Dear Bata,
I am highly disappointed that you haven’t read my email properly. I have clearly mentioned that your store in charge committed me to change my shoes within years’ time if the sole breaks. This message was conveyed while I was purchasing, let me clear you that I am not lying just for an exchange, but this is a matter of misguide which has broken my trust on BATA. However, I leave my case on your decision whether you replace with the new or not.
Anyway, I have invested my enough time on explanation, Infact just now I spoke to customer care team member (Mr. Alvin), lets see what you do to retain your valuable customer.
Most importantly, I am appalled that BATA sole is torn apart within the 6 months’ time which clearly states that BATA product is no more near to the quality which it use to have earlier, its time for me to change my belief on BATA product which has deteriorate/ WORSE in quality now.
Bata India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
