I had purchased one pair of footwear (Black shoes) from bata store at hindustan park, 204, rash behari avenue, kolkata-700029, vide cash memo no. 0005/1/14052017/00010 on 14/05/2017. Inv. Num. 091877, batch no, 00174, dated :[protected].

I was served by salesman shri b. Dutta.

Regret to say that the shoe of right leg of the pair is not of proper shape, slightly bent and not straight one, which is apparent in naked eye that i overlooked while purchasing. When i wore it for moving out yesterday, i got my right ankle somewhat twisted.

Product cost - rs. 2499/=. Please advise what i have to do now for the product.

Dear Bata Team,

This is bring into your kind attention and necessary corrective action that the Bata Store @ F-11, 1st Floor, Inorbit Mall, Gorwa Rd, Near Genda Circle, Gorwa, Vadodara, Gujarat 390023. Is involved in un-ethical practises. However here I would like to speak about the double charging of amount INR569/- on 27th march 2017 via SBI card and also from my Axis CC and over and above that he insisted for cash which was also paid. After the transaction the store in-charge mentioned that both the payments will be reversed within 15 working days. We tried contacting the store but no positive reply yet. Hence highlighting it in this forum for speedy refund.

I had purchased online a pair of hush puppies ladies sandals amounting to 2249.50/- on February 26, 2017 against the order no. 99092592, sub order 80001466 under the name of Shveta Puri. Since the size was not accurate I requested for an exchange and the said product was picked up on March 14, 2017.

Till date I have not received my product even after sending repeated reminders as mails and calls, but of no use. I have never experienced such pathetic service and swear not to use this brand and site ever to shop.

I am unable to redeem my coupon C[protected]. I have raised a customer complaint regarding the same that is yet to be resolved. I have been speaking with the Customer care representative often and they are unable to solve this simple problem. I gave a pair of hushpuupies shoe for repair to change the sole at bata showroom trichy headpostoffice. The person at showroom promised me to repair the shoes at bata show room itself and took 600 rupees from me. when i was at headpost office i accidently saw my shoes at a roadside cobbler. when i enquired the cobbler he admitted that all the shoes from trichy bata show room headpostoffice are repaired by him. when i questioned the bata showroom person he arrogantly replied.

I never had this type of experience which i am facing this time.

My residence is in shirpur 200 kms from indore. Out of four 1 got torn from the back in just two wears. As i cross from indore hence i went and requested for the exchange from mr. Vijay kamle manager of the showroom but he behaved very badly refusing to help in any of the ways.
Also i am continuously calling on costumer care no given on the cash-memo but no response is coming.

Hi,
I havd purchased a shoe of Hush Puppies but it torn out in 4 months when raised with Bata they are not responding to my complaint, as per them the policy is for 90 days.

They once sent me a confirmation as a defective product but since then there has been no reply from them.

Also they dont have any customer care number or escalation matrix to resolve the issue

Hello Team,

I have purchased a product of Bata Male shoes from jungali maharaj road pune shop.
The size is not fitting as per requirement so need to return or replace the shoes with suitable size. The dealer is not cooperating for the issue, the suitable size is not available at his showroom and he is not agreeing on return or refund. He is not even ready for the credit note which can be used in future to purchase at bata when size or replacement will be available.

PFA bill and cash memo. Please look into the issue. This is not acceptable and expected from brand like Band.

Sole of new Bata leather shoes cracked after just 6 month of purchase. I had purchased it at 2000 rupees from Pune Westend mall Aundh Bata showroom.

I bought a pair of sleepers from your jalandha r branch model town on 4th of March and it broke down in a month only .I got it repaired from them then on 4th if April but again it broke up .i hope you will look after this matter and take some action about this product .

Shoes bought from south ex 2 bata showroom on 13th oct 16 and in just 5 months time the shoe soule is cracked. Contacted mr r d sharma the store manager and was very rude in front of the customer. Though i told him that i restricted myself not to complain in front of the customer as it will affect your brand.
