Dear sir,
I bought a Pair of Bata black without lace
First day on using I felt that Right leg shoe is looser than left leg shoe.
And the Right side shoe is thicker than the left side shoe.
And the finishing is the Right side shoe is not look like left side shoe and I confirmed that the two shoe are made by diff quality material.

    I bought this chappal on 2nd October 2016. After using it for around 4-4.5 months, the heel of right chappal got some problem, Though from outside it is not torn, it is getting displaced while walking. I went to the Hindustan park shop (from where I bought it) 3 times and every time they said me to come some other day as the Manager/right person is not present in shop. Today I went again and they said nothing can be done by them and suggested to send email to their customer care id. Mail did not get delivered. I called the toll free cust care number. No one responded.
    Attaching soft copy of my receipt and the Article number written in box.
    Please look into this.

      Randomly visited store and bought a pair of sandal frm store at central market lajpat nagar 2.i decide to wear them and put old one in box.i asked them.to keep it with them for an hour. I wil collect that on my return.owner denied and said we wil throw the old shoe and keep our new one until u turn up...yeh to "amanat" hai.disgusting experience.if it would nt have been card payment...i would have literally taken my cash back and went away.

        Respected all,

        I had bought a pair of black leather shoe on 26/03/2017 from bata showroom located in acropolis mall, kasba, kolkata.

        Since the purchased shoe was slightly tight (And the very next size was too loose), so the attendant of the showroom told that since the shoe is new and so after few days o[censored]se it will go easy on the foot.
        But even after few days o[censored]se, the purchased shoe is still not easy on foot and is pressing from side.
        So, i went back requesting to exchange the shoe but owner of the shoe refused to exchange, though it is mentioned in the bill exchange within 15 days of purchase.

        Kindly look into the matter to expedite the exchange if possible.

          Bata is not facilitating reverse pick up of shoe I had purchased online. Their customer care number rarely functions. I have been making calls and already have 3 request IDs:867716, 873037, 871892. Further reverse pick up was assured by them within 72 hours of lodging a request.
          Request was lodged on 22nd of March'2017. Didn't even receive a reply to email that I had sent to customer care of bata.

            I returned the order on 10th march'2017 and till now no process for refund is initiated, on contacting with Customer Care I received confirmation that in maximum of 7 days refund will be provided, and till now it is 21 days.
            I tried contacting through email and call several times to customer care, but I received only 24 hours notice, that in 24 hours my refund will be processed.I am going to log in the same complaint to Consumer Forum Court.

              As requested, I share my cell no [protected]. Such a poor service given by your cheap company? I shared the defective item given by your cheap company, arrange for the pick up and refund my amount. I have lodged the complaint the same day of receipt of the defective item . No action is taken by your cheap company so far. Your company is there to cheat the people. Cell No is also known to you. Only to drag the time you time and again asking to share the cell no.

              I lodged the complaint on March 14, 2017, and i was told it sill be resolved within 3 days from your customer care team. Already it has become more than 20 days, no body has talked to me and no arrange ment is done for the pick up of defective item. You must shutdown your business if you have no system for the redressal of the complaints. I m given a no. Of coplaint No. Whenever i used to talk to your customer care No. Cheap compny

                Purchase a shoe from Kolkata but pasting of the toe side is removing & i am a crazy customer of Bata India from childhood the problem is short or big their is the no big issue but it is genuine case having shoe no[protected]/0203 07/15-8 Bata Comfit & price is not a small amount.If you are not taking into the matter on priority case then I have noting to do but to change to other company shoes.

