I bought a pair of ballet flat from bata shoe store, rani bagh market, delhi.
Only after wearing it 3 times its upper material started getting holes. I went to the store to get the claim but they refused and said its not our mistake, we will not replace it.
From when bata has started making such inferior quality shoes. Over that the people at store are not ready to exchange it. Please look into matter and do the needful

    Sir,

    I have purchased a new hush puppy shoe (Hp02 flex[protected] size 07 from bata's authorised showroom in shymbazar on 25/04/2018. I have often used that shoe. But for the last 1 month i have gradually noticed a crack on the left sole, which meanwhile turned into a large one leaking water now. I have purchased the same model from hush puppy previously. But particularly on this purchase the quality of the shoe was very bad.. With was not coinciding the quality and repute of hush puppy/ bata.
    Kindly do the needful so that i shall be benefitted. The photo copy of the tax invoice is attached herewith.

      Unfortunately On 11/06/2018 I brought one pair of executive formal shoes from your out let at overbridge, opposite SMV school, Thampanoor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala..My name is Kishore and my billed phone number is +91-[protected]..At the time of delivery your sales outlet incharge promised me that they are responsible for a replaceable warranty of three months and a repair warranty of three months after wards.I just taken back my shoes after three months which was completely damaged in a very bad condition only because of manufacturing defect which can be seen clearly in this mail attachment.
      Actually Iam using Bata product from past 7years only because of its lifetime, durability and reasonable price..This time Iam sad to say that your brand name is going downward because of this type o[censored]n professional business outlets that you are holding..The staffs working at your out let refuses the replacement of my shoes only because of 11 days after three months from the date of delivery. Not at all they rejected, they behaved very badly towards me and iam asking your kind attention for the replacement of my shoes as soon possible..
      I know what will be the consequences if iam posting this on social medias..Kindly do the needful as soon possible and hope don’t let me take this issue in other angle..

          With deep dissapointment and anger over your product what has been selling with zero fear to customers like us.
          As the brand tata is intangible resouce it self. I like brand but vice versa i have been manipulated by your brand bata store which is situated in krishna nagar matura up..

          I got a shoe earlier from bata store then i it got turned up into burst from top.
          Moreover i decided to visit store again where i was humble said that this product will be returned back or i will relax by reimbursement from store but later they replied me non refundable and take it back shoes as it.

          So this is # to bata and its intangible resource.

          The store shoulb be shut down by bata authorities.

          And i want satisfactory response from you as soon as with no hope of procrastination.

          I am humble imploring to take action against my aforesaid unwanted concern.

            I had lodged my complaint on 12th august (Reference number is 1246296, 1276550) for faulty product received but no response received from bata till 30th aug, upon following up on 30th august bata team confirmed for pick up within 48 hours but nothing was done.. Today is 20th september & no one from bata has initiated to sort my problem.. Atleast some one should have communicated.in process of following up with bata i had wasted lot of money, they keep me on hold for so long, the calls expense to me is more then the cost of the faulty shoe.
            Till date they have not done any thing except false promises and assurance to pick up and refund.

                Hi team,
                I recently bought a pair of power shoes from a sector-7, kharghar, navi mumbai outlet. While trying out the size-7 at the time of purchasing, it fit me well (Usually size -7 fits me). It was only after i wore it for the first time and walked around for about 30 minutes, the shoes started hurting my toes. I went back to the outlet within a week's time for an exchange to get one size bigger but i was denied the exchange with reason that i already wore it once. It is quite disappointing to hear about such a rigid exchange policy. When you say that exchange is allowed within a period of 3 months then you should accept the product unless it has been damaged. Infact, my product is in a good condition and used only once and now it has become useless for me.
                Also, to point out one more fact, usually size-7 fits me perfectly with slight room for a comfort for my toes. Not sure why it didn't work for me this time with power brand. Tried this brand for the first time.
                So, overall i am not satisfied with my purchase and would want an exchange. Hope you will look into the matter. Thanks in advance.

                Hi, i bought my power shoes before 1 day from FUN REPUBLIC MALL STORE, COIMBATORE 641004, it began to tear off after a single day use, when i complained about it your salesman misbehaved & though my shoe out from store, For this behavior with customer i wll drag him to cumsumer court or else you better take some quick actions on it.

