I had ordered men's formal shoes on 05.11.2019. I availed the 25percent discount on the shoes worth 1699 inr. Hence after discount it costed me 1375 inr. Due to size issue i had to return the product. And in return i received online credit of the same amount. Now i want to order the same product with correct size. Now i can either avail the discount or the online credit amount. Hence the same product is costing me with more 400 inr. I requested them to transfer my money in my account but they are not doing anything and every time they are beating around the bush and asking me to wait. I have even complained to bata, my complain number is - 1733105.
I have made around 50calls to customer care, their escallation team member - mr. Avadhesh and mr. Bhattacharya is working into the matter but not responded well and have always tried to extend time.
I have almost made 34 calls, but the issue is still unsloved.

    Not able to redeem gift voucher. Order hanged while trying to redeem gift voucher. Now shows error the gift voucher as it tells already redeemed. Call center executive tells will get resolved in 24 hrs and now 2 months have passed.

      I am extremely sorry to advise that the service at sector-18 noida branch has completely deteriorated. I am a regular customer of that branch for so many years but now realized that the branch is lacking in proving essential services as were given in the past.

      1. A hawaii chappal (Gents) purchased for costing 1000/- few months ago, its stapes (Feeta) detached. I don't expect this from a bata chappal for which i paid a hefty sum. But i didn't make any complaint.

      2. Quality of the shoes/slipper deteriorated, resulting needs repair, which is not being carried out there.in the past if any such kind of problem ever exist, the showroom people immediately attended and get it repaired with/without cost. Now, the employees say that company had stopped the facility. A doctor sandal was purchased few months ago but its sole got separated when i was in the marriage party in noida. I left the party immediately in the middle and very next day 8th nov, 2019 went to the above showroom but was surprise to know that company will not take any responsibility to repair it, though the situation was different in the past. They accept and sent to their service center for repair free or otherwise. But this time the staff said that company had stopped repair work, however if i still want they will engage a local mochi on payment of inr 200/- since the work done by a local mochi is not upto the standard of the company i refused to leave it for repair and bought another two pairs at the same time from the showroom, a pair of doctor chappal and aero youth sports shoes. Vide invoice no. Cm[protected] dt 8/11/2019 for total value 2548/- with 15% discount.

      3. The shoes purchased were used the next day were very uncomfortable, however, i just took it off and packed for exchange but could not get time for few days. I went to the showroom on 17thnov, 2019 and requested to exchange with another pair of shoes because the shoes are pressing hard at the panja (Front side of foot) and i was unable to wear it. But your staff refused to replace rather offered to expand the front portion with the help of "pharma". It was very surprising because in the past, it was always exchanged either with the same model with a bigger in size or replaced with another comfortable design.

      4. The most uncomfortable aspect was the behavior of the staff on both the days 8/11/2019 & 17/11/2019. While negated my demand one of the staff dealing was talking in loud voice which was making me un-comfortable. But it was very surprising that a senior person sitting at the counter also joined him and a lady young girl also started talking in high volume.

      This is my feedback only. But i suggest you to take suitable measures to improve the customer service.

      I buyed my pair of shoes around 6 months back and it got teared from front and when i visited the store for the defect they said please do the complaint online. Now i think that if you buy products from bata you should never expect for a good quality product.

        Have book a white sneakers for men size: 12 with order id.12438286 on oct 10th 2019, i got a wrong size of shoe size 8 no. On 13th oct, logged a complain on 13th oct 2019 1ith id 1721053. Got a credit note on 18th oct 2019 and the customer care asked me to book the item again and will send the right size.

        I booked again on 25th oct with order id.12444237, the product is still not delivered, i call the help line many times booked a complain, still they have not delivered the products.

        Last time i called the customer care they said someone will call me in 2 hrs its been more that 4 days now, no call no product. I have not got my shoe for more than a month now and no refund either.

        Very very bad service.

          I bought bata shoe worth rs 2000 on bata app they took almost 16 days to deliver the product. That was defective after that for replacement they first mail me that your product has been replaced. After i yell and yell at them they picked up my product. It has been almost one month now they didn't replaced my product neither i got refund. And the customer service executive when i called told me that your product has been delivered and you never asked for replacement.

