Purchased the north star ladies shoes for rs 799 but with 15 days its torn and unwearable. Need a refund or replacement. The shoes seemed tough and the price was high so thought it would be wise to pay for the comfort and durability. Was rxtremely. Dissappointed with the shoes when in three days it started getting loose and the stitching started wearing out. Hence seek an early resolve to this problem. Unfittunately i have not preserved the bill. But am a frequent bata customer mob no [protected]

    reverse pick up not done even after 20 days of request

    Hi team,

    I bought nine products from bata app. Out of them i wanted to keep 2 products and return 7 products. I raised a request for reverse pick up of these products.

    My service request # 1125744 to get reverse pick up done is still not fulfilled. I raised the request with customer care on 8th may but no person has visited so far.

    During this period, i talked to customer care around 5 times...

    Take slipper from Bata outlet Sec-8, Panchkula.

    Slipper got damage in 2 month, Showroom manager says article not available in punjab & haryana that time, but he arranges faulity one from some store & give me damaged slipper to me at late night.

    I will return that slipper to showroom manager & take old one back from him.

    Raise new complaint again - A1135418 & from last 10 days no resolution from bata side.

    Earlier also raise concern to consumer, Call comes from gurgoan from mam, she say we will send article from delhi, but passed 15 days non slipper received yet at bata store.

    Pl slove my proble on urgent basis.

      Dear sir,

      I purchased a pair of new chappals (Dr. Scholls) from your kota rajasthan shop vide invoice no. Cm[protected] dated 05/05/2018 for rs. 2299/- but i observed right side chappals has manufacturing defect, as while walikng, my right side foot toe comes out, which hurt my toe and it become difficult to walk.

      Please arrange to replace the same.

      At the moment i am in pune.

        I purchased a brown colour sandale its no. Is 37, which is purchased from shop no.2410 near crawford market, mumbai, on 3 march 2018.
        Sandal is designed by a strap. This straps is removed from its attachment.
        Its looks very ugly. Your notice to write a complaint minimum 350 words is very time consuming of costomer. Please do improve regarding this.

          I had purchased shoes from bata showroom having address at thakkar shopping mall, s. V. Road, borivali (W), mumbai 400092 on 3rd april 2018 and made online payment for the same. The transaction reference number is [protected] amounting to rs. 1, 501/-.

          However, within 1.5 months only from the date of purchase, it got damaged. The bottom part of the right leg shoe has started to get separated from the upper part of the shoe.

          Kindly replace the shoes or refund the amount paid for the shoes

            I hv purchased a purse amounting to rs 1300 from bata store from new arrivals from ahmedabad bata store. But only within 2 months.. The skin/ leather frame of the purse tear off.
            The stitching of the purse is not upto the mark.
            However, i hv not kept the original bill.. It has been misplaced now. But, my mobile number ([protected]) is linked to the bill.

              This shoe is damaged within 5 month. I would like to air you concern over the fact that the shoe has got damaged within 5 months o[censored]se.

              Hi team, i received 3000 Rupees bata hush puppies voucher from sbi card,

              Three times i went to Hush Puppies showroom in Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden, New Delhi and they say the coupon is not valid.

              Your service person/accountant told we won't accept these codes and gave me bad responses.

              My voucher starts with v series.

              I have wasted my money, in travelling and mall parking charges three times now Please give me a resolution.
              I have talked to the Bank they say the voucher is ok, but your employees are doing some mischief.

              I want an immediate action on this as I am not able to use that voucher since February 9th 2018. So I am escalating this.

              I wont recommend Bata / Hush Puppies to anyone you guys have no control over your employees.
              I will complaint to sbi cards also so that they also remove Hush Puppies from their voucher list forever.

              Have 3k bata hush puppies voucher .

                Hi,

                I have placed an order on the bata online shop on 16th jan'18 for two shoes with order id[protected]
                Footin shoes - 399 inr
                Hush puppies - 2499 inr

                I raised the exchange request on 26th jan as the footwear size was not ok. Both the items were reverse picked timely. Then i received the exchanged footwear of 399 inr on 8th feb. For the remaining order (Hush puppies) bata told that the size is not available & we cannot give refund however gift voucher can be issued which will have the validity of 1 year. Post that i called on the call center some 8-9 times & received the gift voucher for the product worth 399 inr which was already delivered on 5th april. I again raised the request for the receipt for wrong gift voucher. Correct gift voucher or the refund worth 2499 is yet awaited & multiple emails & calls have also been made at the call center but every time they say that your case is escalated & solution will be given in 24- 48 hrs. Senior management also doesn't come on call for the resolution.

