I have purchased a shoe of Rs. 1949/-( hsn-[protected])as on[protected] but unfortunately, its sole damaged which is supposed to be normal . So, i have to go store no-51 where i was purchased with my invoice at barasat, I have tell them and show them the shoe condition to their sales excecutives cause of that there was no store manager at evening time. They told me that it will b solved after 7 days minimum with bad body language and loudly, Then i call customer care of bata, cs care excetutive named AKHIL jI want to speak with sales person but they denied to received the call . on that time akhil ji create a crf no- 64892 against my issue, He told me it will b solved by 24 hours,

After waiting i dont have received any call from bata store end, on the next day evening i call cs care again, cs care excecutive tell me to go my nearest bata showroom to exchange or repaire my shoe against crfz no.

I reached to my nearest showroom which is situated at dackbanglow more barasat, store manager was not present there after a long time he reached the station with hi DM, I request him to short my problem he argued with me and and behave in un natural way, he shouted on me at floor, and tell me that i am drank person which is absolutely wrong, i have never take alcohol in my life,

His DM also support him,

Now i am speechless to see a BATA store manger behaviour and He also tell me to get out from his store, He also Try to b with Physical way, its all capture your cctv at floor,

Is this correct to bahave like this with a customer.

I need apology from that store manager in written .

Please look in to this issue on urgent basis.

    i have purchased sport shoes from your store (MI road JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN, INDIA). having trouble during walk the shoes are pinching my foot (at sole). and i cant walk after wearing this shoes. i have brought just one month ago and i have not wear more than 10 times.this is very bad experience for me, i have brought many times shoes from you but there was no complaint. this shoes is not comfort.

My change request done compliant no. 1163803 dtd 5-6-2018 today is[protected] still order not reverse picked and not delivered the right item. Called 10 times but not action taken from customer support, all are making fool, money has fully paid but not got the right thing its totally nonsense, why i m not getting right thing is this the way of work of big company not good for better service.

This refund request would be forwarded to the concerned bank and refunds completed as per bank procedure.Rest assured amount would reflect in your account as per the bank's procedure.

        Until then we request for your cooperation. ( mail received by BATA. on 21/6/18)

        What a service. The order was placed on 24/4/18... Reverse pick up was arranged on 5/6/18 after regular follow up. And on 21/6/18 instead delivering the changed size they are initiating the refund. We purchase online to get the product, not for mental harassment and to get the money blocked.

        I purshased ballerinas from Rohtak. I got shoe bite, blood clots and rashes on my feet. I was not able to walk with them. Please come up with the resolution as i’m unable to wear them.

          We are a corporate and our office in hyderabad is organizing an event at a government school and we wanted to distribute sports shoe for all 125 kids, we visited your store in tolichowki hyderabad and this mr. Rafiq (Mobile number [protected]) asked me to pay the advance of all 125 shoes and we did pay before a month and the delivery was promised yesterday, now the event is planned for today at 4 pm at the school and this mr. Rafiq is not responding to our calls since yesterday. The event planned is huge and we have all media coverage for this activity.

          Be ware - we will wait of another 1 hour and if the delivery does not happen then we will be forced to inform media, police complaint will be given and on social media the posts will be put about all this.

            I placed an order with bata and requested to return for four times. The reverse pickup is not done and it has been 3 weeks that i am waiting for the return pickup and refund money in my account. The order number is 12200973. Please help me get the return pickup and refund. I am not asking for much, but my own money back in my account.

              Customer service in bata bangalore is going down. Showrooms especially in hsr layout 27th main and bommasandra are very bad. They don't even attend to the customers. Very reluctant to check the availability of sizes. Out ask them for a size, without even checking the say no. Generally they all are very rude. Generally most of the customers are disappointed

              Bata Gift Vochers are not accepted in Bata outlets, its really bad customer experience.

              I have visited Bata outlet located in chennai Madhanadapuram. however the out let is not accepting the gift bata gift vouchers however other bata show rooms they are accepting the same. Its really bad customer experience

                I have been using the Bata shoe for so many years and also recommended the user to use the same for safety of the employees wellness

                The Quality of the Product is very much good.

                Recently i had been using a safety shoe which has been issued to me during the month of February 2018 and to my surprise the shoe sole got cut at the bottom and very horrible situation as we cannot recommend your product to our user now

                Kindly arrange for the replacement at the below address .

                  I had purchase power walkon shoes from bata shop satara road but inside cushion was teared with in few months and manager of the shop nor other employes was even entartain the customer to solve any query or help to solve any problem they rudly reply for each question we just wanted to know that weather we change that cushion or not we belived on bata brand hence we expet for good service at least

