatch, I again immediately contacted the customer care and they assured me they will arrange another pickup within 7 days. Even after 7days I didn't anything from them. I contacted them and they told me to wait. Finally after calling them again and again they picked the product up on 02.02.2022 and assured me that the amount which I paid will be credited to my bank account within 4-5 days which didn't happen, After 5days I called them and they asked me to wait for 2days, after that whenever I call them they just ask me to wait for a few days, It's been 17days I haven't received my refund.

I received a coupon code from Bata just before my birthday on 7th Feb. Hence I logged in my account and try to place an order online on 7th Feb and tried to use the coupon code shared by Bata, however it didnt work hence I called the customer care and shared the screenshot over email to in-customer.[protected]@bata.com about the coupon not working. Customer care over phone told me to wait for 3 days to get it resolved.
I waited...

I had contacted bata before 1 month for the same complaint...there was so some issue with them not able to trace my location even though they could deliver the package.
They have give me a refence number and they say me it will happen in next 2, 3 days and it hasn't happend since a month now.
Please help me with this.i want to speak with higher auwith same complaint.
I will be greatful i[censored] solve this one.

I will never make the mistake of buying anything from Bata Online. I had the return shoe picked up by a courier and I still havent got a refund. It's been 30 days and everytime I call them, they tell me to wait for another 5-7 working days. Bata is completetly hassling people and mistreating its's customer and I will advise against buying from them. Horrible customer support, it takes 30 days to refund money??? Seriously guys. I paid 2000 for my mother's shoes and I still havent got any refund and they keep pushing the date. Absoultey horrible!

I am Bata share holder & have not received discount coupons for last two years.

I would like to inform you that I am Share Holder of bata shares having 10 shares. Normally 2 coupons are received every year in the month of august / sept. This year for 2020-21 these coupons are not received till today. Kindly send them asap. I purchased Bata Men Brown Sandals on 24 Dec 2021. Within 1 month the front surface of the product gets dislocated. Looks not good because of comprising from the product quality by the company.

I am shareholder of Bata india ltd. Since more than 15 years. Every year I use to receive two discount coupons entitling me to purchase two pair of footwear at 20% discount. This year i have not received these coupons till date. Please look into the matter and send me the discount coupons at the earliest.

I Have purchase a shoe from bata show room Kannur after purchasing with in three days some places the upper part it is comming out like gum is not fixed properly i think when I contacted today they are not at reasponding any ways past ten years me and my family and also my coussins is regularly using your brand but the attitude of your show staff is very rude. So my concern i[censored] rectify it or replace the concerned product

I bought Hush Puppies Sandals and year back and have not used them because of the lock down . Recently, I opened the box and sole is in bad shape and not in usable state.

I paid around 2500/- and bought the Sandals from Bata showroom Abids, Hyderabad, Telangana . I have been Bata customer throughout and this was the only bad experience till date.

I went to showroom but have not received proper response. Request your help to look into this issue for which I shall be obliged.

I had brought crocs from bata online store . There was size issue and I returned it. They took the product back but, never refunded my money.
I have called customer care multiple times from last 4 to 5 months they say everytime they will refund within 48 hrs, but never refunded.

Please find the recording with customer care . I have 4 to 5 such recording .

Return initiated and product picked up on 23rd January'22, but still refund amount NOT received.

I bought a pair of shoes it's price was 1699/-, then why should I pay for carry bag price to carry our products. It is your responsibility to give them free of cost carry bag or polythene bag.
In a different shop they provide us carry bag & polythene bag.
Inform me by call ([protected]) & email ([protected]@gmail.com) both method must be.
& Why you should not provide me?
