I have purchased shoe and paid Rs 3000 of your hush puppies brand. Imagine this I experienced the worst shoes at comfort level and in using just 2 days I am getting pain on my foot. I do not want keep that shoes now. Need your revert for resolution of the matter.

Previously I am using shoes of Red chief and have no complaint. I feel that I waste my money in shoe of your brand.

Pls do the needful.

    I purchase my shoes on 4/7/18 from Gulbarga. my mobile no is [protected] / [protected]
    my shoes is in warranty period as per the direction given by shop keeper.

    We dont have a bill with me but my mobile no is updated at the time of purchase. i purchased my shoes on 4/7/2018 and i pay the amount by SBI credit card. after using this shoes, the lether is break and its not looking good.

    but still i am basavakalyan city 90 km far from Gulbarga city.

    Request you consider this complaint to replace my shoes ASAP

    if you required pls check my above mobile no. for gulbarga city purchase in your outlet

      To day i purchased home slippers "pata pata" at one of your show room on himayat nagar main road in hyderabad 500029. For rs 699/- on my credit card cashier did not give me any cash memo for the transaction. I do not find any bata mark on the slippers. Is this brand pata pata marketed by you? Why your dealer did not issue cash memo for the purchase i made after my demand

        I am a loyal customer for the past 4 years. Your product has always reflected finest quality and comfort to me as user. It has always kept the flag of your company flying high. It has never given me a chance to complain. 6 months back i had purchased hush puppies slippers at the cost of rs.2500/- from bata showroom in ramnagar, coimbatore, india. Today the product has stripped off. This has never happened in the last 4 years, wherein it has given me full 1 year life. I request you to kindly suggest me the line of action.

        Dear sir,
        There is no response in the customer care number suggested. I have tried many times, i request you to advise me the line of action please. My family is a loyal customer of bata for the past 35 years. I am a customer of hush puppies which i purchase through bata. The shop here wants me to produce the bill or consignment number. Your products have never given me a chance to complaint even once hence i never bothered to retain the same.

        I am extremely sorry to understand the bata india manager at ramnagar branch coimbatore, tamilnadu mr./shivashankaran is not properly responding to my grievance, when i visited him with your email hardcopy on 07.10.2018 evening. I have bought the footwear paying rs.2500/-. Your company is a very reputed for best customer service and very responsible company. Kindly advise me what to do?

          I have bought a pair of black formal shoes from the nearest store in Miyapur, Hyderabad yesterday evening 4th oct2018. To my surprise my wife has gifted the similar shoes by the time I reached home yesterday evening. So today I went to the store to return the product which are not even been used (not even been taken out of the box) since yesterday evening after I bought them. Today Store assistant has refused for accepting the refund and was rude saying only exchange is accepted and no refund is allowed. Now I am ending up with two pairs of black shoes. What kind of condition is this? Why there is no refund policy? In what way this is fair for consumers. On many occasions either a consumer changes his/her mind or circumstances are changed.

            Dear team,
            Myself veerabhadra iam using the bata shows since 8 years, when i shift to bangalore i visited one of the bata shoes room which is located in kanakapur road jp nagar bangalore (Address no 1a sbi colony, 41st main j p nagar 1st phase kanakapura road jp nagar bangaore -560078) the reson why iam writing is i brought a pair of shoe from the store onv14/05/2018 but i visited the store on 05/10/2018 around 6.30pm when i compained about my shoe sole is broken the sale executive said no sir you should come with in 90 days from date of purchase it acceptable as per your company policy but its been only 4 1/2 months its not even 8 or 9 months my shoe sole is completly cracked iam very disappointed with the product. When i asked about the service the sale person says that no sir we will not provide service you will give those shoes to outside shops they will repair it.
            But my question is if you people will not provide service to the customers why who will buy the product in your company. I attached some images of broken sole please look in to this and reply to my mail.

