Dear sir,
We have purchased shoes from our nearest bata outlet, sanjay nagar bangalore but within a month the shoes got damaged and bata outlet person has advised me to rise a complaint so that the same amount we can purchase other shoes, but customer service of bata registered complaint incorrectly 15 days back i. E bm-37436 - last 2 days back i came to know this reason and again i registered one more complaint bm-44337 but now also there is no response from team, please find the details attached and kindly resolve my problem

    Redemption of rewards points in respect of my sbi credit card

    I have to inform that i have redeemed rewards points for my sbi credit card against bata e-vouchers for rs. 1000/- and rs.500/- respectively.

    On visit to bata show room in sector-17 chandigarhton june 26 2019 i was informed that these vouchers are not available/visible in their system and directed me to contact sbi in this regard.

    On taking up the matter with sbi they informed that the vouchers have already been redeemed at bata showroom at sector 17 chandigarh

    It seems that sales executive at the store has intentionally adjusted my e vouchers against his own or some other purchase on the date i visited the store.

      1/6: recd another email - new ref no. Bm-21273 & bm-21274.

      2/8: recd one more email - new ref no. Bm-44595 & bm-21273

      -please replace all 3 pairs

      Bata India were delaying and avoiding to resolve my complaint, when I approached them directly. However, they immediately responded to my email AFTER I posted complaint here. They asked me to carry defective product to their outlet from where I had purchased it. Upon doing so, the sales executive inspected damaged product and email from BATA India. They immediately replaced the damaged product with new one from shelf; also gave me option to purchase anything other than just socks, by paying the difference in amount. Thanks to Indian Consumer Complaints Forum.

      Bata started selling duplicate products

      Wating since 8 days for the resolution of my problem

      No reply from their side. Customer care very bad service.

      No loyalty n no honesty towards the customers

      Really very very disappointing experience

        I have purchesd pair of chappal from bata store on 15th june. Chappal got damaged before one month. I have visited store on 10th july and submitted chappal. Store owner refused to change it. I have also filed complaint in bata help desk on 11th july. According to help desk, issue must be resolved in 3 days but after connecting on 16th july help desk ask me to wait for 24 hrs.

        Everyday i am calling to help desk to know the status and everyday getting same response as it is in progress. Today is 3rd august and almost 20 days passed after filing complaints but still didnt get any resolution.

          I had ordered hush puppies shoes from bata app.
          I had to return back due to faulty piece.

          They took the shoes and its been more tan 2 weeks since they are not refunding the money.

          Whenever i call, they give one or other excuse.
          Not even responding to the mails.

          I have talked to their customer representative at highest level since then (Ms. Barkha)

          Every now and then, excuse remains the same saying it is pending with accounts team and they will return back.

          Within this time, they have taken bank details, bank statement everything.

            I am Preeti Aggarwal & contact no. [protected] and i have purchased one slipper from Bata store B-15, rajiv chowk on 14.06.2019 of rs. 699/- and Invoice no.CM[protected]/44/. we have purchased two pairs and got 10% discount but at the time of purchasing, we were not informed that if we will take discount than we will not be getting any 3 months warranty. The sole of my slipper of left leg got damaged after 25 days only after purchasing but when we went to the store for replacing the product so they informed to me that u have purchased this in discount so we can not replace but if you give us an approval no, from the cust. care than we will replace this. but i have registered a complaint 4 times but didnt got any resolution infact 4th time the exe. disconnected my call every time i demanded to talk with senior but they said senior is not available at this time. i have given bill no. all the necessary details to exec. and 4th time exe. told me that my comp. has been rejected due to not having bill but it is not true. i have bill with me. i am enclosing the audio recording of exe. and photos of damaged slipper. please give the solution of complaint asap.

              I, prof apparao purchased a hush puppies shoe two years back. Basicaly i am a disciplined professor. Recently my shoe is damaged by creating gap in shole (Photo attached) the cost of the shoe is around rs 8000/- (Eight thousand rupees only). I approached the shop where i purchased. The shop address is, dabagardens visakhapatnam andhra pradesh the shop people advised me to approach you by lodging complaint. Kindly address my problem by giving suitable solution

                  Purchased Bata Formal shoes on 7th July 19 from Karol Bagh, Delhi . After using it for 2 Days its left feet cushion dumped in which started creating pain in my left knee and foot. I called customer care on 13th July, they logged my complaint (BM-27819) and asked me to visit any nearest store after 3 days so that store will replace this faulty shoe . I visited the store (Bata Crown Interiors, Faridabad)on 18/19th July, store manager checked it and said yes its have cushion issues. He said he will try to get it resolve and I will get confirmation email is next 3 days . When I have not received anything, I called customer care and they said my issue with get solve in 48 hrs but nothing changed. On 26th July, i again called Customer care and they told me thay i have not attached my bill so my complaint was closed but no one informed me and they closed by complaint. Bata took 13 Days to identify that bill was not attached . So I send them by bills on 26th July and they open new complaint number (BM-39069 ). Now again I am calling them and each time they ask for 24-48 hrs but no one is resolving my issue. I want my money back as I don't want to use creepy Bata shoes again in my life.

