    On tuesday afternoon i purchased one ladies shoes and obe shoe for my son, from your new alipore shop. My invoice no is cm[protected]. Two of the shopkeeper misbehave with me, they want to see my sons and my feet whether there is any dust, we both have to show our feet, that there is no dirt in our feet, it has come from any other sources. It is really very humilating for us., i am regular customer of bata, thus shopkeeper behaving with us.

      Sir, i bought a pair of shoes from your store bata india ltd, 100 model town, yamuna nagar, pin-135001 vide invoice # cm[protected] dated 28/10/2017. Next day i found that one of the shoes happened to have detached sole, since i can not spare time on working days, so i went to store on 04/11/17, where i was told to collect the pair after repair, on coming wednesday i. E. 08 nov 2017, instead i went on 12 nov 2017. And to my surprise they do not even know, where that pair was, then, the person dealing told me that he will ring me in the evening. But there's been no phone at all. I m disappointed that a company like bata would provide such substandard customer service. I would appreciate a refund or replacement product at the earliest and hope that u will deal with this lapse in customer service accordingly..

        Hello customer care team on bata.

        I had purchased a shoe, article no. [protected] as per bill[protected] stamped on shoe, see photo) from bata shoestore, race-course circle, near inox cinemas, ellora park, vadodara, on 29th jan.2017. (Invoice no. 2251/1/29012017/00041)
        It is very sad to inform you that i was shocked to see soles of the shoes were badly cracked/damaged on the fine morning of 3rd oct17, when i was polishing my shoes and getting ready for my office. Pl. See attached photos for your ready reference.

        I am a regular customer of bata. Note that similar issue happened in 2016 also (Ref. No. 787151). On reporting, you had given me the replacement.in the same faith, i am requesting you for a replacement for the subject shoes with damaged soles.

        However, this instance gives me a lot of concerns regarding the quality of bata products, sold now a days. Pl take this as a feedback and raise bars of quality of your products and ensure customer satisfaction.

        I had purchased a pair of shoes from Bata Showroom, Sector 19C, Chandigarh. now i found the shoes are damaged. I had used the shoe only for few days. Cash memo is attached herewith for your reference.

          complaint regarding poor quality of shoes

          I am jaya shankara r regular customer of bata and wanted to raise concern regarding thr shoes which i recently purchased.
          After using the shoes just for 10-15days i found the quality of shoes was very bad. Within a span of10-15days the soul got cracks from all the side rendering the shoes unsafe for wear as well as visuallu unpleasing. The pasting of shoes from all the corners gone off.

          Today went to bata showroom in mall of mysore, mysore. Your service person/accountant told we won't accept these codes and gave me bad responses.

          Then no use of your vouchers right?

          Both vouchers starting with v series.
          If he is thinking value less customers, then why guys are giving vouchers.

          Need immediate action plan for this..

          So am escalating it..

          Bata showroom mall of mysore.

          If you guys didn't help then no use of recommending bata again.

          Will give complaint to hdfc and sbi cards that not to recommend bata vouches.

          Need solution for this asap.

          Have 3k bata hush puppies voucher and 1k bata voucher
          Bata showroom guys telling we won't accept, why guys are giving vouchers through other services.

            I have purchased bata school shoe for my son at following shop at mumbai : bata india limited, goregoan east, ground floor, north side (Previsly anupam theatre), mumbai maharastra (27), phone no :[protected]. I have purchased the shoes for rs 1799/- against the invoice no : scm[protected] dt : 01.11.2017.

            When my son started wearing the shoe, we realized that the right is defective and defective shoe is sold to us. Complaint is that on wearing the right shoe, my son is having severe pain in the back toe part and unable to walk. On walking for few steps his skin has sheared off and feeling very much pain and uncomfortable. Immediately on 4th nov 2017, we rushed to the shop and explained the sales head of the shop about the complaint and demonstrated the same in his presence. Also, the insured back toe area which resulted due to wearing of the show was shown to him. The shop sales head has asked us to leave the shoe with him and come back after few days. We left the shoe with him and returned. My son went to school wearing the slippers the entire week. Today again ie, 12.11.2017 we visit the shop to collect the replacement shoes. But the sales person in the shop said that he repaired the shoe with some glue and tried to return us the shoe saying that it is rectified. We tried the shoes in front of him only. But again the issue remains. My son is unable to walk wearing the shoes. He is having severe pain in right leg and feeling very much uncomfortable.
            Shop representative is just buying time and wasting out time. We believe bata brand a lot and thus purchased the shoe. But this type of irresponsible complaint readdrasal we never expected. We said the shop person that we do not have time for doing the trial and error. Already we have waiting enough time. We asked him either give us the credit note or give us the replacement with another pair of shoes. But the shop representative is refusing do the same and he wanted ti do some patch work in that shoe and try and repair and buying the time. Asked us to come next week.
            This is not justified. We are not getting the value for our money here. Customer satisfaction is zero. Kindly take up the matter quickly and arrange to replace the shoe. It is not advisable to trouble the school children like this. We never expected such poor complaint response from bata india limited. Request to take immediate action and replace the shoe. Not justified to trouble the school children like this

                I am a regular customer of your reputed bata brand and it is a really very painful experience
                I have purchased 1 pairs of huss puppies shoes
                Worth rs 3999/- from "foot step multi brand store" bill no. 2929 dated 30.10.2017. Out of these article
                Number : 3/1016, 509/0019,[protected] was found defective within 7 days of the purchase. I was
                Using it within 10 day regarding sole and when i showed to the store manager to identify
                The problem, he told that this is pasting problem in sole. I asked to him how its possible in branded shoes pasting problem within 7 days so he just explain me about whole world branded shoes problem like this he did not give me any satisfied answer.

