I went to the Bata shop on sixth of October 2020 to buy product Which was not available and I was told to visit online for Availability. On 7th October I visited the online store and found the item I required. While I was making the payment the system has a glitch and payment was not accepted. While placing the order I applied voucher worth Rs.3500For redemption and the voucher got consumed. Neither the voucher was revalidated nor the product was delivered. After immense struggle I reached out to customer careAnd have been advised to wait for 48 hours. No revert from customer care and again I called them on 10th of October for the support for which I got the complain number 1948294 and was asked to wait till 12 of October.No revert after that and till date still struggling for the voucher/ item. Even I have written to Mr Gopala Krishanan Mr Sanjay, and Mr Gupta Chairman CEO and CFO.The company is least bothered about the customer and not a single resolution from the senior management also since last 10 days

    On 28/09/20 Order No.12634694 was placed for 2-black/blue masks, 1-multi color mask, --pair of pink slippers on the online site.
    On 30/09/20 I received only 1-black/blue mask and 1-multi color mask but NO slippers and 1-mask.
    On lodging a complaint I was told the same would be despatched and details shall be shared.
    On 05/10 I was told that order had been cancelled and the amount would be refunded and GV shall be mailed to my regd. mail id.
    On 06/10 they told me that they have the products so same shall be despatched and details shared.
    But today 08/10 when I called I was told that the order had been cancelled and that I shall receive a refund for the same.
    It is extremely unfortunate that we are being harrassed in such a manner.
    Every time we call them they are giving some excuse or the other without resolving our problem.
    Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

      My order id is 12639124, my order says
      OUP waiting for gateway response. I have even mailed to customer service of bata but there was no response from your side. Please look into this matter and Kindly resolve this at the earliest and dispatch my order. Thank you.

        Company told that the shoe is of leather but it damaged in 6 months . Outer lauery of shoes is getting out so please consider my complaint.
        Now bata company is reducing it's quality to low

          I had purchased subj product from Online store of Bata India. Within a month there was damage for which I called up Bata Customer care and was told that they will pickup the product from my residence.

          The pickup team was alligned twice only to not pickup the product stating that they have not been informed of the product being used one.

          "Well if this was a damage case then the same has to be used one"

          Reference number given by Bata team is 1898325

          I have written lots of mails on [protected]@bata.com ; but there is no response

          Kindly intervene and assist to get this closed on priority

            Worst experience ever!!!

            Pick-up request are in transit from the last 8 months. I make 100's of call and emails but nothing gona happen. The only reply i got everytime is that, "we will pickup your product in next 3 days"

            Worst Service ever i experienced in my life

              I had ordered 2 ballerinas on bata online size was wrong so I returned one of it I exchanged n for one I asked to refund from 8 of August customer care making me fool that you will get ur money back but they don't. So I decided to use my credit note. But it was deactivated by bata when I called/ emailed 1000 of times every time I got fake promises about the refund after I fought with them they provide me gift voucher with that I ordered one shoes but this is fake order I haven't received order confirmation mail n status of this order is showing in process n will shipping soon from last 5 days. Bata is making me fool and grabbing my money I want my money back.

                My order id 12562177 and sub order Id 50693331
                I had placed an order in July and return the item due to faulty size July 15th. According to my complaint the refund was initiated on July 16th. And since then have placed 100s of customer calls for my refund. I have submitted my bank details atleast 4-5 times and these people have responded back with stupid and extremely ridiculous reasons like the details are wrong, please provide correct bank details, the refund has been initiated, it is on its way, give us 48 hrs of time etc etc . But I am still waiting for the refund. Being asked upon the details they are putting there is no response from the team. It is a sham and complete fraud. They are jst trying to earn money this way and by harassing customers . There are so many people /customers like me waiting for their refund.

                  I tried to place an order at bata website by using gift voucher.
                  The payment did not go through as its failed at ccavenue gateway..
                  I could redeem the voucher amount of 250/- and pending amount is 29. Now, the order is stuck and neither i can redeem the gift voucher in another order. Nor i can pay the stuck order.

                  How to resolve this?...

                    Hello, i ordered grey ballerina for women on 11th july 2020. Order id is 12567070. The order was to me delivered through ecom express. The status of the order that was shown to me was rto. It was returned to origin and was not delivered. I used one existing gift coupon to pay for that order. Therefore i registered a complaint with bata. Reference number is 1910430. Generally when the order gets cancelled, bata refunds the amount through a gift coupon. Now i am asking when my gift coupon will be credited to me. I have called the customer care several times. Always the answer was it will be done within 24 hours. It's more than 15 days now and no such gift coupon is given to me.

                    No action has been taken since the day I complained. One mail was sent to my registered email address. But after that two days have past and no initiation has been taken regarding the matter. It is already a month old issue. I have complained repeatedly.

