I had purchased a footwear by the article no. 651-3118 yesterday from Sarojini Nagar outlet and after wearing it today I found that the product is faulty as one shoe was making lot of noise while walking, other shoe ended up giving me shoe bite and within one day the inside cushioned fabric of the shoe started getting crumbled.
While purchasing the product staff told me clearly that we have 3months warranty and will change the product immediately.
So I tried reaching the outlet today over the phone from 1:35 pm today where in one lady picked up my call and despite me being on the call with her ended up ignoring what I tried to complaint about and left my conversation completely unattended and started conversing with someone else while I was still at the call. And since then till 3:54 pm the outlet's landline phone was continuously busy as the lady had not cared to place the receiver back on the phone.[protected]. After multiple attempts I somehow managed to get the store manager's mobile number which again was provided wrong to me and after multiple call attempts I got the store manager Mr. Shiv Raj's number ([protected]) did not care to receive the calls despite calling him multiple times.
Then finally at 3:54 I could manage to have my call answered at the store where some gentlemen asked me to get the product at the shop and they will check it.
Upon arrival at the store I was told that my product will not be replaced (which was a commitment when I was purchasing the product yesterday that till 3 months if any issues arrive product will be changed) and rather they will get it repaired and that too after it's repaired I will have to come and collect it from store. Why should I be visiting the store 3 times when the product provided is faulty. Upon requesting and refusing to visit third time I had asked that lady at the reception to get this home delivered to which she rudely refused and said I cannot get this done, only manager can decide and when I said I want to meet the manager she kept on saying that this cannot be done as he is in meetings. Upon putting pressure on her she finally agreed to make a call to the manager and within a minute they agreed to get repaired item delivered at my house.
Shows completely unprofessional attitude of the store manager as well as the lady at the counter. I want my complete refund or a new product. Else I shall be going legal about the organization for troubling the customer and making false promises while the product is purchased and after purchase experience from a brand like BATA.

    Sub: replacement of felice/fancy chappal

    Sir,

    I am a resident of dehradun, uttarakhand. While my trip to goa in june 2018, i had purchased two pairs of bata chappals (Felice and fancy) worth rs. 1699/- each from bata india ltd, panjim, kozy nock, bata division, shop no. 6, municiple bldg. 18 june road, panjim, goa-30. The tax invoice no. Is cm[protected] dated 22nd june 2018. Both the chappals seemed to be in good condition, hence the purchase.

    But, it is surprisingly shocking to my utter despair after using one of the chappals, it is not as per the standards expected from bata. Soon after its usage, the leather started wearing out. It took it lightly. But now the entire leather is shedding/casting out and even the sole has started coming out. Definitely, it is not possible for me to go back to goa for the replacement of the article bought. This is a very bad experience that i have come across in my entire life. It is certainly not expected from a branded company like bata.

    Kindly make arrangements for replacing the item purchased from the nearest showroom as early as possible.

      I bought shoes from Bata and in return I got d bill and along with that a discount of 150 rupees on purchase of 800. But the thing is that due to fault in quality of paper, the write up got vanish...I went to Bata store they told me that it was a fault from d company and I need to write a mail to d same in order to get discount...what is d point of giving out discount if it is suppose to get erased off from the paper..I am really disappointed .this is really spoiling the name of the brand . I am attaching my pic of my bill along with this...the written portion has been vanished but still can be seen slightly.
      I went to Bata store but they said they can't do anything they are helpless...that's really ridiculous...reply me ASAP

        Dear sir,
        I already complaint about the shoe. Your bata store kamla nagar branch took my shoe for repair ing. They returned me the same show after a week saying that the shoe is repaired by the company and it will not cause me further. Yesterday, i received the shoe from the store and i have decide to wear it today all the time to check the comfort level. But i am very sorry to say this, i am facing the same problem. Again i return the shoe to your store for the replacement. As i stay far away from the kamla nagar, it is very difficult to reach store on daily basis. I humbly request to kindly replace this shoe with fresh and comfortable one. I hope you understand the problem and take further necessary action. Your prompt action would be highly appreciated.

          Dear sir,

          I bought the shoes 8 months back from phagwara showroom opposite bus stand. They didn't responded to my query even they told me that we did not found how this was happened.
          And within 8 months it is breaked.

          I need to change the sole immediately as when i bought these shoes on that your store manager told me that 2 years warranty for sole. Now they denied. I wanted to be your regular customer. But it breaks the relationship.

