I placed an order on 13th july. My order had 2 items, out of which one of them has not been delivered to me yet and its 7th august today. Each time i call customer care, i get the same response from team to wait for 3 days or wait for sometime. It has been almost one month. Neither delivering product neither refunding. Worst customer support ever seen. Delivery partner tries pickup everyday but denied at warehouse. My order id is 12568667. Tracking id is [protected]. I'll sue them if they dont provide resolution soon.

    Sir/madam,

    With reference to the subject, i have redeemed my gift voucher of rs. 500/- to purchase the item 'bata brown chappals for men'
    Product code: f[protected] for rs. 499/-. When i tried to order, it was incomplete, then the order status came as 'oup waiting for
    Gateway response' after consuming my gift voucher amount.

    When i tried to redeem the voucher again, it said it was already redeemed. Kindly let me know whether the order has been successful
    Or not. If it's not successful, kindly refund my gift voucher in order to make a fresh order.

        On 2nd august, i happened to visit the bata store located in kanchrapara, west bengal. I wanted a good pair of heels for myself and as we are all aware, it's really necessary to try on a shoe before purchasing it to check the comfort of the product. As i was about to try one on the sales person to my utter surprise asked me not to try on any of the product just select one and buy it. It was a really hostile behaviour i have not experienced ever before in any other store. I was surprised that bata which has a renowned brand reputation has such staffs recruited in their store. Without saying a word i walked out of the store and i never intend to visit that branch ever again. I understand we are in the middle of a global pandemic and we had sanitized ourselves as required. I am just wondering if bata expects us to buy shoes without trying them on which is outright impossible why even keep the stores open. I had booked a cab all the way to just make it to store and purchase a sandal for my sister's wedding but unfortunately it was not possible. I am really disappointed

          I gave my earphone for warranty repair/replacement. My ticket no. Is 1021553. Its been more than 3-4 months days now and then i tracked my package, it said it had reached the destined service center in mumbai. But till now i haven't received either the product or any mail regarding the service. And also within the next few days the warranty period for my earphones will be over, so i feel i wont be able to claim the replacement then. So i humbly request this issue be solved at the earliest.

            It's been one month since my return got picked up but till now I didn't get my refund even after calling bata customer care everyday since 15 days. What i should do for such a ruthless behavior by bata people. How many days I need to wait for my money. Bata took their product from me but why don't you give my refund. How many complaints I need to raise. Still how many days you will make me wait without giving refund.

              Credit note

              I didn't get my credit note after the return completed on 15th july, and the customer care executive are not answering my call, either give my product back or the money.
              Company can not befool customers as per consumer protection act.

                I had placed an order with bata for sandals at Rs. 160, order no: 50695787. Order Id: 12564058. The order had been placed on 8 July. Since then every single day the courier service ECOM Express reaches Bata to collect order and every single day it is rejected quoting that the shipment is not ready. If they don't have products why do they even accept orders.
                Please either cancel my order or send me the product ASAP. Tracking Number: [protected].

                  My credit note is not issued, it had been 10 days of reverse pick up, they don't take action even after the complaint has been registered. Their app doesn't work well, the status does not update and no option works there, they just befool customers, they said they are trying their best but it is not in their hands, please take suitable action so that they start working in proper manner and maintain authenticity as other apps doing. Worst experience i had with bata india

                    My credit note is not issued even after 10 days of reverse pick up, neither i get any mail nor the message regarding when would i get it, they don't respond to calls and mails and when somehow i connected, they just say that they are doing their best but it is not in their hands. They are just befooling us, no action is taken till date. They are ridiculous and hopeless people, the worst app is this, no option works well in their so called app. No status is shown correctly, my product is shown the status of being shipped and will be delivered soon. Please take appropriate action.

                      Dear team,

                      I bought a child sandals from bata showroom central market meerut-250004, on[protected] but approximately after 28 days its steps break from the sandals of left leg side pair, so due to covid-19 lock-down from[protected] in all over india i am unable to check it to the store regarding this problem.

                      After 1 week i have to contact on call to shop keeper mr. Vipin kumar shah on bata store meerut, and they says when lock-down is open you will come i will repaired it so no other option to wait.

