I used this shoe for daily walking purpose from day one when i purchased it. I had no problem in the shoe for first 20 days from date of my purchase.
2nd week of jan.2020, left shoe started hurting the back side of my heels, hence i had to discontinue to use this shoe.
I tried you get touch with bata - flora fountain - v n road (Dealers) the manager was unable to help out. He stated that is was an shoe bite. As i am unable to use such expensive shoe, what is the use for me.
The message i received on purchasing the shoe from bata on 16th dec 2019.

Kindly note i have misplaced the above mentioned bill no.
Hence i requested you to looking into this matter, replace the shoe.
