I had purchased weinbrenner shoes on 17/4/19 with discount coupon on it. I discovered the defect (A small tear) a day later, and since i was out of town for a couple of days, i couldn't change it. Yesterday 22/4/19 i went to that shop and asked for the replacement. Shopkeeper said that since they do not have same colour and size, i can choose another colour but will have to pay 20% as that discount coupon cant be utilised. Also i said that i wanted same colour shoes, but he said he can't assure as to when they will arrive.
Please help me out.

    I have already dropped a complaint email to
    In-customer. [protected]@bata.com but since did not get reply that is why posting it here again. The details are :

    I have purchased 3 bellies from daryaganj bata showroom, delhi on 29.03.2019: one hearts and 2 north star bellies. The issue is with the north star ones, details of which are given below, and also attached is the invoice for your reference.

    The concern is that while walking with these bellies, the shape transforms
    Near the ankle. Like moving in and out, and also foot sometimes comes out of the belly.

    Since the pink belly is not used yet, so i tried to return it, explaining the issue with the black one to the bata representatives' in the showroom. There were very less options available in exchange, and one which i chose in exchange had got the size issue. I am a working professional, and also approaching 60 years in age, so it is not feasible for me to visit again and again, considering the travel expenses as well. I have already visited 2 times but still the issue is not resolved.

    We have been using bata since long and are it's old customers. But this time, the experience is bad. Daryaganj showroon is lacking variety, and fault in certain products. Request you to look into the concern and provide resolution as the belly is having faults.

      I have a bata gift voucher and the issuing date of gift voucher is 5/oct/2018 and expire date is 6 months (5/april/2019). I went to bata showroom to buy a sandals on 1/april/2019. I was trying to use that gift voucher. First they have generated control number using that gift voucher number then they have used that control number and it shows not valid.

      I have raised this issue to bata customer services on 2/april/2019 (Request registered with www.bata.in and reference number is 1530305). I'm following up the request 1530305 through email and customer service number for the past 20 days but they not responding properly and they never replied to the email.

      In the past 20 days, i have reached them 6 times through customer service number and all the times they replied within 24 hours it will be resolved. But i never get any response and still the problem is not resolved. Please help on this to resolve.

      The problem is not resolved. They never contacted me. whenever I call the Bata customer service, they are repeatedly saying the same statement "We be rectified within 24 hours".

        Recently i have purchased apparels from bata showroom which is located in tambaram, my total bill amount was rs.2798 but i was charged extra rs.3 for providing me the delivery bag. I believe its the seller responsibility to provide free delivery bags to their customers. As they are violating rules of government, a proper action needs to be taken on them. Thanks

          Dear sir,
          I have purchase bata mocossino shoe from the show room of new market, bhopal on 18.02.2019 through my debit card for rs.1, 900/-. Transaction no. "othpos099075 bata india, bhopal". Within a span of 13 months the two soles were developed big cutting acrossly. It is a matter of deep regrettable thing that reputed banded bata company have used cheaper sole. With deep belief on bata products, i purchased this but all my hopes were defeated with your inferior quality material. I strongly protest against this.

            I had purchased in ootacamund, tamilnadu showroom in the invoice no:cm[protected], dated: 18/04/2019 at 03:30pm and article no.[protected] and the mrp value 499 and rp value 449.10. But the article purchased by me was not in quality satisfaction so the same was been taken to the showroom on the very next day i. E., on 19/04/2019 at 3: 15pm. The said article was not used at all and it was in 100% good condition, when i informed the manager about the article quality he refused to exchange stating that it was purchased on vote day discount that is 10% on the mrp value, so i told him that i would repay the discounted value, even then he refused

              I have purchase shoes from BATA Serampore shop on 01.04.2019. But the ladies sandals torn and damaged only after using for 15 minutes on 03.04.2019. I already informed Serampore Bata shop but they refused to repair or exchange as it purchase on discount. They said the shoe can repair or exchange only after approval received from bata customer care.

              I really can't expect this type of behavior from the reputed Brand like BATA. Your shop gives the defective material to their customer and there after harassing their customer.

              I have complain against it to Bata India customer care by email ( complain no-1541637 dt 10.04.19) but they refused to repair the shoe.

              World most third class brand is Bata. They are selling defective shoes even inferior than any shoes selling on footpath.

              Shame on BATA India and it's management who continuously cheating with customers.

                Sir,
                I made a complaint earlier on 27th jan'19 regarding wrong/very bad workmanship of my purchased bata sandler for my wife. Pl. Refer id2218120.
                But till date i could not get a reply or replacement or advice for repair. Such behaviour from an prime organisation like bata india is not expected.
                So it is my earnest request to provide me suitable reply.