                    I am the regular customer of bata from the year 1979 i. E from schooling. Keeping the confidence on the company still till date i am using bata product. I purchased hush puppies belt from your bata store, kakinada. I was supplied with defective product
                    Which was being damaging from 2 months, i approached your bata stores kakinada he had cut the belt at the edge of belt, but of no use. Now before informing to friends, relatives, colleagues etc., i have a good opinion about bata, as a matter of courtesy i am informing. If you keep silent about my issue i will be forced to inform the same in print and electronic media. If you had advertised that the product will stay for 1 year or 2, i would have not purchased the defective product. Arrange to settle my issue

                      I had purchased a footwear by the article no. 651-3118 yesterday from Sarojini Nagar outlet and after wearing it today I found that the product is faulty as one shoe was making lot of noise while walking, other shoe ended up giving me shoe bite and within one day the inside cushioned fabric of the shoe started getting crumbled.
                      While purchasing the product staff told me clearly that we have 3months warranty and will change the product immediately.
                      So I tried reaching the outlet today over the phone from 1:35 pm today where in one lady picked up my call and despite me being on the call with her ended up ignoring what I tried to complaint about and left my conversation completely unattended and started conversing with someone else while I was still at the call. And since then till 3:54 pm the outlet's landline phone was continuously busy as the lady had not cared to place the receiver back on the phone.[protected]. After multiple attempts I somehow managed to get the store manager's mobile number which again was provided wrong to me and after multiple call attempts I got the store manager Mr. Shiv Raj's number ([protected]) did not care to receive the calls despite calling him multiple times.
                      Then finally at 3:54 I could manage to have my call answered at the store where some gentlemen asked me to get the product at the shop and they will check it.
                      Upon arrival at the store I was told that my product will not be replaced (which was a commitment when I was purchasing the product yesterday that till 3 months if any issues arrive product will be changed) and rather they will get it repaired and that too after it's repaired I will have to come and collect it from store. Why should I be visiting the store 3 times when the product provided is faulty. Upon requesting and refusing to visit third time I had asked that lady at the reception to get this home delivered to which she rudely refused and said I cannot get this done, only manager can decide and when I said I want to meet the manager she kept on saying that this cannot be done as he is in meetings. Upon putting pressure on her she finally agreed to make a call to the manager and within a minute they agreed to get repaired item delivered at my house.
                      Shows completely unprofessional attitude of the store manager as well as the lady at the counter. I want my complete refund or a new product. Else I shall be going legal about the organization for troubling the customer and making false promises while the product is purchased and after purchase experience from a brand like BATA.

                        Sir,

                        I am a resident of dehradun, uttarakhand. While my trip to goa in june 2018, i had purchased two pairs of bata chappals (Felice and fancy) worth rs. 1699/- each from bata india ltd, panjim, kozy nock, bata division, shop no. 6, municiple bldg. 18 june road, panjim, goa-30. The tax invoice no. Is cm[protected] dated 22nd june 2018. Both the chappals seemed to be in good condition, hence the purchase.

                        But, it is surprisingly shocking to my utter despair after using one of the chappals, it is not as per the standards expected from bata. Soon after its usage, the leather started wearing out. It took it lightly. But now the entire leather is shedding/casting out and even the sole has started coming out. Definitely, it is not possible for me to go back to goa for the replacement of the article bought. This is a very bad experience that i have come across in my entire life. It is certainly not expected from a branded company like bata.

                        Kindly make arrangements for replacing the item purchased from the nearest showroom as early as possible.

                          I bought shoes from Bata and in return I got d bill and along with that a discount of 150 rupees on purchase of 800. But the thing is that due to fault in quality of paper, the write up got vanish...I went to Bata store they told me that it was a fault from d company and I need to write a mail to d same in order to get discount...what is d point of giving out discount if it is suppose to get erased off from the paper..I am really disappointed .this is really spoiling the name of the brand . I am attaching my pic of my bill along with this...the written portion has been vanished but still can be seen slightly.
                          I went to Bata store but they said they can't do anything they are helpless...that's really ridiculous...reply me ASAP

                            I already complaint about the shoe. Your bata store kamla nagar branch took my shoe for repair ing. They returned me the same show after a week saying that the shoe is repaired by the company and it will not cause me further. Yesterday, i received the shoe from the store and i have decide to wear it today all the time to check the comfort level. But i am very sorry to say this, i am facing the same problem. Again i return the shoe to your store for the replacement. As i stay far away from the kamla nagar, it is very difficult to reach store on daily basis. I humbly request to kindly replace this shoe with fresh and comfortable one. I hope you understand the problem and take further necessary action. Your prompt action would be highly appreciated.

