It is submitted as under:-
I saurabh Arora s/o late shri anoop Kumar Arora r/o h no. 57/6, katra Hari Singh, Amritsar and I have buy shoes from ur company retailer at Amritsar in 2019 and while selling shoes the employee gave us 6 months guarantee. But that shoes is of poor quality and today we go to that shop about providing poor quality of shoes they said guarantee is of two months. So they misrepresent to me while selling shoes and give poor quality of shoes to me. The local shoes is better than ur company shoes.

    VERY POOR SERVICE. NOT UP TO THE MARK.

      I have made a bata online order's which i have not received the product or status to track the order. I call the toll-free no but can't connect and even email them but no reply. Kindly help me to receive the order or cancel the order and refund the amount paid pl my order no is 12322856 and 12322649 ordered date 03/06/19 more than ten days no movement or status.

        I registered a complain on 10th june they said it will resolve within 3 days i called after 3 days they said it will take time you have to wait for 24 hours then after 24 hour i called again they said you have to share damaged article picture i have shared then they rejected the complain i asked the reason they told to me cash mamo not attached i attached again i called they said i am registering your new complain they registered second then after that i called again they said i am registering your new complain they registered 3rd complain .

        still i did not get any resolution .
        and bad luck i purchased from bata only within 15 days shole of the shoe starting damage, i just wasted my money

        We Bakgiyam Group, have approved purchase of formal Bata shoes for our staff and Eeal Brands, No. 196, Sathy Main Road Coimbatore, had supplied the Bata Remo shoes in bulk. The quality supplied is sub standard and soles of most of the shoes have come out. We are planning for a petition with consumer court. Your intervention is sought. [protected]

          Hi All,

          I was a regular customer of Bata India due to good products but recently bought Bata wave raven shoe from Chandigarh elante store on 09/06/2019 and noticed that product was defected. I called to same store where they confirmed that I can exchange the shoe from any store. Then called on Bata customer care number where one lady raised a complaint and suggested me exchange the product by visiting store. When I visit sector 19 store, they confirmed that same article is available in sector-17 store. They shared contact number to confirm that. Over the call they put me on hold for 22 mins and in the mean time reached at same store and met with store manager. When I asked the reason for long hold he started misbehaving in front of 20 customers and did not bothered to answer anything. Also, over the customer service no one was ready to share any details except giving me assurance to wait for 3 days for resolution from concern team but not from management. I would never prefer Bata India. I would like to join again puma, addidas or nike.

              My complaint reference id is 1610658 but since last two days i had been trying to call the customer care but no body is receiving the call nor my issue is getting resolved.

              bata store asansol has wrongly given me a product of size 5 instead of 4, but i reside in burdwan, i wanted to exchange the product from burdwan bata as it is the nearest to my resident but the manager requested to take an authorization from the bata customer care, since three days i am trying to do so but my mails/calls are remaining unanswered.

I have been using the shoes 6 month and i came to notice that the sole is getting tored in both pair. I purchased the brand considering the quality and the good will of the company.

                  I ordered school kid size (17cm ) 5year old shoes from kids category and your size chart says we need to order a size 10, And I received adult size shoes. They agreed on refund the money. But didnt received even after two weeks.

                  Initially I complained for exchanging but they didnt done on time, so they agreed to provide refund. Old complaint numbers are, 1586051& 1586053

                  This is really frustrating. Please help me to resolve this issue.

                    I have purchased a handbag from bata shop thalassery, kannur, kerala from 7th march 2019.it The bag got damaged within 2-3 months.I approached the showroom on 89th day of purchase and came to known that only 50%of the purchased value will be refunded.It is very sad to say a vanity bag cost 1699 brought from a renowned shop like bata got damaged within 2 months and it will not replaced for full value.I emailed to their customer service And the reply is reciepients mailbox is ful and cant accept messages now..i need my money back or replacement of the bag.

                      I bought huss puppies shoes few month back first time. I was suppose to have good comfort with premium range but I do regret that shoe have very poor comfort level, In the rear inside portion of shoes the inside leather is very rough (picture enclosed) with every day give injury to my heel .Initially i thought that it will be ok in few days but it has been more than 6 month & problem is still same. Also I can't able to walk bit long wearing these shoes. Wearing these shoes whole day when I off at evening my feet feel very tired & in pain.

