This is with regard to my purchase on the bata website for the following:

I had placed an order for a size 4 but the delivery made was for a size 6. Have tried calling them repeatedly and even sent an email but there has been no response. The shoe cost me rs.5000 so it isn't exactly cheap.

It is very disappointing to see the kind of service and support from a brand like bata india.

First of all i was sold a low-quality product. When the concern is raised about the same, every single customer service executive is handling it with utmost carelessness.

I have contacted the support team on different times and got only excuses after excuses so far.

Hi, I purchased belly for rs.699 from Bata store at mayur vihar phase 1, delhi location. Its size is fine but when my sister wore it and went outside, her foot gets wounded because of its bad quality and also its cloth quality is very bad. I never expected this quality from Bata. Her wounds has not yet been recovered. Due to this She is wearing sleepers at her school.

I know that my concern will not be resolve. But still i would inform you that, today 06th july 2019, i went to bata showroom itpl brookfield bangalore 560066 to purchase a brown color no. 8 shoe. I choose two different type shoes and select one shoe at a price of rs. 1500. But the seller gave me and made a bill of rs.2000 shoe. I shopped from bata.in on 17 may and returned a product on 23 may and haven't received my refund till now. Even after making so many calls to customer service and receiving a mail to solve issue within 48 hours nothing seems to work. This kind of service is really unexpected from such a known brand.
