I got a voucher of Bata of 5000 RS from SBI . On 21 June I tried to redeem that voucher on Bata and hush puppies southex but they said that it's invalid. Then I contacted both SBI and Bata and out a complaint. After few days I came to knew that someone redeemed that voucher on 23rd June at Bata model Town store. I contacted SBI and Bata again and again and ask to put a police case on that person who redeemed that voucher . But neither SBI nor Bata is taking any further step. Even I visited the model Town Bata store but he denied to give any CCTV of that customer due to the company policy.
Bata and SBI both are not responding to my complaint.i asked so many times to make a police investigation to find out the culprit.
I recieved this voucher against SBI elite credit card . This card fee is 4999+ GST
Aprx 6000 rs.

I bought bata bellies three months back, its been less than 6 months, and those bellies are already not in good condition that it cannot be worn again, and i also went to place (Logix city centre, sector-32, Noida, Uttar Pradesh)
from where i bought these bellies, and they dont have my data.

    I got a voucher of Bata of 5000 RS. from SBI .on 21 Jun 2019 I tried to redeem that voucher in south ex Bata and hush puppies but the voucher they said it's invalid n I complaint to SBI and Bata on same day. After some days I came to knew that my voucher has been redeemed on 23rd June at 2.40 p.m. in Bata store model Town. I called SBI and Bata many times and told I didn't used that voucher please register a police case and investigate who redeemed that voucher . But still whenever I call Bata they keep disconnecting the call and even same with SBI they keep saying it's already redeemed . I told more than 100 times it was not used by me but neither SBI nor Bata is doing anything. I visited the Bata model Town store and talked with manager but he denied to give any CCTV photage of that customer untill there company will say to do so.

      Hi,

      I am regular customer of Bata shoes to my children since last 10 yrs.
      This time I have purchased a shoe for my 3 yrs girl in Yelahanka new bata shop 1859 in new town.

      On 23 July, ' 19 purchased a new show with size _11 but it didn't fit size, so went for exchange to lower size _10 last weekend and they ( store owner ) promised me it will be coming on Thursday. So today again I went to ask for exchange. The person in cashier ( Arun, attached his photo ), first he is not ready responded then after I asked him I am customer asking some query. Then he responded like I can give you with exchange of 1600 priced shoes and have to another 900 .I told give me money back if you not able to exchange. Then he is acting like local rowdy. You can see in CC TV .he is telling I didn't visited earlier to this shop...final I left my shoe ther itself . Again you can see in CC TV then same bcoz he is telling there is no proofs that I have left my shoes inside the shop.

      I lost 700 RS because of your cashier rude behaviour and he can make phisical damage to any one .if I start my claims strongly.

      I am expecting my money back or exchange of shoes . But I will not go to that shop again due fear of dangerous cashier. And action on such your employee.

      If you not taken any action on such employee I will go to consumer court and put all picture about Bata in social awareness.

        I bought a pair of boots from a bata store at Rajiv chowk for Rs.2000/- just one month before and have hardly wore it for three to four times and sooner their color got fade. I lodged a complaint against this in Bata customer grievance redressal desk in response to which I got a mail according to which my item is a discounted one and thus do not cover any warranty for damage or defects. Though I was not told anything about this at the store. Bata is a big brand and is not supposed to ignore customers on the basis of sale of discounted items. All it depicts is that they deceive their customers by selling their expired bad quality products at half prices. Even if we are paying half of the amount for such products it's still not a small investment for a middle class individual and they also deserve to get some assurance for products of such a Big Brand in India. I request you to either refund my amount or get the product replaced.

          Do it soon as possible iam not happy at all

            2 months back I had placed an order for a pair of footwear through Bata online. After 7 days I received the product and I made a payment. When opened the parcel it was a wrong footwear. Later I lodged a complaint with Bata through their helpline. Only after 20 days the reverse pick was made and now its been 30 days since the reverse pick was made I still have not received the footwear which I originally ordered.
            Every time I call or mail them they say they will deliver it within two days but I still haven't received it.

              I ordered shoes on 31st july 2019 from bata online "https://www.bata.in/". I got sms for order confirmation and as per that sms, order should be delivered in 4-5 working days. Payment was done online. Today it is 11th aug 2019, but still there is no update. I mailed to customer care but no response till date. Even no body responding on contact number. Bata team is not at all responding. What should i do now?

                I purchased all season men’s sandels worth rs 1000+ on 13th july 2019 from bata store located at shimpoli, borivali west, mumbai. However within one month the bottom sole came out and the inner sole has also given way. I hereby raise my complaint to get my sandels repaired or provide fresh piece as a compensation. We being esteemed customers of bata for years would not like to see the quality of bata products getting down.
                Looking forward for getting our complaint resolved at the earliest.

                  I had placed an online order of bata sandals on 11 June 2019, order no. 12329852, suborder no. 50398020. I recieved damage product which was returned. I received an email from bata that the cant arrange for a replacement of the sandals hence will refund my money. I was told to provide my account details which was emailed on 1 July 2019. I have been calling Bata customer care since then but havent recieved my refund yet. Reference number BM 35942 and BM 38461.

                    Hi, i purchased chappal and ballerinas from bata.in online shopping. The order number is 12333648 dated on 17 june.
                    After several follow ups and inquiries i came to know that the order is cancelled. Three times i raised the complaints.
                    Nothing has been informed until i call the customer care and inquire. Really poor service.
                    I have mailed my bank detail on in_customer. [protected]@bata.com, but i did not get my money back as well.