                      But now when lockdown is open i will go to bata showroom meerut and ask to repaired it and said to him that so many days has been gone but its still pending for repaired so do this, then mr. Shah is said to me that wait 15 more days due to recently we open the showroom after lockdown covid-19 so please come after 15 days than i said already so many days have been gone and its useless for me without repaired so please change the step and my matter will closed,

                      Then he said i am not responsible to change the steps only i will repaired by local shoe cobbler and i don’t replace this step you have to talk to the company.

                      So after so many try on co tollfree no [protected] no one contact to me.

                      Now after spend my hard income to buy this sandals i am unable to use it and no one taking my pain, so please help me give my hardcore mony back from the stores its 299.00/- only

                      And also wants to take fine from the stores because i was don’t use it so long that’s brand name bata is as you decides as well.

                          My wife purchased a chappal pair for Rs.400 from Ferozepur store of Bata but after wearing, it leaves its blue colour on skin causing itching and skin problem. You please see from the pics attached and get checked this lot.

                          I will be separately lodging a claim for the treatment we are getting from the skin specialist.

                          In the meantime, direct the local dealer to replace it and send it your to lab for testing.
                          Such a poor product from the reputed concern is not expected to be marketed before testing.

                            Hello,
                            My name is pritesh basnet, and i live in darjeeling west bengal... Today, as of 28/06/2020 my wife visited the bata showroom located in the lower part of the town. The people incharge informed her while she was looking for a shoe, that she cannot try on any shoe first, and then not decide to buy it... She has to first hand decide what shoe she wants to buy, only then can she go ahead and try it... I found this policy to be very very discriminating, being a woman and being alone, i felt it was a misbehaviour on part of the bata showroom people..in my 40 years of visiting bata or for that matter any other shoe showroom i have never come across such policy.
                            This in my opinion was a very unnessary way of behaving with a customer... It meant that if my wife liked a shoe then they would let her try it, but if it wouldn't fit properly she would still have to buy it, absolute nonsense, 3 rd class behaviour, unexpected by bata standards...
                            I strongly beleive you need, better and educated employees with atleast 3-4 months of training, please make their head clear with proper etiquettes...
                            This feedback is only owing to the fact that bata has never. Dissappointed before, always has been reliable, and i would be happy in helping your business grow, rather than your goodwill being tarnished by a few #...

                              I have bata vouchers worth rs 1500 which i am unable to redeem at the time of purchase a product from bata app. I reached to their customer service through mail. It's been almost a month they are not providing any solutions to it. Can you please help me on this issue.

                                Using this product since years as advised for heel pain. But the last two purchase has disappointed me. Its softness doesn't last even for two months. The stitches are also creating pain. So a product for rs.2000 has to be discarded soon after it's purchase.. Kindly advice

                                  I have ordered a product worth 889 rupees on 29 may 2020.
                                  Delivered the product on 01 june 2020.
                                  Requested for exchage on same day.
                                  Picked the return product on 3rd june 2020.

                                  From that day i have called the customer service several times. Every one say you will receive the credit note by tomorrow.

                                  Till today (24 june 2020) no credit note.
                                  All false promises by ankit, suman sharma, mayank, karthik - customer care agents. They say will arrange a call back from superior.
                                  No call back till now.
                                  I just need another size of same product.

                                  Really worst service.. Bata

                                      Hii... This is ashish i had purchased two chappals from bata online store which is delieverd on 20th march 2020. Due to size issue i made return request of one of my chappal having (Order id[protected] sub order id[protected] awb no.[protected].
                                      Despite of giving all details and bank account information no refund made to me. Lastly i asked to send bank account mini statement from customer care, i also sent that.. But nothing happened till date. I urged to you please take it seriously. I had made so many calls to customers service but they just manipulating my mind saying you will be refunded in next 48 hours. Just got irritated.. Lastly i file a complain here... Please help me out so that i shall remain grateful to you. Please help... Necessary email sent to bata.. I m attaching here please look into it. Thanks.

                                      Till date No refund got... It just put question mark on the brand name BATA. Never ever going to shop for and advice to other not to make any type of purchase from this type of such a non responsible company.
