The “bata review team” got scared of just a small bata store manager. He called them up and made up his own story about replacement and embarrassed me in front of his colleagues. Now, just beacuse of his ego, my case of discoloration and breaking of sole of shoes is being rejected.
And all they have is a single mail to contact them.
Shame on bata as a company if they keep getting scared of some store manager.
Fyi you just lost 11 customers from my family.
Good luck getting scared in future till the company is left with 0 customers and then you wonder what’s the reason!

I’ve already sent 3 emails to the email id and no action has been taken till date, whether its regarding the replacement matter or whether action against the store manager. I’m provided with a new complaint number every time I send a new email and the old complaint number is marked as resolved even though the old problem still persists.
Don’t try to fool me or anyone.
I haven’t recieved a single call from your side regarding this matter even when I’m told that I’ll get a call when there’s an update to the matter.
Please don’t be scared of a petty and disrespecting store manager.

    I had ordered a insole chappal during the offer period between 25th to 27th jan 2019 at 70% offer. There were offers o[censored]pto 74% during the offer period.
    After six days they have send a message that the item is not available and hence they have initiated a refund.
    Also during the two days of online offer period, most of the 70% and plus offer items could not be ordered as we could not click on the sizes.
    It seems it is a deliberate attempt by some bata personnel to book and receive the sale items by some contorted means and not allow the other customers to log in and buy the products.

      Hello there,

      I purchased power men's xorise genesis from bata showroom in baner. They charged me rs 3999. See the attached bill.

      When i checked the same shoes online, to my surprise, i found that they are being sold at rs 3299 on amazon.in by power themselves. Here is the link:

          Dear sir,
          I would like to state that, i purchased a sandal bata comfit for my wife on 10th october 2018 from bata shop at sitabuldi main road nagpur.
          I purchased this sandal for my wife who is suffering from corn below the foot. But astonishingly the same got damaged during the month of november18 itself. Since i was at bangalore, i could not make any complain as i was not knowing the procedure of complaint. I visited bata shop at sitabuldi on 15th january 2019 who advised to make complain at customer care.
          The sole of the sandal got cracked of one and the other's side lining torn and became unusable. As regular customer of your product i have never come across such a problem and i have not retained the cash memo also. Even though your product is little bit costly, people are purchasing as you are maintaining quality standards and durability. This time the quality of the material and workmanship is not maintained for the same. Ian giving the photograph of the same. The sandal is bata comfit code no.571-3154 gpr 0518
          Now i will request you to do the needful to go through the same and arrange for the replacement.

            Reversal pickup was done on 14.1 for the product with respect to which i was given assurance of the size availability.
            Unfortunately the product got out of the stock and from that onwards the company is so reluctant enough to proceed with the refund amount due.
            It is highly disappointing to know that first executive don't know about the availability of product at warehouse and then for the refund this compnaay takes the maximum days.
            Highly disgusting for the exchange policy.
            Worst i would say. I have never seen anyone taking more than 14 days to refund for the product for which i have lodged complaint five times.

            I am very much disappointed with bata team and never recommend anyone to go for their exchange policies

              I have been calling numerous time since 8th of jan i always hear a same old story wait for 48 hrs you’ll shipment will be delivered. How many 48hrs are there in bata calendar since 8th of jan 19? My order was placed on 29th jan 2019. Is this how bata operates? I have sent 2 mails but no reply from bata. Customer always say we hace escalated my case and to wait for 48 hrs. I had asked for call back but no one called me.

                    I have taken new shoe from bata india showroom - thnane viviana mall of 3500 cost. But shoe upper layer has removed. Now bata helpdesk is saying that we will give replacement 50% which is totally injustice as within 4 months found their product faulty and insisting customer to pay 50 %.

                    Earlier rainy shoe taken from bata india showroom - mulund where 100% replacement given due to faulty in their product. But now again shown their product image by mail saying 50% which is not satisfied solution for me.

                    Request to intervene and do the needful.

                    I have taken bata sport shoe cost 3500/- in sept 2018 second week approx 15 or 16th sept. 2018 which found faulty as upper layer of shoe removed due to which i can't use shoe now.

                    Request you to provide alternative solution for the same asap. I have already replaced bata shoe earlier 1500 in sept 2018 and paid additional 2000 and went to sport shoe because i am very old customer of bata from more than 15 yrs. And believe in bata product compare to others. But unfortunately again disappointment.

                      I placed an order for a sandal on 31st dec 2018 through online and i have made the payment too. I couldn't receive any information regarding the product delivery. I contacted the customer care several times but they just keep saying that i will get it in 2 to 3 days. But so far i didn't receive the item. This is my first experience with bata online purchase and i am very much disappointed with their service. I risked myself by trusting the company and their goodwill. I would be glad if you could help you on this. If so, i request you to kindly consider this mail and resolve my issue asap. My order id is 12262355. Sub/order no : 50314433

                      I expect at least a refund if you couldn't deliver the item as this is the process carried out in every reputed companies.

                            I bought a shoe from amazon in September with a warranty period of 3 months and its soul got cracked and the a part o[censored]pper body got separated from sole. When I asked bata they first refused to take the complaint as I bought it from Amazon. but after explaining them they noted my complaint.