                      We have purchased shoes from our nearest bata outlet, sanjay nagar bangalore but within a month the shoes got damaged and bata outlet person has advised me to rise a complaint so that the same amount we can purchase other shoes, but customer service of bata registered complaint incorrectly 15 days back i. E bm-37436 - last 2 days back i came to know this reason and again i registered one more complaint bm-44337 but now also there is no response from team, please find the details attached and kindly resolve my problem

                        Redemption of rewards points in respect of my sbi credit card

                        I have to inform that i have redeemed rewards points for my sbi credit card against bata e-vouchers for rs. 1000/- and rs.500/- respectively.

                        On visit to bata show room in sector-17 chandigarhton june 26 2019 i was informed that these vouchers are not available/visible in their system and directed me to contact sbi in this regard.

                        On taking up the matter with sbi they informed that the vouchers have already been redeemed at bata showroom at sector 17 chandigarh

                        It seems that sales executive at the store has intentionally adjusted my e vouchers against his own or some other purchase on the date i visited the store.

                          Bata India were delaying and avoiding to resolve my complaint, when I approached them directly. However, they immediately responded to my email AFTER I posted complaint here. They asked me to carry defective product to their outlet from where I had purchased it. Upon doing so, the sales executive inspected damaged product and email from BATA India. They immediately replaced the damaged product with new one from shelf; also gave me option to purchase anything other than just socks, by paying the difference in amount. Thanks to Indian Consumer Complaints Forum.

                          Bata started selling duplicate products

                          Wating since 8 days for the resolution of my problem

                          No reply from their side. Customer care very bad service.

                          No loyalty n no honesty towards the customers

                          Really very very disappointing experience

                            I have purchesd pair of chappal from bata store on 15th june. Chappal got damaged before one month. I have visited store on 10th july and submitted chappal. Store owner refused to change it. I have also filed complaint in bata help desk on 11th july. According to help desk, issue must be resolved in 3 days but after connecting on 16th july help desk ask me to wait for 24 hrs.

                            Everyday i am calling to help desk to know the status and everyday getting same response as it is in progress. Today is 3rd august and almost 20 days passed after filing complaints but still didnt get any resolution.

                              I had ordered hush puppies shoes from bata app.
                              I had to return back due to faulty piece.

                              They took the shoes and its been more tan 2 weeks since they are not refunding the money.

                              Whenever i call, they give one or other excuse.
                              Not even responding to the mails.

                              I have talked to their customer representative at highest level since then (Ms. Barkha)

                              Every now and then, excuse remains the same saying it is pending with accounts team and they will return back.

                              Within this time, they have taken bank details, bank statement everything.

                                I am Preeti Aggarwal & contact no. [protected] and i have purchased one slipper from Bata store B-15, rajiv chowk on 14.06.2019 of rs. 699/- and Invoice no.CM[protected]/44/. we have purchased two pairs and got 10% discount but at the time of purchasing, we were not informed that if we will take discount than we will not be getting any 3 months warranty. The sole of my slipper of left leg got damaged after 25 days only after purchasing but when we went to the store for replacing the product so they informed to me that u have purchased this in discount so we can not replace but if you give us an approval no, from the cust. care than we will replace this. but i have registered a complaint 4 times but didnt got any resolution infact 4th time the exe. disconnected my call every time i demanded to talk with senior but they said senior is not available at this time. i have given bill no. all the necessary details to exec. and 4th time exe. told me that my comp. has been rejected due to not having bill but it is not true. i have bill with me. i am enclosing the audio recording of exe. and photos of damaged slipper. please give the solution of complaint asap.

                                  I, prof apparao purchased a hush puppies shoe two years back. Basicaly i am a disciplined professor. Recently my shoe is damaged by creating gap in shole (Photo attached) the cost of the shoe is around rs 8000/- (Eight thousand rupees only). I approached the shop where i purchased. The shop address is, dabagardens visakhapatnam andhra pradesh the shop people advised me to approach you by lodging complaint. Kindly address my problem by giving suitable solution

                                      Purchased Bata Formal shoes on 7th July 19 from Karol Bagh, Delhi . After using it for 2 Days its left feet cushion dumped in which started creating pain in my left knee and foot. I called customer care on 13th July, they logged my complaint (BM-27819) and asked me to visit any nearest store after 3 days so that store will replace this faulty shoe . I visited the store (Bata Crown Interiors, Faridabad)on 18/19th July, store manager checked it and said yes its have cushion issues. He said he will try to get it resolve and I will get confirmation email is next 3 days . When I have not received anything, I called customer care and they said my issue with get solve in 48 hrs but nothing changed. On 26th July, i again called Customer care and they told me thay i have not attached my bill so my complaint was closed but no one informed me and they closed by complaint. Bata took 13 Days to identify that bill was not attached . So I send them by bills on 26th July and they open new complaint number (BM-39069 ). Now again I am calling them and each time they ask for 24-48 hrs but no one is resolving my issue. I want my money back as I don't want to use creepy Bata shoes again in my life.

                                        I ordered 2 shoes from here on 1st july 2019 & it was a prepaid order.
                                        Called up customer care to check on the status & got to know from them that goods will be delivered by monday.
                                        No update on the above so i called customer care & to my surprise got to understand from them that i have to wait for couple of days more then finally received an email saying the amount has been refunded with no reason as to why?
                                        Called up customer care again & got to understand from them that shoes failed quality check hence they did not update me with status.
                                        Since then i'm chasing them for my money but no resolution from them.
                                        Got to know that money has been refunded from their end on 9th july but till date i haven't received the refund in my account shared the bank statement thrice on email
                                        No one calls back or updates you with the status & the ivr long queue wait is pathetic
                                        Inefficient customer service staff all you have to do is wait
                                        Never have i ever come across such e portal website that it takes 1 month tp resolve an issue