                    I purchased a bata sports shoe on[protected] from the jadavpur 8b bata showroom at 27g, raja s. C. Mallick road, jadavpur, kolkata, west bengal. I tried the shoe on[protected] and found that one of the pair was defective and as i was out of station at that time, i had to purchase a new pair of shoe for immediate use. As soon as i returned back kolkata on[protected], i approached the jadavpur 8b bata showroom for replacement of the shoe. The salesman in the showroom immediately agreed that one of then pair was defective and it was liable to be replaced. But unfortunately, some sri biplab das, a gentleman introducing himself as the manager of the showroom, came forward and misbehaved with me for my attempt to get the shoe replaced. He even went on saying that i was a liar and my intension was only to get a new pair of shoe after my purpose was served with the old one. The shoe couldn’t be replaced and i had to leave your showroom being totally insulted and frustrated of facing a man like him who is supposed to handle customers in a reputed concern like yours.
                    For your information, i wish to mention that i am a 50 years old respectable citizen of india and not at all ready to digest abuses like this from your store manager, that too for a shoe of rs. 1499/- only. The members of my family are customers of bata since the time i was not born and only an arrogant, ill-behaved store manager of your concern has no right to shatter the sentiment i cherish regarding the brand ‘bata’.
                    I would request you to look into the matter and redress my grievance.

                      I have bought a shoe from bata in kolkata (02.06.18). Only 2 days later the sole of shoes cracked like a crunchy biscuits. I have already complained at bata toll free no[protected] on 06.06.18. My complain no is 1162053. The representative over the phone has told me i will get an email within 3 working days but still now i have not received any mail from your end. Inspite of that i called many times to the above mention toll free no but no result has come out. It’s very frustrating that this type of company has no responsibility to take care of their customer.
                      Therefore i am requesting to you please look after this valuable complain so that i get a proper justice.

                        I purchased Bata shoes on 10th June 2018 from Bata showroom near shimpoli road; borivali (west); mumbai. I wore it for the first time and had a bad shoe bite in my foot; leading to peeling of my skin and clotting of blood; it got so worse that I was not even able to walk a single step. The product code :551-9256 ;size is 5 and it's amount is 1499 (transaction was done in cash). The color of shoes is in navy blue . The shoes was so expensive (1499) but it's quality was so bad .

                          This is to inform you that your branch at panvel orion mall is so screwed up that they made us wait for 49 minutes for a returns procedure. Is this the way a company like bata operates and treats their customers?? Patethic customer service bata!! Not expected from a decent from you. I heard you guys were professional however you proved to be just like a local company treating their customers like #. I will take this to social media too. I feel my money n time spent at your store was a waste. Hope this message is heard. Ragvender goswami the manager was also super laid back and not at all bothered that we had waited this long.

                            My registered mobile no is [protected] and I bought new sandak today paying 699 and it has manufacturing defect and when I went back with the defective product today itself the manager is so harsh and he is not ready to replace it and he was yelling at me and he is telling he will never change it and when I asked the shop contact number he didn't give me either and even when I called the customer care the customer care executive told me ask him the shop contact number or the shop number but he yelled at me and refused to give it.The shop is at Dadar east

                            I want my sandaks to be replaced within three days if not I will file a case against the shop in consumer court.Being such a nice brand the Bata is doing this.shamefull

                              As we have purchased the BATA product (black formal shoes) through online wide that product code F[protected]FE & order no. 12197233/dt.18.05.2018 Amount : Rs.449/- Hence that the product I was used only one time but which is been peeled of it's colour and damaged, enclosed the photos for your ref. They aren't respond at all

                              Why should they send the defected product to me, please look into this matter and sorted out this issue and refund my amount/replace the product.

                                I brought sandals from bata outlet shop no s22 sec 22 d on 4/4/2018. But in less then 2 months the sole has come out. The sole has got detected and got damaged from many places in both the pairs. I brought sandals for 1999rs and never expected such poor quality from bata. I want my sandals shall be replaced as it's within warranty as it's sole damage is clearly written as major manufacturing defect in the warranty document. Invoice cm[protected]

                                I buyed women brown belly shoes worth of 1099, with in a week the leather is peeling off.the cost is too high but product is very bad.

                                  I purchased a pair of shoe on 13.02.2018 vide invoice no. Cm[protected] dated 13.02.2018 for rs.1499/- (Article name hsn code - [protected] edgar).

                                  One of the shoe developed major defect and its sole from the front has given way i. E. Leather upper and its rubber sole got separated from the front side.

                                  I visited the same bata show room in faridabad (Hry) on 09.05.2018 and brought the defect to their notice and requested for its replacement as it is with in the warranty period of 90 days. Showroom kept the said pair of shoes with them and issued acknowledgement.

                                  I brought this matter for the first time to the notice of bata customer care vide my mail dt.10.05.2018 with the request to exchange the damaged pair of shoes as it was a major manufacturing defect and had occured during the warranty period of 90 days. Since then i had written mails dt.14.05.18, 15.05.18, 18.05.18 and 22.05.18 but without any result.

                                    Every time i call bata india for update regarding refund and replacement requested for my order no.: 12184732, they ask for awb no. (Why can't they refer the complaint raised and find all the previously provided inputs?).

                                    Reverse pickup was done on 2nd may 2018 under awb no.: [protected] & [protected] and i am yet to receive refund for one item and replacement for the other. It is so disappointing to call every time and get no meaningful update.

                                    Recently I purchased a product from bata(canvas shoe). And after wearing it for 4-5 days it got it's pasting ungripped. I visited store too but wasn't satisfied by their solution and this marks a question on their 90 days replacement commitment.