                In sole. When i asked replacement of the defective article the person on duty
                Refused to change the article. And showing me attitude like this i thought i had make mistake to purchase this branded shoes.

                And i just want to ask by this complaint had i really make mistake to purchase this hush puppies shoes.
                If no kindly convince me why should i purchase again any product of bata.
                Or if yes its really # i will never suggest to wear any product of bata in my whole circle.

                  I am sure bata is a very popular company all over india and i am very old and regular customer for your product, however when i purchased a product leather belt your outlet gachibowli indra nagar, hyderabad, it had buckle problem, i went and politely gave back and didn't even ask for replacement, but i asked for fix, they are asking me to come again and again, and when i asked them today about this, the sales person is replying in a harsh voice and asking me to complain 50 time a day it will not be any use, i am really ashamed to tell this to you company like bata had sale's person like this

                    After Using the shoes just for 2-3 month i found the quality of shoes was very bad. Within a span of 2-3 months the soul got cracks from all the side rendering the shoes unsafe for wear as well as visuallu unpleasing. The pasting of shoes from all the corners gone off.

                    I am highly disappointed with the condition of shoes. I am adding few photos for reference.

                    I have purchased this one from Dehra dun pacific mall at 1499.
                    I did a follow up with them but they said we cant help on this please follow up with customer care so its a request please
                    look into this matter as a high priority and arrange replacement of the same.

                      On dated 13th oct 2017, porched one sandal for my son from your master cantin sqr, bhubaneswar (Orissa) outlet bearing bill no-invisibl.

                      On 5th nov 2017 evening, we both went your bata shop and show the same your products defect. They say you use another 15 days then we see what can do, or replace with new one i request if today you can change i shall be obliged. I used your bata product over 45 years. From your showroom, my residency is about 10km.

                          Last year i had purchased ambassador shoes of rs 3000 and with in one year they were repaired four times... Now it become too.                             Purchased a moccassino shoe at trichy (12 theradi kadai street, malaivasal, trichy) on 29th october - article 8544349 size -10 paid via debit card - shop bill serial no 929.

                            The soiling of the said shoe has come out on right leg in lees than 2 days. The salesman has informed a warranty of one year. I am at a job in andhra pradesh - west godavari dist - palakollu.

                            Kindly advise where the same will be repaired.

                              I bought a pair sandals from Bata showroom at Orion mall, Bangalore for 1700rs and the skin is defective and got damaged just in 4 days. Really disappointed to know about such a low quality from Bangalore. Have heard about it from friends before. But experiencing it for the first time by myself. When I checked for Replacement, I got to know that I should receive the same store to replace which is very far for me. Don't what about people buying in other cities. Don't know the purpose of guarantee and buying from a reputed brand. It now 1 month, I am unable to exchange it. Don't show your brand value only in price. Please ensure quality in product. Even local sandals are better than this. I got some square structured solid thing coming out at foot base which is hurting my foot so badly. I am planning to write this on Facebook.

                                Dear sir,

                                I had done online purchase for a pair of sandles from bata on 20/08/2017 against cod order # 12152089 priced at rs 1609. I received the same on 27th august & as soon as i opened the package noticed there is a damage on one of the sandal. Raised a complaint on their web the same day against ref # 944472.
                                Neither was the product picked up nor was the money refunded. I have been registering complaints after complaints but no solution from bata. I have been holding the damaged product with me and i told them i can drop off at one of their outlets but no solution has been provided till now. Can somebody help me in getting the refund.

                                  On 16.10.17 i bought 2 pairs f slippers peach n blue color costing 400rs each (Patta patta) from op road vadodara branch.. Within 4 -5 days its color n print got faded in a v bad way... That our foot sole turned black. Within 15days visited the same showroom for exchange or refund of amount. The store manager dint cooperated n asked to complaint online.
                                  Kindly look into the matter at the earliest n resolve our complaint.

                                    I have purchased a pair of shoes with an article number[protected] on 28 may 2017 @ rs. 1499/-. Within a month, the rubber sole of the shoes had begun to detach, rendering the shoes unsafe for wear as well as visually unpleasing. I've never seen anything like this before. My son is pretty well disciplined, and not rough on clothing. The shoes look like ok, except for the loosely hanging sole.

                                    I have enclosed few photo for your reference. You can clearly see the rubber sole has separated and is hanging loosely to the side.

                                    This is not the first time we had purchased shoe of your brand and has never had reason to complain. I expect this is a rare defect, and that there will be no issue with getting a replacement.

                                    While the shoes still fit my son, i am asking that you either replace the shoes with a pair of the same style in size 10 or refund my total purchase amount of rs. 1499/-.

                                      I am milan hati from kolkata, india, phone - [protected], i have purchased a wenbrenner brown wallet from lake town bata show room, in the month of june. Although i have purchased it on june, but i have used it only 7days.in 7days only i came to know the quality of the product is very very very poor, the brown leather become discolour and cracked, and the soft cover of the leather become damaged, i contracted the bata showroom, from where i brought this product, they suggest me this email id, and instructed me to send a complain.
                                      Sir we trusted the band bata from very early age, but this my first worst experience with bata, and the experience with the quality of product is so poor, that maybe i will never buy any product from bata. So i am giving all the details of the product and also attaching some pictures
