I had bought a pair of floaters and Mocassino from Bata retail store in Dehradun where I live. Within 30 odd days one of the strap of the floaters got broken. Bata shop repaired it free of cost. Within a month both straps got broken while walking in Goa. I barely wore the floaters for 10 days! The sole of the Mocassino is coming off and is also broken! What do I do?

Return not picked up yet. I got wring product which is of low cost and size color and model all are different which is cheap and useless. So put for return till now no one came to pick it. Please send and get it pickup today otherwise condition will be very serious see.
Delivered 2 weeks ago still no one picked it up.

I am highly disappointed that you haven’t read my email properly. I have clearly mentioned that your store in charge committed me to change my shoes within years’ time if the sole breaks. This message was conveyed while I was purchasing, let me clear you that I am not lying just for an exchange, but this is a matter of misguide which has broken my trust on BATA. However, I leave my case on your decision whether you replace with the new or not.

Anyway, I have invested my enough time on explanation, Infact just now I spoke to customer care team member (Mr. Alvin), lets see what you do to retain your valuable customer.

Most importantly, I am appalled that BATA sole is torn apart within the 6 months’ time which clearly states that BATA product is no more near to the quality which it use to have earlier, its time for me to change my belief on BATA product which has deteriorate/ WORSE in quality now.

I have purchased a boat rockerz 333 Bluetooth earphone . But it is not properly working of voice disturbance, voice breaking, and sometimes voice not comes in earphone plug . It is 1 year guarantee product and I have buy it approx 4 month ago. Kindly replace it . I hope you are understanding my problem .

I am writing this to put forward an issue that I have faced recently with my order refund from a very highly unprofessional company named Bata India Limited, who have been keeping me in transit for the last few weeks regarding a simple order refund.

I am deeply disappointed with the management and customer service executive as they are giving standard replies to wait whenever I ask them for my refund status.

I am facing this kind of situation in my online shopping journey for the very first time.

I am hopeless about my refund now from this fraud company Bata India Limited and urging you all to be careful with your online orders from this fraudulent company in the future.

One month back i bought bata remo sandels from a shop with in 15 days side gum pasting was lost and bottom soft cloth also geting smelled and come out with my legs .We are very dissopointed with the quality of your goods .Even 300 cheppal was far better tahn your cheppal

On your website Same product showing price of Rs 1399.30 with 30% discount.

Why there is difference in price ???

I ordered online Hush Puppy 2 shoe pair vide order ref# 8549903 blue Mens Shoes BW[protected] and 8549962 blue Mens Shoes BW[protected] respectively on 15th Dec which have been DLVD on 16th Dec. As one pair order ref# 8549962 blue Mens Shoes BW[protected] did not fit well, so have put returned request thru mail (Ref# 168563). But despite sending images couple of times, nobody is acknowledged from your end.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that my family holds 2 (Two) folios in respect of equity share holdings as under:

1) Hosdurg Pundalika Kamath - [protected]

2) Nethravathy G Kamath - [protected]

Annually, after the closure of the Company' business, we used to get altogether 4 discount coupons (2 coupons for each folio). However, this time we got only 2 discount coupons from 1 folio referred above.

Generally, during festive season we used to purchase premier products of BATA for my family members of four through these discount coupons. This year I have redeemed the 2 discount coupons already received. Till date I have not received any email regarding the discount coupon for the other folio of the share holding from Bata India

I request you to look into the matter and expedite the same, at the earliest.

All previous occasions we used to get hard copy of the coupons in separate envelops quoting the name of the shareholder and folio number.

Since 16 nov I am receiving a standard response from their team - both on telephone and on emails. Not sure How much time does it take to process a simple refund ? A very inefficient approach from the customer service team and an incompetent delivery of services by Logix Noida showroom due to which I have been tolerating this mess for a over a month now.

How do I get the shareholdrer discount coupon for 21-22?

On 16th September, 21, they issued me a Credit Note / voucher number which I can utilise for my future purchases. And it was written in the email that the voucher is valid from 60 days from the date of issue. If we do the math, the 60th day comes to 15/11/2021.

On 14/11/2021, I tried utilizing the same and it showed me that the voucher is already expired. I quickly sent screenshots of the expiry error to their customer service email ID and called them up on same day that look this is the issue. One lady named Kusum picked up the call and acknowledged the issue and promised that the voucher would be revalidated within 2 working days. more than 15 days gone by, I again called the customer care on 01/12/2021, this time the customer care guy (Vishal, for first call) and (Sagar for second call) said they can't do anything and voucher can't be extended.

When I asked the reason behind it, they kept on singing the sorry song with no valid reason. I asked them to email whatever reason they are quoting and i got their below email reply:

"Dear Pankaj,

Good Evening!

We would like to inform you that the Bata Gift vouchers are valid only for limited time from the date of issue.

We regret that the validity cannot be further extended.

Thanking you and looking forward for your continued patronage with Bata.

Please note your complaint reference number 42306 for any future correspondence."

This is a clear case of fraud by Bata India.

Would appreciate if someone can guide me how to approach the consumer court. I will waste my time but I won't spare them!

I Am Rahul I ordered Boat 335 Bluetooth wireless headphones on 07.08.2021, I used 1 month suddenly it works stop and I got replacement on Boat service center since the Rockerz 335 smartbuds is temporarily discontinued due to production challenges they are upgraded to rockerz 385 V2 .This product also used 1 month and it works stop same situation so I am disappointed because the product doesn't work properly, the service wasn't performed correctly, I hand over 385 v boat rockerz to boat service center at secunderabad jade arcade, still no update received from service center
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.

Feed up with the website. They claim 3 days delivery and in 3 days they are not able to ship the order . Delivery is the next thing.
