I bought sandals for rs 2000from gaur mall rdc gaziabad. Just 3-4 days ago and they r damaging very quickly they are very much uncomfortable from backside and craeted a cut on the back of my leg one of the strip of sandals is going to damage only by 2days use completely unsatisfied wid bata and want my money back and refund it fast i m regular user of bata i want no exchange just want my money back i got exchange earlier but same thing is happening wid me again and again just refund my money

    This is with reference to my order for 6645935 Red woman scholl ladies sandal which has been delivered to me on 17/09/2019. I want to return the product as i am not comfortable with it but neither the customer care number is being picked up by any of bata representatives nor they are responding to any of my emails. The service reference no. BM-79124 is still pending with bata from the past few days but to no avail. The nearest bata authorised store is denying to exchange or return the above product which was purchased online through bata official website. So please see to it and do the needful.

      Hi,
      I bought bata power shoe from bata store in GIP noida, sector 18 worth 3000 rs. They are extremely uncomfortable. J have show bites on my ankle from these. I have worn it 3 times thinking that they would be comfortable after 1-2 times. But still it is giving me shoe bites.
      I didn't not expect this from a reputed brand like bata. I think this is design issue as the shoe upper is high and material is hardhard and whenever I walk ankle rubs against it.
      It is really disheartening that even after paying this much amount, I'm not able to wear it. I'm not able to walk properly because they hurt a lot.

        Firstly do not trust them when they say that it is all seasons it is # not all seasons shoes, it does not even last for 1 month properly. I had gone first in the month of june to buy rainy shoes, & i bought it for 1699 rupees, it did not last for even a month properly. Second time i bought was again the same problem the quality oh my god! Is so freaking poor i mean seriously, after that again like a fool i went to bata for the third time and again the same problem occured, and they broke my trust again & again. I made sure this is the last time i m buying from bata, they lost a potential buyer i would say who will never buy anything here on from bata have completely lost the trust. Atleast make the quality of products good and # stop saying it hat they are all seasons.

          I ordered a shoe from bata india website [ order 12403886 ] but after 5 days the order was cancelled. This happened after numerous calls on bata toll free number[protected] and emails to in-customer. [protected]@bata.com. I have not received any refund against it till now. No acknowledgement email is received after sending emails to bata india.
          I again ordered the same shoe and a sandal [order 12411766], i got an auto reply that delivery will take place within 4-5 days. It is 5th day and i have not got any shipment delivery update. Tracking orders online from bata india website does not help as it shows the same status. I have sent email to customer. [protected]@bata.com, i am not sure even if that helps.

          In addition to this I raised complaints against Bata india -https://www.bata.in/bataindia/writetous.
          [Track ID: 1702388/1701392/1701393] but did not get any response, not even an acknowledgement email. I am quite sure that their customer care doesnt not exist neither does their Online Order fulfilment team.
          Bought new sandals from retail outlet Gemini shoes, Rajahmundry, AP, 3DAYS. back. Bad quality, torn just after walking for 8 hours . Enclosed photo.
          Its 5th September 2019, we have not received the shareholders discount coupons which we had been receiving always in the month of July- August.
          We have shares under two port folios Mrs Bharati Bhargava and my name Rohit Bhargava. we request to kindly investigate and look into the matter if this policy is still continuing.

            I ordered two items from bata which were defective. I return them. Items were picked up on 29 august 2019 with awb[protected] and another awb[protected] but refund is not received yet. So many times i sent mail and called customer care but no response. My complain no are 1697503 and 1697494. Its very disappointing bata learn from liberty they quickly response even on a mail

              I had purchased a sandal from Grand Bata store, Esplanade kolkata on 16th July 2019 vide bill no.CM[protected] along with a sock which costed me Rs 999 + 39 as an combo offer. Within 10 days sole of sandal partially came off so I visited the store on 26th July 2019 for replacement but the asked Rs. 110 extra for replacement (basically the discounted price). Because of manufacturing defect and unjustified extra charges I didn't take replacement and came home.

              Since that day I am mailing and calling customer care and they are buying time by saying "give us 24 hours or 1 hours or 48 hours". Finally on 16th August 2019, I got a mail from customer care, requested to visit the store which I did on 19th August 2019. The store manager behaved rudely, questioned my capabilities to go through the policies mentioned at the back of the bill which he later failed to point out. He was clearly told either get a claim number (as per the store manager I have to have the claim no from customer care in mail so that they can act and suprisingly as per your customer care, a claim number can only be given to the store manager) or pay extra Rs. 110 or return the sock. I requested him to speak with customer care once but he denied and reasoned that a store manager is not authorised to call customer care. He even suggested to file a case with consumer court against Bata India. Since then I am continuously contacting customer care but they just delaying, saying "the issue is forwarded to concerned higher authorities". Either they are lying or the higher authorities are incompetent too. It been 65 days I purchased the sandal and out of that since 55 days I am trying to get a replacement or refund from Bata. Very soon the warranty period of 90 days will be over after that what will happen.

              Complaint no with Bata is 39551, opened since last 55 days but no progress.

              Bata escalation called me and mailed me (from [email protected]) today i.e. 17th September 2019 and shared claim number which further helped me to get sandal replacement. This complete process took more than 50 days to resolve after raising a complaint. After daily followups over call and mail marking to [email protected], resolution came. I will always suggest to not purchase from Bata but in case you have no other choice and faced some problems within warranty period, do reach out their customer care and followup daily.

                I’ve been calling continuously for the updates of my refund. I’ve been telling that i didn’t get my refund for like 20 days. The refund process started around 3rd september but it hasn’t really come to my account even after updating my bank statements. The complaint no. Is 1687490. The staff has not been helpful enough and was totally lethargic about it.

