I would like to bring you kind attention that almost 4months before, i have purchased mens leather shoes (No[protected] from your bata store tvm, mg rd 2nd bata shoe store tc 25/2425 trivandrum, kerala (32) ph no #[protected] with in 4 months o[censored]sage, i found left leg shoe stitching has come out. So please kindly replacement the product as soon as possible &accept my above request.

    I bought pair of school shoes guidence by your sales officer . its school shoes for my kids age of 11 years. i am regular customer of BATA products. but only use of 10 days school shoes torn very badly. After my visit to Bata store they advise me to write customer complanit and light on this issue. I feel very bad and tired to visit your stores many times for this issue. as a brand like bata have good reputation and good products deliverd kindly change my products as early as possible..

      Sir,
      We have purchased white school shoes on 18-dec-17.. Order no — 12165833.. But the shoes sole is separated upon the first wear itself.. I have mailed (In-customer. [protected]@bata.com) the pictures of the defective shoes on 13-jan-18 and they have promised me reverse pick up would be there in 7 working days.. Till now there is no response from bata customer care..
      This is worst service i have ever faced.. Moreover it is a great hinderance to school going children.. As we cannot buy from outside and made to wait endlessly for replacement/refunding.

        I purchase shoes from bata india limited b-1/67 sector a aliganj lucknow in invoice no #cm[protected] dated 01/11/2017 of rs 1699.00 which is latter about one month’s they were started cracking of left leg shoes and also the other leg shoes, then i reached at the show room and complaint for about aforesaid cause. Then he said that you will come any other day then your problem will be resolved. Then after that tomorrow i. E. 27/01/2018 i reached at show room and complaint it then he refused to replace the shoes, shoes were very cracked and they are not in position to repair in any manner.
        I am permanent customer of your product but this is first problem facing by me.
        So kindly resolved my problem by replacing the shoes.

          This is with regards to a horrible experience at one of the bata stores in guwahati at silpukhuri. Their customer service has gone to the dogs! Icing on the cake has been the horrendous experience on 26th jan’18 when their salesperson at the cash counter who is also the store in-charge, refused returning a 100 bucks to me. This is probably the cheapest tactic that an incompetent salesperson can use stating, “mam i had already returned the change to you.” a series of arguments followed thereafter but to no avail.

          On enquiring, i also found there were no surveillance cameras in that store. I will not be surprised if other customers have also had a similar issue. Its a shame that such instances will only hamper the brand reputation and value.

            I faced a very worst experience again in bata showroom in madhapur, shop# 2-52/2, megha hills, sri rama colony, madhapur main road, beside tata docomo show room, below vinsys services india pvt ltd.

            These guys are very rude towards me and talking felthy language with due respect and these guys are doing business on religion basis - they will respect only muslims and they will sell only to muslims itseems and if its a hindu/other religion they are treating them as animals.

            I don’t understand why bata didn’t take severe action on these guys because it’s not at all accepted in india and these guys need to be punished.

            I would request the bata management to take appropriate action on these guys and provide a fair, secure & respectful environment for the citizens of india.

            Note: they informed me to do what ever i can! Next, it’s upto your call to take an action.

            I asked with your bata boys abouts footweat.. He was busy in his smart phone... He said all footwear are second... And not replying propery... I felt insulted there... ### bata...

            Used product seller... And taking high money from us...

              Hello,
              I bought a sandal on 27/12/2017 from bata store in #2-52/2, opp-lot mobile showroom hitech city, main road, madhapur, hyderabad-500081.
              Within 4 days o[censored]se, sandal started breaking. This is not something we expect from bata products. I have been using bata from my childhood. This is for the first time i had to think like i have wasted my money on bata product. Invoice no is - cm[protected]. I would like to request to exchange the product or find out the solution to this issue.

                Dear sir/ma'am,

                I would like to bring your kind attention that almost two months before i have purchased below mentioned items from your bata store near lovely sweets, jalandhar.

                Hush puppies leather belt art. No.965-0854 @1099. (Open).
                Ladies chappal art. No.571-9155 @399- (Thumb crack)

                Within these two months o[censored]sage i found the above said complaint in these items. When i show the same to the concerned store manager, they ask about cash receipt which i was unable to present at that time because unfortunately i lost the receipt.

                Kindly look into the matter & provide claim for the above items. I hope for a positive response from your side.

                  Hello,

                  I, vanjaxi s m, bought a shoe from bata store at kormangala. I
                  Wore the pair of shoe and found it was hurting my foot bone on side of
                  Right leg. So same day i carried the shoe and told the manager about the
                  Defect in the shoe. He accepted the defect and asked me to exchange with
                  Similar other pair the next day by getting the bill. I tried all other and
                  Found all the shoes hold the same defect. And also i was not interested to
                  Buy any other design than the one i had chosen.

                  Later, he accepted saying yes the product is defective and will get new
                  Stock a week later. I was patient and agreed to check, ones they have new
                  Stock. And that they will call me.

                  I trust bata since my childhood and been buying all my pairs and my
                  Family's from bata. So keeping this in mind i was sure they will sort out
                  This issue and help me. And today, after 2 weeks time i went to check, no
                  Call from them. They said they have brought same piece from other bata
                  Store, on trying the same issue persisted. One shoe is high on edges
                  Compared to the other and hurting my foot bone on the side again. I said
                  Its same issue. He said choose other shoe.

                  My problem is, twice i went through all designs and if i have chosen one
                  Already, i can't force myself to buy some other sandle or shoe because
                  You don't have other and are not ready to refund. Problem is with with your
                  Defective shoe and not from my side.

                  The manager has said me he won't refund and forcing me to buy some other by
                  March 2018. While, i not being at fault and being patient, i can't wait
                  Longer and want a refund. Since its not lower priced shoe but rs. 1500/-
                  And i won't buy simply for sake of buying.