                Please help in expediting the case as its already 3-4 months old. Thanks.

                  I placed an order (A gift for my husband) on 11 may of hush puppies shoes (Rs 2799) size 8. Order id 12194511. My husband received the delivery on 14 may. The shoes are loose in his foots. I called the customer care service they gave me a complaint number 1136075. The package in which the shoe box wrapped was destroyed. Shoe are in original condition with shoe box. I want an exchange with size 7.

                    In reference to above subject, we had purchased a hawaii chappal of blue color. But we observed after few days of purchase, surprisingly we found that the color of slipper is being discharged on skin (From bottom and on straps).

                    As it was not expected, being a reputed brand of bata, by carelessly we didn't kept it's bill secured. And when we went to the shop keeper with the complaint, they straight forward denied to attend our grievance

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      This is regarding a complaint for a footwear i had purchased recently.

                      First of all, let me inform you that i am a regular user of the ladies bata footwear, this in spite of me working for a footwear company paragon. The sandals that i have purchased for my wife all these years was from bata and the last sandal that i purchased for her, she wore it for more than 1 ½ years and even then, nothing had happened to the footwear, all these footwear that i had purchased was in the range of rs. 750 to rs. 800.

                      During march, i had been to the bel road bata showroom which is around 10 kms away from my house as i understood it is a big showroom with lot of collections and on 17/03/2018, i purchased a footwear costing rs. 1999 (Article - [protected], name – l20722) against invoice number cm[protected] dtd 17/03/2018.

                      On using the same, the insole of the sandal started to peel off within the 5th day and i went to the bel road showroom with the sandal informing that this is a damaged sandal as the insole of the sandal is peeling off from the middle and the back of both the sandals and the staff over there told that they will put gum and give where i told them that it is not fair to do this for a new sandal purchased for rs. 1999/-, but the staff over there informed that they can do only that and had also informed that if the insole again starts to peel off, they will give a replacement.

                      On putting the gum, within the next 1 week, the insole again gave way and started peeling off and my wife stopped using the same. As i did not get time to visit the showroom again due to my busy schedule and travelling, i again visited the showroom yesterday i. E on 04/05/2018 with the sandal and was surprised to hear from the staff that they cannot give a replacement and will do the same procedure of once again putting the gum and giving. I informed them that i cannot keep coming to the store every 5th day with this sandal for putting the gum because again if you put the gum and give, it will again come off within next 3 days.

                      On talking to the manager at the store and the helper boys, they informed that they cannot give a replacement as there is not sole cut or upper cut.

                      Sir, bata being one of the oldest footwear manufacturer of india with a big brand name, we cannot expect such kind of response for a big company like this, and this is not a small amount that i have paid for this sandal, i have paid a huge rs. 1999/- and i have been running around behind this from past 2 ½ months. As i am also working for a big footwear company paragon, i know the return policy here where if there are such complaints, without giving any trouble to the customers, the footwear is taken back and a replacement is given.

                      Can something be done for this, hope to get a positive reply at the earliest.

                        I being a loyal customer of Bata as usual purchased a shoes from bata showroom, rishad tower on 28/04. Within 3 days time the shoes elastic came out. (Invoice and picture of shoes attached). As mentioned in your policy i took the shoes to the showroom to exchange it with a new pair. First of all the quality of bata is so detorioted that today onwards i will not purchase any of Bata products. Secondly to my surprise the showroom fellow told that they cannot exchange the shoes and said that they can sew it and return. Pls tell me a customer buying a product with giving his hard earned money he will wish atleast the product goes for 6 months. Now after sewing i have to wear the shoes in fear that if again the stitch goes off then what to do. Because for sure i know the stitch will not stay. I begged the manager to pls exchange as per your company policy so that it will be a win win situation for both. But he was so admant and got away from me to serve other customers. I was standing helpless in your showroom. I will suggest my friends and relatives never go for bata. I was so embarrassed after giving my rupees i have to beg in front of you peoples. I am scheduled to go outside hence i brought the shoes. Now what i will do. Pls look into this matter and give help me.

