This is with reference to Invoice no. CM[protected] dated 6/2/22.
I have purchased a footwear vide above Invoice no. on 6th Feb 2022 (copy of Invoice enclosed) from Shop no. 1/5/6 Shanti Nagar, Sector 1, Mira Road, Mumbai (authorized BATA showroom).

It has only 3 months back that the purchase has been done and the footwear has been damaged. It has cracks and has torn from the front and side. Had a very bad experience in this purchase.

Yesterday visited the showroom and requested them to replace the footwear as the purchase was only 3 months back. However, the showroom staff has refused to replace the footwear.

Attaching herewith pictures of footwear for your reference.

Request you to please look into this and replace the footwear, which shall enable me to have trust in the name of BATA for all my future purchases.

Looking forward for a favourable and positive response.

      Today I went to your store at Diamond Plaza, 68, Jessore Road, Kolkata 700055, Nagerbazar, to purchase a shoe... there one staff namely Manisha Prasad behave rudely with me as I was choosing shoes to buy she rudely said that you are only seeing the shoes and not buying it.. the shoe will fall on your head... please take necessary action against your staff..

        Purchased Bata women's Candy San Red Fashion Sandals -6UK From Amazon on 25th May 2022 which was delivered on 27th May 2022.

        Since the day one there was a noise from the sandal while walking, may be the glue used in the sandal is not good or this is a defective sandal and because of any open space in the sandal the air is going inside and making noise. Today I noticed the upper part of the sandal is coming out, the bottom sole came out directly, the reason is the bottom sole is poorly glued. This is not the expected quality from bata. May be Online Bata sell manufacturing defective products just to clear the stock.

          Please note yesterday I went to the Bata showroom at Viviana Mall and bought one pair of slippers for 600/- and one pair of rainy shoes for 500/-. The shoes were tied together, so I tried one and purchased it, and the slipper I word it from the show room itself. When I reached home to give it to my sister, I noticed one shoe was size 3 and the other was size 4. The same was not checked at the counter, and why are wrong sizes tied together. Moreover the sales girl was not bothered to help in finding what I wanted, she was busy on the mobile. Service at Vivian mall Bata showroom is pathetic. Please look into the matter. I have faced this problem before also with the sales person and the counter person also is not helpful at all.

            I had ordered pair of shoes online from Bata India, six months ago. Each time I call customer service representative they keep saying it will be initiated in 3-4 days, month passed no money has refunded till now.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              Please note my complaint "Sole got deformed after used of few days from highlighted area due to this during walking pain in toes & feet"

              I am very much disappointed with the purchase on dated 15-May-2022 of sport shoes Power new series XoRise+50 problem as above mentioned. Now these shoes are not useable to me. My Rs 4500/- gone waste by your poor quality product. I am middle class man and 4500/- loss means a huge to me.

                Hello,

                I have been a regular customer of Bata and always buy footwear for me and my family from Bata. I have never had a issue all these years but this

                I am sorry to say that the quality of your products has gone down the drain. I had recently purchased Scholl footwear worth 2499 and have just worn it for about 12 working days considering weekend offs for me. I understand your disclaimer claims that stone fashion can peel off in rough usage over a period of time but in 12 days that too without rough usage says a lot about how cheap your product is in reality. Please find attached the invoice and let me know what can be done about this issue.

                  Like most other Companies Bata too has not sent (2) 20% Discount Coupons to its shareholders for the past 2 years (Excluding the present year).

                  One could understand that the Pandemic was a valid reason. However, all such companies could make good the bad feeling in the minds of the Shareholders by sending the Coupons for all 3 years together. The Authorities could even devise a digital Coupon linking the Mobile no. & the Demat account & send the same on the shareholders Mobile phones.

                      I purchased a bata women's debra black toering flats from shop no 23-24, vishvasriya nagar, near triveni puliya, gopalpura bypass, Jaipur on[protected]
                      I was charged Rs 1299/- for that article which actually bears cost of Rs 1066/-.

                      Please look into the matter. Also, suggest how should I take it further cause as far as my knowledge of Bata purchases is concerned prices of products are uniform however discounts can be different.
                      This is a matter of charging more than MRP.
                      As a consumer it is my right to take it to consumer forum if you fail to resolve this.

                        I have bought footwear on yesterday in one of the Bata outlet, Chennai which are very wrost in quality of material. I used for less than a day, my two foots got wounded because of the new sandals. I am in strong belief that Bata will sell quality and comfortable footwear to the customers, but with this experience I lost it.

