Hi team,

I brought a pair of shoes last week from the bata show room @ electronic city bangalore. Unfortunately, i lost the invoice. Today i went to the show room and with the details like exact date and time i did the payment and asked if they could give me a duplicate. These guys are bluntly saying they can't track the invoice.. Seriously??? They are registering my mobile no.in the system and there is no use with all these info?

It would be great if the customer service team could look into this

    We have purchased shoes via bill no. 12109 dated 21/12/2017 from bata showroom, sector7, dwarka, new delhi.
    Cash memo number is 539-2094, size 6 and price rs. 999/- only. But the shoes cloth got torned off in less than a month in use. As seeing the brand of bata and its reputation, we request you to kindly replace this pair of shoes with new one as no repair is possible at all.
    Idonot have original bill but credit card payment receipt of the same is with me. Details of purchase are also available in bata showroom, sector 7, dwarka.
    Looking fro a positive and early reply.

        Hello. I bought bata shoes 7th jan 2018. And i did not use yet. I got with 70%discount. But its showing broken from down sool of shoes.
        Please do not make foolish people. Do not give discount its ok. But work on it your brand. People buying tour brand not shoes.
        I want my money back. The shoes was 2200 and it was 70%discount. Please do not do like this. We love to buy bata but now a day s i heard that third company is also running bata shoes.
        Please consider my thoughts.

          I have purchased a shoe from one of the stores in Hindustan park, 204 Rashbehari Avenue, Kolkata. My total bill amount was 1501.00. The amount was paid via credit card and 1st time the transaction showed failed, but the amount was deducted. from my card.Then i have transacted with the same card again and this time the transaction was successful. So i tried to reach there customer service and as usual its showing call waiting for 20 mins... Then i mailed the same... Same an autoreply... I have tried to reach them 4-5 times during this 2 and half months of time.. But there is only one thing an autoreply... And there customer care no. Is of no use.. Tried to call them 8-9 times each time i have to cut the call after 20 mins of waiting time...

            Dear sir,
            I have purchased hushpuppies shoes in bata showroom on 24/01/2018, chandra layout bangalore -560072. The shoes cost me around 3000 rupees. I have used the shoes only one time till date and my right shoes is damaged in front. When i went to return the product, the concerned franchise is not accepting my return and claiming it as a physical damage.
            How can a formal shoes that is used for single time can become physically damaged.?? Is this the quality you provide for my price??
            Kindly help me out on this and replace my product at the earliest.
            According to me it is a manufacturing defect.

              Hello team,
              I bought a formal office shoes rs. 1500. On jan 14, 2018. Which is sold to me by telling that it is being sold one size smaller than foot size. I trusted and bought the same as at first instance it was looking fit for me because of its soft cushioning.
              But after first use its pasting came out and i raise complained for the same for store and he just told me to register complaint on phone which is not being responded usually. Still i tried hard, lodged complaint for same with no response for two weeks. I called again and told to send mail this time with images. I did so and now respond which i got is, pasting came out because of regular wear and tear.
              I am not first time bata user.
              I am using its since many years and i have trust on bata quality and it's product but this kind of response shattered it badly. It seem they responded without reading mails itself as i clearly mentioned it's after first use.
              Requesting you to either replace the product with proper size or other products of same value.

                We got the message regarding 200 reward points before purchasing. At the time of billing enquired regarding the offer they confirmed after purchasing u ll get the message. Today i got the message for rs150again a minimum purchase of 1599 n wat s the real offer i got for the previous purchase. Don't send a fake offers n don't cheat the customers we didn't request any offer from u don't make us fool - highly dissatisfied customer

                  Dear bata, i bought shoes from gip noida, which was naturalizer shoes of rupees 4300 for my mom (Because she was advised to wear soft shoes, but aftear using these my mom's feet pain is worst), i realised the elastic of shoes is not proper. I have used so many products from bata. But this time you guys really disappointed me, i need 100 % replacement. I request you to process my thing as soon as possible. I hope you will understand my point.

                    I bought this product on 24jan and i received the product on 27 jan and on 28th jan i wore the shoes and within an hour the silver coating of the product came out which never happens to even a local shoe. I immediately dropped an email to the mail id provided for customer care email address i have attached the screenshot for your reference as well. I tried to contact the customer service toll free number and the representative generated the complaint id. I haven't got any update on the complaint. I am extremely disappointed with the bata this time.

                      I had purchased pair of shoes from bata near about a year back . the above cloth has been torn from the top near the lays of shoes .Bata company says they are covered under warranty for a year, because of which i want to get it replaced under that scheme of bata i have misplaced the invoice for the same and now i am dealing with bunch of people who are making me irritated with their question and not able to guide me or provide me a proper service for the same

                      I have not clue as to how the issue has been resolved as I haven't received my claim yet neither any confirmation from bata
                      i did a call back from bata excretive they have asked me to provide snap shot of my shoes i am uploading the same over here too and have mailed it to them thats email id in-customer.[protected]@bata.com
                      after 5th of feb 2018 their is no update on the status
                      really disappointed with the way organisation like bata shoes are behaving with us no activity no update unprofessional way of working
                      till date waiting for the update on my complain posted on Feb2018

                          I bought pair of school shoes guidence by your sales officer . its school shoes for my kids age of 11 years. i am regular customer of BATA products. but only use of 10 days school shoes torn very badly. After my visit to Bata store they advise me to write customer complanit and light on this issue. I feel very bad and tired to visit your stores many times for this issue. as a brand like bata have good reputation and good products deliverd kindly change my products as early as possible..