            Hi,

            I bought formal shoes article number [protected] taylor sli for orion mall, panvel bata shop. This shoes has soft rubber type inner sole which is very soft.
            I bought it on 2 oct 2019, but due to rain in mumbai i did not use it until last week. When i used it whole day, it caused huge pain in my both legs. I did not use it on next day and tried on 3rd day, but it again caused huge pain and i could not sleep for almost whole night.
            I contacted bata orion mall store, they said they can't help and i need to contact customer care.
            So i contacted customer care, they said i should have brought this issue in 3-4 days after purchase, but since it was raining i could not use it. They are not agreeing that there is some issue in shoes design.
            They send me same copy-paste the pain i am suffering from is due to extra softness of the material inside shoes.
            When i explained my situation in reply.
            I do not think bata cares about customer. I have paid inr 3499 for this shoes and now customer care says concern is beyond consideration.
            Whom should i approach now to get refund or another good pair of shoes.

              I purchased a shoe of inr 934/- from bata site and that was not as per expectation and fit is not comfortable so i placed return with refund in bank account. The order was placed on 31 oct and till 15 nov no resolution. Customer care executive don't know what they have to say on this. Just said me to send an email. I emailed them 3 times. Its frustrating.

                I have purchased a bata sandal which is feasible for all season, reference no of purchase:[protected], on 14.6.19 at bata store in viviana mall, thane, mumbai, store - 02378.
                It is observed that wear and tear have developed and shocked to see the worst quality of bata footwear.
                Bata was known for its quality and longevity of footwear over the years, however, to my dismay, the quality has deteriorated so abysmally.
                If this is the case with the shoe only in about three and a half months, then its quite ridiculous and feel sorry for purchasing a bata product.
                Pl. Arrange for replacement of the same immediately, without any delay or took any action against.

                  This is reminder. I purchased from your great eastern store dharmatala kolkata wb shop one year ago. Warranty period is over. But my request is if possible please repair my sole then i can use that shoe further some years. Cost of shoes is very high if i can not use the shoe 3 or 4 years then why i purchase bata shoe.
                  My request is please sent me nearest shop where i can deliver that shoe for repairing sole. Further would like to say that it is my request other wise i never purchase shoe from your counter for myself and for my family also i insist my close familisr not to purchase any tipe of shoe from bata. Pl. Reply.

                  repair the cost I must have to pay. I just want your sole which I got at the time of purchase. Could you not
                  help me in this regard. Bata co always send a massage for purchasing new shoe with discount. If I do not get
                  any help from shoe co. I promise not to purchase any shoe for myself and my family also I must insist my
                  relatives and friends not to purchase from Bata products. There is Khadim and other shoe co far better from
                  Bata co.
                  I also post an advertisement through print media against Bata product.

                    I have purchased a bata shoe, model:824-6548, on 23.7.19 at bata store in ameerpet, hyderabad, for ₹.1999.00.
                    It is observed that cracks have developed on the bottom of sole, and shocked to see the worst quality of bata shoes.
                    Bata was known for its quality and longevity of footwear over the years, however, to my dismay, the quality has deteriorated so abysmally.
                    If this is the case with the shoe only in about three and a half months, then its quite ridiculous and feel sorry for purchasing a bata product.

                        Hi, i seeking for my refund more than 4 weeks but everytime when i call customer care, they are giving false commitment and simply saying sorry/apologize but they don't mean it. They are giving false commitment like it will get credited by eod or within 48 hrs but all are false commitment only. When i ask them to connect to their supervisor, they are disconnecting the call many times and sometimes they put on hold for longer time. Shame on the executives to give false commitment. Am asking my money which i paid, what's wrong in returning it, why making so much delay. Am writing this as a genuine customer with much much disappointment against bata.

                          I bring to your attention and record that i am very upset and feel cheated with my recent purchase of a pair of bata formal leather shoes from your store at fort, mumbai on sunday evening on 10 november 2019.

