Order ID:12745624, recd.on21/01/21.Defect noticed on product &mailed complaint on same day with photoshoot of defect, ref complaint no2079778.Since then I am constantly following on mail & on[protected].But no result other than giving another ticket ID:2691although assurance given to resolve within2/3 days.

We book the order on Jan 30th, 2021.Order ID 12755252. But as on date we have not recevied the shipment or any updation.

I wish to complain about the formal shoes which I purchased on 05/11/2020 for Rs. 2499 from bhayandar west Bata store and within 3 days the left shoe got light shaded and In few days I visited the store and ask for exchange but the collection was not that good and I waited for new collection as my shoes were in warranty period.

On 26/01/2021 I went to the store to exchange the shoes from Borivali West store (Add: Thakkar shopping Mall, 3rd Floor S. V Road) and I purchased shoes by paying Rs.2999 ( Additional paid 499)and again within a day the sole the of the shoes got torn,

On 31/01/2021 again I went to the store for complaining about the shoes and they exchanged the shoes by giving my debit note and again within a week, the sole got torn so badly that I could not tell anyone that I bought these shoes from a big brand name BATA its look like a roadside chor bazaar shoes. Even roadside shoes last for few months but Bata shoes are so pathetic that in my whole life I will not buy or recommend any product.

How can such a big name company do cheap work.

The ladies handbag was bought 3 months ago from sector 18 Bata showroom. It is tearing off at many places. The stitching is opening up.This is the first time in my life that I bought a branded bag but it is disappointing that it is very substandard. I have made many visits to the showroom and met the manager but without success. Now I am forced to write these mails.
Bata is such a reputed international company but the response is very very poor. In fact no response at all.

I have not recd discount coupons during the year 2020. My shareholders folio No is IN[protected].

I am a share holder of BATA INDIA LTD for since 10 years, .but since 2 years i am not receiving shareholder discount coupons

Hi I placed an order on 1/20 from bata online. They shipped a wrong pair of shoes. I ordered synthetic blue shoes and they have shipped me canvas blue shoes. I have sent images and called customer service more than 10 times. Every time they tell me that they will arrange for reverse pickup but they never send anyone to pickup the shoes. Every time i call they tell me to allow 48 hours. I am tired of calling.

Not sure how to resolve this. They don't have separate email of the supervisor so i can escalate.

Horrible customer service. People should stop buying.

My husband purchase me Bata Belly(brown) (around 700-800) from Bata showroom(located in Burhanpur madhya pradesh Tulsi Mall) on my birthday (that was on 07/12/20), around 2 month ago . hardly i use this belly for 1 month and it got damaged it's stuff getting torn. I m regular customer of Bata products and I know how durable are these products. what I suppose to do. pls suggest

I m trying to order bata beige chapplas of rs 299 for my granny kalavati vasa but it is not showing me the option for cash on delivery

Purchased from growwell Kandivali shoping mall. Within 2 months both pair of shoes become damaged in front side. Hardy 5 to 6 times wear. Looking forward your assistance as we as a family used only bata shoes since last 25 years.

We have Bata shares and so we receive discount coupons every year. But in the F.y. 2020-21 we haven't received the coupons yet. Please look into the matter.

I have ordered a blue flip flop for men and the quality was worst so i raised a return as well as refund request. After the return pickup the customer service person informed me that I will be getting the refund when the return pickup is done.
I have again raised a request for my refund on 6 january but the refund has not been done yet. I am getting the mails that i will get a refund within 3-4days but it's been 16 days till now.

Dear Team I have purchase formal shoes from the Bata showroom mall of amritsar punjab i have use 10 to 15 days shoes is cracked in front side which is not useable. i have go to store in 2 time but they have not give respons...and sole is also defeated...

@BATA_India One of the worst experience with bata.in website I have order'd heels order number : 12744526 . Its too hard. third class quality ordered through bata online.I have told online callercenter gurgaon team to replace name @avdesh kumar yadav @samir thapar they said will come on monday to take product and refund but no one come till date they do fake comitment .

I have gone for shopping at your bata store.I liked a pair of heels but my size was not available so the sales person told me you can order this and we will deliver this at your doorstep but for that u have pay the amount here at the store.Me and my husband decided let’s do it because it’s a big brand such fraud or something is not gonna happen here so we paid Rs880 there and came back.After 2, 3 days we received a message that your order has been canceled but that was not done by us.We called at your customer care number they told us because of some technical issues they canceled the order we asked for the refund they told it will come to your account.Till now it’s been 15 days we calling them they are giving some satisfactory reply or answer for our query neither our refund.I just want to ask IS THIS YOUR BRAND IS FAMOUS FOR

Dear sir, I have purchased woman footwear article number-[protected] namely BUBBLE X L amounting to Rs.499 vide Invoice no.#CM[protected] dated 02.10.20 at 128, ashoke nagar, Bhubaneswar showroom. The product became defective after use of approx. two months. The defective part enclosed for your kind reference. However, due to busy in father's medical treatment not able to submit my complaint/feedback on time. Keeping mind on credibility our family always prefer Bata products. I have placed order with BATA online via order no 12640595 . They have supplied wrong product. They collected the product back using Delhivery courier. Till today I have not got my refund

I bought a pair of shoes on 6th June 2020, Brand Name - Bata, Colour - Black from Bata store Mathura and order id # 8246322 but due to Covid-19 i have received package through ECOMEXPRESS courier services# [protected].

I regret to inform you that pasting issue in right shoes came of within a week, i was visited at your store in Mathura. Here store manager collect my shoe and pasting it. I was tell him, the pair of shoe is defective & he said i am here dont worry about that.

Now the sole of the left shoe is cracked, I don't know hows comes poor quality of shoes by brand name bata, although i have visited many time at bata store Mathura from Nov'20 but nobody helping out for the issue.

I appeal to you to repair the shoe or replace it.

I would like to inform you, that I frequently but Bata footwares either from shoe stores or through online from Flipkart. I prefer to buy BATA footwares even though there are several other brands available in market. Due to its quality and comfort and durable.

Since Feb 2020, I have purchased 4 pairs of BATA footware through Flipkart. If you wish I can show the proof for your conformation.

I have never found any defect in the BATA product till now. But this time I directly purchase from 2 pairs of BATA footware via BATA online I received on 03 January 2021. After receiving I was very isappointed to receive defective pair.

BATA representative has collected the Defective footware on 8th January 2021, but still BATA India has not refunded the amount of Rs 299/- (rupees two hundred and ninety nine) after 3-4 reminder via email. and Phone they are not receiving.

I have ordered for Grey Ballerinas For Women Order ID[protected] on Dec 24. Return request was placed around 28th and since then every time I call the Customer care, I receive the update as please give us 2 days or 3 days. Till date no pick has been arranged and all I have received is lot of apologies which I don't know what to do. Below are the ticket number raised (which was shared by the Customer service rep) not sure if these are right ones.