                            Sir,
                            We have purchased white school shoes on 18-dec-17.. Order no — 12165833.. But the shoes sole is separated upon the first wear itself.. I have mailed (In-customer. [protected]@bata.com) the pictures of the defective shoes on 13-jan-18 and they have promised me reverse pick up would be there in 7 working days.. Till now there is no response from bata customer care..
                            This is worst service i have ever faced.. Moreover it is a great hinderance to school going children.. As we cannot buy from outside and made to wait endlessly for replacement/refunding.

                              I purchase shoes from bata india limited b-1/67 sector a aliganj lucknow in invoice no #cm[protected] dated 01/11/2017 of rs 1699.00 which is latter about one month’s they were started cracking of left leg shoes and also the other leg shoes, then i reached at the show room and complaint for about aforesaid cause. Then he said that you will come any other day then your problem will be resolved. Then after that tomorrow i. E. 27/01/2018 i reached at show room and complaint it then he refused to replace the shoes, shoes were very cracked and they are not in position to repair in any manner.
                              I am permanent customer of your product but this is first problem facing by me.
                              So kindly resolved my problem by replacing the shoes.

                                This is with regards to a horrible experience at one of the bata stores in guwahati at silpukhuri. Their customer service has gone to the dogs! Icing on the cake has been the horrendous experience on 26th jan’18 when their salesperson at the cash counter who is also the store in-charge, refused returning a 100 bucks to me. This is probably the cheapest tactic that an incompetent salesperson can use stating, “mam i had already returned the change to you.” a series of arguments followed thereafter but to no avail.

                                On enquiring, i also found there were no surveillance cameras in that store. I will not be surprised if other customers have also had a similar issue. Its a shame that such instances will only hamper the brand reputation and value.

                                  I faced a very worst experience again in bata showroom in madhapur, shop# 2-52/2, megha hills, sri rama colony, madhapur main road, beside tata docomo show room, below vinsys services india pvt ltd.

                                  These guys are very rude towards me and talking felthy language with due respect and these guys are doing business on religion basis - they will respect only muslims and they will sell only to muslims itseems and if its a hindu/other religion they are treating them as animals.

                                  I don’t understand why bata didn’t take severe action on these guys because it’s not at all accepted in india and these guys need to be punished.

                                  I would request the bata management to take appropriate action on these guys and provide a fair, secure & respectful environment for the citizens of india.

                                  Note: they informed me to do what ever i can! Next, it’s upto your call to take an action.

                                    Hello,
                                    I bought a sandal on 27/12/2017 from bata store in #2-52/2, opp-lot mobile showroom hitech city, main road, madhapur, hyderabad-500081.
                                    Within 4 days o[censored]se, sandal started breaking. This is not something we expect from bata products. I have been using bata from my childhood. This is for the first time i had to think like i have wasted my money on bata product. Invoice no is - cm[protected]. I would like to request to exchange the product or find out the solution to this issue.

                                      Dear sir/ma'am,

                                      I would like to bring your kind attention that almost two months before i have purchased below mentioned items from your bata store near lovely sweets, jalandhar.

                                      Hush puppies leather belt art. No.965-0854 @1099. (Open).
                                      Ladies chappal art. No.571-9155 @399- (Thumb crack)

                                      Within these two months o[censored]sage i found the above said complaint in these items. When i show the same to the concerned store manager, they ask about cash receipt which i was unable to present at that time because unfortunately i lost the receipt.

                                      Kindly look into the matter & provide claim for the above items. I hope for a positive response from your side.

                                        Hello,

                                        I, vanjaxi s m, bought a shoe from bata store at kormangala. I
                                        Wore the pair of shoe and found it was hurting my foot bone on side of
                                        Right leg. So same day i carried the shoe and told the manager about the
                                        Defect in the shoe. He accepted the defect and asked me to exchange with
                                        Similar other pair the next day by getting the bill. I tried all other and
                                        Found all the shoes hold the same defect. And also i was not interested to
                                        Buy any other design than the one i had chosen.

                                        Later, he accepted saying yes the product is defective and will get new
                                        Stock a week later. I was patient and agreed to check, ones they have new
                                        Stock. And that they will call me.

                                        I trust bata since my childhood and been buying all my pairs and my
                                        Family's from bata. So keeping this in mind i was sure they will sort out
                                        This issue and help me. And today, after 2 weeks time i went to check, no
                                        Call from them. They said they have brought same piece from other bata
                                        Store, on trying the same issue persisted. One shoe is high on edges
                                        Compared to the other and hurting my foot bone on the side again. I said
                                        Its same issue. He said choose other shoe.

                                        My problem is, twice i went through all designs and if i have chosen one
                                        Already, i can't force myself to buy some other sandle or shoe because
                                        You don't have other and are not ready to refund. Problem is with with your
                                        Defective shoe and not from my side.

                                        The manager has said me he won't refund and forcing me to buy some other by
                                        March 2018. While, i not being at fault and being patient, i can't wait
                                        Longer and want a refund. Since its not lower priced shoe but rs. 1500/-
                                        And i won't buy simply for sake of buying.

                                        I even asked him for an option to hold the money and allow me a years time
                                        So i can buy something by that period. But he is not agreeing. So i except
                                        From bata that they refund my amount.

                                        I can share my bill if you request for the same. Hope to receive quick
                                        Response from you.
