On 5th september i have redeemed my gift voucher by purchasing bata online, however when i entered my debit card number, the site of bata showed out gateway response awaited.so it got stucked there from that day i have been calling the customer service of bata, first one representative told me that wait for 3 working days if the oup gateway issue is not resolved we will arrange cash on delivery for the 1997, i waited for 3 working days again i called back on 10th september then representative told me i need to wait for 48 hrs to resolve the issue, then when i started to question she told to wait 24hrs least and told that i ll be recieving an option to use the same voucher and for the upper cap amoumt of 1997 i can then allowed to make the payment, she denyed that no cash on delivery can be provided, they always put the call on hold stating they are going to discuss with senior persons and give different answers each time, i just wanted to be very clear on this take the upper cap amount of 1997 and allow me to pay, or else arrange cod, its your system issue it got stucked thats none of my fault.the represntatives are just fooling around unable to provide a solution.customer service is not reliable no solutions they have.Bata india i would request you to look into the issue and provide us the delivery as we also went to borivali store but there also had a system issue
