    I purchased Bata Sandal Shoe Article No: 861-9127. Within 2 days o[censored]se stitching gave away and securing strap came out. I approached one Bata Store M/S Beautiful Feet No. 19, GNMR Complex IAF Bagalur Cross, Vinayaka Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560064. (Contact No. [protected]) which is located near my place for replacement. The store refused to replace since it was not purchased from there. I had to go back to the original place of purchase which was located around 40 Kms from my place of stay. My shoe was replaced by them with a new piece bearing article no. 861-2127. This piece also damaged within 2 hours o[censored]se creating lot of inconvenience. Basically it's a failure model for which I had written to Customer care no response was received yet

      This is kaavya sridharan from tamilnadu, today I ordered a slipper and a casual shoes on bata india online shopping website https://www.bata.in/ . Prepaid payment is done and I got a confirmation message also
      (Dear Kaavya, Your Order with ID: 12656526 has been placed successfully. We acknowledge your payment of Rs. 558.20 received through Debit Card. There will be a little delay in delivery due to covid. We shall update you as it is shipped out from our warehouse.

      Immediately I got another message stating (Dear Kaavya, Your Order with ID: 50829670 has been cancelled on your request. Your last credit note was not used.       Both the order ID's are different I literally Got confused... This is worst experience I've experienced in online shopping... I'm not getting any clear picture on my order details.

      Please consider this as a serious complaint and do the needful immediately because I planned to gift this to my family members.

        I have placed online order against order ID[protected] on 16/10/2020 using my rs. 500 gift voucher. But the order status showing "oup waiting for gateway response" and when I check my voucher it is showing already redeemed. Please process my order as soon as possible or re-issue my gift card.

          Hi I ordered a pair of pink sandals for women on 18th from bata online store and paid the amount via debit card
          After payment my amount was debited but I did not receive any sort of order confirmation from Bata’s side via mail or even a message to my phone so I called the toll free number on 18th October itself the representative Midhun told me to wait for 24hours and said my order status is waiting for gateway response which if not resolved in 24 hours call again
          So yesterday 19th of October I called again since I still haven’t received any sort of confirmation or status, the same representative Midhun took the call and told me the site is under maintenance and requested to call after 2 hours
          After which I tried several times yesterday and even today I called many times no one is answering the call or calling me back ...

          Till now I have no confirmation or any sort of arrival status about the product I order and my money is gone as well

          This is a very poor and unprofessional sort of customer service did not expect this from Bata.
          Atleast have the courtesy to give a proper reply
          I dont recommend anyone to buy from their online store terrible experience

              Three pairs of shoes were ordered (No[protected] online on 12.10.2020 out of which one pair delivered on 15.10.2020 while no whereabouts are known about the residuals. The tracker is not updated with latest position. Emails and phone calls proved abortive except once whereby a complaint no 1955566 stands raised. Bata has belied our expectation and proves to be a rogue company. Can I get to know by when my left out ordered items would be delivered? Else arrange to refund my money immediately.

                  I had cancelled an order on 7 september 2020 and till now the amount of Rs 447 is not refunded. I had sent so many mails to customer care of bata and everytime they send back same reply that they will give an amicable solution at the earliest. I had send every details of payment including screen shots also. This is very disappointing. Why this Bata online site is having this much delay?

                  Atlast on 13th November 2020, I received a mail from [email protected] mentioning that they had initiated refund on 11th nov 2020 and on 13th nov 2020 I got the refund. I had send so many mails to get the refund.Delayed for more than two months. Very much disappointed about it.

                  Till now refund is pending and no positive response from BATA online customer care. I had placed the order on 7th september and its almost 2 months. I had cancelled the order even before despatching the item. Then also this much delay.what to do next?

