I ordered one footwear from bata dated on 31/12/2021 Order ID - BW[protected] and Suborder ID - BW[protected] . After that I returned it but till today I have not received the refund amount .

    I ordered a pair of sandals from bata on 21 March 2022 and returned them as they were not comfortable. It's more than 20 days that the product has been picked up from my place and they have still not refunded the amount .Everytime I call their customer service they give absurd reasons eg. Financial team facing some issue, server slowed down, will initiate your refund in 2 days. All and all this is my worst online shopping experience, regret shopping from Bata .

      A black shoe was purchased by me online on 23.11.2021 from Bata shoe store CODE 03656. The detail of the shoe is as under .
      1.EAN NO -[protected].
      2.Article No -FROLIC.
      3.Quantity -1
      4.Order Amount 1299/-
      5.Date of Purchase 23.11.2021.
      The sole of the above shoe got broken from many places it is pealing off, I am unable to wear the shoe ny more .It is a matter of great concern to me that the shoe purchased by me from such a company which has its name for quality since century than how the sole of my shoe got bad in 4-5 month time .I hope to be favoured withan early reply .

        I ordered a pair of shoes but I received wrong product so I returned it. It's been 5 months they picked up wrong product and I am still contacting customer care but they reply me the same that the Payulink will be generated soon still I don't get any. I returned the product in January and this is April till now I haven't got a penny from them.. So I request that they should get arrested for fraud case or any action should be taken..

          I am a senior citizen.

          I am a small share holder of Bata India for over 10 years.

          NSDL Demat Account No IN[protected]

          Every year, I used to receive a shareholder DISCOUNT coupon which BATA used to provide me a discount of 20 percent.

          In 2020 as well as in 2021, I have not received BATA shareholder coupons.

          My brother is also a shareholder and he tells me that he has received his coupons electronically during the last 2 years.. BUT, I have not received mine.

          Please look into.

            Bata india is a fraud company that's been cheating with a lot of customers. I ordered a pair of shoes and then after i returned it due to i was not satisfied with the product.. So it's been 4 months and i am still contacting customer care but they reply me the same that the Payulink will be generated soon still i don't get any. I returned the product in January and this is April till now i haven't got a penny from them.. So i request that they should get arrested for fraud case or any action should be taken..

              Hi Team,
              I am a regular customer of bata.

              Today when I visited Bata Malviya Nagar, the staff was rude. Secondly, why Bata is charging for a bag? Even a fruit vendor can afford to give a free bag, isn't it funny????

                I bought Bata Leather shoes some months back but did not use it much. On Monday 11th April 2022, I used it for the first time. Shockingly the Leather on the shoe started pulling off on the same day. This was not expected from a reputed brand like Bata.
                Unfortunately I don't have the purchase details to show at the moment.

                  Ref order no [protected] and the complaints ref no 225764, the product was order on line after payment for Rs 1499 was made on the 11 March 22. the product was not delivered after multiple calls to the customer care and after cancelling the order no refund has been given inspite of multiple calls again to customer care representatives who have been misleading and giving false promises to sorting the issue.
                  it's been over a month now and would need a closure to this issue with them

                    Bata Store Sector-18 Noida, manager Mr. Dayal Singh misbehaved with us throwing defected shoe over the floor which we purchased 3-4 days back. He literally his staff to return the money in desperation and categorically told us "nahin bechanee hamein tumhe apne shoes. paisee pakdo aur niklo." when we confronted him of his mis-behaviour with his seniors he said go ahead.

                    This is an absolute too much...

                      Today I went to bata shop at sealdah in kolkata. I bought school shoe and I had pay 750₹ by online mode. The payment was successfull but the salesman denied and replied that there are no payment had received to shop. This amount was debit from my account but the salesman was not given my product and behaved rudely. I have bank statement .

                        Today I bought a footwear from bata which is of the mrp 499 rupees. But the store charges me 532 in the name of gst even though the mrp is already including all the charges. I want my extra money by bata or I'm filing this in consumer forum.

                            I am shareholder of bata india ltd. Sinc more than 25 years. Every year i receive two discount coupons entitling me to purchase two pair of footwear at 20% discount. This year i have not received these coupons till date. Please let me know if bata india ltd. Has stopped sending such coupons to shareholders from this year.                               We purchased a ladies chappal from BATA STORE, in Kamla Nagar Delhi. on 13th March 2022. Payment was done in the store, but due to un-availability of size, chappal was delivered online. But we found the pair of chappal delivered was of different shades.

                              We lodged a complaint with BATA customer care on 17th March 2022. complaint No.222061, since, then we are looking forward for the solution of our complaint, but getting no response from BATA.

                                  I am writing to you to raise an issue that I have experienced was: I bought sandals worth Rupees 1499 and I was charged 6 rupees for paper bag. Though its not a big amount but point is can't the company afford to give a paper bag as a complimentary.