                              I bought the shoes 8 months back from phagwara showroom opposite bus stand. They didn't responded to my query even they told me that we did not found how this was happened.
                              And within 8 months it is breaked.

                              I need to change the sole immediately as when i bought these shoes on that your store manager told me that 2 years warranty for sole. Now they denied. I wanted to be your regular customer. But it breaks the relationship.

                                Hello,
                                I nalini paliwal from bhopal bought one pair of footwear from your showroom from aashima mall, bhopal and it got defected on wearing it in one day only. I want to request that kindly exchange it as soon as possible because we were facing lot of inconvience due to return of footwear.
                                I also gone to showroom for exchange but shopkeeper denied to do so.

                                  I brought shoe from bata at bridge road store bangalore then shoe was not comfortable i requested for exchange and since i didn't like the shoe collections in brigade road store i asked customer service to change contact store to cole's road bata store then i got approval for exchange shoe from cole's road bata store, and i went there today the store in charge person was saying
                                  1. I gave sale to brigade road store and for exchange coming to my store
                                  2. He's purposely sending me to go out get print out copy of mail, but in mail it's mentioned can just show email from smart phone.
                                  I asked store email address so i can forward, store had printer but he refused me to send mail saying he doesn't know store email address,
                                  3. He said manager not there come tomorrow when manager there.
                                  Finally i contacted customer care and connected with store guy then customer service person forwarded mail to store email.
                                  4. I have selected shoe and gave he made me to wait and after 1hour he started billing my shoe. That one hour was very bad experience.

                                    I recently purchased 2 shoes from hush puppies showroom from prozone mall coimbatore.

                                    On 21st july 2018, i visited hush puppies showroom and bought 2 shoes.

                                    Black color shoe of size 9 (After checked in the size index tool at the show room) which is waterproof model.

                                    I also saw another brown color shoe which i liked to buy but the size (Which was measured earlier for the black shoe) was not available.

                                    The shop in charge/attendant then checked the availability of shoe in computer and told that the same size shoe is available in another shop which could also be directly sent to your house.

                                    Then i made the payment in advance for the brown shoe too and left the shop as i had to travel out of station the same day evening.

                                    The shoe (Brown) was delivered to my house address at coimbatore the immediate week.

                                    Once i returned back home, i tried the brown shoe and found that the size is big and is not fitting my foot.

                                    Hence i went back to the hush puppies show room in prozone mall and informed them that the size is not fitting.

                                    I discussed the issue with them and i was also offered to buy another shoe which will not fall under offer. Still i chose one and proceed to purchase. But they were looking for cash payment and not card. Unfortunately i did not had enough cash and had only card.

                                    Then as per the direction of the shop in charge/attendant, i also gave the brown shoe to them for their further perusal.

                                    Now it is more than a month and still the issue is not resolved.

                                    The current situation is i had payed the money and yet to get my correct fitting shoe.

                                    Could you please quickly resolve this issue.

                                    The shoe is still with shop and not with me and its more than a mogh by now.
                                    Moreover, this is not a return or damage claim. This is a fault from Hush puppies in providing/delivering wrong size shoe to me.

                                      As I had bought flats from bata store in Chandigarh kharar from VR punjab mall. When I told my problem to manager over there gurmeet singh he start miss behaving in front of other customers and didn't listen to the problem and start giving unnecessary reasons . This kind of service being a buyer I did not aspect from such renouned brand. Next we have to think before entering the store

                                        I purchase sport shoe from nampally dargah road by seeing bata board. Next day i went to shop complaining about shoe it not bata shop owner telling me we just bata name we are not selling bata product. I kindly request to take immediate action against the cheater shop. Actually the name is boots & boots but he is putting bata board to cheat the customer. Shop located at nampally.