                    I ordered 2 shoes from here on 1st july 2019 & it was a prepaid order.
                    Called up customer care to check on the status & got to know from them that goods will be delivered by monday.
                    No update on the above so i called customer care & to my surprise got to understand from them that i have to wait for couple of days more then finally received an email saying the amount has been refunded with no reason as to why?
                    Called up customer care again & got to understand from them that shoes failed quality check hence they did not update me with status.
                    Since then i'm chasing them for my money but no resolution from them.
                    Got to know that money has been refunded from their end on 9th july but till date i haven't received the refund in my account shared the bank statement thrice on email
                    No one calls back or updates you with the status & the ivr long queue wait is pathetic
                    Inefficient customer service staff all you have to do is wait
                    Never have i ever come across such e portal website that it takes 1 month tp resolve an issue

                      I had bought 2 pairs footwear worth 1299 and 1999 3 months ago on 12th april 2019 from bata store, roshan nagar, borivali west mumbai.. One of the footwears wore off after wearing them just once.. I went to get my footwear exchanged.. They did so.. After that the second footwear straps came off one by one.. When i went to get them exchanged, the staff was rude and arrogant.. None of them suggested to call customer care. They said the footwear won't be exchanged.. It will go to the factory.. And that would be it.. Frustrated, i left the store.. I returned back after a few days to get it changed.. I had bought it in fresh arrival.. And it is surprising that they did not have the same one in just month of buying it.. They told me to buy a different one, but i did not like any of them.. And what is the point of paying more n buying a footwear when the ones i bought are torn n worn out in just wearing them for 4-5days. To avoid talking, the staff told me to call customer care n raised her hands on the matter.. I registered a complaint the same day.. It's been 17days today.. I got no response from them.. I must have called atleast 7-8times.. All they would say is to wait for 24 hrs/48hrs n il get a mail.. I still haven't got any mail.. I sent a mail regarding my complaint to which, again, there was no reply.. Today, i call to ask what has happened n why hasn't the problem been solved yet, the customer care hangs up on me.. And i also come to know that they had just registered complaint for one of my footwear and not both of them.. So i had to call the customer care service again, wait for the phone to be answered n lodge another complaint for the other pair of footwear.. I had referred my friends to bata previously... Now i regret.. My friend's footwear is also damaged and as expected, the store people have raised their hands on that matter saying please call the customer care.. Theses things are unexpected from such a known brand.. I am very much disappointed with bata n it's service.. They have lost a customer for sure

                        I am dr ashok kumar todani, pan no. Abnpt0737d, adhar no.[protected], medical registration no.40223 of west bengal medical council., is a user of your hush puppy range for more than 20 years. I purchased hush puppy shoes no.9 from your store at junction mall, durgapur on 28.03.2019 worth rs 3700/- approx. The sole developed 4 holes attracting stone chips and webbles in both pairs. Since 3 months have elapsed, when i approached your same store on 26.7.19, your sales personnel advised me to throw it away in the ganges as guarantee period has already elapsed. They told me that these shoes are meant for hardly 3 months. Are your so much costly shoes are meant for 3 months only? Advise me so that i do not feel let down.

                          I had buyed a product before 3 months now the shoe is fully damaged it sole get separated after one month i purchased and now the condition is very damaged there is no value for customers money the shoes cost rs 2000 and i also give complaint to bata no reply from there side i called there helpline and customer care number no one is responding and mailed so many times but no solution

                            A complaint regarding non issue of purchase receipt and charging over the price tag by karamana bata store, thiruvananthapuram was submitted through email to bata consumer complaints. No action has been taken since one monthby bata shoe company. Several phone calls were made on the customer service number. The reply is "we are following it up". But no action taken since one month. The complaint remains un-resolved.

