Hi,
I was purchase the footwear article [protected] on 28th dec invoice nuber cm[protected]. Only after using 2-3 times we found, sole of footwear damaged and coming out.

I went to store for complaint the same, the sales person informed me that its manufacturing defect. But the product sold with discount so we are unable to help from store.

As it is a manufacturing defect so please contact with customer care. If they will approve for replacement then only store can replace the same.
Bill and images of the article is attached for the reference.

I have contacted to customer care and customer escalation, both of them told that as per the service policy, articles purchased under discount sale are not considered for replacement. They do not concidering the manufacturing defect.

Have i paid rs 3.5k for defective item?

    Hi,
    I bought on 6th nov'19 a pair of shoes from connaught place (Bill attached).
    But the quality is so bad as per attached images, since last 4 months i have used it 30-40 days only. This is very bad & i was not getting any issue earlier as i bought so many shoes from bata.

    Very bad quality products didn't expect from the brand like bata.

      I am your valuable customer since 2009. I bought this bata footwear 7-8 months ago with one year warranty/guarantee. The strap of these footwear got damaged and now it is not fit to wear in the foot. You are hereby requested to replace my footwear as soon as possible so as to maintain my relationship with bata healthy in future. Unfortunately, the bill of the footwear got misplaced.

          Am shareholder of bata india ltd. Every year i receive two discount coupons entitling me to purchase two pair of footwear at 20% discount. This year i have not received these coupons till date. Please let me know if bata india ltd has stopped sending such coupons to shareholders from this year.                   I purchased your export quality product hush puppies (Hush puppies) on 14th april 2019 from an outlet at toll junction (Name of store is 1 step store).
                  The sole of the foot wear has developed a crack laterally for both pair before completing 9 months o[censored]se and now the product no longer can be used.
                  I am a regular customer of your products and this is the first time i got a heavy loss on your export quality product.                   I purchased a Hush puppies for Rs 3500 and the product durability has come down to only 8 months. The sole developed a fatigue failure.NO longer can be used.

                    Following is the issue I want to put your attention to:
                    1. When I entered the BATA INDIA showroom there was 60% Sale on a group of shoes and sandals, I selected 2 items first, but due to some defect in one sandal, I ended up buying one sandal only. At the billing counter, I was informed that the discount has been converted to 50% now and I would get more 10% discount only when I buy 2 pairs.
                    This amounts to betraying customers in daylight and making a fool o[censored]s. I thought the policies of BATA INDIA is customer friendly, but this made me think otherwise.
                    2. When I confronted the sales person and manager about the above issue, they first started pretending that the system had some problem. When I continued to ask them about the reason of changing the sale they had nothing to explain. All this time the sales person and manager were extremely RUDE to me. They even took the sandal away from my hand and told me that I didn't need to buy their sandal now.

                    All this happened because I refused to be fooled by them. I am a responsible customer and very well aware of my rights.

                    This episode of today has caused huge mental disturbance to me and has made me rethink about my choice of opting BATA INDIA above everything when it comes to shoe shopping.

                    BATA INDIA, needs to rethink about their customer policies and should stop befooling customers in daylight.

                        Purchased bata white canvas school shoes on 25 jan 2020 from bata shop chitralaya Boisar west palghar district shop.
                        After wearig the shoe barely for 20 minutes...the green color base got transferred to the white socks my son was wearing. Went to shop for complain but instead of exchanging the shopkeeper asked to wash an wear the shoe...this is the customer service bata provides...Bata company name is at stake...as had used Bata for years but never experienced such issue. Please look in to the matter and revert.

                              power shoes causing bleeding

                              We had purchased power sports shoes by paying an extra rs 499/- from bata grant road west outlet as the initial shoes that we had bought tore within the warranty period.

                              In spite of multiple uses, power sports shoes are causing blisters and bleeding to my skin. Dried blood stains have collected over my right shoe.

                              I ordered slippers and didn't received it but as per their records order was successfully delivered and its a prepaid order. When i call customer care they talk very rude and care less customer i have never in my life. It almost 4 months but still no update and delivery attempt was fake they are cheating with customers and biggest fraud and beggars. Pls don't use this fraud

                                I had ordered shoes from this site. They took very long time to ship the product. Firstly, i was guaranteed that i will receive them in 2 days and then again i had to call them up then they said i will receive it in 3 days surely like this days went by they said i will receive a call back i never did soo. Again i called they say it's out of stock. It took them 1 month just not to delivery the product

                                  I have bought a naturaliser product from the Bata Shop last week,

                                  I am using the naturaliser products from 2014 its very comfortable for my sole.

                                  this time seem the products had manufacturing defect in theproduct and though it is comfortable for the sole but it is slipping when i start walking.

                                  i am quite loyal customer to Bata and hardly has faced similar issue in past.

                                  i have bought this product on discount and due to this reason store manager refuse the replace it with other product.

                                  it is totally in unused condition.

                                  i have raised complaint and request through their website but no responce.

                                  its a costly product worth 2000

                                    I ordered (Order id :[protected] bata school white shoes size 11 on 30 jun 2019 but they send small kids size 11. Immediately i call them and raise the ticket for exchange, they are responded, told me some one will pick up the product but product is not collected.

                                    After few days again i was called and asked for the status for exchange, then only they told me, size is not available, then i raised a request for cancellation.

                                    I called so many times, when ever i am calling / send a mail to them, they are creating new ticket and confirms "some one will pickup the shoes, please allow us 3 days of time to address and resolve the concern raised by you" but after that no response from them

                                    Can you please resolve my refund amount.
