I m Avinash Kanojia, I have purchased a pair of shoes 19/02/2021 from your showroom at hall bazaar near congress bhawan amritsar. The leather from the tip of my shoes ids getting disposed. I had given warranty of 3 months, after two months the leather is ripping off.
I would like to request you to either replace my shoes or return my money back.

3 weeks back I had bought a pair of shoes from nearby Bata Showroom for my morning walk after trying it at the time of purchase. On the first day itself despite wearing socks my ankles started paining. In order to walk back home I had to buy and put bandages on my ankles. On reaching home I found my ankles were badly bruised. I complained at the showroom where they asked me to keep the shoes there and let them see what they can do to solve the issue. But till date nothing has been done. It took more than 10 days for my bruises to heel.It is a shame on a reputed company like Bata to make its customer stranded in a such a way. I regret my purchase. Hope Bata company will come forward and solve the issue.

Just bought a bag worth ₹2999/-, from bata showroom in Vijaya Forum Mall, 20 days ago. Now, I found that, the upper layer of the bag is peeling off. I did not expect that the quality of bata product will be this worse. I am Bata product user. I always buy bags, shoes and sandals from Bata. But now, I am very much disappointed with the quality of Bata product, which could worn out, not even in a month. I am kindly requesting for a refund for the bag.

Poor quality in bata shoes

I have Ordered ( Receipt No- MR[protected] Order No- AI[protected] a all session Men shoe from Naihati Bata Store. I have made full payment whatever they asked from me.

But after 2 days I have received a message from Bata, That the product have highly demand that is why they can't deliver me the product.

When I have refuse to take the refund and also refuse to give the NEFT Details. They have forcefully initiate the refund.

Today(16/04/2021) I have called to the bata customer care and was shocked to here some new words, that the ordered product have quality issue, just for that they can npt deliver me the product.

I can not understand if you guys don't have that product then why you take that order from me? And if I has paid the total amount then why would I take my money back?

I am very much disappointed with this behavior. Bata is a very old company and renowned also. Then why they are behaving like this. I will never recommend Bata to anyone..

I need to know can I get refund for defective product of Bata sandals within 2 days

Being a Bata Shoe consumer from 1994, first time I have been cheated by a Retailer by selling a BATA REMO MODEL with Size:8 . It is a defective piece and giving sound at bottom sole while waling on floor. Very particularly on a granite/ tiled floors in Corporate offices. Purchased in a Bata Retailer MODERN FOOTWEAR in Karur, Tamilnadu, where you are not having authorised dealer. Immediately I went and asked about the defect. But the shop keeper not turned up and not accepted on the defective piece. Being an user of shoe, I know the pain while walking along with my colleagues in office indoors. The sole is of rubber and giving sound when we use a sandack shoes while in a rainy time. Your company can understand my complaint.

I've ordered BOAT Airdopes 441 - Wireless Earbuds in www.boat-lifestyle.com website for rs.1999/- with order number # 276451 and made payment through razor pay portal.

As per the delivery policy i should get the order within 7-10 business days and the tracking number details should be sent to me once the product dispatched from warehouse. Till now i haven't received my product and tracking details. I've sent many mails mentioning my issue to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com and received no response from the team. I was sold a Bata Power shoes sl.no 859-9029 dated 18.06.2020. But a single shoe got damaged. What can i do?

We had purchased the Dr scholl footwear in the month of jan end I found them not at all comfortable as claimed by the brand Dr scholl .My heel pains when dr scholl footwear is worn for more than 30min please let me know what do I do ?? .How do I return these footwears back???

I got sms regarding 20% discount if you buy a product before 14th March. On 7th March I purchased a footwear from Bata showroom in City centre, Mangalore, but didnot get the said discount.

I bought sandals worth 1999 for inr 999 from Bata online store in Nov 20 and noticed they appeared to be seconds product and not first quality. So I asked them for a refund and i[censored] can actually beleive it I have sent them like fifty emails and hundred phone calls and they keep saying they will refund me and they picked back the article about a month ago but no refund despite numerous follow ups with them.

Also their online store never works for credit card orders and u always have to pay via cashnon delivery and it is so frustrating that they have not resolved this problem even over the last three years.

Bata is not running a good enough show and they need to revamp and reinvent themselves.

This is bring to your notice that my wife is regular customer for the scholl chappals and recently she brought a scholl brand chappal
(HSN CODE NO [protected] GEO THONG SIZE Y6) from your MG Road Kochi branch.

But very much regretted to mention here that the product seems have some complaint as her left leg always found slipping from the middle portion of the chappal, which I hope due difference in the narrowing of the heal and its shaping with the right leg one and hence she found difficulty and could not walk speedily.

Well, Bata is a name that spells quality for me, a name that's confidence and a name that's been known for its quality and durability for long. At least since childhood if there's a brand that's always been there with me and my parents that's Bata. Every durga puja the shopping wouldn't be complete if the footwear shopping has not been done from bata. But with great disappointment I had to write this that I have purchased a footwear for my dad from main road, Ranchi branch of Bata dated 19th Nov, 2020 for Rs.999 and within 4 months the chappal just broke.
Bata products would go year after year without any damages but now the quality is degrading to an extent that a bata footwear worth Rs.1000 is getting broken within 3-4 months? Is this how a bata customer supposed to experience?
Also the chappal is not used much considering the covid situation my father being a senior citizen didn't go out much, hardly used 3-4 times and condition is what you see in the images I have attached.

I am not sure if the shop is selling expired footwear or Bata has degraded it's quality to this extent. I would definitely want Bata team to look into the concern and do the needful by either replacing the footwear or refunding the amount as I understand Bata would definitely not harass a senior citizen for the trust I have with this brand n service.