                  Dear Bata, I bought Bata product few months back and found that soul of the both the baileys wore out. I hardly used them for 1-2 months.
                  Earlier I had used Bata products and they accompanied me for 2-3 years.
                  Request you to help with exchange policy.
                  After using 2days of shoe Outer layer getting torned and I have raised a complient on 05th sep 2019 #69748.
                  But no one is responding to resolve the issue till date.
                  Please help me to get the resolution.

                      I bought bata belt from kolkata new market bata showroom, few months back now the buckle got broken, and pasting is damged, while using, i went to bata store in chandannagar (Hooghly), they are not responding, & taking any responsibility to resolve my problem, the cost of belt is approx 900 rupees but the quality is not upto the mark. Please reply me back, what to do with this waist belt, should i dump it??

                        I have spent time to purchase online 3 orders. And, all were successfully placed. After that, i also got the mail for orders.

                        On the next day, i have called in customer care to cancel my first order[protected], in which 2items was there. He told me that your order is applied to cancel. Now, none of the items will be delivered to you. Suddenly in next day, one of the item is deliverd at my home. I have again called customer care. They told me that sorry for that. So, i told her that its okay than please deliver 2nd item of that order also. Don't cancel the order. She has told me that your order will be delivered you soon.in the meantime, i got the mail that your order is refunded. So here my point is that, they never listening to customers need. Following only on there way..

                        Again in my 2orders 12398238, 12398272 followed up that, automatically canceled and refunded to me.. I wanted those orders.. I have invested my time to purchase it. I again called customer care. Now in that he answered me that item is damaged and defective so your order is auto refunded.

                        (My point is that, what if all the items were defected? Then why that order was online enabled to purchase?)

                        He also given me reason that site was not updated so might be your order is cancelled.
                        (My point is that, is it customers fault? I have selected that items in the mid of the night.. Is it all wasted?)

                        I told to please forward this call to your management or your superior. He told me that they are busy. They can't talk on the call.
                        (My point is that, if they are busy then we are not free here to make a time pass.
                        This number is toll free customer care number. So, what if we not get proper response and customer is not satisfied with procedure.. Then you should remove out your customer care calk service.)

                        Such a very poor service and response. I want my order.. I am big fan of bata. Since, birthhood i follow bata items.. But, online service and customer care call service - i frustrated.. Improve it. Please guide and do the needful.

                          i, ve purchased shoes at Nellore BATA on 17th august with name Kvgr Deepika .
                          First of all If it is brand there should be label on the product, we bought 2 shoes one crocs model for boy and women shoe .On both of them there is no label of BATA some random shoes were sold for us.okay let that be as least priority, being a top brand atleast you should maintain quality of product, one we bought were damaged already.On top of it they sold for us for 699rs atleast we expect quality and lifetime.This is worst than we expect.
                          i need replacement of my shoes or refund my money back .

                              Hi, had been to bata showroom today arounf 11:15 am at hesargatta road near 8th mile, bangalore.
                              Since i walked in the showroom no one was interested in addressing me on my requirement, i had a selection which was on display had to walk off since only 2 personals were present, one lady was busy with other customer and the other guy was busy cleaning his bike which was parked outside.
                              Had to leave the showroom without any buy as your team are not customer focused.

                                I recently purchased bata - hush puppies shoes with memory foam from bata's nigadi, pune, maharashtra store (Cash memo attached). Shoes are worth 3, 499/-. Shoes are otherwise ok, however they make lot of squeaking noise while walking or even driving car when you apply brakes/clutch. I thought the issue may get resolved after few days once shoes get little old, however it did not. It feels really uncomfortable especially while walking at quiet places or corridors as people tend to get disturbed/ annoyed due to this squeaking noise. People tend to turn their heads to see where the sound is coming from, which is very embarassing.

                                This kind of low quality product is not at all expected from premium brand like bata.
                                I contacted bata customer care over email, phone and showroom however none of them seem to care. Email team took 5 days to reply asking for copy of invoice, which they call as immediate support. I think bata did not do enough quality control checks during manufacturing which has resulted in such useless product. I think people should approach consumer court to save other people from buying this faulty product.

                                I hope bata will be able to resolve the issue urgently or refund my money asap.

                                  Hi i had purchased a bata shoe from amazon online in august 2019 for some rs 1300 approx. I have shoe bites at both the ankles from it. I have now worn it 3 times in the hope that if i 'break it in' it will be ok. But today even after having worn it for the 3rd time its giving me a shoe bite.

                                  One doesn't expect this from a bata shoe at all. There is a design problem as the shoe upper i think is too high and material is hard so when the ankle bends at walking it rubs against it.

                                  I would like a replacement or if that's not possible due to fault in the design itself, as i have heard others also complain about this design, then a refund pl.

                                    Its was ordered on 26th Aug and Delivered today 29th August

                                    The size is small and I need to exchange with new size.

                                      I have purchased one Power Shoe from your outlet located at G.S.Road, Guwahati, Assam on 26.04.2019. The shoe is worn between bottom rubber sole and upper portion made by other materials. Accordingly, I made a complain through your help line number[protected] on 21.08.2019. Accordingly, I got a Ticket Number (BM-58464-Bata) and assured me to resolved my problem within 3 (Three) days. But, after a laps of 9 (Nine) days I have not get any respond from your good company. Even I try to know the present position of my complain through your help line above in different time but, none of the attended present respond. Even, most of the time they have not pickup the phone also. Sir, Bata is a leading Shoe company of the counter and continued with ISO certificate of QMS (9001). I have called customer care helpline so many time but they didn't responded very well. Its been more than a month since i have reaised the complain againt it on 20th july 2019. My compain id is : bm33835. They have not treated their consumer very well. I would like to file a complaint against them.
