I bought Leather shoes from Bata Online on July 15th 2019 and returned same on July 20th 2019 as it's not good quality.

I am following up from July 20th 2019 on daily basis still have not received my money till now. Everytime i am getting update like wait 24 Hours or 48 Hours and wait few more days. I am keep calling customer care executives, same update getting from past 3 and half months. Even i was escalated to Avadesh floor manager, but still no luck on this.

Please help on this.

    Dear sir

    I had purchased a pair of shoes as attached in the photo on 8th oct 2019 from bata showroom located in s d road, near nalli showroom, secunderabad, telangana. I havejust worn it for 3 times so far and it has developed white patches / wrinkles. I had paid 3k+ for the show which i feel is not worth after seeing the quality of leather/ material used.

      I have made purchase from bata store from r mall on 26th june-19.

      Below are my invoice and article details:-

      Product price = 1699/-
      Purchase date = 26th june-19

      Within 4 months from purchase, leather has completely separated from sole of both shoes. Kindly refer the photos of shoes for your reference.

      I am regular customer of bata and you can check my purchase history by checking through mobile no. [protected]. Such bad quality is not at all acceptable from reputed brand like bata.

      After contacting customer care, they have rejected my request stating its 4 months but if you see the pics, the problem must have started within 2 months but i never checked.

      Appreciate your prompt and positive response in getting my issue resolved.

        Hi,

        On first oct-2019, we were visited bata showroom at perundurai road, erode.

        We purchased the amount of rs. 549 and made payment on phonepe wallet.
        The shop salesman said the transaction has failed and make a payment again, so i made a payment by debit card again.

        Also the shop executive said that the failed transaction will be credited with 24 hrs. But, nothing happened, hence i have called bata complaint # and raised a ticket # bm-91742 on 3rd of october-2019.

        Am following-up with them every two days. There is no response from them.

          Hi team, i have purchased the shoe for kid on 09/06/2019 & while purchasing i got assurance saying that 3 months replacement and 6 months repair and warranty will be there for products. Now after 4 months the shoe sole has broken and it is not physical damage also, it is manufacturing defect. When i took the shoe to bata showroom they have told that please log a complaint and once approved i will replace. So i logged a complaint to customer care on 19/10/2019 and they told it will be resolved in 3 days, now it one week there is no proper response from them and they told it is in progress from quality team. So i am raising the complaint for this. Can you please help me to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Paid rs.1499 for shoe and easily they are telling we cant replace or repair.

          I have visited the stores for repair on Saturday, based on store person inputs i called the customer care number for complaint and they have logged a complaint (BM 104017) and updated that it will be resolved in 3 days and received an email from customer care number for complaint number from mentioned email ID([email protected]), after 1 day from same email ID ([email protected] ) i have received email saying it is 4 months old and cannot be replaced and repaired. i sent one more email on the same day ([email protected] & [email protected]) saying as per the store person it will be replaced if i get an approval and it is not physical damage also.But there is no reply from them and no one has called me from Bata store. i call them regarding this on 22/10/2019 to get the update, customer care person told they will reply in 24 hours and it got escalated.But till today no response and i called once again today morning to customer care and saying the same story it is with quality team they will update in 24 hours. So i i logged a complaint now on this.When ever we call them they will say same story and none of them will call us and update any inputs.Till now it is not resolved but showing status as resolved, please check.

            Hi,
            I ordered a pair of sandal for my sister on oct-5-2019 but bata has failed to delivered it, saying that product quality was poor. I cancelled that order when i came to about it's quality on phone. I asked them to refund my amount on my credit card amount but it's more then 18 days now, they are not taking any action.

            Please help me to get my money back

              I requested my refund for order no.12409608 on oct 5th but still not refunded yet today oct 22nd and customer care always same answer wait for 24hours worst experiene with falthu bata. Fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud pls do not buy anything from bata they service is so bad and falthu, cheaters, bakwaas app. I'm calling customer care every day but not credited still fake bata please don't buy anything

                Bata team,

                I have taken the bata product in may month from andheri w shoppers stop shop and within 3 months only product got damaged. I went to the near andheri west shop and they adviced me to repair the same.
                After 8-10 days i come to know that bata do only exchange and not repair, so after doing lot of request finally store manager provided me the exchange..
                Again same product got damaged and i have contacted on customer service of bata on 15/10/2019, as per your exchange policy i should receive exchange within 3 days.
                Multiple times i have contacted on customer service number on 17 18 and 19 th october 2019 but still my issue is not resolved. And also your customer team is worst
                On 15 th itself i have confirmed that i can take the product from shoppers stop andheri west branch and senior was also agreed but now they have denied to do that also

                I am extremely irate by product and by by your employees.
                I want my product to be received from shoppers stop andheri west branch today itself. Or else give me refund of my amount.