                  I even asked him for an option to hold the money and allow me a years time
                  So i can buy something by that period. But he is not agreeing. So i except
                  From bata that they refund my amount.

                  I can share my bill if you request for the same. Hope to receive quick
                  Response from you.

                    A 2 month old pair of scholls has developed a tear in the toe strap, without any stress on it.
                    The metal logo has fallen off.

                    I have been buying this brand for several years now - as they are so comfortable, but i notice a steady drop in quality - the threads binding the sole to the cushion frays very quickly, the leather sole starts lifting up at the edges, the leather shreds at the heel even with regular use of polish.

                    Paying rs 2000 for a quality pair of footwear is acceptable - but not if i have to discard it in two to three months. If i do not get a satisfactory response (Replacement/repair) to this complaint, i will not be using this product again.

                      To whomsoever it may concern,

                      Recently i have brought one of your products (Artical number[protected], dept & plan - cntr / 7396x, size - 25.4 cm) from r-mall-thane on 12th dec 2017. I was unhappy with the experience due to the following reasons.
                      1. Despite being a perfect size my foot used to slide out from the top.
                      2. The balance of the heel is not proper, every time i am out of balanced
                      Due to above grievances i wanted to replace this model with another one. I have also communicate the above mentioned grievances to the sales person & he acknowledge the same. He has asked me to take approval from company.

                              Dear bata, i bought shoes 20 days ago from gip noida, which was naturalizer shoes of rupees 4300 for my mom (Because she was advised to wear soft shoes, but aftear using these my mom's feet pain is worst), i realised the elastic of shoes is not proper. I have used so many products from bata. But this time you guys really disappointed me, i need 100 % replacement. Kindly don't break the faith and relation which i have upon bata. I request you please please process my thing as soon as possible. And turn this replacement in 100 %. I hope you will understand my point.

                              This is what you called your customer support? that "Please note that there is no cash refund. Also, all minor defects will be first considered for repair and not directly replaced"?

                              This much favor you do to your customers? I need to return the product and want a refund!

                                I had gone to bata india adyar circle chennai tamilnadu on 16th dec 2017.

                                I bought two slippers for a total amount of rs.6300/- vide voucher no. Cm[protected] & cm[protected] dated 16.12.2017.

                                I had 7 bata vouchers of rs.500/- each totalling to rs.3500/-which i got it from hdfc bank towards redemption of my rewards points.

                                All the 6 vouchers got redeemed against the bill except the voucher no. V[protected] for rs.500/- for the reason it is already encashed. I told the cashier that the voucher was given to me only on 15th dec 2017 and i did not use it anywhere. The cashier asked me pay the balance rs.3300/- and to check with hdfc bank regarding the same.

                                I called hdfc bank and they asked me contact customer care [protected] regarding my query. When i contacted them they said the voucher has been encashed on 16th dec 2017 only at the time of the purchase at the same outlet.

                                When i contacted the outlet they said they have sent mail to hdfc to revalidate the voucher. But hdfc confirmed that they have not received any mail. The compliant no of bata is 633080. Till date my problem is not solved. When i try to contact bata customer care [protected] once i tell my mobile no and name they are disconnecting the call.

                                Kindly arrange to solve my issue at the earliest.

                                Till date my complaint has not been solved. It is two months that the incident happenend. Irresponsible way Bata is acting. Every time customer care people tells that it will be solved within 24 hours . No result.

                                  I had purchased a bata gift coupon online in apr 2017. We i
                                  Had been to the bata store (In coimbatore) to redeem the same i was informed by the salesperson that the coupon was already redeemed. The salesperson advised me to contact the bata customer care. When i contacted them they asked me to post the invalid coupon to the (Reference number of the service request 910309) so that the can send me a valid coupon in exchange. I had sent the coupon thro speed post (Reference number:et[protected]in) to the gurgaon office. There was no response from the company since then.

                                  I had checked with them again in june 2017, they said they were working on the issue and gave me another reference number :913078.

                                  I called them last month the customer care executive said that he would resolve the issue within a day, but the issue is still open

                                  Its been over 6 months, its so degrading for a company like bata to react to customer request in such a way. I'm totally not pleased with the way the company has dealt with the issue.

                                    I bought a shoe for my daughter in november from your orr (Bangalore). It didn't fit my daughter so i went to get a bigger size. A size bigger was not available and as it was on discount i was required to call/write customer care to get an exchange number against the article number of the discounted product. Since then i have been writing, calling your team and every time they provide me exchange number for some different article number. I have been to your store and they are non cooperating as they say i must provide the correct article #. I have been writing so many emails to bata's cc team along with the bill copy and product picture and mentioning the article number so that they don't do any goo[censored]p and provide correct exchange # for correct article, but cc team has turned unresponsive. It's been 2 months now that i am following up for this small issue. Not sure even now my concern will be addressed or not!!

                                    I spoke to someone called Sneha on 11th of January 2018. I had to explain her all the activities in detail all over again.
                                    After that, she assured me of the exchange number withing 24 hours. It is more than 48 hours and I havenot received any email from Sneha or anyone from Bata.

                                    I am fed up with Bata overall. They are hopeless. I am going to write negative reviews about Bata in every possible media. Disgusting and pathetic customer service. Sure to bid TATA to BATA.

                                    Even yesterday I called up CC and spoke to Sneha. She assured me that positively I will get the exchange number within 24 hours. But no email from Bata and its more than 24 hours.

                                    Very sad with your query resolution. My simple query has become a major grievance.

                                        Hi bata company started manipulating customers. Still i am waiting for the resolution. You people are saying it an accidental. How it can be possible. I have given 1700/- for this shoes. You sold me a damaged shoes. I will escalate this every where.
