My name is subramonian and am aged 65. I am a retired bank official and am using exclusively bata products for more than 40 years. Seeing my attachment to this product, my children and family members numbering 5 are also addicted to this product.

I bought a chap-pal costing around 700 some 10 days back and while paying the bill, i was told that i am eligible for some bonus points which entitles me for some reduction in price.

Luckily, i had been today to your nagercoil shop with my wife and selected some 3 pairs of chap pals. When i told them that i am eligible for some reduction in price. Unfortunately i did not carry my mobile, since i reside very near to the showroom. They wanted the otp for the concession and i told them that i shall be coming back soon and requested them to keep the items separate. This happend at 6.30 and now at 7.30 when i went to collect the items, they picked the items from the shelf. I told them, dear friend dont make me come once again, i am not sure about the items, since it was selected by ladies. His immediate response was, were you not there when they selected. I told them, it is not my role in the selection and my role was to pay the bill only. The counter fellows response was evasive and was very rude in his behaviour.
I have been purchasing from them for long and the earlier persons were customer friendly and were also polite, though i did not expect that from them. Since it is a period of time, many of them are known to me personnally and this present guys are rude and adament. Perhaps they are paid high whether or not there is business apart their commission. I am really sorry and i had to tell them, dont bill the items and i dont want to buy it when you are here.
I am registering this as a complaint and wish that the persons incharge now in your nagercoil branch is also appraised of this. I want them to feel sorry for their indifference.
Perhaps, if bata is also not bothered, i cant help. Iwant to hear from you as to whether you expect me to go for bata in future or not. The guys there should repent and say a sorry in addition to delivering the products home as a sort of punishment.

I plan why i should not request all my friends in whatsup and facebook to desist from moving away from bata products. Also if i dont hear hear your confirmation, i intend to upload the crux of this letter in the web.

    I had purchased before 3 months a pair of sport shoes "Power" Brand from rajeev Chowck (C.P.) Bata India showroom at New Delhi in 2018.now shoes are damaged .but unfortunately cash memo lost .
    Kindly make necessary arrangements for replacing the shoes.

      I am extremely sorry to inform that, around few months back I have purchased one BELT (Art No:[protected] from BATA Showroom (Shop No: 1680) in Kannur district, Kerala.
      Within months o[censored]sage itself the material was damaged and the pasted part got departed. It is not at all worth for the amount that which I spent. When approached the showroom, they told me to email you for replacement of the same.
      I have been using BATA products for a long time and is very much satisfied with the quality provided. But this is the first I have come across such a disappointment on your product quality and feel ashamed to write to that you made me unhappy.

        I have ordered a pink ladies shoe of size 6.. Bt i needs to exchange to size 5.. They have received back that 6 size shoe and not yet shipped the exchange product.. I tried contacting customer care but no response... Kindly replace my shoe of size 5 or else refund my amount..
        I have received that 6 size shoe on 26 of march.. Amd returned in online by the same day.. Bt ur peronnels have received tge returned product by april 1st week qnd still nt yet delivered the 5 size shoe.. Kindly get back to my complaint and atleast refund my amount... And ur service needs more concentration towards customer needs..

            I ordered for a pair of shoes on 13th April. It was prepaid order and it is 23rd April today and i am clueless about my order. I got no mails and customer care does not pick up the call. Once I had a talk, they said that my problem will be resolved in 48 hours. More than 100 hours have passed but my problem is still not solved. plz look into the matter at the earliest.

              I have purchased a pair of shoes (Moccassino) from bata shoe room ranchi on[protected] at rs.1699/-. After wearing the shoes for 15-20 days, my both knees started aching badly. I went to doctor for treatment of knee pain. The doctor suggested to stop wearing the shoes immediately. Accordingly, i stopped wearing the shoes, and found that the knee pain gradually decreased considerably.

              Please arrange to replace the shoes from asansol bata show room (Which is near to my home station).

                Purchased a seppal in gandhi puram crosscut road, showroom this item in damaged condition without usage, i need replacement of this seppal, spent 2000/- for this, ur employee saying same seppal will be given after service, i didn't purchased discounted seppal, purchased fresh piece only without using how can i get service seppal, i don't want old nd damaged one, arrange to give advise to give fresh piece to me. Otherwise refund my money.

                  Hi team,

                  I had ordered 2 pair of shoes from bata.in out of which footin brown wedges for women is damaged within 30days of warranty period.
                  I had registered complaint through bata customer care on 10 apr'18 my complaint no : 1104464
                  They said you will get the resolution within 48hrs. I waited for 48hrs but no resolution was given i again called back 14th april for same concern they asked to send me images i sent the same but after that i didnt get any reponse from bata team.
                  Yesterday on 21st april i called bata customer care for the concern they said its not possible to claim the product as its variant damage.
                  I asked operator to transfer call to there senior but the operator put me on hold & disconnected my call. Operator name : sunny
                  I again called back & asked for senior the operator said he will arrange call back with 5 to 10 mins i will receive call but untill now i had not received any call from the bata team.

                  Why you people are forwarding same emails to me...????

                  If it's wear and tear case as per your email states.Are you trying to say that if your product gets damaged by any use you don't provide any warranty period for that.??

                  If so then there is no use of buying any products from Bata. Same will be suggested to my Friends and Family to not to buy any products from Bata as you people cheat your customers. Being old brand we trust while buying any products from Bata. But that trust is not kept by Bata.

