I had made an online purchase of shoes on oct 2, 2019 through bata online and on 3rd october got message that packet is out for delivery. It’s 10th october and i have no clue where my consignment is. My order no was 12431575. I have called call centre twice, first on oct 6, 2019 when i was told i will get the packet in 2 days time i. E., by 7th october and then on non receipt of packet i called again on october 8, 2019 when. I was told a complaint is being lodged from myside (Ref no 1718113) and packet will come in 3 days.
It is most pathetic on line shopping experience and i do not even know where my consignment is and when i will get it. These were school shoes for my son since earlier ones had worn off but last one week we have to deal with wearing worn off shoes to school for my son. Hope some action takes place.
Bata India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
