    I brought these shoes and i worn it too often. But suddenly these side material started falling off and the soul starter ripping of on it own. These are expansive shoes. Love them and cannot afford to buy the new one, coz of quality and standards. My request, is there any way Bata or Hush Puppies can repair these shoes.

      Order# BW[BW[protected]] returned on 4nd Sept but the refund is not yet processed even after multiple followups.
      I have been following up with Bata team from 2 months and they just ask to wait for 3-4 days every time.

      Attached these mails still they are not responding properly
      Irrelevant excuses (server down each time)

        Hello,

        I have visited the store in Balajinagar pune 411043 on Sunday, I Bought a sandals which has price tag of 499 but billed 805 and the lady at store promised me to send the e bill which i never got on my mobile. Please look into this issue and send me proper bill to my no. [protected] otherwise please do refund my money back, I did not expect this from Bata, it was never happened before with me.

          Wrong parcel was picked up by Delhivery's delivery executive on behalf of Bata on August18, 2021. Instead of picking up the Bata parcel the executive took another parcel which was supposed to be returned to Amazon without verification which was later realised. I consider this as very irresponsible behaviour from a well reputed company like Bata and its delivery partner Delhivery by its delivery agents.

          I expect the parcel which was incorrectly picked up to be returned back to me.

          Had also raised a complaint for the same with Bata bearing complaint number: 95204, where Bata doesn't seem to have provided any solution.

            I purchased a belly from Malad showroom fo Bata and my old belly I asked them to keep it and I will pick it up in 3-4 days. They agreed to that and kept that old belly without informing me about there discard policy. When I went there today to collect my old belly the person there without making me understand or by without saying sorry rudely said that they had discarded that and that is there policy to discard things. I told them they should inform me as they have my number with them but he was very rudely said that they have the policy and they can't do anything. I didn't debate much with that arrogant person but this make you loose your trust in the product you are purchasing since your childhood. That old belly was not free of cost and being a middle class we think 1000 times to purchase a product. If that was informed me earlier about the policy I didn't kept that belly there. It is a loss of 1000 bucks for me

                I have been the customer of Bata since very long. But I am losing faith not only in the product quality but also customer care. I purchased products worth Rs 5000 at your Karkhana store, Secunderabad on 2/10/21 with one item of Rs 600 to be delivered at home in 2-3 days. But a wrong item (color) was delivered at home on 10/12/2021 after 8 days of placing order. Then I tried to call Mr Sharath, the cashier of the store. He has not taken call nor called me back. When I called customer care, they expressed regret as usual and promised to arrange for pick up in 2-3 days advising me to send the images of the product. I did the same immediately on the same day. I wrote a reminder mail also a few days back asking the status of pick up. But there was no reply till date.
                On 14th, I applied leave and travelled all the way to your Karkhana Store (20km from my residence) and expressed my displeasure at Mr Sharath who didn't pick up the call that day, for delivery of wrong item and not having pick up till then. He says he would be busy at the counter and may not take calls. He has no regrets of what happened and his behaviour was very rude. He along with another person (may be manager, tall person) were advising me to calm down instead of saying sorry for what happened. Mr Sharath says its not his fault and asked me to contact the persons who did not respond to my mail and the one who sent me wrong product. When I said you all belong to same Bata family and whoever makes a mistake needs to be owned as an organization, he talked very rash with me. I too agree that when I went to the store, I expressed displeasure as it caused lot of inconvenience to me wasting my time and also in the process, mental agony. When I told that I would complain to higherups, he was advising me to do whatever I can.
                Its very simple here. When the fault grossly lies with Bata, it has to be apologetic than being rash. This shouldn't be the work culture in the reputed organization. Henceforth, I decided not to purchase any product of Bata as I have number of other options.

                  Iam purchased two footware products from bata trivandrum, kerala.Invoice no cm[protected]mob [protected])
                  07/10/2021.One hush puppies with 50%(4499 inr) discount and another one bata comfit 30%(899 inr).Day of second use the entire soul remove from footware and another use comfit the first day use after rexin removes from straps .The company replacement policy regarding of discount products only replacement of same product, iam not intrested to take the discounted products coz not the life of one week.So replace the another quility products or refunds.Please find attached photos of pathatic bata discount products.The policy of discount products not for consumer, i dont want same products of replacement so please take the action asap. I am already record the videos of customer feedback for the awarness for innocent people.