            Hello,
            I nalini paliwal from bhopal bought one pair of footwear from your showroom from aashima mall, bhopal and it got defected on wearing it in one day only. I want to request that kindly exchange it as soon as possible because we were facing lot of inconvience due to return of footwear.
            I also gone to showroom for exchange but shopkeeper denied to do so.

              I brought shoe from bata at bridge road store bangalore then shoe was not comfortable i requested for exchange and since i didn't like the shoe collections in brigade road store i asked customer service to change contact store to cole's road bata store then i got approval for exchange shoe from cole's road bata store, and i went there today the store in charge person was saying
              1. I gave sale to brigade road store and for exchange coming to my store
              2. He's purposely sending me to go out get print out copy of mail, but in mail it's mentioned can just show email from smart phone.
              I asked store email address so i can forward, store had printer but he refused me to send mail saying he doesn't know store email address,
              3. He said manager not there come tomorrow when manager there.
              Finally i contacted customer care and connected with store guy then customer service person forwarded mail to store email.
              4. I have selected shoe and gave he made me to wait and after 1hour he started billing my shoe. That one hour was very bad experience.

                I recently purchased 2 shoes from hush puppies showroom from prozone mall coimbatore.

                On 21st july 2018, i visited hush puppies showroom and bought 2 shoes.

                Black color shoe of size 9 (After checked in the size index tool at the show room) which is waterproof model.

                I also saw another brown color shoe which i liked to buy but the size (Which was measured earlier for the black shoe) was not available.

                The shop in charge/attendant then checked the availability of shoe in computer and told that the same size shoe is available in another shop which could also be directly sent to your house.

                Then i made the payment in advance for the brown shoe too and left the shop as i had to travel out of station the same day evening.

                The shoe (Brown) was delivered to my house address at coimbatore the immediate week.

                Once i returned back home, i tried the brown shoe and found that the size is big and is not fitting my foot.

                Hence i went back to the hush puppies show room in prozone mall and informed them that the size is not fitting.

                I discussed the issue with them and i was also offered to buy another shoe which will not fall under offer. Still i chose one and proceed to purchase. But they were looking for cash payment and not card. Unfortunately i did not had enough cash and had only card.

                Then as per the direction of the shop in charge/attendant, i also gave the brown shoe to them for their further perusal.

                Now it is more than a month and still the issue is not resolved.

                The current situation is i had payed the money and yet to get my correct fitting shoe.

                The shoe is still with shop and not with me and its more than a mogh by now.
                Moreover, this is not a return or damage claim. This is a fault from Hush puppies in providing/delivering wrong size shoe to me.

                        Very uncomfortable shoes. It's like paining after wearing this shoe. I can't wear this anymore. Kindly replace this please. The side part of the shoes from inside is very tight as it give pain all the time and made my legs so red. I bought this shoe from your gtb nagar branch last 15 days before. I want to replace it from some other comfortable shoes this lumsum same price.

                            I have purchased bata shoes from prasad enterprise ahmednagar, the description is[protected] cost re 999/- invoice no[protected] dtd 28june, 2018. The shoes is totally uncomfortable, it is having no bedding to soul due to which my heel and foot are pressurised tremendously and starts painning seviourly. The shoes are totally liable to throw in dustbin. It causes me to take treatment from aurthopeiadic surgeon, he also adviced not to use that shoes

                              I purchase a pair of shoes from your company showroom situated at ghumar mandi ludhina punjab. Last month but with in the month shoes damage from laces side. I visit showroom to purchase extra pair of shoes but i m not satisfied with the service provided by the the staff. I told my problem but they ignore. This is not good for a company like bata

                                I have been buying from bata for all my family footwear needs for all these years and had planned to purchase 3 items from a bata store jayanagar bangalore on 15th august after hearing about the new offer.
                                Out of these 3 items one item was not available hence they took an order to deliver it to my home and promised me a delivery in 2 days but the delivery was delayed and also i realized that i could use gift voucher of 1000rs they provided me for the purchase of other items and buy the item directly from another bata store hence i returned the courier and asked them to refund the money.
                                But this turned out to be a big mistake as bata customer service sucks, it's been about 15 days now since i asked them to refund and even after several follow ups neither they have provided me any timelines nor they have initiated a refund. Even my tweet to their official twitter handle fell on deaf ears now they have stopped responding to my emails altogether.

                                Their plans to expand their ecommerce business will not fly unless they get hold on their current customer service issues.