              Sir,
              I had purchased pair of footwear shoos from bata court shahid bhagat singh road near sasoon dock bus stn mumbai - 05 on 30/09/2018 invoice no cm[protected].
              My left leg shoos is fitting is not comfortable due to witch there are ulcers in my leg and a heavy pain in my leg i am unable to walk properly.
              Whear as my right leg fitting is fine and comfortable.
              The sails man of the store told me that the shoos will expand a littil bit and you will feel free but still i am still-not comfortable and going through a heavy pain in my leg and not able to walk properly.

                I am vikash. On 30/9/2018 time - 7.45 pm main ek slipper
                Kharida aapke bata showroom se rs 399 ka and 3 rs ka paper bag total amount 402 rs hue the. Main seller se kha main 400rs debit card se pay kar deta hu 2 rs as cash lelo, jab main showroom ke pos machine se transaction kia to seller ne kha sir ye response ni kar rha aapka card. Usne again transaction karwaya fir usne bola sir no response. Unhone kha sir transaction is not done. Isliye main unhe total cash payment kia but after 1 minute i get message on my phone 400 debited to your account to bata india limited 2 times
                Then mere account se jo paisa debit hua 800rs wo refund ni hua kyu 48 hrs bad.
                Its totally fraud of 800rs

                  I had a bad experience at bata india ltd, jayanagar, bangalore, no p-69th main road, 3rd block. On my purchase of items worth rs.4326 (Invoice cm[protected] dt 26/8/18) i was offered a discount of rs.1000 on next purchase of items worth rs 3000 within the month of september 2018. I got the same sms at my mobile phone also. But when i purchased the items fulfilling all the conditions i was not given the discount showing some excuse of the system error. This was not expected from bata india ltd store.

                    My name is pallavi mathur and i was always a bata fan but not anymore. My father mr. Giriraj mathur was a bata branch manager in shaktinagar branch, up. Throughout his career and retried as a branch manager with bata and obviously, like any other kid, the reason why i liked the company was because my father was working with it.

                    Even today when i go to bata to buy something, i still feel nostalgic and proud. It feels like i am at home but not any more.

                    I got a bag form bata (Marie claire) thinking that since it is a bata product, it will be as strong as like any other bata product but it was not and the belt broke. But that is not my complaint.

                    My complaint and what i am worried about is that no one at bata bothered to look into it, no one was ready to hear my problem and all that i could do was to roam from one bata store to another because that is how i got guided by the bata stores.

                    I am shocked because this is not the kind of customer service i saw my father giving to the customers. As a kid, i always saw my father was courteous, polite and helpful to all the customers that came to the shop and their satisfaction with bata was o[censored]tmost importance to him because that was the culture of bata during days. I believe now the culture has changed and i am ashamed that i associate myself with this kind of organization.

                    I always remembered bata with a smile n my face of the old childhood memories but this and experience literally, took away my smile.

                    I request, whoever is in charge, please collect my bag and get that replaced if the bel cannot be fixed and seriously, this is the last time that i got any product from bata.

                    I never thought that i will say this but i had to now after all this.

                      I bought a pair of ballet flat from bata shoe store, rani bagh market, delhi.
                      Only after wearing it 3 times its upper material started getting holes. I went to the store to get the claim but they refused and said its not our mistake, we will not replace it.
                      From when bata has started making such inferior quality shoes. Over that the people at store are not ready to exchange it. Please look into matter and do the needful

                        I have purchased a new hush puppy shoe (Hp02 flex[protected] size 07 from bata's authorised showroom in shymbazar on 25/04/2018. I have often used that shoe. But for the last 1 month i have gradually noticed a crack on the left sole, which meanwhile turned into a large one leaking water now. I have purchased the same model from hush puppy previously. But particularly on this purchase the quality of the shoe was very bad.. With was not coinciding the quality and repute of hush puppy/ bata.
                        Kindly do the needful so that i shall be benefitted. The photo copy of the tax invoice is attached herewith.

