Dear sir,
This just to inform you that your sores manager at gip mall (Ground floor) outlet has cheated us on the following counts-
1. On 28th october, we visited the outlet and selected two pairs of footwear. One of them was a soiled piece and we asked for a factory fresh one which wasn't available with the store. We were advised to make full payment with a promise by your store manager who introduced him as joginder, that the fresh pair of the same design shall be home delivered to to me by the next evening. Not finding the delivery made, by the late evening, whe he was contacted, he behaved in an utterly ill-mannered fashion and indulged in avoidable ugly arguments and an unprofessional attitude. We were forced to wait the entire day and till late evening and when he was called again he made excuses and behaved rudely. After much persuasion, one person (Some mr mishra) came with the product. To our utter surprise, an equally soiled piece was sent rather than a factory fresh piece as promised, which we have refused to accept. Please note we have already paid rs 3499/- for this product which we are yet to receive to our satisfaction. Your outlet has thus cheated us and has extorted the above sum without providing the promised product.
2. Your manager billed us for two carry bags without seeking our consent. This was noticed by me after the payment was made by me. This again is an unethical act on your part. I am flagging this issue with you to advise your people (Whom i found as a gang of cheats led by the said mr joginder) to conduct themselves in a manner befitting to their roles as sales persons.

Please look in to the matter and have the desired product delivered to me within 2 days or refund the amount in cash together with the cost overheads i may have to bear in the process of getting the refund.

      I perchased shoes having article number 82161039 for rs.1699 from bata shoe store shop no 1477 beetle arcade near ksrtc bus stand bejai mangalore-575003. Now it is cracked or damaged at the leather part. I have not even used for 2 months. As l perchased the product from reputed brand like yours i expect good service from you. I have already complainted at your showroom. So please replace or refund the amount as soon as possible.

        Paytm has the voucher live of bars. I have purchased the batagift voucher worth rs 1000 and now the stores don't accept it. Bata say they don't know anything. The tnc mention that it's valid in stores. Nor the pharmacy team and bata team has reverted back. It's a complete fraud done

          I purchase the product from you reputed shoe store of bata from 33, pratap nagar, mayur vihar phase-1 in the month of august, 2017, but after three month the said product has damaged from inside, i compliant to manager in there they said we will replace the product but they are now saying for settlement.
          Now we want to replace this product from other showroom in connaught place, delhi that in the way of my office, please consider my complaint and send me the agreed mail from your side.

            My shoe number is 7 and purchased same, while walking i found my outer aspect of foot was paining and waited for few days but i found it was worst. Hence i took it to shop and told them the problem. They adviced to contact the toll free #. They given a complaint #630881 (Crf) on18/10/2017. The
            Care taker asked me to exchage on 19/10/17. However on 19th he said we have not received the voucher.

            What would be the next action.

            I bought it from acropolis Bata...last november ... it cost 5000 rs... within a year it is damaged do take care of it... either replace or repair

              I received a text message from bata (Valid source) stating that i got 100 bonus points credited to my account and i can redeem it uptil 16th of november. When i went to the store in new market, bhopal, the executive refused to provide any such offer stating an unjustifiable reason. It came as a big disappointed from such a reputed brand. I would request you to look into the matter by protecting the consumer'r right and do the rightful act possible. Thanking you,

                I'm a regular customer of bata store. I was shopping from the store in lajpat nagar 2 where i was standing for a long time in a queque. The sales person who was suppose to get my billing done was an old man who was very polite and i really appreciate the way he attended me. Everything was fine and i was not irritated because of the time taken till the moment the old person told another sales man to let him do my billing as i was standing for a long time, and the other sales person replied ' khadi hai to khade rehne de'. I'm really taken aback the kind of services provided by bata store now. This behaviour is just terrible so i did not buy those footwear and decided in future i'm not going to shop anything from there and would not even recommend to any of my friends and relatives. I hope appropriate action is taken so that the same thing is not repeated with other customers. That sales person did not even apologise for which i would like to escalate the matter to higher authorities. Thanks

                  My husspuppy shoes product code[protected] has a whole in the inner side of the shoes request has been placed to customercare against request no 980325 no rrespond from the stores ther is no proper respond from the bata india ltd qlthough i gave them the reminders also still no action this product is the premium brand of bata but i feel it is not more than aproduct which is ready available on the road side

                    I am not able believe bata delivers such cheap product where complete soul come out of the shoes which are not much used.

                    Do you deliver product which works only for 3-4 months.. So it is out of warranty and customer cant take any action against you???

