I have purchased hush-puppies sandals from bata store 4 months ago on 21st april 2019 and those sandals are already breaked. I have called customer care helpline so many time but they didn't responded very well. Its been more than a month since i have reaised the complain againt it on 20th july 2019. My compain id is : bm33835. They have not treated their consumer very well. I would like to file a complaint against them.

    Dear sir
    On[protected], i bought a pair of shoes muphy black rs 1699. I made this purchase at kasargod kmc 1v/162 a3&a4 padhoor shoping compex kasargod kerala phone [protected]].
    Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because of shoe was torn. When i was attending the function noticed that the shoe was torn i am totally upset and insulted in front of others. I contacted with the shop many times but they are not ready to replace or resolve the problem.
    To resolve the problem, i would appreciate your replace my shoes and give compensation. Enclosed are copies of my records concerning this purchase

      Around 2 months ago i purchased a pair of sandals of approximately rs.1300. I asked the sales guy if the sandals were all season for which he said yes. But when i used them in rains, they got soggy, worn out and later even the straps broke. Now those are lying in my shoe rack, in a condition so bad that they can't be used even in summer. I hope you gather proper information about your own products and henceforth not answer the customers just for the sake of answering. Thank you.

        I am a bonafide customer of your esteemed bata products since my childhood. I purchased a pair of mocasssino shoe from bata nagaon assam, about 8 months ago and i used it partially on bike or cars. It is very surprising that the sole of the pair of shoe is slowly worning out. Therefore, please look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

          I purchased my shoes from bata store in Redisson blue and with in week its pasting came out, i showed it to store they repaired it and given back to me again with in week time pasting came out.

          i am really pissed out with the quality of 1999 cost sandel.I lodged a campliant on customer care, my complaint no. is 56385 on 18th Aug'18. They send a mail to solve it in 3 days but till today no revert.

          Tried calling them as well as reminder mail sent but no solution.

            I purchased sandals from bata showroom based at sco385, sector 8 panchkula for rs.1399/_ on 9th april, 2019. But after using it twice, the side strip come out. I wrote at least ten emails and talked on toll free no. Many ticket numbers were issued for resolving problem like bm 45646, bm 52943, bm 62999, bm62998.in last mail they asked me to contact the shop with printed copy of mail. I approached but the shop manager did not entertain since wrong address of shop was there. I want to seek help from u. Pl do needful and oblige.

              I have 4order of women slipper and immediately canceled 2orders but unfortunately i have received 3pairs of sandals which are same i want return and full amount refund .i am contacting to bata customer care from 2days and they are not even responding how bad is your service.this was my first purchase i am really very very disappointed. Today one person pick up the call n told me its proceddded but i can't even see this anything that return is in process n when will i get refund of the product

                I have purchased bata comfit slipper in a bata store 50 days ago.After a month slipper got damaged and I raised a ticket to bata customer care 15 days ago and the ticket id is bm-53188.
                It is already 15 days and iam not getting proper response from customer care.Iam contacting bata customer care every day and they are not responding to this issue.So iam requesting to look into this issue and resolve it.

                  This is to inform you that i bought a dr. Scholl sandara sandal from your outlet in new market tilak nagar dated 8.8.2019 (Invoice no cm[protected] when i started wearing, it caused wounds in my foot. I returned it as the shopkeeper mr vinesh assured me that the hammering shall be done & this issue won't persist. Again after delivering the sandal, the same issue was caused and i returned the sandal back. Today the shopkeeper handed me the sandal assuring that the issue has been fixed but sadly the issue has not been fixed and the sandal continues to cause new wound in my foot. This kind of careless behaviour is not expected from a reputed brand like bata.

                  I request you to do the needful else i will be forced to take action against this problem.

                  Aug 16th I have registered complient against article [protected].complient number 54525.but today is 24th aug I have called to customer care they said it's in progress.clear the problem ASAP.
                  Really am not happy with Bata customer service.
                  We have not received 20%discount coupons that we receive every year we have 4 shares in bata company and it's in the name of anita oswal/manoj kumar Oswal our address p-17 sacred heart town wanawadi PUNE-411040

                    Bought a pair of boots from a bata store at ashram road, ahmedabad gujarat for rs.1500/- and have hardly wore it for seven to eight times and sooner their leather open from sal. I visited your ashram road branch they guys repair my shoes two time but same problem happen third times, if baught shoes of 1500/- and expence of another 1500/- rs for repair my shoes with more than half day spending as i am staying 18km far from your bata storei as i was lodged a complaint against this to which i got a mail according to which my item is a discounted one and thus do not cover any warranty for damage or defects. Though i was not told anything about this at the store. Bata is a big brand and is not supposed to ignore customers on the basis of sale of discounted items. All it depicts is that they deceive their customers..

                      I bought school shoes for my son via order no 12358842 on dated 21 july 2019. Immediately i cancelled the order to difference in size of shoes. Till then i am calling customer care but they give one robotic answer wait till tomorrow. I sent several mails and my bank statement but bata has not responded me. I have made complaint at national consumer helpline but again... Fiends how easy to bata india to cheat consumers. They know and replied that aapko jo karna ha karo. Ultimately i m left with pain and my rs1399 is in pocket of bata. I also request to govt agencies pls look into matter.