                                I will never ever buy anything from bata again and also advice my family and friends against buying from bata. Compliant numbers 1253723, 1251019

                                  shoe got damage under warranty

                                  On July I had taken the shoe but after just using of 15 days, product stitch is getting open and damage started happening near by the sole and stitched portion. I need to do the exchange of the product. Plz have a look into the describe issue and do the needful asap. Already submitted the product in the store where I have purchased.                                   I have purchase shoe from bata showroom hyderguda branch (Hyderabad) on 16.05.2018 rs. 1699/-

                                  We have raised a complaint ([protected]) to your executive mr. Praveen regarding shoe hole in sole on 10.08.2018 against complaint no is 1243088, as that day your executive told us the shoe is in warranty period, we will forward your complaint to bata hyderguda branch (Hyderabad) to replace the same with in three working days you need not worry

                                  Again called on 16.05.18 ([protected]) and your executive mr. Sachin told me your complaint has been rejected and we raise new complaint no 1250558 now you have to send images of the shoe, but on that day i also told mr praveen that i will send the shoe images to them, he denied it.

                                  As per your mail you have written (Article has been manually inspected by the concerned authorities and after inspection no quality and manufacturing defect found in the article, let me inform you that no concerned authority has inspected the shoes till date.

                                  And also no concerned authority has contacted me till date. We are discussing with you only through mail.

                                  You are giving 90 days warranty on shoes, why are you going back on this?? And don't lie to us that you have manually inspected the shoes.

                                  Please let us know you want to replace the shoes in under warranty or not?? Or else give us the contact no or email id of your quality department who inspect the shoes.

                                  I can't understand why are you generating new reference no for every new mail, you have not solve the earlier reference no issue.

                                  We purchased Sandals, trusting the Bata brand and only after wearing two times, the the whole sole of the write foot has cracked into two pieces.

                                  The rubber sole has withered away from many places.

                                  Is this the quality of Bata?

                                  Bata should replace the sandals free of cost or refund the complete money.

                                    I purchased a pair of brown shoes on 23/07/2018 along with a liquid cream polish, socks, shoe lace. On 22/08/2018 i noticed that the shoe material is covered with a thin layer of some kind of synthetic material which has coming out of the body of the shoe by exposing the inner material of the body of the shoe like dry skin. This reveals that the shoe i purchased from the bata retail shop at the oil market of duliajan, is of extremely poor quality and it may be termed that bata retail shop at the oil market of duliajan has defamed entire bata by doing such kind of business.
                                    Hope you would be kind enough to examine the matter and arrange to refund the cost of the shoe or replace the shoe with a proper one please.

                                      Dear Bata Complaint Resolution Team,

                                      I have purchased the Bata products from Ashram Road Store - Ahmedabad for Rs. 2016.72 vide Invoice No. CM[protected] on 17/08/2018. As per the Bata Be Surprised offer I must be provided the Voucher of Rs. 500/-. But while I have asked to the cashier for that at the time of billing he has told me that for the payment via V Gift Voucher the assured gift voucher offer is not applicable and I have not provided the voucher for Rs. 500 in the lower portion of my invoice. However today dated[protected] I have Purchased a Shoes from Bata Bhavnagar Store vide Invoice No. CM[protected] worth bill amount of Rs. 2501/- and for that also I have made payment for Rs. 2000 by V Gift Vouchers I am having and rest Rs. 501/- I have paid via Debit card and for that I have received Rs. 500/- Gift Coupon code on lower of my Invoice. The Ashram Road Store Branch have given me the wrong Information and not provided my Gift Voucher of 500/- at that time with my Invoice hence I have to pay Rs. 501 for my purchase of 22/08/2018 vide Invoice No. CM[protected] as Rs. 2000/- already I have paid by the V Gift vouchers I was having. If I would have provided Rs. 500 Gift voucher for my purchased on 17/08/2018 for Invoice no. CM[protected], I can use it for my purchase of 22/08/2018 and I would not have to pay Rs. 500/- for this purchase. Hence I am complaining for BATA - Ashram Road, Ahmedabad store for not providing me the voucher of Rs. 500/- as per your current offer, Mislead/Miscommunicate/Wrong Information given to customer for which I am having loss of Rs. 500/- in my purchase of 22/08/2018 for Invoice no. CM[protected] which I want Refund from BATA at earliest.

                                      Hope my complaint will be addressed by BATA and I would be refunded for Rs. 500/- which was not provided by your staff.
