My product status showing delivered but Product status showing delivered since 3 months please resolve my issue my ticket id is 1949287

I would like to inform you that I am the holder of bata shares having 2 shares. Normally 2 coupons are received every year in the month of august / sept. This year for 2020 these coupons are not received till today. Shares are in the names RAHUL RAMESH PARIKH.Folio.No.[protected] NO.OF SHARES 2

On 9th february 2021 a product of mine which i had returned due to its poor quality being sub-order 50969202 was picked up successfully. Later on the same date I had called the bata customer care number to inform them of the balance to get refunded into my account, for which they have issued a ticket ID for the same which was 6519. Till date the procedure which was suggested by the customer care has not taken place. I had called more than 5 times and asked their assistance but very sad to inform that till date I didn't receive the amount. I have even mailed them. It has almost been a month and moreover the credit note they have provide is showing invalid as I tried to use it, I have all the evidence against their false promises

I had purchased one BATA fisherman sandal worth Rs 799 on 7/2/2021 throgh myntra. The product damaged (teared) within 1 day o[censored]sage. I requested replacement to myntra but it did not replaced due to product used and tag not available. Now Iam unable to use the product.I request BATA to repair my product.

The rubber sole of my Bata shoe pair crumpled while walking on road. The top part of the shoe is of leather and is in excellent condition. I used the shoe very rarely since bought from Bata Show room located at Surat L V Sawani Road in 2018. The shoe was quite costly when purchased. I want replacement or repair of the shoe.

I have purchased a Hush Puppies black formal shoes for men (product code F[protected]FF) on 28/02/21 at 22:10. Rs 3149 have been deducted from my account . Order no[protected], order id/sub order no[protected] and order no[protected], order id/sub order no[protected] whose current status are showing " OUP waiting for gateway response " . I am not able to understand that my order been placed or not .

I have placed order today and paid through online payment method. after payment i recevied message that amount 1244/- is detected from my account but in the bata website it is reflected that OUP Waiting For Gateway Response. Also status also can not be cancelled. no cancellation option is there.

On january 31st i ordered a shoe and i had to return them due to size issue. I got shoe on 5 th february and immdediately i planned for return due to size issue. After continuous phone calls and followups and mails it took me 15 days for the pick up guy to pick my shoe. No customer service executive is clear with information. And today is 27 i havenot received my money back and they are simply saying 48 hrs from more than 7 days. Hell with the service useless bata..

I buy brand new hushpuppies sandle from Bata India.. Only one time wear.. Sole is literally broken.. Disgusting... When I took back for complain... Bata India charge me 600 rupees for repair... What kind of brand and service they provide...

My self raised the complaint in M/s Bata India on 08 Oct'20 under product manufacturing warranty period after purchase. Since 8 Oct 20 - M/s Bata India reverse pick up the product and not received any confirmation related to product refund or return status .
After 30 days consistent follow up since Dec'20 to customer care executive over Email as well as customer care executive but respond not received. In month of Jan'21 - email copy to M/s Bata India - CEO Mr. Sandeep K ( Email id -sandeep.[protected]@bata.com ) Customer executive team provided M/s Bata Gift voucher over email communication. I asked related to product status - not confirmed yet /even not shared the customer return policy by M/s Bata CEO -Mr.Sandeep. K and Head customer service- Mr.Nitesh A ( Email id -nitesh.[protected]@bata.com). If company provided me the gift voucher after 155 days - then it's not use for me because my self already purchased new product from other brand - can't wait this much time . i needs some support from consumer forum side related to some reputed brand purchased product .

I had placed an order for a pair of shoes from Bata Store in Bangalore for size 9 and on 10th Jan 2021 shoes were delivered to me with 2 different sizes.

From 11th Jan 2021, I am following up with these guys for the same and on 20th Jan 2021 they had arranged a return pick up and I was informed that amount paid by me will be refunded and it's more than a month now still its not be been done.

I received my sandals today. The leather of my sandal is detached the inside material is visible which is looking very bad

After using 3days my shoes has been torned.
Want to replacement my product.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a BATA power kito shoe from BATA baguiati branch on 13 Feb 2021 of Rs.982.47 after discount of Rs. 316.53 on that product they offered me 15 percent discount. After purchase found that it was a defective product so came down to BATA baguiati branch on 14feb 2021 to exchange the same.on the exchange they asked for additional Rs. 316.53 which they have discounted at the time of sold the product. I was ready to pay the entire amount at time of purchase Rs.1299 but they have offered me, now claiming back the Same. I have raised my concern to BATA company CEO Mr Nitin Bagaria via email and also BATA customer service via email but they dont respond me after lodged my complaints after two days.Request your intervention on this for this harassment and breach of trust policy.

Last one month I have initiated for refund request but till date I didn't receive any refund amount. I have called several time to customer support but not getting proper response. now I am fed-up of calling them. I never expected the refund process will be so pathetic.

I have purchase 2 ballerinas from bata website online. Payment amount deducted from my account but status on website is still showing OUP Waiting For Gateway Response.

Please give me refund or deliver the products which I have ordered as soon as possible.

I purchased a pair of shoes from amazon with one year warranty and i'm complaining from last 20 day but no one sloving my issue. Eveyone making excuse and making me fool. Thay are saying that i don't have any warranty as pf now.
