I bought my foot wear (Ladies premium foot wear rs 900) from the bata shop at oak mall, kannur, kerala just before 3 months
And it’s sole has peeled off last month, went to the shop and they had taken it for repair and said they would call me after the repair is over. I did not hear from them for a month. Do i went to take it back and i have noticed that they have not done anything on my chappal and they were searching for it.
Such a poor service never expected from bata shop
After waiting for more than 15 minutes
My chappal was returned to me after pasting the sole with some glue which was over flowing on to my hands
How can u allow such people to ruin the name and image of bata

    I purchased three footwear last month from this shop but one of my footwear damaged. I visited that shop today but he was not ready to listen me and demand for bill. But on the day of purchase, he did not gave bill and told me i will give you some discount for not taking bill. But today he replied i cannot do nothing without bill. But if article no. Is available, we can easily track the date of purchase. Kindly resolve my complaint.

      Hello I ordered a hush puppies sandals online .. I received the wrong size so I had requested the shipment of correct size. The pick up has been made a month back . I still have not received a refund or new product. I have paid RS 4000 for this . I am extremely disappointed with Bata online services. Each time I call I have to spend 20 minutes on the call with customer service and the emails I get a standard automated reply. I had placed the order in the month of May .

        I bought dr scholl's slippers for my mother on 22nd june '19 but it turned out to be old stock with dom as feb 19. I have asked for replacement of the same with the latest date of manufacture. I am yet to hear from the branch manager of gn cherry road, t. Nagar branch, chennai who promised to replace quickly. Please arrange for replacement of the same at the earliest. (Ref. Bill - cm[protected] dt.22nd june'19).

            I shopped from bata.in on 17 may and returned a product on 23 may and haven't received my refund till now. Even after making so many calls to customer service and receiving a mail to solve issue within 48 hours nothing seems to work. This kind of service is really unexpected from such a known brand.

              Hello team,

              I have purchase this product from shivranani bata store (Ahmedabad, gujarat) on 7th nov 2018. Since i have purchased this product i am feeling uncomfortable on my left leg and in month of april 2019 (5 month only), i saw that sole is damaged and that's why i given shoes to shivrajani store. I demand for the product replacement but they assured me that this will not repeat and we will replace the sole. But they didn't replace it, they just repair the damaged sole.

              This is not acceptable to me even i have purchased rs. 2999/- shoes from reputed brand but i was wrong.

              Please find the my shoes pictures attached along with invoices.

              I want replacement of my shoes.

              However, in this case since the purchase was made more than 7 months back, we regret regret to inform that the product cannot be considered for a repair or replacement.

                I am from hyderabad. I bought school shoes for my son for rs.699 on 6th june. Person on the counter swiped the amount wrongly as rs.6699. I used my debit card. I did not check on that day. The bank is not able to help because i authorized the transaction with pin. The store did not return the amount till now.
                I have all the receipts clearly showing that the purchase was only for 699 and card swipe receipt for 6699. He punched an extra 6.
                Please look in to the matter. Rs.6000 is not small amount.

                  With high level of dissatisfaction i am complaining about ur staff quality and customer service provided at bata madhyamgram chowmatha branch of kolkata. I am a regular user o[censored]r north star brand. But unfortunately the sole comfort differs in different north star shoes probably bcz of different cutting types. Hence i had to try some 10 types of different designs of north star ballerinas of which i felt comfortable in 2 only. Now the staff complained angrily that u can not try all of them bcz they r to b sold and they might get dirty. So wat am i supposed to do. Only choose the design and come back home without checking the comfort and then throw dat in dustbin if not liked by me in long run?? Pitiful customer service. Still i will opt for bata bcz ur shoes are best but ur staffs are not upto the mark. Earlier also i got one 4 size other 5 size packed by one o[censored]r branches staff. Please give them proper guidnce.

I also realised that the fitting of left shoe was not same as right shoe.                     I saurabh Arora s/o late shri anoop Kumar Arora r/o h no. 57/6, katra Hari Singh, Amritsar and I have buy shoes from ur company retailer at Amritsar in 2019 and while selling shoes the employee gave us 6 months guarantee. But that shoes is of poor quality and today we go to that shop about providing poor quality of shoes they said guarantee is of two months. So they misrepresent to me while selling shoes and give poor quality of shoes to me. The local shoes is better than ur company shoes.

                          I registered a complain on 10th june they said it will resolve within 3 days i called after 3 days they said it will take time you have to wait for 24 hours then after 24 hour i called again they said you have to share damaged article picture i have shared then they rejected the complain i asked the reason they told to me cash mamo not attached i attached again i called they said i am registering your new complain they registered second then after that i called again they said i am registering your new complain they registered 3rd complain .

                            Hi All,

                            I was a regular customer of Bata India due to good products but recently bought Bata wave raven shoe from Chandigarh elante store on 09/06/2019 and noticed that product was defected. I called to same store where they confirmed that I can exchange the shoe from any store. Then called on Bata customer care number where one lady raised a complaint and suggested me exchange the product by visiting store. When I visit sector 19 store, they confirmed that same article is available in sector-17 store. They shared contact number to confirm that. Over the call they put me on hold for 22 mins and in the mean time reached at same store and met with store manager. When I asked the reason for long hold he started misbehaving in front of 20 customers and did not bothered to answer anything. Also, over the customer service no one was ready to share any details except giving me assurance to wait for 3 days for resolution from concern team but not from management. I would never prefer Bata India. I would like to join again puma, addidas or nike.

                                My complaint reference id is 1610658 but since last two days i had been trying to call the customer care but no body is receiving the call nor my issue is getting resolved.

                                bata store asansol has wrongly given me a product of size 5 instead of 4, but i reside in burdwan, i wanted to exchange the product from burdwan bata as it is the nearest to my resident but the manager requested to take an authorization from the bata customer care, since three days i am trying to do so but my mails/calls are remaining unanswered.

                                    I ordered school kid size (17cm ) 5year old shoes from kids category and your size chart says we need to order a size 10, And I received adult size shoes. They agreed on refund the money. But didnt received even after two weeks.

                                      I have purchased a handbag from bata shop thalassery, kannur, kerala from 7th march 2019.it The bag got damaged within 2-3 months.I approached the showroom on 89th day of purchase and came to known that only 50%of the purchased value will be refunded.It is very sad to say a vanity bag cost 1699 brought from a renowned shop like bata got damaged within 2 months and it will not replaced for full value.I emailed to their customer service And the reply is reciepients mailbox is ful and cant accept messages now..i need my money back or replacement of the bag.