                  Dear sir,

                  I am a regular user of hush puppies and never had any problem with them. Recently i have purchased another pair of hush puppies shoes on 13.3.2017 costing rs 3499 /-, from your show room in r city mall, mumbai. After a day i found that the shoes were making a lot of squeaking noise while walking in the office especially on mosaic floor and vitrified tiles. I showed it in the show room after two days and they said that insole was nor proper and the same was replaced. I was asked to us it for some time and see them. However after another two days the noise was still continuing and i took it to the show room again. They examine the shoe and confirmed the same and gave a replacement also. However the level of noise though has reduced a bit is still persisting and causes great embarrassment in the office while walking along the corridor. I am not sure what to do now as the shoes continue to create trouble and inconvenience. I am a regular user of hush puppies and the old one i have now are very comfortable and never had this type of problem.

                  Hello,

                  I recently purchased Bata - hush puppies shoes with memory foam from Bata's Nigadi, Pune, Maharashtra store (cash memo attached). Shoes are worth 3, 499/-. Shoes are otherwise ok, however they make lot of squeaking noise while walking or even driving car when you apply brakes/clutch. I thought the issue may get resolved after few days once shoes get little old, however it did not. It feels really uncomfortable especially while walking at quiet places or corridors as people tend to get disturbed/ annoyed due to this squeaking noise. People tend to turn their heads to see where the sound is coming from, which is very embarassing.

                  This kind of low quality product is not at all expected from premium brand like Bata.
                  I contacted bata customer care over email, phone and showroom however none of them seem to care. Email team took 5 days to reply asking for copy of invoice, which they call as immediate support. I think Bata did not do enough quality control checks during manufacturing which has resulted in such useless product. I think people should approach consumer court to save other people from buying this faulty product.

                  I hope Bata will be able to resolve the issue urgently or refund my money asap.

                      It is very surprising experience from bata that my greivence is not being resolved instead of constant follow up.

                      I purchased an article on 25th December 2016 from mall of india Noida.

                      The article is suppose to come with a warranty of 90 days. By the time 2 months us over shoes sole and structure started separating .

                      I visited one of the store in gurgaon and they asked me to register complaint on a toll free number. My complaint got registered on 20th march 2017 with complaint no. 865406. I was informed that it will take 3 days to resolve my complaint. I made a follow up call on 23rd march 2017 and I was informed that the THAT is not over and resolution is in process. I again made a follow up call on 24th March expecting that my complaint would have been resolved but I was informed that it is still in process and I have to wait for one more day.
                      Till date I have not received any email or message from the company regarding my complaint. On 25th March I.e today since 10 am I am trying to call on the number but it is going unanswered.

                      The shoes which I bought is deteriorating day by day.

                      Bata was recommended by my friend and this was my first experience with bata which I am going to consider as the last one because from the product quality to the customer service quality I have not received any gesture to keep them high when it comes to service.

                      I don't know how serious you are going to take my written complaint still with some hopes I am writing.

                      Better you may go and register a complaint in consumer court if your problems not resolved..
                      I have purchased product of Rs 2300 from Bata India Sonapur Bhandup West shop. However GV 73732113 credit of 10% not provided Pls issue cash back for Rs 150.

                        The leather of shoes is very hard, total uncomfortable and I cant walk more in my factory.

                          We have purchased sport shoes of bata. With in 2months back support cushion torn out and same will be started in second one.

                          We had purchased the same from bata india ltd, shop no 61, rahulraj mall, surat as per cash memo no: 2426/1/03012017/00041.

                          We have visited the store but they told that it is not covered under warantee. Please find with invoice and photo of same.

                            I have lodged the complaint to your company and my Complaint No. is 861730. I shared the pictures of damaged item given by your company . I want my money back and requested a number of times over your Toll Free No. (Shri Raut and Garima)and by e-mails to pick up your damaged item and refund my amount Rs.1500/- . However, no reply is given by your company rather your company has blocked my e mail. Maintain your reputation, by cheating people your company will not make profit . I am working with RBI as DGM. I know my all rights. Do not cheat people and do not behave like Fictitious Companies who run away with the public money.