                    No updation on the above complaint and it's more than 2 months since my first complaint. No response recieved from Bata. Please forward my concerns to Bata. I want my refund as soon as possible.

                    Since the day I ordered the status remains the same, but no initiation of refund has been done. I am fed up with this. A respected company like Bata can do this type of harrassment, I wouldn't have believed it, if it had not been done to me. I want refund ASAP. I am adding a image too

                    In continuation of the above comments, I would like to add that 5 days ago I was informed that the refund shall be initiated within 3 days, but the refund is still not initiated. It is about 3 months now, when can I expect a refund. Forward this to the Bata customer service.

                    No initiation has been taken regarding the matter. Bata has not initiated the refund and it's more than 1 week now. I request the consumer complaints team to forward the comment. The last complaint that was forwarded to Bata by you is on September 19th. Why haven't you forwarded the recent comments to Bata. Bata is now really testing my patience.

                      I placed an order on bata website on 13/09/2020. When i look in the order status, it shows that the order is processing and will be shippef soon..Its been 5 days and it still shows the same...i want my order as fast as possible..

                        Order Number : 12613591

                        The order got cancelled but I have not received my refund yet. I had contacted the bank and it was informed that the transaction was confirmed successful by the merchant. It has been some weeks, I had contacted the customer care several times, neither the order was made nor the refund was provided till date. They were very unresponsive and made fake promises. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible and refund the money to the bank account.

                          I have ordered two pair of footware from bata india oline site. The order size which i received was large for my feet. I asked for exchange. In ordee to exchange bata send me credit note(voucher) whichi can redeem on the site while ordering again. But that credit note didn't worked on site. I put complaint that am unable to use the credit note. Customer care executives said this is technical issue we are resolving the same. This took alot of time. At the end it didn't resolved and they asked me for refund. I said yes for refund. But till date i havenot received any refund from their end. All i am doing is calling and shouting on them. They are just telling me to wait for 24 hours to 48 hours. Its been 320 hours now while listening this. But i haven't got anyyyy resolution.

                            I ordered few items on the 31st of august, order id. 12617477, worth rs. 5547, so far there is no update on the shipping, and i emailed them 2 times no response from bata. The toll-free number line is always busy and cannot connect at all. And there is no option for cancellation or refund. I want bata to either refund or ship and provide the shipping details

                              On 5th september i have redeemed my gift voucher by purchasing bata online, however when i entered my debit card number, the site of bata showed out gateway response awaited.so it got stucked there from that day i have been calling the customer service of bata, first one representative told me that wait for 3 working days if the oup gateway issue is not resolved we will arrange cash on delivery for the 1997, i waited for 3 working days again i called back on 10th september then representative told me i need to wait for 48 hrs to resolve the issue, then when i started to question she told to wait 24hrs least and told that i ll be recieving an option to use the same voucher and for the upper cap amoumt of 1997 i can then allowed to make the payment, she denyed that no cash on delivery can be provided, they always put the call on hold stating they are going to discuss with senior persons and give different answers each time, i just wanted to be very clear on this take the upper cap amount of 1997 and allow me to pay, or else arrange cod, its your system issue it got stucked thats none of my fault.the represntatives are just fooling around unable to provide a solution.customer service is not reliable no solutions they have.Bata india i would request you to look into the issue and provide us the delivery as we also went to borivali store but there also had a system issue

                                I had ordered one pair of shoes dated on 05 september 2020 but still waiting for the shipment dispatched and spoken with the delivery boy details mentioned below. I am very disappointed because my order was prepaid but still not delivered. I don't know how irresponsible you guys are for prepaid orders. When i spoke with mr. Pradeep, he said that your order mistakenly dispatched us and we cannot deliver this product due to your location because we are covering a greater noida area. I request to you please if you see this arrange fast delivery for my prepaid order.

                                  Hi, i have a ordered a pair of sandals. And i check out the order through my upi and transaction happened and they detected the amount from my account. The current status is oup waiting for gateway response till now. I called the customer care there is no use. Deliver the product or just refund my amount. The first time i called, they pick up and hung up on purpose by acting like they cant hear... Their customer care is the worst

                                    I ordered a product from bata.in website on september 7, 2020. I got payment request and I paid through google pay app. The transaction was successful and i got the transaction reciept in gpay. But when I looked into the bata website after my payment.It shows my order is not confirmed, but money got debited. I tried calling your customer care number and emailed.First time someone pick up my call and i tell her this issue and suddenly she was asking me "am i audiable" a 100 times and she hung up. Please do the needful as soon as possible or else I will move legally.

                                      On 02.09.2020, i was denied into the bata showroom at malkajgiri, secunderabad as i was not shared by mobile no. With them. There is no sign to this effect that you should provide mobile no to gain entry. I was wearing face mask due to pandemic.
                                      Is it necessary to provide mobile no. Sir. If not, please take appropriate action.
