I had gone to shop at Bata Store. I was told that I could only redeem in multiples of 50, which was incorrect. So, I called up the Customer Care and they promised me 50 Loyalty Points.

They promised me that i will be given lps but it is now more than two weeks and i still have not got any lps. Every time i call them they say that i will get the 50 promised loyalty points but till now i have not got any points. This is cheating...

At the time of billing i was asked to pay rs 3 for the carry bag which came as a shock to me as we all have read the news about bata being fined for doing the same in a chandigarh store.
So i fail to understand why is it still being practiced in delhi? Why and for what am i paying while another customer living in...

This is regarding my order no. 12295118 of naturalizer beige sandals which i bought on 22nd april 2019, they were small in size and i asked for the return of the product. I have place a order on 5 may 2019 order number 12303225 @bata.in. And today it's 9th of may. But there is no progress in shipping the order.
I also had made a complaint on 7th of may reference number 1570714 on your website. But there is no reply from your side.
Your customer care number is not picking up the call.
What else i need to do?

Hi, My self Kumar G, just now bought Slippers from Bata showroom in Ameerpet they charges me 3₹ for Paper Bag. I asked them not charge because it was fined due this same issue in April. but still they charged me 3₹. Total 402₹ . If it want to give Eco Friendly service it should have give Paper Bag with out any cost.Even forum has already fined some amount but still these things are going on .could you please take the seviour action...

I have just purchased some pair of footwear from one of the outlet located in east delhi, preetvihar. And i returned home happily thinning they might have stopped charging fir the paper bag.

But i was shocked because they have included the same in the bill even before the footwear so that customer just overlooked and go away.

I purchased hush puppies shoe model number 824-6714. There is a shoe bit and inner sole colour fading problem. I had complained customer care and the reference number is 1567473 and 1571580. I have purchased a sandal of bata from sgs mall pune worth of rs.899. The sandal look good in appearance but the quality is of very useless.