                              Sub: purchases shoes from bata show room (554/02049) –dadar railway station which having problem wihin month time and bad service receiving from this show room

                              Hello team,
                              I have purchased bata eros shoe of rs.1300/ on 04/02/2017 and started using from monday 6th feb.
                              Initial week i used it and came to know small scratch on right hand side shoes. I have ignored it as it might be happen due train rush.
                              Still i continue using shoes but next week i found the scratch is increased gradually.
                              Then i have visited the bata layout on last saturday 11th march and complain about right hand side shoe.
                              But they have rejected to accept the shoe and all servant are there and manger is not available at bata layout. Servant told me that only sole issue is attending and replace it. I am absolutely get nervous by such service given by this bata show room so i am writing this mail to you.
                              Since last 20 years i and my family was using various product of bata from kandivali, borivali, andheri show room but i have never faced such product which got spoil within one month time.
                              Also i have found this dadar show room is worst as how come they can reject this product directly.
                              You tell me if my left hand side shoe is ok only right hand side shoes is having issue of scratch.
                              Will i able to use is for daily office work where i am attending prestigious client site like bp-catrol, dhl and tv18, ril? If you want proof, i can send bill & images of shoe,
                              For my case whether this will get address and attend or not?

                                  I have purchased a pair of footwear, model No.MACHO-97 through your dealer Mrs.DURABLE SHOE COMPANY NO.1/705 KELAAMBAKKAM, VANDALUR ROAD, KELAMBAKKAM-603103 vide cash bill ni.2259 dated 28.01.2017 for an mount of Rs.749/-.
                                  When the pair was put in use, i feel very inconvenient due to developing of heat on toes. Also on the 4th day from the date of purchase, belt portion were cut off.This was reported to your customer care No. vide customer Id no.829764, 831530, 834665, 835705, 844359, 847840, 850257, 836268, 839489, 839498, 842486, 842627, 842638&851909. On my repeated oral complaint to the shop keeper he received the above pair on 4th march for examination and returned the pair after joining the cutoff portion manually on 11th march.Now I am getting pain/irritation while walking on the place of joint and the pair is kept idle without use.
                                  Hence it requested to replace the defective pair with a good one please

                                  I received the call from bata customer care helpline on March 15th and they told me, bata will be give a gift voucher for your respective product amount to sent your residence address.

                                  March 15th to still the date i didn't get the gift voucher.March 15th after i got three compliant numbers from bata service.The compliant numbers are 862408, 863628, 866969.

                                  March 21st, I spoke to customer care helpline, they replied me this is not a our defect and this is not a our problem.

                                  Why bata service team gave the assurance on march 15th?

                                    I have purchased a shoe from Bata Showroom, Alfa One Mall, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad on 03/03/2017 Model No. is[protected] of price worth Rs. 1999/-. Actually I usually buy products from Bata every time because they are durable and very comfortable to walk with. I used this shoe only two times but it was damaged. when I visited to the store, the manager has denied to replace the same. Unfortunately cash memo lost from my custody. Kindly make necessary arrangements for replacing the shoes from the concerned showroom as early as possible.

                                      Sir, I purchased a slipper from near by Bata sales shop, this slipper i am using inside the house only for walk not to use outside, last nov 2016, I bought it after two months I observed the black color of the slipper sticking my bottom of the legs every time I used to wash and remove, this is irritating even I am not use minimum 6 moths, I trust your product and bought but I am not satisfaid now what answer you are going to tell me?

                                        It was a good experience being with thr brand but what i have faced these days is pathetic.I have a complain related to my purchase of Ozees shoes from Bata exhibition road patna. After 45 days the upper (cloth) portion of the same got a hole in it. Aftr my conversation from bata exhibition road they confirmed that i will be serviced at the near by store but coming here, sales man Santosh informed me that the same is not possible. I am supposed to meet bata exhibition road to get it exchanged. I reside at gaya. Kindly look for the problem on priority. Sharing the copy of receipt and the affected portion of my shoe