                          I had visited the store to purchase a pair of formal shoes and from the display i picked up a pair of formal leather shoes selling at a discounted price of inr 1, 499 against an original price tag of of inr 2, 999. I concluded the purchase by paying inr 500 through a hdfc bank gift voucher and balance amount by cash.

                          The next day i. E. Monday, 11 november, i wore the purchased shoes to my office and to my utter disgust and embarssement the sole of the shoes got completely worn out and cracked in the morning itself.

                          On seeing the condition of the shoes in just 2 hours of wearing, i felt and feel miserably cheated that a product of bata which i had purchase for inr 1, 499 had a quality not meant to be sold and was very well put up on display to fleece customers. It is also very unethical on part of bata to put up such quality shoes on display so that the envisaged loss to bata by having these shoes in stock could be passed on to the customers.

                          I also recorded my feedback yesterday on the purchase on your portal which you could note.

                          Being very upset with this purchase and a feeling of being cheated, i personally visited your fort, mumbai store today morning with the pair of shoes and invoice. The sale people there were polite and empathised with the situation after seeing the condition of the shoes in just one day of they having sold to a customer. They directed me to call a customer care number[protected] mentioned behind the invoice and register my complain. I immediately did that and called the number and spoke to executive kapil kumar who told me that he has registered my complaint but there is no warranty on discounted sale products. I can understand warranty t&cs but bata cannot wash their hands clean and shield responsibility for a product which has failed on the next day of purchase itself. This kind of response is not expected from a brand like bata who has been trusted since ages for reliability and durability. If the product which was on display had a life of not more than a day or few hours then the product should not have been on display itself, leave alone being sold to customers.

                          The least i expect from bata is to either refund me my money or replace the sole with a new one without any further cost and pain to me.

                          For your reference, i am attaching the scanned copy of the invoice and the image of the shoes so that you can see the condition of the shoes.

                          I brought a black women lofer item number is 5516293 last month in October 2019 and now its shole getting damaged . I got fed up these kind of manufacturing of BATA .So i need to b replace my same item bcoz its one of my favourite shoes.

                            Hi i bought hush puppies shoes from your show room situated at iit mumbai market one year back. The cost of shoes was rs. 3000. I thought these shoes will be durable but sorry to say the quality of shoes was very bad and the sole was broken into pieces it was torn like a lowest quality of rubber.

                            The quality of the top of the shoes was also very bad and the leather was broken from many places.

                                We purchased School Shoes for my kid on 21.10.2019- INVOICE # CM[protected]. in a week's time bottom of shoes peeled off. since its specially made for school students, it should be strong enough to withstand for a year. I lost my hope on Bata after seeing this.

                                  I was asked to order a pair of sandals on line from Bata stores Phoenix city mall Pune as my size was not available . after 5 days a wrong size was delivered to me . when i spoke to customer care they told me to go to nearest store and exchange it. we did that, BUT that size is NOT AVAILABLE anywhere in Maharashtra . We waited for 3 hours but the Amanora Bata store people could not find a solution . They have some software issue about providing us an exchange voucher so that I could take another pair of the same amount.
                                  What am I supposed to do ?

                                      Hi team, i have purchased the bubblegummers gold ballerinas (Article no:[protected] invoice no1029 for kid on 22/09/2019 bata store (Balaji enterprises neemuch) & while purchasing i got assurance saying that 6 months replacement warranty will be there for products. Now after 1 months the upper material:synthetic has broken and it is not physical damage also, it is manufacturing defect. So i logged a complaint for the same. Bata is a reputed brand in shoe industry and i am regular customer of bata india. I never except such type of quality from bata. Please look into this matter and resolve the same asap. Hopes for positive response from bata india.

                                        I posted a complaint yesterday but its not showing here. I would like to re submit my complaint here.

                                        I bought a pair of shoes on 8thoct 2019 at bata india showroon, on s p road, near nalli showroom, secunderabad, telangana. I have just worn it for 3 times, it has started developing white patches/ wrinkles on the upper side of the shoes which make it very bad looking. I am surprised by the quality of the material used to make it. Please help me and advise
