I have purchased a shoe of Rs. 1949/-( hsn-[protected])as on[protected] but unfortunately, its sole damaged which is supposed to be normal . So, i have to go store no-51 where i was purchased with my invoice at barasat, I have tell them and show them the shoe condition to their sales excecutives cause of that there was no store manager at evening time. They told me that it will b solved after 7 days minimum with bad body language and loudly, Then i call customer care of bata, cs care excetutive named AKHIL jI want to speak with sales person but they denied to received the call . on that time akhil ji create a crf no- 64892 against my issue, He told me it will b solved by 24 hours,
After waiting i dont have received any call from bata store end, on the next day evening i call cs care again, cs care excecutive tell me to go my nearest bata showroom to exchange or repaire my shoe against crfz no.
I reached to my nearest showroom which is situated at dackbanglow more barasat, store manager was not present there after a long time he reached the station with hi DM, I request him to short my problem he argued with me and and behave in un natural way, he shouted on me at floor, and tell me that i am drank person which is absolutely wrong, i have never take alcohol in my life,
His DM also support him,
Now i am speechless to see a BATA store manger behaviour and He also tell me to get out from his store, He also Try to b with Physical way, its all capture your cctv at floor,
Is this correct to bahave like this with a customer.
I need apology from that store manager in written .
Please look in to this issue on urgent basis.
