I've ordered a pair of women sandals from bata.in on 17-09-19 and delivered on 21-09-19. They send the sandals from old stock and also damaged. Then i contacted to bata customer care and raise a return request. They promised me to pick it up within 1-2 days but not yet picked up. But they didn't pick up the sandals, i contacted several times but they only give me promises nothing else. Till now it's not picked up.

i have Purchased BATA Shoes From CP Delhi and order No. is CM[protected] dated[protected] but after using regularly shoes side portion damaged and Bata Manager says it would be repair not exchanged .it is disrespectful that after paying this much amount, i'm not able to wear.
Please exchanged shoes not repaired. i am not able to buy.

I have made a online purchase for mens shoes after 8 days i recieved ladies scandal. After call and made returning request. Bata call centre is giving different answer and asking to send picture and email after sending also still return not made. Bata call giving different procedure of returning items. Still return not made.
They keep promising but still they did not take return. Its of no use because i purchased men shoes and they have given ladies very high hill scandal

Will be delivered in two days and it has still not been delivered. I have made prepaid online payment. I want the company to either tell me the reason of this much delay or refund my money.

I bought a shoe from sarojini nagar delhi from bata outlet,
After a few days of wear, its "tongue" came out of the right side shoes which was not properly stitched inside.
This is a quality & reliability of product issue that needs to be taken care of. Also request you for replacement of same.

Please find attached the invoice and photos for your reference.

Bata india (Linking road, khar (W) store mumbai) - the store took the paymet of 2500 and has not delivered the product.

Despite multiple calls to the store, store manager misbehaved on call and refused to dleiver the product. I called on the helpline number several times but no one answered.

Please refund my amount. I have attached the receipt of the purchase.

I have ordered a shoe on bata application (Google play store) with my login id ([protected]@gmail.com). The order id is 12411377 and the sub order id is 50506728. Order date is 13/09/2019. I have paid the amount online and its showing that i will be received the order within 3 days but still i did not received the order and they are not aware to reply on my mail also. But after that i request them to cancel the order and for refund my amount but they are not replying my email and did not received my calls also.

Request you to please help me on this for refund my amount back.

My order no. Is 12415141. I ordered a product from bata worth 666 on 16/9/2019 and i received a message that the product will be delivered with in 4 days but now it is 26/9/2019 and till now i havent received my product. I called customer care several times and every time they told me different stories regarding my product. Sometimes they cut the call on my mouth. They never transfer their call to senior, every time they told me that they will arrange a call back request with in 1 hour. But that never happened. Today they told me that the product was delivered to my address but they did not found my house and hence they cancel the delivery. I purchase from flipkart, amazon and the can find my house easily but bata cant, i think it is totally #, they just making stories. I dont know what to do.
Their customer service care is very bad. They talk very arrogantly.
Please help me to get my product

Its been 20 days no pickup done result no money refunded. 7 times called customer care, commitment done but no solution.
Very bad services, really disappointed.
Suggest every one not to order from bata... Online services are fake in bata... They are not customer friendly... Very bad services.

I am a regular customer fo bata india and have recently purchased two pairs of sandals from bata showroom at new market bhopal.

The order was of the sum of rs.2398. The first payment was done via phonepe application and by the time i did my payment, the payment option was declined by the representative at the counter. Hence the amount got deducted from my account but was not received by the representative. So, i did another payment via card for the same amount.

I filed a complaint about the deduction and it has now been more than a month i have been struggling to get my refund. Every time i have to call the customer support to get an update for the ticket.

Below are the ticket ids:

Its really frustrating now to call again and again, and in future, i am refraining myself to buy any product form bata.

I buyed sandals (Chappals) on bata showroom in hyderabad, with in one week product got damaged, one strip got came out. Received damaged product.
While buying this product, the executive explained that this product is washable.

Bought ladies footwear having product code [protected] exactly 3months back back on 19.06.19). But to my surprise the leather/ upper mateial has kind of wore off from one side and there is a gaping hole now. Contacted bata showroom jwalaheri, new delhi yesterday but literally they washed their hands off saying that although product is faulty but your warranty elapsed 2days back there we have no option to replace the product and system not allow us, 'you need to lodge the complaint and then we'll see if something can be done" is this the kind of 'customer service' these companies provide? And, that too for such a costly slepers which work only for 3months. Iam using bata for last 15years, and from such a reputed company which known for its quality it can't be expected that for faulty material and product they respond in such manner. I really don't know how this is going to be resolved!!!

It's my request to resolve the issue by replacing the product immediately even some days gone after warranty period because as iam working lady so due to busy schedule i am not able to come for warranty period.

Myself suraj from solapur. I am purchased your bata chappal from your bata store solapur. This product is too costly about 1400 rupees. It damaged in only 4 months. I'm complained to your company customer care but they give me reason of purchase bill of that product. So i request you for call to bata store and say them to replace this bata product with the help of details of purchase bill office copy on 18th april 2019.

I have order brown shoes from bata, after three day i have been wrongly delivered black shoes, after my complain they pick up black shoes through blue dart courier, but nothing till today i get back from bata. Even customer care number not working.

I thought bata is oldest and honest company of india... But that was wrong, i was cheated.

I bought sandals for rs 2000from gaur mall rdc gaziabad. Just 3-4 days ago and they r damaging very quickly they are very much uncomfortable from backside and craeted a cut on the back of my leg one of the strip of sandals is going to damage only by 2days use completely unsatisfied wid bata and want my money back and refund it fast i m regular user of bata i want no exchange just want my money back i got exchange earlier but same thing is happening wid me again and again just refund my money

This is with reference to my order for 6645935 Red woman scholl ladies sandal which has been delivered to me on 17/09/2019. I want to return the product as i am not comfortable with it but neither the customer care number is being picked up by any of bata representatives nor they are responding to any of my emails. The service reference no. BM-79124 is still pending with bata from the past few days but to no avail. The nearest bata authorised store is denying to exchange or return the above product which was purchased online through bata official website. So please see to it and do the needful.

I bought bata power shoe from bata store in GIP noida, sector 18 worth 3000 rs. They are extremely uncomfortable. J have show bites on my ankle from these. I have worn it 3 times thinking that they would be comfortable after 1-2 times. But still it is giving me shoe bites.
I didn't not expect this from a reputed brand like bata. I think this is design issue as the shoe upper is high and material is hardhard and whenever I walk ankle rubs against it.
It is really disheartening that even after paying this much amount, I'm not able to wear it. I'm not able to walk properly because they hurt a lot.

Firstly do not trust them when they say that it is all seasons it is # not all seasons shoes, it does not even last for 1 month properly. I had gone first in the month of june to buy rainy shoes, & i bought it for 1699 rupees, it did not last for even a month properly. Second time i bought was again the same problem the quality oh my god! Is so freaking poor i mean seriously, after that again like a fool i went to bata for the third time and again the same problem occured, and they broke my trust again & again. I made sure this is the last time i m buying from bata, they lost a potential buyer i would say who will never buy anything here on from bata have completely lost the trust. Atleast make the quality of products good and # stop saying it hat they are all seasons.

I ordered a shoe from bata india website [ order 12403886 ] but after 5 days the order was cancelled. This happened after numerous calls on bata toll free number[protected] and emails to in-customer. [protected]@bata.com. I have not received any refund against it till now. No acknowledgement email is received after sending emails to bata india.
I again ordered the same shoe and a sandal [order 12411766], i got an auto reply that delivery will take place within 4-5 days. It is 5th day and i have not got any shipment delivery update. Tracking orders online from bata india website does not help as it shows the same status. I have sent email to customer. [protected]@bata.com, i am not sure even if that helps.
