I have ordered for Grey Ballerinas For Women Order ID[protected] on Dec 24. Return request was placed around 28th and since then every time I call the Customer care, I receive the update as please give us 2 days or 3 days. Till date no pick has been arranged and all I have received is lot of apologies which I don't know what to do. Below are the ticket number raised (which was shared by the Customer service rep) not sure if these are right ones.

I had order one loafers from Bata on 5th March 2020 and company delivered wrong product which I returned and then I shared my bank details which they said is wrong and then I shared cancelled cheque photo on 29th November but still I haven't got my refund amount. I have called customer care for almost 50 times and every time they say that I will get my money in 48hours but still I haven't got it. It's been 10 Months that company has not given me money back and no one is answering in an appropriate way.

I ordered Bata shoe pair, the size is small, I have been following up with customer care from last 3 weeks to return them. I have shared all images, and other required details, but it is not picked up yet
Every time I call, they say it will get picked up today but no action yet
I am 65 years old, and it is such a harassment for a senior citizen

Every year I receive coupes from you but this year till today I have not received the same.
You are requested to send me at the earliest.

The bata store near Nizampet village, hyderabad has bad customer service, they have no respect towards the customers including the store manager himself. Please take provided action towards it.

Ordered a pair of pink women sport shoes and it was delivered so late and also it was defective. The product was picked up on 4th of December and till now my refund is not initiated. Every now and then I have to contact the customercare and they can't give satisfactory redolution

Purchased shoes fro Ghittorni the slipon shoes from it had 70% off on the brand.
Unfortunately the left size foot is not comfortable and causing pain in the knee.
Buying Bata product and complaining about it does not go with the brand.

Maybe the shoes are a defected one and hence the problem.

Its really disappointing with Bata service. its not giving good service and no care for customers..I have ordered a sandal, but what get is totally different product. I had ordered on 14/10/2020, and i returned on 20/10/2020. But after calling nearly 10 times and taking follow up on mail 10 times, i am every time getting assurance for payment refund..till date 29/12/2020

Dear Sir, I have purchased a shoe (Power) for my grandson from Bata showroom at Akshardham Metro station in Delhi on[protected].
The portions of the sole are ripping off the shoe at some places.
I went to the showroom today to show the shoe and complain, but the showroom is closed down. the staff there informed me that the Bata Company is closing down this showroom at Akshardham metro station. they also told me to go to some other bata showroom.

I do not have the purchase invoice as I was not give a paper copy. they SMSed me the invoice to my mobile phone number ([protected]).
I had accidently deleted the message.
I could not retrieve it from the your "last purchase option" as that day, same time I made two sets of purchases. After buying the shoes I bought another pair of shoes for my wife in separate bill and that bill shows up in response.

Kindly help me How can I (a) procure copy of invoice and (b) get a replacement for the defected shoes. I am attaching picture of the shoe.

I am raising the complaint again against Bata India, because my pervious complaint not resolved.

I had received call once from Bata India customer support month back. but no solution given yet.

My complaint about Bata 8314976 BROWN Mens Shoes which i have bought 2 month earlier, the Shoes which i have bought was defective piece as such that the lower part of Shoes comes out from the Shoes.
The store refused to replace it.

I am not satisfied with your product. So, I raised for return request but, The Return request and Refund is not initiated yet. So, kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

I purchase 2 set shoes in vijayapur Bata showroom online home delivery.on06/12/2020.and the delivery date is within 7days from the order booked date.but the shoes are not delivered till today.so deliver shoes as possible as earlier.

We placed 2 orders in the same, got three footwears delivered, one had size issue, so returned it and 3 more footwear from the order we have not received. I called the customer care they say it is in transit. How long does it takes to deliver the product it has been more than 2 months.

Need quick response for the same.

I ordered pair of sandal on 9/11/2020 But what I receive on 11/12/2020 was completely different product. I rised a request for return same day. It's been a month am calling daily and following up by mail.
Still no one contacted me for reverse pick up. Never expected such pathetic service from brand Bata.

I was provided with a credit note but unable to use it due to technical problem then I was provided with a Gift card which is was shown wrong. Then customer service center said that i was refund in my bank account. Which was not completed from last one month. My registered no is [protected] . Please help me.

Yesterday visited the Bata showroom Gandhi Nagar, Adyar, after purchase the chappal billed and made payment, The bill not issued by Mr.D.Jaikumar, he said to me issued the bill. After searched in my hand bags no bills. Then he took from dustbin with the squeezed bill of my and giving to me.
Due to customer are in que i kept quite and return to home.
Now i brought to your kind notice he behavior to me is very bad and treated to me is unhappy