                  I will post all the communication happened between you people and me in Facebook and watsapp.I had already raised my concern in consumer Court you people are already aware of that.I will make sure this all things should be know by all customer so that other people will also know reality of your brand so called "Bata"

                  I don't know anything my footwear was within warranty So I want replacement or refund for my product...let it be any case wear ND tear etcc etc..
                  I don't want any communication only on email I want a call back from your end.

                    Hi,

                    I bought a pair of sandal from a local Bata shop near my place on 16/04/2018.
                    I wore it for the first time the next day and the sole seems to be coming out in small pieces.

                    The MRP of the sandal was Rs. 499 but I got it in Rs.350.

                    I really did not expect that products of such poor quality are put on SALE by a reputed and established company like Bata (known for good quality of products) whose condition can get this worse after few hours o[censored]sage (approx 2 hrs ONLY).

                    Could someone please help me on this issue asap as I feel extremely cheated?

                    PFA FOR THE CONDITION OF MY SANDAL AFTER approx 2 hrs o[censored]sage AND THE CASH MEMO.

                        Sir This is to inform you that i (Pankaj Kumar) had purchased a shoe Black Color (Article No[protected]having price of rs 3499 from Bata Shoe Store Shop No-9, Ranchi Club Compl, ranchi, Jharkhand on 16.03.2018 abd just after 4 days threads from shoes start coming out resulting torn look. I just complain this to the shop address mentioned above for this.

                        I Had also complain to Bata Customer care and they registered my compain with ID-658549.

                        The Manager In-charge assured me that it will be repaired within 4 days. and will call me when rectified. But till date no one from shop called me for this and also yesterday i.e 18.04.2018 i visited the shop for above reason there i found that my shoe is still lying there in torn condition and no one has sent it to the company for repairing.

                        Sir may i know why i am suffering and what is my fault.

                        So i request you to please shuffle my shoes with another new shoes and i am ready to purchase higher segment shoes

                        Please do justice so that i may keep faith on Hush Puppies.

                          Shoes ko exchange kiya jai. Ya payment wapas kiya jai.

                            I have bought hush puppy chappal from bata showroom, south bopal branch but within six months its color went off.

                            I personally gone with chappals to complain but executive were too harsh and did not provide any solution for my complaints.

                            I want replacement of my chappals else will lodge complaint in consuner forum.

                              This is to notify that i had purchased sneakers from your showroom that is in pitampura on 30 december 2017 and it has three months guarantee period but now after 3 months and 20 days cloth of the shoe is damaged it has holes in it. I thought baat isa. Good company with good products but can’t find the same. It’s a kind request to please exchange my shoes with new ones. Thank you

                                This is regarding the new loafers which i have purchased from one of
                                The official store of bata in preet vihar, delhi, a week ago i. E. On
                                9th april 2018. After wearing twice in 7 days i have noticed that they
                                Are not at all comfortable and cause a shoe bite on front side and causing irritation on my toe which results in a pain that is unbearable and i am not able to walk properly wearing the said loafers. I have visited the store
                                Mentioned above regarding the same in which i get reply to contact the
                                Customer care through phone or e-mail. I have tried calling the toll
                                Free number[protected], i didn't get any response and there isn't any reply on email either.
                                I am hereby sending you the problem that i am facing after spending
                                Rs.1999/- on the said product. I am regular customer of bata from last
                                1 and a half years and didn't find any product of such poor quality
                                That causes this level of discomfort.

                                It is hereby requested to kindly take an appropriate action for the
                                Inconvenience that has been faced by the undersigned just after a week
                                Of purchasing the above mentioned product. Your early response to this
                                Will be highly obliged.

                                  I have been trying to call since the last 5 days and not even one call has been answered nor was there a call back. Kindly see to it, there is a lot of inconvenience.

                                  I place around 4-5 calls everyday and not even 1 is answered, even my mails are not answered. Is there no executive ever available?

                                  I've had two home deliveries and i have a query regarding them. Please get in contact as soon as possible.

                                  There is face so so miss behave by bata person who was showing us sleepers that is so wrong for us and other customers kindly make good action against miss behaviour.

                                    I can complain in newspaper also that you may cheat the customers

                                      This is not way to give final solution by reputed company. This is rubbish reply from such a reputed company.

                                      I had a talk with your customer care executive sneha and described my issue with accordance of your bata store and agreed to replace 100% replacement.

                                      And your email had different version if so then why are you not directly communicating to customer?

                                      If final solution remains same then why customer had been sent to bata store physically?

                                      I want to talk with mr. Nitesh ajmera directly and if he can not then give email or no. Of your higher authority.

                                      Sole of my both bata shoes is torn this was my complain and asking for any repair by bata in warantee? I even do not ask for relacement and if it is there from your end then product to product replacement.

                                      Every time there is new complain no. By new person but there is no solution...

                                        Really upset with the behavior of lalit bagga an employee of bata shop on baberpur road, shahdara when he was ask to repair the ladies slipper model number 601/5905 red colour. Which was purchased just few months before. (Hardly worn) when the slipper was purchased the employee never asked for the phone number where as when he was requested for just mare a repair of the slipper he started asking for bill details and instantly refused to accept the slipper. His behavior was not acceptable.
                                        Solution - please accept the slipper for repair or else refund the amount.