                            I firstly complained Bata on 1st of Dec with ref. No.: 1381355, and shared all the pictures and invoice. But they didnt took any step for that.

                            Secondly on 4th december I again logged a complaint with reference no: 1384416, After a long wait they arranged a pickup on 7th of december. I handed over my shoe to them.

                            Again after a long wait when i didnt receive any response I called them on 18th December, On that day they said we are forwarning the concern and you will get cashback vocher within 24-72 hours and you will be updated on call.
                            And again waiting for that much time they didnt gave any response. Today again when I called them on 21st December, they said we are processsing your request and you will be updated in next 24 hous. When I asked that I have been waiting for so long they had nothing to explain the reason for this.

                            They are just harrasing me for this and not giving me the exact information. I bought the shoe for wearing and not for getting harrased. When I ask them to forward my call to Senior representative they dont even do that.

                            I have already wasted my time in this whole process and now I want to file a case against them for harrasing and not informing with the update.

                            Even they are not gining a money as refund, they will give a BATA voucher which is of no use if I will buy any other product. I want some strict action to be taken on them.

                              Hi,

                              I've purchased the attached shoe from Bata India, and afterwards i found out that there was a snag in it and the JAALI was damaged in the shoe as clear from the attached image.

                              I raised a complaint, but was told to visit the outlet and was also informed that same is a Franchise so have to visit them, it doesn't have any semblance to them that we've purchased the product as it is of BATA and nothing else.

                              When I went to the outlet he confirmed after keeping the shoe wth him for 2-3 days that it is not a manufacturing defect but may would have happened due to fault at our end, if it was fault at our end then why was the owner of the outlet ready to get the defect rectified at his own expense, even though we refused to get it rectified from the normal cobbler as he was offering.

                              What is the use of purchasing the shoe from a reputed brand like BATA, if at the end of the day, customer would be blamed for the defect.

                              The owner straight away said that it is a new imported product and there cannot be any defect like this, he'd have taken it as a defect if the entire leather would been damaged, what sort of services are these, i am looking forward to have either my shoe replaced or money being refunded back to me.

                                Dear Bata,

                                I had a trust in bata because of the quality of the products but now i almost lost that belief. I am using bata ladies sandal for many years because of its quality. I purchased 3 bata sandals in 7 months. 1st one aroind last week of april ( kottayam show room near bhima jewellery), second one november first week ( Thiruvalla deepa tower) and the last 2 weeks before (Thiruvalla, Ramanchira). I am very sad that all of them were of poor quality and not able to use it even for 6 months!!! Please ensure quality of products..

                                I have tried to attach the photograph of the sandal which i have purchased 2 weeks before but faliled because of its size. it had torn and also making sound while walking!

                                Please do the needful!

                                  I bought hush puppies shoes for men at the outlet located in kurnool near control room circle. The cost of them is 3500 rupees there. But when i go through the amazon app, it is 2300 rupees only. There is a huge difference in market rates of bata or hush puppies. Very much disappointed. Remaining branded items are not like that. There will not be this much difference in prices between outlets and internet shopping. Very pathetic condition

                                    Since 1 month i am following up with bata customer care for my refund which bata is saying has been initiated on 15.11.18, i have shared my stmt as well which transaction is not showing and when i asked for bata stmt, you people are not providing, what kind of behaviour is this you guys can ask for customer personal bank smt and but when it comes to your stmt u guys are not sharing, i have spoken to many people, imran and manager-ashish verma but all useless, you guys are sick, every time i am calling customer care they are saying give us 48 hour, 24 hour, till 7pm, only fake deadlines are given by bata employees, i have called more than 20 times for 899 rupees, it was my biggest mistake to choose"bata" as my shoe brand in amougnst all big brands, bata doesn't' care for customer, i tried calling e-commerce diff-prakash but there also no reply. This is highly dissappoinment as bata doest not even have proper educated and trained staff who can solve such a pitty things.

                                      So i went to bata store at 10.30a. M. And the person told me that we only sell after 11.. So next time i visited d store at 11 a. M. Now they person says that he sells only after 11.30. What.?. Seriously?. I also told him i require certain type of products that i had purchased previously. He say bata does not sell those. Why? Incase bata doesnt want to sell why do you open outlets. I m sure its not for customer but for self satisfaction. Please get yoursel[censored]pgraded.

                                      I have purchased belt shoes at Brodipet 4th line Guntur beside Indian bank on[protected] at bata show room .But surprisingly one of the shoes colour changed. Looking very ugly with two different colors. I have contacted bata Show room employees To Help. But I lost the bill. I requested them to verify with the date I purchased. Is it not possible.

                                        We have purchased article number 854-4927 of Hush Puppies @ Rs.3499/- only from your Model Town store on 01.07.2018.

                                        Considering Hush Puppies as a renowned brand and always delivering best quality products we are a regular customer of it, however, something surprising unexpected happened with us that within short span of purchasing the above referred article it has damaged badly. The sole of the article has broken badly (Image Attached).

                                        My bill number is 2800 and purchasing date is 01.07.2018 and other information is as under:
