Hello bata team,
I am vimal.
I have purchased a bata bluechappals for men, product code: f[protected] on 06/10/2018 from one of your retail outlet in prozone mall, coimbatore. As its not been even since a month till now i had a very disappointing situation caused by the quality of your product. When i was walking wearing it, i suddenly found the main supportive thick thread like thing just simply came out letting me face a very hectic and uncomfortable condition. To be genuine i wore it only five days, that too only for a short period of time after the purchase date till now. And, i also don't use it in a improper way. So kindly consider the trouble caused for me and don't let any of your products get the same problems repeated for them in the future and also i request you to kindly find me a solution for it as soon as possible, at least by repairing it in a proper way. I can give it to a cobbler to stitch it, but that wont give me a satisfaction of quality to wear it. So please do something with the issue caused.

    Have placed an order on 23rd october for black pumps and the order number is 12243116. The order was supposed to be delivered to me by blue dart service. Today when i checked the status through the reference number, i saw that the order has been delivered though i am out of town. Neither did i get an email when it was shipped nor have i got the information regarding the status of my order. Kindly provide me the information at the earliest as this kind of carelessness is not expected.

      Hi team,

      I am highly dissatisfied with one of your product which i bought in 09 aug-18. i purchased shoes from your store which is located at sayaji square, indore. the condition of the shoes are worst just in 2 months. the holes came out in the shoes and the sole also got destroyed. the worst part is the cost which i paid for this is 700 rs.

      Kindly replace my shoes, as being reputed brand this kind of service is not at all expected.

        Bought a pair of bata northstar shoes for rs. 699 on october 1st. I loved the design and it fit perfectly during purchase. The sad part is that it got shrunk when it became wet. The color faded too. Now i am in agony when i wear them. My feet aches like anything. I approached the bata store with the complaint, but it was of no use. The store apparently contacted the company but bata wasn't ready to give a refund or replacement.

            I bought a p. T shoe size 1 on tuesday afternoon from bata showroom spot 18, pimple saudagar, pune for my 8 year old son. He wore it on wednesdy and on thursday night i noticed two torn patches on the shoe. There was a message asking for feedback from bata so i took the shoes to the showroom along with my son. The kind of interaction i had with your representative named "gopal" was absolutely unacceptable and untolerable. When a customer visits your showroom with a complain it is your duty to hear the entire complain. Not only did he talk to me in a very unabsured manner but he also accused me of changing the shoe with the old one. I was just in the showroom to give feedback but instead the representative blamed me for the poor quality and bad behaviour. While i was in the showroom asking for the representatives name he did not even bothered to tell me his name his exact words were "karo jaa k complain" other people around told him said this is not the way to talk to a lady.

              My self h. Pavan kumar a very old customer of bata from my childhood days, recently around 4 months back i had purchased casual shoe/slippers model number 854-4676 size 9 from shop no.836, beml 2nd stage, 60 feet road, rajarajeshwari nagar, bangalore - 560098, opposite to rangamandira,
              I used it hardly twice a week that to for 2 to 3 hrs for attending any special occasions however i would like to bring you a kind notice that i will be going/attending my office by wearing my formal shoes only because of our strict hr uniform concern rules.

              Last week i faced some uneasiness while wearing and walking with my new casuals (Model number 854-4676 size 9) after close examination the inside sole got badly damaged because of manufacturing defect in stitching and material used inside, the same was also reflected on outside of shoe with threads woring out. Now i am very much afraid to go out by wearing them.

              This is my first bad experience with bata after many years, the same thing was brought into the notice of bata shop from where i had purchased, after a keen observation the shopkeeper informed me that since the purchase date was on 06.06.2018 we can not replace it and instantaneously advised me to write a mail to customer service for enabling them to replace as soon as possible.

              Keeping the above request in view i sincerely request you to kindly help me out in getting my casual shoe/slipper model number 854-4676 size 9 be replaced on urgent basis.

              complaint was also submitted via my E-mail id toin-customer.[protected]@bata.com there is no reply from past 3 days.
              I lodged a complaint No 1359321 twice. The shoe was BROKEN badly from the tow side. Now they are asking bill / credit and debit statement. Firstly the payment was made in cash so no debit / credit card was used and the bill is not traceable. My question is the responsibility of keeping bill secure is only customer's responsibility. Why not shop keeper maintaining his daily sale proceed for one year in his computer.