                              I have placed order on 16th july 2019, with order no[protected]

                              But i don't get any shipment message regarding product's delivery

                              I have registered complaint against delayed shipment of order, they told me to wait for 3 days, i have waiting but still no updates regarding shipment. I have tried to connect via email and call as well, but there is no response on email and long waiting on call.
                              Seriously pathetic service, worst experience with bata online portal. If you can't fulfil order then please refund amount.

                                Hi, i purchased chappal and ballerinas from bata.in online shopping. The order number is 12333648 dated on 17 june.
                                After several follow ups and inquiries i came to know that the order is cancelled. Three times i raised the complaints.
                                Nothing has been informed until i call the customer care and inquire. Really poor service.
                                I have mailed my bank detail on in_customer. [protected]@bata.com, but i did not get my money back as well.

                                I want my money back immediately.

                                  Now I have visited the store on 18 July 2019 today what behavior I get to see from the person sitting on the counter that " Do what ever you can I will not replace the shoe" further after he also said " i know the company that it will not replace the shoe and you will see it "

                                  the above quoted text was the conversation i had with the person on counter
                                  it's hazardous from hush puppies ( bata) to see such kind of behavior.

                                  I have my shopping pending for my Engagement and my destination wedding for which i wanted the Brand such as Hush Puppies but now seeing this kind of service and support staff at the concerned store i am confused now.

                                  i would like hush puppies to please deal with this kind of reply and take it a call
                                  in need for the behaviour of bata employee working for hush puppies .

                                  Take care of it and replace my shoe as soon as possible because it is not been a month and this kind of quality and staff behaviour from bata (hush puppies) staff not acceptable .
                                  I would be reminding you tomorow at 1 PM sharp.

                                    Dear team,

                                    I have placed 3 orders on bata.in on 12th april’19.

                                    But due to some reasons i had to cancel the orders and i was said refund will be processed in 5-7 days.

                                    I have received refund for only one order and refund for other 2 orders is still pending.

                                    I got call from bata more than 20 times regarding confirmation that have i cancelled the order and i even confirmed the same.

                                    Even in my orders it is showing refunded, but still no refund has been processed for below mentioned orders:

                                    12289514 – full refund pending – rs. 211 paid through credit card

                                    12289433 partial refund pending of rs. 149 paid through jiomoney.

                                    I am seriously very much disappointed with such pathetic service that my money has been kept blocked for almost two months.

                                    Kindly expedite the refund process and refund my money

                                    Purchased a bata sandal pair from Charan Paduka Store, Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad. Sandal discoloured within one month. Photo attached. Can't imagine a brand with such a poor quality control. The touching portion of the foot on shoe discoloured and looking poor to use.
                                    I recently bought bata slippers thinking i would be comfortable and guess what my confidence in the company made me throw the bill too.
                                    I'm not at all satisfied with the product. I just walked a kilometer and it has starting to hurt my feet I've uploaded picture of the same.

                                      I had place an order on date of 13/6/2019 with order ID: 12330467. Then after upto 1 week I don't received any tracking details for my order, also I can't saw any delivery status for my order. When I placed an order, I received an email from BATA regarding delivery that in 3-5 day I will received my order. Then after 1 week I called to customer care and they told me that in 3 days my order will dispatch from their hub. SO again I was waiting for my order but when I can't saw ant dispatch status, I called to customer care again. So without given approval for cancellation of my order, they mailed me that based on my request they have to cancel that order and they will do refund for that in 2-4 working days. But still I didn't received any refund and again I called to customer care, then they refund me half payment on 28/6/2019. From that day to till now I am doing call and mail to BATA but I didn't get any response. I also had mailed my bank statement also to them which is clearly showing that I received half payment only but from BATA, they told me that they have done remaining payout on 26/6/2019 for which I have to ask for my bank as that issue was from bank side. So I asked them for transaction id or any kind of proof that shows that full payment was done from their side, then they told me that they can't provide any proof and they don't have nay transaction id. How this can be possible?? Moreover They don't gave any answers of my emails also. So many time I have done emails to them. I want my refund. Moreover for BATA, if they are not able to fulfill customer's orders they don't have to put products on website which is only wasting of time of people. Because i have face this issue again. One of my family member had also placed an order from BATA website and with same situation she have to suffered.

                                        This is with regard to my purchase on the bata website for the following:
                                        Order id is os[protected]
                                        Invoice no: c[protected]

                                        I had placed an order for a size 4 but the delivery made was for a size 6. Have tried calling them repeatedly and even sent an email but there has been no response. The shoe cost me rs.5000 so it isn't exactly cheap.