                    May i know how to get this fixed??? Do you feel customers are fools and have time and money get this repaired on their own???

                    This is looting of the customers trust and you will see impact on your business.

                    I purchased this shoes some 7-8 months back from r t nagar, bangalore bata show room and amazed to see all soul is come out without any breakage.

                    I want bata should get this fixed... To satisfy the customer.

                    I would ask consumer forum to check the quality and penalize such known industry for poor quality where money for value is not matching.

                      I purchased the bata shoes from bata outlet situated at 16, vijay chowk, nirman vihar, delhi on 21/05/2017. The pasting of the shoes got loose and sole and upper of the shoes got separated in the first week of september i. E. Within 4 months. When i went to the aforesaid outlet, they told me it cannot be replaced as 3 months have been expired, we will do the pasting. I got my shoes back after 5 days after pasting, and within next 1 month, the sole and upper have become separated again.
                      I just want to know thats how the bata brand is?? Within 4 months of purchase, the shoes have been damaged twice. My rs. 1700/- have just been wasted. I dont know what to do with my shoes. What is the point of purchasing the shoes from bata if the shoes are of this quality and aftersale service is of such nature. I am really disappointed with bata. It was my first purchase from bata, and it will also be the last one.

                        Purchase a sandal for my wife from bata store at infiniti mall second floor, new link road malad west mumbai pin - 400 064 infinity mall and started to use it from july and just after one month o[censored]sing, i have seen that the shoe pasting is turning loose and it tends to comes out from the sol.

                        Contacted customer care and they are not ready to provide 100 % refund and i have observed that there product are really bad when explained to customer service representative they will say whatever you want you do it, we will not provide refund was the word used by ashish verma there customer representative.

                        Really bata has started looting the people and would never purchase any product from bata.

                        Pathetic service is provided by bata.

                          Purchase a formal shoe from bata india, 124/c raja s c mullick road (Garia), kolkata - 47 branch on 09/07/2017 (Invoice no. Cm[protected] and started to use it from 4th august 2017 and just after one month o[censored]sing, i have seen that the shoe pasting is turning loose and it tends to comes out from the sol.

                          Contacted the branch immediately and they keep the shoe for one days and did pasting (Did not give me any receipt).

                          Again after one month, it started the same problems and this time most of the joints comes out very badly.

                          Now i wants full replacement.

                              I had purchased an item from your website on 26th of august, 2017. The colour of the product was different and the size also didnot fit me. So i wanted to return the product. I contacted your customer care and i was told that a mail specifying the address where the product is to be returned would be sent to me. But even after almost a month, i haven't recieved any such mail. Such an act is not only irresponsible but it also leaves me with a bitter experience shopping at your website.

                                  I bought shoes from your store at new v. N. Road, store code no. 2377 under the shoes invoice transaction no.[protected] - product code no. 854-4150 mrp rs.8999/- dated 28/09/2016. However, on or about 15 days back, my shoe's sole has damaged. Today, i attended your store at the mentioned hereinabove but i was informed that i need to complain to you. Accordingly, this complaint.
                                  Please note that after paying 9000/- rupees, even it won't last for one years, that to branded shops like your's. Please for the interest of justice please do the needful. I hope you understand my issues.

                                  In view of the above, you are requested to redress my complaint or replace my shoes accordingly forthwith, failing which i am compelled to take appropriete steps.

                                    I bought my sandals on 22 nd sep 2017 for rs.1670. Today i am wearing that for 2nd time. The stiches in that where removed. If i am going for bata i can feel the quality but now i am disappointed with the same. The same complaint my colleague also faced now i feel that batas quality customer reliability is going some where else. Please dont cheat customers trust on you.

                                      On 31 jul 2017 i bought a shoe from bata online store. The shoe is neatly and rarely used. But the outer portion of the shoe is damaged.

                                      I send this issue to "in-customer. [protected]@bata.com" and they are not responded. So after one day i send a reminder mail and i've got a mail blocked message. How can i contact bata showroom. If they really blocked me, its a very bad attitude towards customers.

                                        shareholders discount coupons not received.

                                        I am shareholder of bata india ltd. Sinc more than 30 years. Every year i receive two discount coupons entitling me to purchase two pair of footwear at 20% discount. This year i have not received these coupons till date. Please let me know if bata india ltd. Has stopped sending such coupons to shareholders from this year. If not then please look into the matter and send me the discount coupons. My email address is [protected]@yahoo.com...