              THE BATA COMPANY RESPONSE WAS VERY NEGATIVE SO I AM TOTALLY NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR POLICY.
              SO I REQUEST CUSTOMER TO MAINTAIN THE RECORD OR DON'T PURCHASE BATA SHOE.

                I bought a canvas shoe at bata nelson manickam road showroom in chennai a couple of months ago and it happened to get wet in rain when I was wearing it.I was shocked seeing the inner material leaving it's dye stain on the whole shoe.it looks disastrous and jus can't be worn anymore. I have been using other branded shoes lik ginger for years but bata s the worst tat I experienced. With the brand name u ppl got y not the quality s mainted am totally unsatisfied wish to post this along with pic in social media so tat ppl don't waste money with ur brand.I ll want a refund for sure.xpctn reply @ [protected]@gmail.com

                  I purchased a pair of slippers (Article no.[protected] from bata aliganj store (Store code 03814) on 12.08.2018

                  Within a month of its use, the color of its upper sole vanished. I noticed it when my feet sole got colored. I immediately contacted the

                    Dear bata team,

                    I purchased one pair shoe from bata (North star) and your sales promotor at their bata showroom convinced me to purchase that. It's not two month completely finished that their sole was broke may be they offered me expired sole shoes. Today i go to same showroom they deny to resolve the issue. They asked me for bill, i said that please check with my mobile no details can display but they deny.
                    It's simple bill ink easily get disappear just after 3 days. But it's a showroom issue and the product quality.

                    Finally my issue was not resolved so i'm really disappointing by this behaviour of yours sales promotor and product. As i'm old user of bata family. But this is my first and worst exp with you. So i'm thinking to leave this family and also i will advice to my family members to avoid to use yours product and for my business partners who want to open yours franchise at their places i advice them to go with other brand.
                    This incident happened at abulane bata showroom situated at meerut.

                        my shoes is in warranty period as per the direction given by shop keeper.

                        We dont have a bill with me but my mobile no is updated at the time of purchase. i purchased my shoes on 4/7/2018 and i pay the amount by SBI credit card. after using this shoes, the lether is break and its not looking good.

                        but still i am basavakalyan city 90 km far from Gulbarga city.

For rs 699/- on my credit card cashier did not give me any cash memo for the transaction. I do not find any bata mark on the slippers. Is this brand pata pata marketed by you? Why your dealer did not issue cash memo for the purchase i made after my demand

                            There is no response in the customer care number suggested. I have tried many times, i request you to advise me the line of action please. My family is a loyal customer of bata for the past 35 years. I am a customer of hush puppies which i purchase through bata. The shop here wants me to produce the bill or consignment number. Your products have never given me a chance to complaint even once hence i never bothered to retain the same.

                            I am extremely sorry to understand the bata india manager at ramnagar branch coimbatore, tamilnadu mr./shivashankaran is not properly responding to my grievance, when i visited him with your email hardcopy on 07.10.2018 evening.                               I have bought a pair of black formal shoes from the nearest store in Miyapur, Hyderabad yesterday evening 4th oct2018. To my surprise my wife has gifted the similar shoes by the time I reached home yesterday evening. So today I went to the store to return the product which are not even been used (not even been taken out of the box) since yesterday evening after I bought them. Today Store assistant has refused for accepting the refund and was rude saying only exchange is accepted and no refund is allowed. Now I am ending up with two pairs of black shoes. What kind of condition is this? Why there is no refund policy? In what way this is fair for consumers. On many occasions either a consumer changes his/her mind or circumstances are changed.

