I ordered a slipper from bata worth 1699 from bata online india due to size miss match i called their customer care and they arranged a pickup of the slipper and promised me a credit note worth the price of slipper using which i can again order the slipper now the slipper has been picked up on 18th Nov 2019 and i have not recieved the credit note yet even after calling them 10 to 12 times they are not resolving the problem. The people at the call center always say me to wait for 48 hours for the credit note and never send one please help my last complaint reference number was 1741555

I am purchased shoes from bata store ahmedabad before 2 months now the shoes color is fade. it seems very bad quality of shoes. Please exchange my shoes because i feel cheated.

    I purchased a footwear 2 months back and its upper layer of leather is totally torn. And when i visited the nearby showroom from where i've bought the pair.. They totally refused to deal further. Such a non sense talk he did
    I[censored] can not higher a good salesman then don't open your showrooms everywhere.
    Even the quality has been reduced to zero level. Thats a very disgusting thing
    I want my product to get replaced or return my money back

      I have purchased online and same was not fit so requested for exchange but same was not processed then requested for refund also provided account details. Customer service tells will be done in two days.. Same was not done again told will be done in two days and its not done yet.
      Totally harassment done by bata.
      This time come to know about their very poor service.
      Request raised on 6th and today is 29th... Still they says wait for two days.
      I have all recordings with me.
      Even one time the customer service executive says if reverse pickup not done till 27th you will get refund o[censored]r money by 28th.
      But all are fake and very poor service.
      Request to please help

        The quality of shoes are to bad stitches are not good the soul of shoes is not good in quality and today i have complained for this in that store the store keeper said me that they will repair the shoes and give it to me after 7 days i said that i want to change the shoes but they could not agree to do this and make slip for repair the shoes and know i want to change the shoes so will you please help me to change the shoes

          I ordered an article (Order i'd 12469436 sub order i'd[protected]. After the article had received i raised a return request and returned it due to fitting issue. But i didn't get whole amount of my product (Rs1002 by debit card which was received in form of credit note but didn't get rs 623which was actually a credit note against order i'd 12464609 sub order i'd[protected]. I raised request for 623 rs 4 to 5 times but can't get any help. I request you to please resolve my issue.

            I have purchased bata shoe worth rs.1299/- on 31/08/2019. Roughly within two months o[censored]sage the bottom layer of the shoe came apart due to manufacturing defect. I visited the showroom today ie on 25/12/2019 for redressal of the issue but they have straight away rejected saying that the claim period is only 3months. I used to prefer bata brand trusting their quality of shoes. But i am shocked with this experience and the quality of bata. I raising this complaint expecting some positive redressal mechanism from the bata service team.

              refund not initiated even after reverse pick up of footwear

              I have returned two sub-orders no. 50510125 & 50510127 from order no. 12413995 placed on 15th sept, 2019. Firstly they took a month for reverse pickup.
              Now its being more than 4 months and still they are not refunding the credit note. They have not even initiated the refund.

              With reference to order no[protected] and purchased online through credit card from bata india ltd., return request are already taken due to defective article and accepted to reverse back pick up but still whenever i called to customer care, they always say to take 48 hours every day which is serious concern to address and action to be take on priority.

              Dear All, As of now, neither courier person visited nor getting a call from bata India however when I call to bata India customer care, they always tell me that return request is already taken and within 24 hours, courier person will collect for reverse pick up so that please do the needful on priority.

                I have entered the shop chose what i wanted still nobody came to respond. I went to one of the boys and asked him to get them in my size he replied i'm busy and he didn't even have the courtesy to ask someone to help me. When i couldn't take it anymore asked for the store manager i was informed he's not in the shop. Where is he?? It's been 10 mins still the manager hasn't come to speak. Harrowing experience for customers. I was a loyal customer of bata but i don't think i'll ever come back after such an experience. It's not only me there are other customers also facing the same

                  There is no refund received for order no 12468810, in-spite of calling the team several times. All they say is they have escalated and someone will get back in 48 hrs. It seems clock have stopped in your office as it has been almost a week since i had specifically requested for refund to be processed in my bank account rather than credit note. But to my fear, seems you guys have deaf ears and no one understand the complains. I had already registered my bank details in bm - 146168 and my complain no is 1744040.
                  Can anyone look into this or do i need to approach consumer forum for your carelessness and non responsive attitude.

                    Firstly they took a month for reverse pickup.
                    Now its being another 20 days and still they are not refunding the credit note.
                    Neither they are giving my calls to senior person of their customer service.
                    I don't have any clue why they are doing so.
                    Its really a very pathetic and annoying experience with bata.
                    So registering this complain against the same and looking forward for the resolution asap.

                      I have purchased bata shoes mens formal article no. 8513229 on 3rd november 2019 from gwaliors city center showroom. But bill is misplaced and the shoe is broke from down and upper side, i attached the photographs of the shoe and also its article number. Please solve this issue against the product.

