Next day i went to shop complaining about shoe it not bata shop owner telling me we just bata name we are not selling bata product. I kindly request to take immediate action against the cheater shop. Actually the name is boots & boots but he is putting bata board to cheat the customer. Shop located at nampally....

Very uncomfortable shoes. It's like paining after wearing this shoe. I can't wear this anymore. Kindly replace this please. I have purchased bata shoes from prasad enterprise ahmednagar, the description is[protected] cost re 999/- invoice no[protected] dtd 28june, 2018. I placed the above mentioned Order on August 08 2018, It was online payment.
On 11 August I received a mail, saying the product is out of stock and the order has been canceled, I replied to the mail asking for the contact no, since I am in Abroad and there is no reply, its almost 2 days and so far the customer care representative is SO BUSY to reply to the mail. The amount is not been credited in my Account, but in the Status it shows...

I have bought a sandal from www.bata.in and i just recieved it last month. But the quality of that sandal is really cheap as the heel came out in one time... I only wear it once... Hell service i have never ever expected this from bata.