                  Till now money is not refunded. What to do to get my money back? Is there any other place/ institution to register the complaint? Why shall I loss my money for a company like BATA?
                  Had returned an order on 19 july 2022 and till now the amount of Rs 1599 is not refunded. I had contacted bata customer care a 100 times, they send back same reply that they will give an amicable solution at the earliest and every customer executive is telling that u will get refund link within 3 days. Already 04 months have passed but their is no development at their end.This is very disappointing. Why this Bata online site is having this much delay?
                  Had returned an order on 19 july 2022 and till now the amount of Rs 1599 is not refunded.                   I have ordered a shoe from bata.in Order ID=BW[protected] Article Number-[protected] price=1599.20 cash on delivery, due to some size related issue i returned the same in July 2022 and the product successfully reached the warehouse.It has been 4 months since I returned the product but it is very unfortunate to mention that till date I was not provided with refund link.I contacted the Bata customer care executive many a times but they always fooled by by asking you will get refund link within 2-3 days and sometimes asked due to some technical issues we are unable to generate refund link.Now I want that the refund link may be provided at an earliest.

                    Hi I am chasing BATA for a refund against cancellation of my order since September/09. Till date I have spoken 7 times to bata customer care and every time they state 'refund is in process and you will receive the refund in next 48 hours'. I do not understand why they are not refunding the amount. I have even marked an email to the CEO just to make him aware how Bata deals with customer refund but haven't heard anything from his end. Seems like bata doesn't have enough funds to issue refund.

                      I went to the Bata shop on sixth of October 2020 to buy product Which was not available and I was told to visit online for Availability. On 7th October I visited the online store and found the item I required. While I was making the payment the system has a glitch and payment was not accepted. While placing the order I applied voucher worth Rs.3500For redemption and the voucher got consumed. Neither the voucher was revalidated nor the product was delivered. After immense struggle I reached out to customer careAnd have been advised to wait for 48 hours. No revert from customer care and again I called them on 10th of October for the support for which I got the complain number 1948294 and was asked to wait till 12 of October.No revert after that and till date still struggling for the voucher/ item. Even I have written to Mr Gopala Krishanan Mr Sanjay, and Mr Gupta Chairman CEO and CFO.The company is least bothered about the customer and not a single resolution from the senior management also since last 10 days

                        On 28/09/20 Order No.12634694 was placed for 2-black/blue masks, 1-multi color mask, --pair of pink slippers on the online site.
                        On 30/09/20 I received only 1-black/blue mask and 1-multi color mask but NO slippers and 1-mask.
                        On lodging a complaint I was told the same would be despatched and details shall be shared.
                        On 05/10 I was told that order had been cancelled and the amount would be refunded and GV shall be mailed to my regd. mail id.
                        On 06/10 they told me that they have the products so same shall be despatched and details shared.
                        But today 08/10 when I called I was told that the order had been cancelled and that I shall receive a refund for the same.
                        It is extremely unfortunate that we are being harrassed in such a manner.
                        Every time we call them they are giving some excuse or the other without resolving our problem.
                        Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                Worst experience ever!!!

                                Pick-up request are in transit from the last 8 months. I make 100's of call and emails but nothing gona happen. The only reply i got everytime is that, "we will pickup your product in next 3 days"

                                  I had ordered 2 ballerinas on bata online size was wrong so I returned one of it I exchanged n for one I asked to refund from 8 of August customer care making me fool that you will get ur money back but they don't. So I decided to use my credit note. But it was deactivated by bata when I called/ emailed 1000 of times every time I got fake promises about the refund after I fought with them they provide me gift voucher with that I ordered one shoes but this is fake order I haven't received order confirmation mail n status of this order is showing in process n will shipping soon from last 5 days. Bata is making me fool and grabbing my money I want my money back.

                                    My order id 12562177 and sub order Id 50693331
                                    I had placed an order in July and return the item due to faulty size July 15th. According to my complaint the refund was initiated on July 16th. And since then have placed 100s of customer calls for my refund. I have submitted my bank details atleast 4-5 times and these people have responded back with stupid and extremely ridiculous reasons like the details are wrong, please provide correct bank details, the refund has been initiated, it is on its way, give us 48 hrs of time etc etc . But I am still waiting for the refund. Being asked upon the details they are putting there is no response from the team. It is a sham and complete fraud. They are jst trying to earn money this way and by harassing customers . There are so many people /customers like me waiting for their refund.

                                      I tried to place an order at bata website by using gift voucher.
                                      The payment did not go through as its failed at ccavenue gateway..
                                      I could redeem the voucher amount of 250/- and pending amount is 29. Now, the order is stuck and neither i can redeem the gift voucher in another order. Nor i can pay the stuck order.

                                      How to resolve this?...
