After 45 days the upper (cloth) portion of the same got a hole in it. I was online ordered sandal vide the order n. O 12126766. But they delivered diffrent product.

On same day i was e-mail to customer care and register case for wrong article delivered. Complaint n. O: 851634

Now they are not respond my email nor take this wrong article from my end.

I was tried to reachout customer care but after long waiting call was disconnected.

I bought Bata sports shoes from your vikspuri branch in November.

I used many other brands in sports shoes but this is very worst experience of mine with Bata because in only 4 months there is stiching problem you can see pictures from both side there is stiching problem in both shoes

I visited your vikaspuri branch for complaint but they are saying we can't do anything because we don't have bill.Even we purchased...

Purchased from your New Alipore, Kolkata shop on 18.10.2016. The pastings of the both parts, that is, left and right have become loose. Please arrange replacement. I am a regular Bata customer but never faced this kind of defects in Bata shoes.I think that to keep your reputation up, you may be kind enough to replace the defective shoe, as mentioned above though the your warranty period of three months are over by a few days....

Response as bad as the quality of Bata products. I am sorry to say that the product has gone down so much in there quality of products. A street vendor shoe of worth Rs.500 lasts much longer than Bata products.

I bought shoes sparx mens red lifestyle shoes {size uk8} from abof.com for rs1133 original cost of shoes rs1799 vide order no: ab3346727 on 5th jan 2017

The issue is that there is a major manufacturing defect in the shoes... The left shoes is tapered at the front while the right shoe is straight. You can see from the pictures. This is creating a lot of problems is walking as my left feet starts paining...

I have bought Bata Shoes on 20-Dec-16 worth Rs 2000/- from Bata showroom @Viviana mall, Thane. The shoes having 3 months warranty.
Its not been one month and I am facing alot of issues with the shoes. The quality of steak is very bad and I visited Bata for complaint of steak that the steak is not proper. One week ago I got my shoes repaired and again the steak has gone.
