I brought a school shoe for my kid and purchase date is 10th june 2019 and in august time frame his shoes started cracking wide open with upper part and sole. I have did launched a compaint and got the complaint no bm 71907. It has been more than a month, i dont see a response from bata.

It is really shameful for not responding, we have been buying shoes in bata for almost 7 years and this is the response they give for a loyal...

I had ordered a sandal with bata, order id : 12415055.
I have received a wrong product.
Even i have tried to call them several times, no repsonse for call.
I wrote a mail to them on sept-29 regarding this, they gave me a ticket id-bm-88792 and mentioned that, they will resolve within 3 days
But since then, there has not been a response from their side....

I had placed an order on sep 19, 2019 for purchase of bata shoes. Till date i have not received the ordered item nor the refund. And the customer care doesn't revert on mail or telephone.

I paid rs.1350 for the product. But it's been 3 weeks now since the order has been placed but have not received the shoes yet

Dear ganarel manager,
I purchased a bata leather shoe on before 1 week of 2018 durga puja from your grand bata shop dharmotala, kolkata. But at this durga puja time when i going to attend a durga puja ceremony at this time my shoe's shole totally damaged like a dust type.
Last 30 years i used your products but never i feel any issues. But now i am really unsatisfie and seriously i am very unhappy, i think your shop sale me...

Sir, i have purched the shoes from bata show room from mumbai. On 5 may 2019. The product become faulty with in 3 mts.in the month of july then i made the contact with costemar care in the month of early september. After that they have told me it is out of warranty so we can not repair nor we can replace it. The cost of shous were 1700 rs. So please give me the advice and help me to resolve the matter.

Bata.in making fraud for refunds.. Here is example on sep 11 2019 i have ordered 12408858 is order id.. Because of quality fail they said on sep 18 order cancelled and refunded but still refund not received in my wallet.. I called daily from 15 days and sent multiple mails. But no one taken action about refund.. Kindly forward this to someone who can help.. And also for customers it is not advisable to shop from bata.in...

I've ordered a pair of women sandals from bata.in on 17-09-19 and delivered on 21-09-19. They send the sandals from old stock and also damaged. Then i contacted to bata customer care and raise a return request. They promised me to pick it up within 1-2 days but not yet picked up. But they didn't pick up the sandals, i contacted several times but they only give me promises nothing else. Till now it's not picked up.

i have Purchased BATA Shoes From CP Delhi and order No. is CM[protected] dated[protected] but after using regularly shoes side portion damaged and Bata Manager says it would be repair not exchanged .it is disrespectful that after paying this much amount, i'm not able to wear.

Dear sir/ madam,

I bought a shoe from sarojini nagar delhi from bata outlet,
After a few days of wear, its "tongue" came out of the right side shoes which was not properly stitched inside.
This is a quality & reliability of product issue that needs to be taken care of. Also request you for replacement of same.

Bata india (Linking road, khar (W) store mumbai) - the store took the paymet of 2500 and has not delivered the product.

Despite multiple calls to the store, store manager misbehaved on call and refused to dleiver the product. I called on the helpline number several times but no one answered.

I am a regular customer fo bata india and have recently purchased two pairs of sandals from bata showroom at new market bhopal.

The order was of the sum of rs.2398. The first payment was done via phonepe application and by the time i did my payment, the payment option was declined by the representative at the counter. Hence the amount got deducted from my account but was not received by the representative....

I buyed sandals (Chappals) on bata showroom in hyderabad, with in one week product got damaged, one strip got came out. Received damaged product.
While buying this product, the executive explained that this product is washable.
