I have purchased a pair of footwear, model No.MACHO-97 through your dealer Mrs.DURABLE SHOE COMPANY NO.1/705 KELAAMBAKKAM, VANDALUR ROAD, KELAMBAKKAM-603103 vide cash bill ni.2259 dated 28.01.2017 for an mount of Rs.749/-.
When the pair was put in use, i feel very inconvenient due to developing of heat on toes. Also on the 4th day from the date of purchase, belt portion were cut off.This was reported to your customer care No. vide customer Id no.829764, 831530, 834665, 835705, 844359, 847840, 850257, 836268, 839489, 839498, 842486, 842627, 842638&851909. On my repeated oral complaint to the shop keeper he received the above pair on 4th march for examination and returned the pair after joining the cutoff portion manually on 11th march.Now I am getting pain/irritation while walking on the place of joint and the pair is kept idle without use.
Hence it requested to replace the defective pair with a good one please

Updated by AnbarasanRaju I received the call from bata customer care helpline on March 15th and they told me, bata will be give a gift voucher for your respective product amount to sent your residence address.
March 15th to still the date i didn't get the gift voucher.March 15th after i got three compliant numbers from bata service.The compliant numbers are 862408, 863628, 866969.
March 21st, I spoke to customer care helpline, they replied me this is not a our defect and this is not a our problem.
Why bata service team gave the assurance on march 15th?
Better you may go and register a complaint in consumer court if your problems not resolved..
