Compalined on 25 nov...
After using the sandals bought on 16 nov 2020, the polish applied on the sandals has made my feet bad and then the color on the sandals ..where the feet rest has faded.
Attached invice as well as the photo of the sandals
Next couse of action should ensure BATA values my money spent .
Received email from BATA on 25 nov 2020, asked to show communication at store and get the issue sorted
On 26 nov 2020 visited BATA store and encountered below situation
This is very disgusting behavior from the BATA store.
The store manager is not available and after pretending as if they know how to Read the email, the store staff asks me to get the complaint number from BATA customer care. When i said that it is present in the email and as per the email, showing this communication would be enough to take action against my concern, they deny it.
I am surprised by the behavior of the staff. They also say that i can go to any social media and post about BATA and they dont care about it. Asked then to record itvon video and give it.There was no response from them.I have given my mobile number to the staff and anticipating call from the only one store manager on the planet
I am surprised with the brands concern for the customer from the ground level.
Bata India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