                                Myself veerabhadra iam using the bata shows since 8 years, when i shift to bangalore i visited one of the bata shoes room which is located in kanakapur road jp nagar bangalore (Address no 1a sbi colony, 41st main j p nagar 1st phase kanakapura road jp nagar bangaore -560078) the reson why iam writing is i brought a pair of shoe from the store onv14/05/2018 but i visited the store on 05/10/2018 around 6.30pm when i compained about my shoe sole is broken the sale executive said no sir you should come with in 90 days from date of purchase it acceptable as per your company policy but its been only 4 1/2 months its not even 8 or 9 months my shoe sole is completly cracked iam very disappointed with the product. When i asked about the service the sale person says that no sir we will not provide service you will give those shoes to outside shops they will repair it.
                                But my question is if you people will not provide service to the customers why who will buy the product in your company. I attached some images of broken sole please look in to this and reply to my mail.

                                  I had purchased pair of footwear shoos from bata court shahid bhagat singh road near sasoon dock bus stn mumbai - 05 on 30/09/2018 invoice no cm[protected].
                                  My left leg shoos is fitting is not comfortable due to witch there are ulcers in my leg and a heavy pain in my leg i am unable to walk properly.
                                  Whear as my right leg fitting is fine and comfortable.
                                  The sails man of the store told me that the shoos will expand a littil bit and you will feel free but still i am still-not comfortable and going through a heavy pain in my leg and not able to walk properly.

                                  I purchased shoes from explanede, Kolkata. It takes 1702 rupees. After 2 days use and it becomes damaged. So poor product.. Can I return it please

                                    I am vikash. On 30/9/2018 time - 7.45 pm main ek slipper
                                    Kharida aapke bata showroom se rs 399 ka and 3 rs ka paper bag total amount 402 rs hue the. Main seller se kha main 400rs debit card se pay kar deta hu 2 rs as cash lelo, jab main showroom ke pos machine se transaction kia to seller ne kha sir ye response ni kar rha aapka card. Usne again transaction karwaya fir usne bola sir no response. Unhone kha sir transaction is not done. Isliye main unhe total cash payment kia but after 1 minute i get message on my phone 400 debited to your account to bata india limited 2 times
                                    Then mere account se jo paisa debit hua 800rs wo refund ni hua kyu 48 hrs bad.
                                    Its totally fraud of 800rs
                                    Please resolve my problem

                                      I had a bad experience at bata india ltd, jayanagar, bangalore, no p-69th main road, 3rd block. On my purchase of items worth rs.4326 (Invoice cm[protected] dt 26/8/18) i was offered a discount of rs.1000 on next purchase of items worth rs 3000 within the month of september 2018. I got the same sms at my mobile phone also. But when i purchased the items fulfilling all the conditions i was not given the discount showing some excuse of the system error. This was not expected from bata india ltd store.

                                      The amount of my next purchase was Rs 4100 and on 29/09/2018 ( Which was more than Rs 3499 as per the condition and also within stipulated time).

                                        My name is pallavi mathur and i was always a bata fan but not anymore. My father mr. Giriraj mathur was a bata branch manager in shaktinagar branch, up. Throughout his career and retried as a branch manager with bata and obviously, like any other kid, the reason why i liked the company was because my father was working with it.

                                        Even today when i go to bata to buy something, i still feel nostalgic and proud. It feels like i am at home but not any more.

                                        I got a bag form bata (Marie claire) thinking that since it is a bata product, it will be as strong as like any other bata product but it was not and the belt broke. But that is not my complaint.

                                        My complaint and what i am worried about is that no one at bata bothered to look into it, no one was ready to hear my problem and all that i could do was to roam from one bata store to another because that is how i got guided by the bata stores.

                                        I am shocked because this is not the kind of customer service i saw my father giving to the customers. As a kid, i always saw my father was courteous, polite and helpful to all the customers that came to the shop and their satisfaction with bata was o[censored]tmost importance to him because that was the culture of bata during days. I believe now the culture has changed and i am ashamed that i associate myself with this kind of organization.

                                        I always remembered bata with a smile n my face of the old childhood memories but this and experience literally, took away my smile.

                                        I request, whoever is in charge, please collect my bag and get that replaced if the bel cannot be fixed and seriously, this is the last time that i got any product from bata.

                                        I never thought that i will say this but i had to now after all this.