                      Do replace or refund amount. Very bad experience

                        Hello ...I bought dr scholl's slipper rs 1600 from bata howrah branch near howrah ac market on dated 8june 2019...as it was very much pain in my heel so I wear it in that bata shop ...then day after tmrw on 9 th June 2019 ..it I was difficult in walking then i found that slipper was broken from side...then immediately I went to that shop ...the man who delivered me that dr scholl's slipper he told me to come with bill...as it was near to my house so after few hrs again I came with bill and I decided in home not to buy again will ask for return my money back..then the person who delivered me slipper he told me will not return money so u have to buy slipper against...I request to return my money as now I don't hv faith in bata...so please return my money ...1600 rupees

                          I complained to the Bata customer care on 23.5.2019.registration number of the complaint is 1590069.i frequently contact them over phone and through email.but no reply was received.no response for my complaint.my complaint is the product having with out price tag indicating the price size code number etc.i think all consumable items should have the details such as price and other information..I kindly request you to look this matter seriously and take severe action.such big firms take the laws on their hands and easily violating the consumer rights.

                            This is to inform you that we have purchased two footwear from one of the outlets in cooch behar with product nos. 64019990 & 64035990 on 25/05/2019. Although it has been said that purchase of carry bags is optional and if anybody wants to purchase a carry bag then he/she shall have to pay rs. 3/-.
                            But i like to say that whenever the hob'ble court has given a mandate that bata can not ask the customer to pay the price of carry bag as because you are doing an advertisement with your brand name then why the tradition has not yet changed?
                            I have not bought carry bags from you, it does not mean that other customers too chose the same option and it is not necessary to carry bags while on shopping.
                            I hope you shall not compel the customer to buy polly bags printed printed logo/ company name in it.

                                I purchased size 7 shoe for my son and they put size 7 and 9 of only right leg. My son lives in gadag and when he tried to wear it yesterday, we realized it's incorrect size and both are right leg shoes. Now, shopkeeper is saying it's my mistake and that i should be checking whereas it's a mistake from them that they put wrong size and shoes in the box. Instead of being apologetic they were rude to me and said they can't help. My son was very excited about him entering into high school and the new shoes. I have to now run around to get the shoes and again send back the correct one. This was not my fault and i have to bear all unnecessary tension now. I want them to apologize and bear courier charges and exchange the shoes.

                                    I have a regular customer of bata for 6 years.

                                    On 20th may
                                    I had purchased hushpuppies sandal worth 3499 from
                                    Bata store bistupur, jamshedpur.
                                    Article no[protected], size -10

                                    On 31st may, i got wet in the rain and so did the sandals.
                                    After the sandal dried i noticed that the brown leather is turing blackish in some areas.

                                    I have never experienced such bad quality issues in hushpuppies sandals before

                                    Please look into this matter and replace my sandals.

                                      I was to receive my bata shoes by 20th may. Then it was delayed twice and till now i haven't received it. I didn't even receive call from the courier boy regarding delivery though i was available on the day of delivery of shipment. Also no notice regarding estimated delivery time and by when i shall get it was communicated. This truly is a sign o[censored]tter negligence. I request you to please look into the matter at the earliest and communicate me likewise.

                                        31.05.19 i am purchased school shows worth about 1728 and pay the amount through my atm card at the same time the sales people says not transaction done and they want one more transaction for the same amount. At the same time i am check my account the money was two time debited to the showroom and i ask the people they simply says you have waiting for two days the execs transaction amount will be transferred your account and i approach the showroom the sales persons very third grade approach and denied me.

                                        31.05.19 I am purchased school shows worth about 1728 and pay the amount through my ATM card and the sales people says not transaction done and they want one more transaction for the same amount. At the same time I am check my account the money was two time debited to the showroom and I ask the people they simply says you have waiting for two days the execs transaction amount will be transferred your account and I approach the showroom sales persons very third grade approach and denied me.
                                        Hi i had ordered a pair of shoes from bata online store on 21 may 2019. Since then, there has been no update about my order nor have I been able to cancel it. please look into this, I am very disappointed
