Online order[protected] for a pair of sandals placed on 22 may 2019. Cost: rs 710.99. Received on 28 may and returned as the sizes varied. Right leg was size 38 and left leg size 37.
Sought refund as i was leaving overseas in a week's time. Complaint no.: 1589734.
Follow up emails requesting refund made on 1, 5, 21, 24, 26 june 2019 then, on 16, 17, 24 july and then on 26 aug and then again on 26 sept and on 10 th and 14th oct. I also wrote to customer. [protected]@bata.com on 17 july 2019.
17 international calls made to [protected] (On 4, 12, 17, 19 and 22 july and 7, 12, 19, 26 august and 19 sept and 24 oct and then again on 6 and 20 nov. Every time the complaint no is updated and i am told that the refund will be initiated in 3 days. I have spoken to margaret, kapil, arit, kulwant and a number of others. Supervisor refuses to come to phone.
I need a refund and an apology for such atrocious service that has caused so much effort and time.
Bata India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
