I have visited the stores for repair on Saturday, based on store person inputs i called the customer care number for complaint and they have logged a complaint (BM 104017) and updated that it will be resolved in 3 days and received an email from customer care number for complaint number from mentioned email ID(
[email protected]), after 1 day from same email ID (
[email protected] ) i have received email saying it is 4 months old and cannot be replaced and repaired. i sent one more email on the same day (
[email protected] &
[email protected]) saying as per the store person it will be replaced if i get an approval and it is not physical damage also.But there is no reply from them and no one has called me from Bata store. i call them regarding this on 22/10/2019 to get the update, customer care person told they will reply in 24 hours and it got escalated.But till today no response and i called once again today morning to customer care and saying the same story it is with quality team they will update in 24 hours. So i i logged a complaint now on this.When ever we call them they will say same story and none of them will call us and update any inputs.Till now it is not resolved but showing status as resolved, please check.
repair the cost I must have to pay. I just want your sole which I got at the time of purchase. Could you not
help me in this regard. Bata co always send a massage for purchasing new shoe with discount. If I do not get
any help from shoe co. I promise not to purchase any shoe for myself and my family also I must insist my
relatives and friends not to purchase from Bata products. There is Khadim and other shoe co far better from
Bata co.
I also post an advertisement through print media against Bata product.