                          Unfortunately On 11/06/2018 I brought one pair of executive formal shoes from your out let at overbridge, opposite SMV school, Thampanoor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala..My name is Kishore and my billed phone number is +91-[protected]..At the time of delivery your sales outlet incharge promised me that they are responsible for a replaceable warranty of three months and a repair warranty of three months after wards.I just taken back my shoes after three months which was completely damaged in a very bad condition only because of manufacturing defect which can be seen clearly in this mail attachment.
                          Actually Iam using Bata product from past 7years only because of its lifetime, durability and reasonable price..This time Iam sad to say that your brand name is going downward because of this type o[censored]n professional business outlets that you are holding..The staffs working at your out let refuses the replacement of my shoes only because of 11 days after three months from the date of delivery. Not at all they rejected, they behaved very badly towards me and iam asking your kind attention for the replacement of my shoes as soon possible..
                          I know what will be the consequences if iam posting this on social medias..Kindly do the needful as soon possible and hope don’t let me take this issue in other angle..

                              Subject : sensitive issue over product shoes

                              Dear sir / ma'am

                              With deep dissapointment and anger over your product what has been selling with zero fear to customers like us.
                              As the brand tata is intangible resouce it self. I like brand but vice versa i have been manipulated by your brand bata store which is situated in krishna nagar matura up..

                              I got a shoe earlier from bata store then i it got turned up into burst from top.
                              Moreover i decided to visit store again where i was humble said that this product will be returned back or i will relax by reimbursement from store but later they replied me non refundable and take it back shoes as it.

                              So this is # to bata and its intangible resource.

                              The store shoulb be shut down by bata authorities.

                              And i want satisfactory response from you as soon as with no hope of procrastination.

                              I am humble imploring to take action against my aforesaid unwanted concern.

                                I had lodged my complaint on 12th august (Reference number is 1246296, 1276550) for faulty product received but no response received from bata till 30th aug, upon following up on 30th august bata team confirmed for pick up within 48 hours but nothing was done.. Today is 20th september & no one from bata has initiated to sort my problem.. Atleast some one should have communicated.in process of following up with bata i had wasted lot of money, they keep me on hold for so long, the calls expense to me is more then the cost of the faulty shoe.
                                Till date they have not done any thing except false promises and assurance to pick up and refund.

                                    Hi team,
                                    I recently bought a pair of power shoes from a sector-7, kharghar, navi mumbai outlet. While trying out the size-7 at the time of purchasing, it fit me well (Usually size -7 fits me). It was only after i wore it for the first time and walked around for about 30 minutes, the shoes started hurting my toes. I went back to the outlet within a week's time for an exchange to get one size bigger but i was denied the exchange with reason that i already wore it once. It is quite disappointing to hear about such a rigid exchange policy. When you say that exchange is allowed within a period of 3 months then you should accept the product unless it has been damaged. Infact, my product is in a good condition and used only once and now it has become useless for me.
                                    Also, to point out one more fact, usually size-7 fits me perfectly with slight room for a comfort for my toes. Not sure why it didn't work for me this time with power brand. Tried this brand for the first time.
                                    So, overall i am not satisfied with my purchase and would want an exchange. Hope you will look into the matter. Thanks in advance.

                                    Hi, i bought my power shoes before 1 day from FUN REPUBLIC MALL STORE, COIMBATORE 641004, it began to tear off after a single day use, when i complained about it your salesman misbehaved & though my shoe out from store, For this behavior with customer i wll drag him to cumsumer court or else you better take some quick actions on it.

                                      I have purchased two sleepers somewhere during 1st week of July 2018 from your South City Mall outlet. ( my daughter paid the bill through credit card and she is now at abroad. So I am unable to produce the bill. I have received a customer feed back request message on 11.07.2018)

                                        I am the regular customer of bata from the year 1979 i. E from schooling. Keeping the confidence on the company still till date i am using bata product. I purchased hush puppies belt from your bata store, kakinada. I was supplied with defective product
                                        Which was being damaging from 2 months, i approached your bata stores kakinada he had cut the belt at the edge of belt, but of no use. Now before informing to friends, relatives, colleagues etc., i have a good opinion about bata, as a matter of courtesy i am informing. If you keep silent about my issue i will be forced to inform the same in print and electronic media. If you had advertised that the product will stay for 1 year or 2, i would have not purchased the defective product. Arrange to settle my issue