                        I got a voucher of Bata of 5000 RS from SBI . On 21 June I tried to redeem that voucher on Bata and hush puppies southex but they said that it's invalid. Then I contacted both SBI and Bata and out a complaint. After few days I came to knew that someone redeemed that voucher on 23rd June at Bata model Town store. I contacted SBI and Bata again and again and ask to put a police case on that person who redeemed that voucher . But neither SBI nor Bata is taking any further step. Even I visited the model Town Bata store but he denied to give any CCTV of that customer due to the company policy.
                        Bata and SBI both are not responding to my complaint.i asked so many times to make a police investigation to find out the culprit.
                        I recieved this voucher against SBI elite credit card . This card fee is 4999+ GST
                        Aprx 6000 rs.

                        I bought bata bellies three months back, its been less than 6 months, and those bellies are already not in good condition that it cannot be worn again, and i also went to place (Logix city centre, sector-32, Noida, Uttar Pradesh)
                        from where i bought these bellies, and they dont have my data.

                          I got a voucher of Bata of 5000 RS. from SBI .on 21 Jun 2019 I tried to redeem that voucher in south ex Bata and hush puppies but the voucher they said it's invalid n I complaint to SBI and Bata on same day. After some days I came to knew that my voucher has been redeemed on 23rd June at 2.40 p.m. in Bata store model Town. I called SBI and Bata many times and told I didn't used that voucher please register a police case and investigate who redeemed that voucher . But still whenever I call Bata they keep disconnecting the call and even same with SBI they keep saying it's already redeemed . I told more than 100 times it was not used by me but neither SBI nor Bata is doing anything. I visited the Bata model Town store and talked with manager but he denied to give any CCTV photage of that customer untill there company will say to do so.

                            I am regular customer of Bata shoes to my children since last 10 yrs.
                            This time I have purchased a shoe for my 3 yrs girl in Yelahanka new bata shop 1859 in new town.

                            On 23 July, ' 19 purchased a new show with size _11 but it didn't fit size, so went for exchange to lower size _10 last weekend and they ( store owner ) promised me it will be coming on Thursday. So today again I went to ask for exchange. The person in cashier ( Arun, attached his photo ), first he is not ready responded then after I asked him I am customer asking some query. Then he responded like I can give you with exchange of 1600 priced shoes and have to another 900 .I told give me money back if you not able to exchange. Then he is acting like local rowdy. You can see in CC TV .he is telling I didn't visited earlier to this shop...final I left my shoe ther itself . Again you can see in CC TV then same bcoz he is telling there is no proofs that I have left my shoes inside the shop.

                            I lost 700 RS because of your cashier rude behaviour and he can make phisical damage to any one .if I start my claims strongly.

                            I am expecting my money back or exchange of shoes . But I will not go to that shop again due fear of dangerous cashier. And action on such your employee.

                            If you not taken any action on such employee I will go to consumer court and put all picture about Bata in social awareness.

                              I bought a pair of boots from a bata store at Rajiv chowk for Rs.2000/- just one month before and have hardly wore it for three to four times and sooner their color got fade. I lodged a complaint against this in Bata customer grievance redressal desk in response to which I got a mail according to which my item is a discounted one and thus do not cover any warranty for damage or defects. Though I was not told anything about this at the store. Bata is a big brand and is not supposed to ignore customers on the basis of sale of discounted items. All it depicts is that they deceive their customers by selling their expired bad quality products at half prices. Even if we are paying half of the amount for such products it's still not a small investment for a middle class individual and they also deserve to get some assurance for products of such a Big Brand in India. I request you to either refund my amount or get the product replaced.

                                  2 months back I had placed an order for a pair of footwear through Bata online. After 7 days I received the product and I made a payment. When opened the parcel it was a wrong footwear. Later I lodged a complaint with Bata through their helpline. Only after 20 days the reverse pick was made and now its been 30 days since the reverse pick was made I still have not received the footwear which I originally ordered.
                                  Every time I call or mail them they say they will deliver it within two days but I still haven't received it.

                                    I ordered shoes on 31st july 2019 from bata online "https://www.bata.in/". I got sms for order confirmation and as per that sms, order should be delivered in 4-5 working days. Payment was done online. Today it is 11th aug 2019, but still there is no update. I mailed to customer care but no response till date. Even no body responding on contact number. Bata team is not at all responding. What should i do now?

                                      I purchased all season men’s sandels worth rs 1000+ on 13th july 2019 from bata store located at shimpoli, borivali west, mumbai. However within one month the bottom sole came out and the inner sole has also given way. I hereby raise my complaint to get my sandels repaired or provide fresh piece as a compensation. We being esteemed customers of bata for years would not like to see the quality of bata products getting down.
                                      Looking forward for getting our complaint resolved at the earliest.

                                        I had placed an online order of bata sandals on 11 June 2019, order no. 12329852, suborder no. 50398020. I recieved damage product which was returned. I received an email from bata that the cant arrange for a replacement of the sandals hence will refund my money. I was told to provide my account details which was emailed on 1 July 2019. I have been calling Bata customer care since then but havent recieved my refund yet. Reference number BM 35942 and BM 38461.
