I will never make the mistake of buying anything from Bata Online. I had the return shoe picked up by a courier and I still havent got a refund. It's been 30 days and everytime I call them, they tell me to wait for another 5-7 working days. Bata is completetly hassling people and mistreating its's customer and I will advise against buying from them. Horrible customer support, it takes 30 days to refund money??? Seriously guys. I paid 2000 for my mother's shoes and I still havent got any refund and they keep pushing the date. Absoultey horrible!

This year for 2020-21 these coupons are not received till today. Kindly send them asap.         I purchased Bata Men Brown Sandals on 24 Dec 2021. Within 1 month the front surface of the product gets dislocated. Looks not good because of comprising from the product quality by the company.

          I am shareholder of Bata india ltd. Since more than 15 years. Every year I use to receive two discount coupons entitling me to purchase two pair of footwear at 20% discount. This year i have not received these coupons till date. Please look into the matter and send me the discount coupons at the earliest.

            I Have purchase a shoe from bata show room Kannur after purchasing with in three days some places the upper part it is comming out like gum is not fixed properly i think when I contacted today they are not at reasponding any ways past ten years me and my family and also my coussins is regularly using your brand but the attitude of your show staff is very rude. So my concern i[censored] rectify it or replace the concerned product

              I bought Hush Puppies Sandals and year back and have not used them because of the lock down . Recently, I opened the box and sole is in bad shape and not in usable state.

              I paid around 2500/- and bought the Sandals from Bata showroom Abids, Hyderabad, Telangana . I have been Bata customer throughout and this was the only bad experience till date.

              I went to showroom but have not received proper response. Request your help to look into this issue for which I shall be obliged.

                I had brought crocs from bata online store . There was size issue and I returned it. They took the product back but, never refunded my money.
                I have called customer care multiple times from last 4 to 5 months they say everytime they will refund within 48 hrs, but never refunded.

                Please find the recording with customer care . I have 4 to 5 such recording .

                    I bought a pair of shoes it's price was 1699/-, then why should I pay for carry bag price to carry our products. It is your responsibility to give them free of cost carry bag or polythene bag.
                    In a different shop they provide us carry bag & polythene bag.

                      I purchased a pair of Naturalizer heels via Myntra . I was willing to spend INR 5000 on a pair of absolutely simple looking shoes just be because I was looking for something comfortable. I have worn these heels around 3-4 times in last 15 days and today I saw the entire leather from inside is peeling off. I was shocked, we customers pay for quality and it is terrible when these products start peeling off in 2-3 uses . I would like to return this sub standard product and have full refund

                          I purchase a Bata sports shoe, via online service of Bata India, on 09.01.22 but the delivered product was not the one i ordered. I immediately lodged a complain and shared pictures of the product as directed by them on 09.01.22.
                          The complain receiver assured me the product will be picked up within 2 to 3 working days and after wards refund will be initiated but till date, after several time calling the toll free number my product is not getting picked up.

                              I had purchased scholl sandals from a multi brand retail show showroom located at viviana mall in thane, mumbai, maharashtra in october 2021. It is not even 5 months, the edge rubber has come off ( broken in some areas) and the sole has come off. These sandals have not been used much as i hardly move out due to the covid situation and you can see from the attached pictures the top leather part is still looking new and good.I am really disappointed as i have paid around rs 3000 for this pair and cannot believe a reputed company and brand like bata / scholl can sell such a poor quality product.                                 I had bought a pair of floaters and Mocassino from Bata retail store in Dehradun where I live. Within 30 odd days one of the strap of the floaters got broken. Bata shop repaired it free of cost. Within a month both straps got broken while walking in Goa. I barely wore the floaters for 10 days! The sole of the Mocassino is coming off and is also broken! What do I do?

                                    Return not picked up yet. I got wring product which is of low cost and size color and model all are different which is cheap and useless. So put for return till now no one came to pick it. Please send and get it pickup today otherwise condition will be very serious see.

                                        Dear Bata,

                                        I am highly disappointed that you haven’t read my email properly. I have clearly mentioned that your store in charge committed me to change my shoes within years’ time if the sole breaks. This message was conveyed while I was purchasing, let me clear you that I am not lying just for an exchange, but this is a matter of misguide which has broken my trust on BATA. However, I leave my case on your decision whether you replace with the new or not.

                                        Anyway, I have invested my enough time on explanation, Infact just now I spoke to customer care team member (Mr. Alvin), lets see what you do to retain your valuable customer.

                                        Most importantly, I am appalled that BATA sole is torn apart within the 6 months’ time which clearly states that BATA product is no more near to the quality which it use to have earlier, its time for me to change my belief on BATA product which has deteriorate/ WORSE in quality now.