The product code is 87716305 and mrp price is 499/-. But i have lost the bill and without the bill outlet counter person is not ready to replace it. Then what is the remedy.

                              Purchased bata footwear (Model no, [protected]. Rs..999. Through your showroom located at sreekariyam, tvm on date.. I am a regular customer of bata and we purchase footwear only from your showroom. But iam extremely disappointment this time. It is not good to sell such a low quality product by a branded company like yours. I could use my footwear only 25 days, after using these days the chappel was completely damaged. The leather has peeled off from the surface also the sole and upper leather got separated after my 25days use. I travel again visited the showroom and asked the customer manager about this issue. He accepted the issue and given new product to me. After using within one week i found the front area of right side of the footwear is getting damaged. And also another parts of back side sole of the area, front side sole under parts in side is getting damaged. When i visited to the store and showed the condition of the chappel. Show room staff mr. Vishnu recommended to me to write to customer care service for reimbursement or replacement. The shoes are under 90days warranty. My invoice date11/02/2018, amount 1499. I am working in food and safety commissioner office at waynad. I purchased chapels from tvm sreekariyam showroom. I was travelled from waynad to tvm these reason of purchasing for chapel exchange. My time and travel expense are waste for purchasing your foot wear product. I request you exchange the pair of footwear or help me in other ways to save my losses. I have attached the details photos and bill.

I was travelled from waynad to tvm these reason of purchasing for chapel exchange.my time and travel expense are waste for purchasing your foot wear product.                               purchased Bata footwear ( model no, [protected].RS..999. through your showroom located at sreekariyam, Tvm on date..I am a regular customer of Bata and we purchase footwear only from your showroom.But iam extremely disappointment this time.It is not good to sell such a low quality product by a branded company like yours. I could use my footwear only 25 days, after using these days the chappel was completely damaged.The leather has peeled off from the surface also the sole and upper leather got separated after my 25days use. I travel again visited the showroom and asked the customer manager about this issue.He accepted the issue and given new product to me.After using within one week i found the front area of right side of the footwear is getting damaged.And also another parts of back side sole of the area, front side sole under parts in side is getting damaged. When i visited to the store and showed the condition of the chappel.show room staff Mr.vishnu recommended to me to write to customer care service for reimbursement or replacement.The shoes are under 90days warranty.                                 I have use bata shoes since 15 years. But recently have bad experience with shoes product of bata. It was bought by me form anand vidhya nagar road showroom before 5 to 6 month ago and shoes sole was broken. I think shoes material was not maintain by the company.

                                I suggested that product should be replace or repair if possible.

                                It observed that my complaint regarding broken sole of shoes is still pending. In replied to my earlier complaint no one is contact or touch with me from Bata service team. Now my second shoes sole is being broken. I think it is not acceptable that my first complaint is not solved and another shoes sole is nearly to broken.

                                kindly take necessary action for resolution of my broken shoes.

                                  Hi sir/mam, i b hymavathy, purchased handbag in marathalli branch, bangalore bata shop cost of 1499/- and the no:946-2040 in the month of march.

                                  After spending so much of money and not even 2 months completed, near the bag handles got teared. May be the old stock. Sunday i visited and requested for the change or replacement or reimbursement. They informed me like as that is not a main branch they cant change and ask me to send mail to customer care they will reimburse definitely.
                                  Even i checked yesterday in the shop, even the new bags of that model got teared in the same way as mine.

                                  Or u can replace me the bag of the same cost and same size. Not that model some different model of same color/ cream/ red to the below address

                                    Yesterday evening I bought a pair of Bata Shoes among other products of Bata Vide Invoice No. CM[protected] dated 01/05/2018 from Bata India Limited, Jorhat A.T.Road, P.O.Jorhat, Assam(18). Details : One pair footwear Size in cm. 26.9cm., Month & Year of Mfg.02 15, Article No.854-6604, Dept & Plan CNTR/5096X MRP.Rs.2999.00.Unfortunately, I regret to have to register a complaint with your esteemed Organisation for immediate replacement of the said item as after using the footwear it was found that the sole has completely got damaged, presumably the item is more than 3 years old which could not be accentuated at the time of purchase. Kindly direct the Unit for replacement.
                                    I look forward for your immediate resolution to the mattter.