                  Bought a kids footwear bubble gummers on 7.4.19 from town haal road branch of madurai bata paying inr 499 for footwear and inr 3 for their palar bag with their brand logo.
                  Using the same for less than a week the product proved to be if inferior quality. (Upper part and dole got separated. Pls vide image attached).

                    2. One man chapple was crack out from all side in same time

                      I purchase a bata sandle but that seller is asking me for carry bag. Then i ask him how much price for carry bag. He was demanding 3 rs. But i refused his offers and i carry my sandle in my language bag.

                      Please clarify about this deal. Is this true bata company is also charged rs. 3 for carry bag.

                        I have been struggling to get updates from bata india shoes team since last 1 month

                        Please help.

                        I have purchased bata shoes on january 23rd from local retail shop at nallasopara east but within one month it got torn and when i have given it for repair to shop owner (Since the shoes was in warranty) they took 8 days to return and stiches done to the shoes was unprofessional which got again torned.

                        Pls note i have tag and shop owners number who is accepting that the shoes was purchased from his shop.

                        Pls help to resolve from bata india.

                        My complaints which I had registered with Bata India Ltd is still not addressed.Request you to look into the issue on priority.This complaint is marked as resolved without my information.

                          Im tushar fale purchesing bata leather shoe from panchsheel square nagpur maharashtra on dated 6th april 2019. Invoice no is cm[protected]a and article code is [protected]. I purchesh this shoes rs 2300/-. After wearing only one day the shoes get damage and leaving pesting of complect shoes. When i go to that retailer shop he refuse to exchange that shoes and said it happens due to weather warming ie hotness. I cant understand after wearing 1 day how it is possible that shoes get warm and leaving pesting of complect shoe. Retailer cant exchange me shoes. I need to exchange my shoes while i am investing 2300/- rs for that otherwise i want refund. A poor service giving by that retailer and refuse to exhange and said it is not our policy to exchange and how it is possible to leaving pesting of new brand shoes after wearing 1 day only. I want exchange otherwise refund me my money.

                            We would like to inform you that a bad feedback from us which is tottally disappointed us with a well knowing brand like "bata"...

                            Sir we bought a canvas shoe for my 12 yr old son from alappuzha bata showroom kerala. Pls see the attached images for more details. Within 3 months back side of his foot was pain due to touch plastic part inside the shoe and get wound. He can't walk with wearing the same. So pls take an action from your side to avoid such kind of incidents.

                            We hope your company take an appropriate action upon our complaint . Otherwise we will take legal action in consumer court.

                              I placed order online at bata.in on 8th march 2019 for brown sandals for men vide order with id:12282154 and paid rs.241.76 through sbi netbanking. Neither the product has been delivered nor money refunded even after a month inspite of repeated reminders to bata's customer care. Pl. Take necessary action to ensure that bata.in doesn't cheat it's customers.

                                I purchased hush puppies loafer in bata showroom, iyer bungalow madurai on 23.3.2019 and itsinvoice amount is rs3502. I just used for a while and that loafer is unfit to use and also my finger got slightly damage. I registered the complaint to bata customer support about this issue on 30.03.2019.
                                Still now i didn't get the solution for this issue.

                                  I purchased a women shoe from bata store calicut hi lite mall. And first use it self the shoes turned faulty. The tricky part is out side look it is perfect but the inner part i can see the top layer broken and it is not up to the level for quality. I am located in uae and i was trying to write an email to your support but no luck no one is updating anything. And the most funny part is this store even not having any contact number published.
                                  I want to get a replacement. I know the exact date and time when i purchased even i can send the faulty sandals as well.. Since i am located in uae i can not visit the store.

                                      I have purchased a pair of shoe on 09/12/2018vide invoice no[protected]First 06 figure not clear on bill) article [protected] andrew 64041920 from sector 17 e chandigarh bata store. I have made a complain to customer care on 06 march 2019 about shoe. As adviced i visited the store for shoe inspection and store manager i was satisfied with the problem and told me that he will replace the shoe 100%. But told me to visit after 03 days. I went again on the said day but i have been that today they can not replace due to store repairing. Again i went another day as told but again i have been refused to replace the shoe and instead went into argument publicaly and insulted me. Finaly i have been told to replace the shoe from other store. I have been harassed mentally and financial by ur store and your system. Last reference no 1526593 with bata and i have not received any feed back after this long communication apart from many times talk to customer care.. Regards lakhvinder singh

                                        I had called up the customer care. The call center executive promised me that they will give promised 50 loyalty points, but when i called them up today they are saying that they cannot give. My complaint number is 1533098. I have called them up for more than 5 times, but these people have not resolved the issue. Please do not become cheaters or issue false promises. Request you to please issue the promised 50 loyalty points asap.