                      Kindly resolve the issue as the product is in under waranty of 90 days.

                        In dec 2019 i ordered a shoe pair online with order no 12470718. Green sports shoes for men product code: f[protected]fe. When i ordered online the shoe at that time was available. So i ordered and given me above order number that my order is verified. After 3-4 days i called customer care that order is not dispatched. They said that due to product not available or not passed in quality checked so we cancelled the order. But i know why they cancelled the order. The order i booked was of rs 800. And they are selling the same product for rs 15-1600. So they make excuses. They said that you order again online. So i again booked same shoe online twice with order no 12472963. Green sports shoes for men product code: f[protected]fe. Again same way they cancelled my order with intimating me. Please never buy bata shoes. They are just a fake company. Which work only for money not follow and ethics. They don't know how to handle the order. I am now thinking to going consumer court. I will discuss with lawyer. What he will be suggested will move forward to learn bata a lesson. I have all screen shots and order number attached. Please see.

                          I dr rohit purchased these leather shoes which were the most premium at a cost of rs 7999 with a guarantee they’d last me for long i even bought another pair of the same in black
                          The shoes were no doubt comfortable while they lasted
                          Suddenly one day the sole just came apart and was so friable that it was crumbly, and breaking apart,, that too while i was at hospital
                          I’ve been a regular customer of bata since childhood and never expected this from your product and that too so expensive a shoe
                          I was told that these soles can’t even be repaired
                          It’s very unfortunate after spending such a mammoth amount i’ll have to throw them away
                          I hope you’re esteemed company can help me either replace them or compensate me

                            Online order[protected] for a pair of sandals placed on 22 may 2019. Cost: rs 710.99. Received on 28 may and returned as the sizes varied. Right leg was size 38 and left leg size 37.
                            Sought refund as i was leaving overseas in a week's time. Complaint no.: 1589734.
                            Follow up emails requesting refund made on 1, 5, 21, 24, 26 june 2019 then, on 16, 17, 24 july and then on 26 aug and then again on 26 sept and on 10 th and 14th oct. I also wrote to customer. [protected]@bata.com on 17 july 2019.

                            17 international calls made to [protected] (On 4, 12, 17, 19 and 22 july and 7, 12, 19, 26 august and 19 sept and 24 oct and then again on 6 and 20 nov. Every time the complaint no is updated and i am told that the refund will be initiated in 3 days. I have spoken to margaret, kapil, arit, kulwant and a number of others. Supervisor refuses to come to phone.

                            I need a refund and an apology for such atrocious service that has caused so much effort and time.

                              It's quite disappointing that after multiple followups via phone and mail till now not received my credit note / gift voucher rs. 299/ -.

                              Order booked on 21st aug'19 - your order with id: 12383864 has been placed successfully. We acknowledge your payment of rs. 299.00 received through credit-card/debit-card.

                              Complaint raised on 1st sept'19, reference number is 1688379, but no action. Bata agent abhijeet tripathi opened new ticket 124646 on 18th nov'19.

                              Spoke to multiple people ritika / barkha/shashank / piyush sharma / mr. Dhir, mr. Yadav & soumyadeep bhattacharya. No action at all.

                              Wondering is bata really concerned about customer complaints. I will never recommend to do online shopping from bata site.

                              Appreciate any help can be provided.

                                Hello. I purchased north star women"sshoes a month ago for 1799 inr. The shoes are very badly engineered as my feet starts sweating as soon as i wear them and the smell does not go away. Please note that before this i never encountered such a problem. There is no space for air to properly go in and out as the material outside is plastic. They are not at all worthy of the price. I'm highly disappointed with this product. Its defected and not a good footwear.

                                  I have brought 4 products from bata today. Out of 4, three products are under 70% discount. Mrp of that 3 products is
                                  1) kids sandal 1299/-
                                  2) mens slippers 399/-

                                  And 4th product is kids socks worth 299/- brought on mrp.

                                  They have charged me rs. 1263.36 instead of 1108.1.
                                  They not even given bill. They simply said that you'll get bill on your mobile.

                                    I have raised pick up request for one product.

                                    The courier man didn't approached me and at the same time updating the status as 'delayed pick up request by the customer'.

                                    After soo many call and mails the courier man came to pick it after 15 days.
                                    That means they have no value for customers and also they didn't take any action against the courier named DHLVRY.
                                    It was the worst experience till date.

                                      About one year back i bought an ambassador (Black) pair of shoes from bata showroom in ultadanga, kolkata.
                                      Till this date i have used this shoe only of 6 to 7 days as per requirement, today i noticed that the sole is breaking into small pieces from the edges specially. The leather is still in good condition but sole has really under performed.

                                      How can i repair my shoe to get some value for the money?