                    Order No. BW[protected] for 2 pairs of shoe was placed online on 18th Sep 2021. Confirmation on order dispatch was received on 20th Se 2021.

                    The cheaper pair of shoe (INR 499) was received on 25th September while the other pair (INR 2499) is yet to be delivered. Further, multiple follow up through email and phone has resulted in a standard response that it will be sorted in 4-5 days but no action has been taken

                          Shareholders Discount Coupon not received

                          I am having DP Id : 12028100, client id: [protected] with Pragya Securities Pvt. Ltd. Since 2020 I have not been receiving the shareholders discount coupons from Bata India . I thought as it was lockdown last year and hence they must have been misplaced but this year (2021) too I have not received the shareholder’s discount coupons.                             I had order 2 pair of bellies on 12Jan 2021 and one on 10th Jan, all of which were returned subsequently. I got the refund of both grey pair in January itself. However, the black one was returned on 1st of May. I have been following up twice a week since then but haven't got the refund yet. Please find the details below:

                            This is the best worst experience from bata as I am not getting the refund and not even a concrete response from customer service team.

                              I have ordered a pair of chappal through bata online store (Order number - BW[protected]) on 08-Sep-2021, but due to wrong size I have cancelled the order after 2 hours and placed a new order, on cancellation of order I received a confirmation email from Bata saying I'll get my refunds within 6-7 days to same mode of payment(credit card), but now even after 20 days I'm still waiting for my refund for the same.
                              I contacted several times to BATA customer care, and every time they asked me to wait for 2-3 days but now It's more than 20 days, It's very frustrating to wait for such a long time an to make follow up for refund on a cancelled order, it was not expected from such a brand BATA.

                                  I have purchased a new Bata footwear from Bata showroom in Annanagar for Rs. 1699.00 on 21 / 02 / 2021.
                                  Due to the Corona pandemic, I was not able to go anywhere. On 28/6/2021 as the shops were open, I went to a dress showroom - Instore where I was just standing and purchasing the clothes, I felt very uneasy and my legs were in pain. I was shocked to see my footwear, the sole was fully damaged and it was coming out. The whole place where I was standing was full of white powder. It was so embarrassing in the shop. I have not even walked much - I went to the Instore shop by Car and walked from the parking lot to the shop.

                                  I would like to state that after purchasing the new footwear from Bata I had kept it in my house and did not use it. For the last two month Corona pandemic was very high in our area so we were not able to move out of the house, so the new footwear with the box I safely kept in my house in the same way how it was kept in the showroom.
                                  I feel that I have been cheated by the Bata Company by providing me with old or damaged stock of footwear. Bata has sold me the old and damaged stock, which got horribly teared off in one use.

                                  So I wrote a requesting mail to Bata Company informing them about the whole incidence and requested them to replace the damaged footwear with the new one of same cost.
                                  They were so rude they just ignored by saying "The concern raised by you in this product is due to serrated use and cannot be replaced”.
                                  I want justice as I trusted blindly Bata Company and purchased a footwear of Rs. 1700/- and was not able to use once also.

                                      I bought 2 pair of shoes, one of rs.1499, other rs.999, both shoes size was not fitting so i returned both shoes on 28aug 2021. They processed refund as credit note, so I mailed them by bank account details, as told by customer care to refund my money back to my account on 28 aug only. From 28 aug till date i have talked to customer care 4 times and everytime they are saying we will refund in 3-4 days. Till date i have not got any refund.
                                      Kindly help me getting my money(1499+999=2498/-) back.

                                      Its been 6 days I last called and got mail that in 2 days they will refund. Still no refund and no response. What a fool they are making of customers. Wish i had read the reviews about this fraud company earlier and didn't buy from their website. Never thought company like bata can go down to this level to dupe customers money.

                                      Called again on 3rd oct. They are giving same answers will refund in 2 days.No refund. And when i was talking/yelling at them the lady was muting the call. Literally they are fooling the customers and looting their money. And sadly i am one of them.
