Since 16 nov I am receiving a standard response from their team - both on telephone and on emails. Not sure How much time does it take to process a simple refund ? A very inefficient approach from the customer service team and an incompetent delivery of services by Logix Noida showroom due to which I have been tolerating this mess for a over a month now.

How do I get the shareholdrer discount coupon for 21-22?

On 16th September, 21, they issued me a Credit Note / voucher number which I can utilise for my future purchases. And it was written in the email that the voucher is valid from 60 days from the date of issue. If we do the math, the 60th day comes to 15/11/2021.

On 14/11/2021, I tried utilizing the same and it showed me that the voucher is already expired. I quickly sent screenshots of the expiry error to their customer service email ID and called them up on same day that look this is the issue. One lady named Kusum picked up the call and acknowledged the issue and promised that the voucher would be revalidated within 2 working days. more than 15 days gone by, I again called the customer care on 01/12/2021, this time the customer care guy (Vishal, for first call) and (Sagar for second call) said they can't do anything and voucher can't be extended.

When I asked the reason behind it, they kept on singing the sorry song with no valid reason. I asked them to email whatever reason they are quoting and i got their below email reply:

"Dear Pankaj,

Good Evening!

We would like to inform you that the Bata Gift vouchers are valid only for limited time from the date of issue.

We regret that the validity cannot be further extended.

Thanking you and looking forward for your continued patronage with Bata.

Please note your complaint reference number 42306 for any future correspondence."

This is a clear case of fraud by Bata India.

Would appreciate if someone can guide me how to approach the consumer court. I will waste my time but I won't spare them!

I Am Rahul I ordered Boat 335 Bluetooth wireless headphones on 07.08.2021, I used 1 month suddenly it works stop and I got replacement on Boat service center since the Rockerz 335 smartbuds is temporarily discontinued due to production challenges they are upgraded to rockerz 385 V2 .This product also used 1 month and it works stop same situation so I am disappointed because the product doesn't work properly, the service wasn't performed correctly, I hand over 385 v boat rockerz to boat service center at secunderabad jade arcade, still no update received from service center
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.

I orderd the boat earphones on 26th November 2021. Still my product is not yet shipped and no update is their on website. Can't getting the option to cancel the order .

Feed up with the website. They claim 3 days delivery and in 3 days they are not able to ship the order . Delivery is the next thing.

I am shareholder of bata india Ltd. Every year i receive two discount coupons entitling me to purchase two pair of footwear at 20% discount. This year i have not received these coupons till date. Please let me know if bata india ltd. Has stopped sending such coupons to shareholders from this year. If not then please look into the matter and send me the discount coupons. Hi, I have purchased Hush Puppies slippers in August 2021. The item couriered was very old stock and the sole came off in a day. I requested for return and the item was promptly picked up in couple of days. However the refund is not yet processed even after 3 months. Inspite of repeated phone calls and mails - no one is acting on it

I purchased shoe on 30th october 2021 in bata chennai anna salai branch and we used it only once and the bottom sole came out directly, the reason is the bottom sole is poorly glued without any reinforcement.

I visited them for replacement and the store manager said they don't have stock and the new stock will arrive after one week, i said refund our cash because you have given me poor quality of shoes.
Now they...

I had ordered "power blue running shoes for men" on 31st october, 2021.
They were delivered on 5th November, 2021.I tried them on and because of size issue asked for a return on 6th November.
The pickup for return was arranged for 10th Nov, the personnel came but refused to take back the product citing the reason that it has been used which is not the case at all since I haven't used it at all because of size issue.

Since then, I have made 2-3 calls to bata customer care regarding the return, but there has been no response from their end apart from the automated mails. The order ID and suborder ID are as follows.

My father is a shareholder of bata shares since ages and every year we received bata 20percent discount coupons, but this year we have not received it yet, kindly look into the matter

I returned a pair of ladies shoes and one pair of gents sandals (Hush Puppies)due to size issues on September 10 August, 2021. I was given a credit note. When I requested for a refund, I have not received my refund to date.

I have returned bata shoes before its warranty period for repairing the damage .. its been 2 weeks I haven’t get any updates regarding it. I really need the shoes urgently.. The showroom manager had told that they would contact within 5 days.., still no information..

I Ruchi Goyal shopped of Rs, 6295/- on 11/6/2021 (invoice date) bearing invoice no: CM[protected] from BATA - F-16, VIJAY CHOWK, LAXMI NAGAR VIKAS MARG, NEW DELHI. One pair of shoe biting my leg’s back side every time when I wear it & it is very uncomfortable for walk also. When I purchased it from your store your employees says that it is very comfortable but actually it is very bad. Yesterday on 15/10/2021 when I went your store & I told your manager regarding this product he said he can’t do anything he has no power in own hands, he is helpless etc. I purchased many times from Bata store but it is the first time that I am fed up this product. It is very costly product of rs. 1499/ so I request to you kindly change my product or refund my money as soon as possible. I want solve this matter.

I had ordered a slipper from bata india on 5 sep
They cancelled my order on 10 sep without asking me and even they do not inform me about it
I called them then they said these things
They promised to refund my 499 amout in 4 to 5 working days but still now 27 oct they didn't refund my amount
Between s sep to 27 oct i called them several times and they always promised to refund my amount in 4 to 5 or 2 to 3 working days but they refunded my amount

I understand now you have started sening e- coupon, insead od Physical coupon as earlier.

Please clrify and if so please send e-coupon for this year.

I have purchased the ortho comfit slippers not even a month back & confirmation come on my ph no [protected]. I am sorry to say the sole has started opening though I hardly used that to inside house & didn’t touch a drop of water. Appolo company has also came out with this product but I purposely went to Bata your company who is dealing only with shoes but this is the outcome. My known person got it from Appolo & it’s perfect near to an year.
