Bought a leather shoe which was at 50% discount at Bata showroom kanchipuram on 09-July-2021.
I used it for a function today not even a hour. its such a bad quality the whole sole was breaking down.
this is one of the worst experience I ever had with bata.

it was my mistake that i took a disounted product but still it cannot breakdown in a day.

i need a justice with a replacement/refund or i will buy some other shoe which is good for that value.

I bought a slipper from bata showroom in ghaziabad on 30th April costing ₹800 it's been only two months and the slipper is spoiled the pasting from the corner started coming out the print of the slipper started coming out it looks like the slipper is more than a year old. A slipper of ₹100 is far better then this slipper.didn't expected this from bata hoping for a positive response from bata for reference I have added pictures of slipper

I have paid Rs.539 for purchasing your product via google pay through the CCAVENUE payment gateway on[protected].

Amount got debited from my account and it is not showing like the order is placed.

I have bought women sneakers for rupees 533 at bata online website on 8th july 2021. I made the payment through google pay & money also got debited from my account. But in my order section of bata Ecommerce site it still Shows OUP waiting for gateway response. Kindly take action

Product ordered - Rs. 1999 (Hush Puppies).
Product delivered - Rs. 110 (Some Monex brand used chappal - Amount written on the chappal itself).
And this product was ordered from https://www.bata.in/.
Don't know if I will ever recommend anyone buying anything from bata.

Sir/ Madam, Today I visit of your Tollygunge charu Market outlet for purchase of one shoes, after the I purchased of product your sales staff delivery shoes size 7 when I was want to size 8 and your staff say that display shoes size 8 please can you change, when I say I don't want display samples shoes I want new one of your stock but your responsible staff give me by force display sample and misbehave with me .

I bought a footwear from Bata stores located at Sahakarnagar, Bengaluru on 25th June 21. The tax invoice no. of my purchased foot wear is CM[protected]. Having my own GSTIN number, I wanted the store to add my GSTIN to the invoice to enable me take the GST credit. The store was unable to add my GST no to the generated tax invoice and informed that their billing system has no means to incorporate customer GST no.
Today I called customer service to enquire why the store is unable to add the GSTIN number of the customer. Even the customer service representative was unable to answer my question and thereafter upon my insistence to receive an explanation, the representative took my mail id, invoice no. and GST number and informed that Bata will respond to my complaint.
I am very surprised that Bata while charging GST on its merchandise has no mechanism to incorporate the GSTIN of buyer. I will appreciate that Bata resolves this issue by adding my GSTIN to the generated tax invoice

This is just one week I have started wearing the wedges, its Zip at top opening after few steps. It’s a manufacturing defect. It’s a big brand with such a high value how can they give defected product like this.

I need this is to be fixed or refunded ?

I brought a pair of pumps this week and wore it today to work. Got such bad shoe bites on both my foot that I couldn't walk properly or do any activity through the day.

Not taken back my return order as the wrong size delivered so raises a return but still no one comes to pick up the product for return.

I have ordered footwear from bata website. Amount of Rs 3531.03 got deducted for the order. But the order status is "OUP Waiting For Gateway Response state" still there is no change in the status. Could you please check on this either deliver the product or refund the amount.

I have purchased hush puppies chappal from Amazon, but while walking some fuss sound coming which is very annoying..please help me with solution

I placed an order on26th May 2021 and the payment was made through online via phonepe(₹1696.47). But I could see my order as OUP writing for gateway response.

The shoes are very hard in material. Not comfortable to wear. And the insole is not sticked. want to return the shoes.