                Otherwise i will surely escalate this on higher level

                  I have raised nearly 10 complains to bata. And still there is no progress in their response. I ordered a kids shoe a month ago and they sent me the wrong pair. Now the shoe is in different location. I am sending them emails, registering complains, trying to reach through call but there is no response. They just keep sending courier person to the same delivered address and keep calling the same delivered mobile number. The person using the mobile number can’t speak English and the customer care executive can’t speak tamil. I have given them different number to call and sent a lot of emails still no response. My money is locked with them for more than a month. I don’t want to spend a penny for courier for the mistake done by them. It was done through online shopping bata.in

                    Dear sir,
                    The showroom of bata shoe at delhi road saharanpur is selling the bata shoe products without giving online billing receipt since last 2 months, on the pretext that internet is not working.
                    I went to another showroom at clock tower showroom and got the online bill for the purchase.
                    You are requested to kindly look into the matter why the person is not making sale online and not giving bill to customers. Moreover his behaviour is also not courteous. Regards

                    Customer executives don't even answer exactly about it. Also, I have not got any mail regarding my refund and have called them innumerable times still its hanging.

                      I bought a shoe with invoice no.CM[protected] Bata shoe store rajouri garden market on 16/09/2019 of Rs. 1699. i used these shoes once and the right leg shoe becomes loose . i went to the store for replacement but the staff said it could not be done than i asked them to repair it ... first they denied after some argument they said ok and took the shoes and asked me to come next week and today when i reached to take my shoe back after 2 weeks they havent done anything in the shoe they were all same with the same defect .after asking them again to repair it they put a shoe sole inside it... Its very disappointing and its a haraasment to the customer to go again n again for a simple defect . please sort out my problem and confirm me from where i can get my problem fixed.

                        The power brian shoes - 9 was bought through amazone online shoping on 28/07/2019. After one month o[censored]se i, e on 2nd. Sept. 2019 the bottom sole of the shoes came out. Since one month has been over for exchange of the shoes, amazone suggested to contact with the manufacturer to replace as it has 90 days warranty. The several times i have made correspondence through mail but no action being taken from customer care team of bata india. Hope this complaint will definitely helpful for me.

                          I had taken this sandals from irla vile parle on 16th june and i started wearing from september, within one week the inner sole started removing and i had mailed the customer service regarding this my ticket number is bm-88904. I had mailed and called the customer service many times but dint response anything and after 3 weeks later i received a mail we will not give you replacement then again i called customer care and they told me you don't have the bill we cannot solve you problem i agreed my mistake was there that i lost my bill so i asked them what was 2nd solution they replied me to give your bank statement details as i had done my payment with card i also provided that also to your team... But no response yet... And that sandals i have taken for 1500 and it was rainy sandals though i have started using it late when rainy season ends what would i have used it earlier it would get wholly damage then. Even i said your team i am late by 11 days by your claim policy so cut the penalty of that days and replace my sandals or repair it. So your team said to provide me with your bill details i provided them but no response from your team. I request you to please solve my query. I have attached my sandals photo. Please do the needful.

                            I had made an online purchase of shoes on oct 2, 2019 through bata online and on 3rd october got message that packet is out for delivery. It’s 10th october and i have no clue where my consignment is. My order no was 12431575. I have called call centre twice, first on oct 6, 2019 when i was told i will get the packet in 2 days time i. E., by 7th october and then on non receipt of packet i called again on october 8, 2019 when. I was told a complaint is being lodged from myside (Ref no 1718113) and packet will come in 3 days.

                            It is most pathetic on line shopping experience and i do not even know where my consignment is and when i will get it. These were school shoes for my son since earlier ones had worn off but last one week we have to deal with wearing worn off shoes to school for my son. Hope some action takes place.

                              I brought a school shoe for my kid and purchase date is 10th june 2019 and in august time frame his shoes started cracking wide open with upper part and sole. I have did launched a compaint and got the complaint no bm 71907. It has been more than a month, i dont see a response from bata.

                              It is really shameful for not responding, we have been buying shoes in bata for almost 7 years and this is the response they give for a loyal customer.

                                I had ordered a sandal with bata, order id : 12415055.
                                I have received a wrong product.
                                Even i have tried to call them several times, no repsonse for call.
                                I wrote a mail to them on sept-29 regarding this, they gave me a ticket id-bm-88792 and mentioned that, they will resolve within 3 days
                                But since then, there has not been a response from their side.

                                    I purchased a bata leather shoe on before 1 week of 2018 durga puja from your grand bata shop dharmotala, kolkata. But at this durga puja time when i going to attend a durga puja ceremony at this time my shoe's shole totally damaged like a dust type.
                                    Last 30 years i used your products but never i feel any issues. But now i am really unsatisfie and seriously i am very unhappy, i think your shop sale me a duplicate products.

                                      Sir, i have purched the shoes from bata show room from mumbai. On 5 may 2019. The product become faulty with in 3 mts.in the month of july then i made the contact with costemar care in the month of early september. After that they have told me it is out of warranty so we can not repair nor we can replace it. The cost of shous were 1700 rs. So please give me the advice and help me to resolve the matter.

                                        Bata.in making fraud for refunds.. Here is example on sep 11 2019 i have ordered 12408858 is order id.. Because of quality fail they said on sep 18 order cancelled and refunded but still refund not received in my wallet.. I called daily from 15 days and sent multiple mails. But no one taken action about refund.. Kindly forward this to someone who can help.. And also for customers it is not advisable to shop from bata.in even offline. Since their systems are horrible if product not received on time. Customer service is worst since daily they will take fresh complaint but no follow up.. Now 30 days going to complete.. Still no refund for order id 12408858.
