I ordered black sandal for women through online bata shopping website and after recieving product, i needed to return the product and courier guy picked up the product on oct16 2020. Till this date i didnt got my refund yet.My order id is 12650132. Please refund the amount as soon as possible. I tried to contact bata through mails and calls but n response.

    Compalined on 25 nov...
    After using the sandals bought on 16 nov 2020, the polish applied on the sandals has made my feet bad and then the color on the sandals ..where the feet rest has faded.
    Attached invice as well as the photo of the sandals
    Next couse of action should ensure BATA values my money spent .

    Received email from BATA on 25 nov 2020, asked to show communication at store and get the issue sorted

    On 26 nov 2020 visited BATA store and encountered below situation

    This is very disgusting behavior from the BATA store.

    The store manager is not available and after pretending as if they know how to Read the email, the store staff asks me to get the complaint number from BATA customer care. When i said that it is present in the email and as per the email, showing this communication would be enough to take action against my concern, they deny it.
    I am surprised by the behavior of the staff. They also say that i can go to any social media and post about BATA and they dont care about it. Asked then to record itvon video and give it.There was no response from them.I have given my mobile number to the staff and anticipating call from the only one store manager on the planet

    I am surprised with the brands concern for the customer from the ground level.

      Hi, I placed an order on 12th November, my order ID number is 12691805. I want to know why order is not yet dispatched and why no contact from your side?
      I sent 2 email to the customer care services and there is no response what so ever. Worst online shopping experience ever in my life.

        I returned the product . Uts already pickedup on Nov 2nd, 2020.. still the picked up details on flipcart is showing 'will be picked up' and i haven't received my refund yet!!!
        I contacted delivery agencies and they tracked my returned item and located it has already returned to the seller.

        But my money is not received yet.

          Hi,
          I order one clutch to gift someone on 5th of nov 2020 order haven't received yet. I called to customer service but no resolution given from their side.. They don't have anyupdate regarding my order.
          It's been 20 days no resolution have given by them.

          I ordered an item from bata website on 15th august. Paid for it on thay day. But on tracking website its showing order still not picked up and they dont know when my order will be delivered.

                Placed order on Bata india on 28th Oct for 2differernt shoes.
                Order ID[protected]
                Sub Order ID[protected] & 50854231

                Bata cancelled order 50854230 mentioning not available on next day. I was not happy with this cancellation so i cancelled order 50854231 on next day.

                Now it is showing Cancelled for Refund for both shoes but money has not been credited into my account still after 18days. Had sent the email to Bata but got no reply.

                They have wasted time and gave me unnecessary headache. Never use Bata online ordering in future

                But need my money back asap. Please escalate this request.

                    My name is Oliver I had placed order on 25 October 2020 paid 2952 from e voucher order number 12668542 .till now I haven't received any product nor I got my e voucher reissue . I had called you call center on 31oct regarding my order reference number for call 1971377 your agent told they will reissue or refund my evoucher in 3 day but nothing had done in those 3 days I called them again on 4 Nov 2020 told me it will be reissue evoucher in 24 HR refference for the call 1976365 nothing done till now it's 6 Nov I called them again reference number for the call 1978839 telling you had to wait 24 again . Can you please reissue or refund my e voucher it's been a 2 weeks now chasing after bata . Worst experience i had from your online shopping catalogue.

                        I placed order on 12th October with sub order number: 50812238, for which I cancelled order for refund but I didn't get my refund yet.
                        And also I placed another order on 13th October with order id:[protected] with sub order no.[protected] but I didn't receive product and whenever I check status it shows as pickfail stage. Kindly refund amount and deliver the pickfail product as soon as possible.

                          I am complaining about Bata 8314976 BROWN Mens Shoes which i have bought 2 month earlier, the Shoes which i have bought was defective piece as such that the lower part of Shoes comes out from the Shoes. The store refused to replace it.

                            I have been ordering 1 pair of kids shoes on[protected].
                            It was of 301rs/-
                            i paid 250 by redeeming gift voucher and 50 rs by using loyalty points .
                            At the time of doing remaining amount of 1 rs by using debit card to complete my order.
                            It showed "oup waiting for gateway response" in order status and i have not received any order confirmation or refund message.
                            My gift voucher as well as loyalty points both were redeemed in this.
                            Please refund my loyalty points and revalidate my gift voucher.

I called Bata customer care many times, they said they didn't received the amount, the amount will be refunded within 48 hours. Its been almost 10 days, the amount not received.

                                  Please help to get my money back.

                                  Right after posting here, I got my money back. Thank you Consumercomplaints.in. Though they did not return the loyality point but at least I got the my money back. Not going to pay online again from this site.

                                        On 13/10/2020 I ordered 3 pair of slippers online and payed the full amount of Rs 1512. Subsequently i recieved 2 pair of slippers but i am yet to recieve the third pair( Red slipper for women-Rs 499). It has been more than 15 days, the bata online tracking system is not updated at all, customer care number is not receiving any calls neither there is any reply to email.
                                        Please provide details about current status of my order.