                        Its company responsibility to tell to Customers before they purchase any product about their bad effects, so that Customer can go any other product or he will not choose Bata for footwear.

                          Today 14th May 22 I went to shop for footwear at Bata Showroom Store Viviana Mall Thane West Maharashtra .

                          For product 'Oliver Toe' the desired color was not available so store person offered to order it online to which I had no reason to not agree and he took my mobile no ( with my permission ) and made an order record on Bata portal. I made payment and received a receipt... Attached File name '' Bill Invoice for Bata Product 'Oliver Toe' received from Bata Store Viviana Mall Thane_C

                          I continued with my shopping and shortlisted another product Power Sports Shoe and while discussing price and final amount to be paid I asked if any discount was available as I had purchased 2 products to which store billing counter brushed my request aside twice stating that since 1st order was online .. they are not obliged to give any discount and hence they billed the 2nd product separately vide Bill attached as file name ''Bill Invoice 'Power Sports Shoe' from Bata Store Viviana Mall Thane dtd 14th May 22_C' .

                          Later on I called up Bata call center and they refused any help stating its purely Store matter and nothing to do with Bata . I tried getting store on call with Bata customer support person in evening around 5-6pm but Store never took my call despite calling on both landline nos ( viz ending with 18 and 17 )

                          Bata was to provide me discount of 25% on lower price product of the 2 is 25% of Rs 1699.00 ie Rs 424.75

                          Following files are attached as evidence of purchase .

                              I went to a bata store on around 15-Nov-2021; I liked one product but the size was not available in the store. So the store representative helped me with an online order.
                              In few days I received the product, but the one that I received was a defected one. The size was different of both leg in the pair.
                              I raised the concern to customer care immediately after receiving it and they asked for some pictures for verification. I received it on 19-Nov-21 and same days this communication happened over phone. Over mail I shared the pictures of incorrect size of the article.

                              I don't recall the exact day when it was returned, but it was picked up from the provided return address somewhere around 30th-November-2021.

                              12th Dec 21 - I sent them an email asking status for refund. They told me it will take 5-7 days.
                              17th Jan 22 - Another follow up over email. Asked to wait for 4-5 working days but no result
                              24th Jan 22 - I called them
                              17th March - another follow up on email
                              22 March - another follow up on email
                              13th april - called their CC; This time i was not in polite mode and demanded to connect with their senior. The CCR (customer care representative) told me that i'll get a call from supervisor by the evening. But no one called (Jokes on me for taking to their words)
                              14th April - called CC again; demanded to connect with senior otherwise not letting go of the one. The CCR connected me with their (supposedly) senior. His name was Niranjan. He promised me to close it by Monday. I also work at a corporation so understand the challenges of length process; so considered it once again.
                              20th April - sent them a reminder that i've not received any update.

                              Post this I've tweeted to @Bata_india as well, but looks like they are also busy sleeping.

                              In summary - Bata has some decent product line; but looks like the internal communication / pipelines are more of babu-moshaye kind where people prefer to sleep than getting the work done.

                                description: Today I went to buy slippers for me to a nearby BATA store. At the time of billing they asked me to pay extra money as GST. It was mentioned on the price tag that MRP Rs.599 (Incl. of all taxes), then I asked them about why did they mentioned including all taxes, they said it does not include GST. How can that be? That is not correct. They should have mentioned clearly which taxes are included which are not. It is like fooling the customer. I want my money refund.

                                  i have ordered a shoes and due to size issue i have to return it.. But not able to return through Bata website, i called up callcentre they told me there is "Technical" issue.. please send a mail with product Pic. I send the mail then but not get any response from them in 3days, again called up Callcentre they said there is "Technical" issue so they have not able to generate pickup request.. They said they have requested for pick up offline. after 3days again post follow up call shoes got picked up and confirmation mail received. but till 7 days no response for refund..i called up again they said "Technical" issue..they will supposed to send payment link which i didnt get in 20days, i called up 18times to call centre but they are not able to send refund.. i asked them to exchange the shoe or give store credit but they refused ..shoes returned on 6th Apr'22 but refund not issues till date.. thousands of customers money they kept with them and earning through illegal practices.

                                    I bought this product recently. tried it in the store offline. it was okay. when I wore it today in office, it peeled my entire back of the ankle and I cannot walk properly. is this the service and comfort that Bata is promising to the consumers.
