Dear sir

I purchased a bata slippers with bill number[protected] recently. To my surprise those have been damaged too early. I bought it from bata store, bhupindra road, patiala. Kindly provide replacement for the same as i m a regular bata customer. I shall be thankful to you.

    I have purchased a shoes from bata online india site. When it was delivered i could find the size was too small for me. That day itself i contacted the bata customer care. The technician attended the call offered me a shop visit in my nearest city where i can exchange my product and select a new product. He also updated that i will receive a mail from bata within 48 hours and take the print out to visit the shop.5 days passed, no mails received. Contacted customer care again and now they told there was no option to visit a shop and offered me reverse pickup and refund. 4 days passed (Total 8 days after delivery) no calls/ mails till now. I don't know how i can exchange the product. Need strict action against this company to fool customers inviting shopping online. The worst customer care ever seen, no updates from them. All of them saying that they have registered a new complaint, now wait for 48 hours. Please make necessary actions against this company.

      I am using this bata dr. School memory cushion chappals since last 12 yes.
      But last purchased on 14/06/2017 from bata - sidhdhi vinayak complex, shivranjani cross road - ahmedabad 380015 vide cash memo no. 2020/1/14062017/00036 is faulty.
      Whenever i use it (Used twice so far) for 1 he it's paining my feet severely.

        You have not replied to my earlier mail as you refuse to repair or replace a shoe bought at 70 percent discount for Rs. 1800 against Rs. 6000. But shoe has hardly been worn and it cannot be repaired. I have shown it to 2 different cobblers and both told me the lace will again get broken. I want a refund of my 1800 rupees I paid else this seems like a good case to go to consumer court and I will lodge complaints in various online forums like Twitter, Facebook and the like and I will get an article taken out in the papers as well.

        Looking forward to a prompt action for redress asap,

        How are you

        I got the shoe repaired from Hush puppies store at promenade mall and today I tried to wear it for the first time and immediately the shoe broke again and the shoe is unusable despite being a very comfortable shoe and please find attached 2 new pictures along with original defect picture. This is clearly a manufacturing defect in the shoe itself and it is not my fault.

        I spoke today on phone to Mr Arjun who manages the Promenade Mall Hush Puppies store at [protected] and he said I need to contact Bata and there is nothing he can do.

        I understand the shoe was bought on sale and request you to refund my money that I paid as product is literally unusable.

        Looking forward to a prompt action for grievance redressal.

        This is not good that you go not want to repair the shoes, it was a fresh product and not a seconds product. Shoe was purchased on discount but certainly not for free. I had kept it with box in my almirah from Jan 17 to April 17 and took it out in May 17. I had barely worn it maybe 5 times when the cloth hook containing the beginning laces got torn as per attached picture.

        Now please confirm i[censored] cannot repair it and if yes, I will try to get it repaired by a local cobbler and I will also remember to think twice before buying a sale product from Hush Puppies which is an international brand known for durability and comfort and reliability.

          I bought a pair of sandals, maroon colour, from one of your store in jayalakshmipuram, mysore, karnataka dt.3.8.17. i started using it the very next day and i find the colour sticking to my skin. This is not something expected from Bata. I trust your brand and find very comfortable in usage, stylish at the same time.

            I bought Naturalizers from Bata in March and within 5 months they split at the sole. I went to complain to company as this is manufacturing defect, but Mr. Sunil, Manager of Bata in D Block connaught Place refused to even listen to me, stating that 3 months guarantee period is over. While purchasing no guarantee was specified and atleast he should have offered to have them repaired. You can check my records and I am a good customer, such treatment just lost you a good customer.

              I have exchanged my old bata shoes from commercial street bangalore as it was defect and i bought hush puppies for 3000.in just 10 days time my left leg started paining badly, when i wore any other shoes there is no pain in my left leg but the minute i wear bata hush puppies, it used to pain me whole day.

              I am really disheartned by this. This is the second time when i have complaint on bata products.

                I am a customer of your company for more than 20 years. I had, still have great faith in your product quality. But after a pair of of all weather shoes i purchased at cost of rs. 1500 from one of your outlet in mumbai fort area got damaged beyond repair within in 10 months of purchase, my faith in your quality got shattered. Your outlet refused to replace it saying its warranty period of 6 months had lapsed. I am writing this complaint just to bring my disappointment to your notice.                   REFERENCE NO. OF CSUTOMER CARE CALL WITH BATA - 613080 and further more there were.

                  Now, I am raising a complaint against BATA INDIA. How do they sell their prolonged manufactured item through amazon.
                  I did research on their very low and cheap quality safety shoe which I have and got to know that the shoe which you sold me via amazon is manufactured long back probably 3 years back and when they are not able to sell you put their product on amazon, then they sell their safety shoe ( which is quite a critical personal protective equipment i.e. PPE ) via amazon that too on very high price i.e. Rs. 2000 approx.

                  Then in the end that very old manufactured shoe results in drastic situation of the consumer while working in hazardous industrial area. They put our life in danger with your cheap quality shoes, that too under ISI mark.

                  On raising compliant they just make fool, which they are making of mine since last 15 days, without any resolution.

                  Now, I will raise a complaint against them in BIS ( BUREAU OF INDIAN STANDARDS), CONSUMER FORUM, AMAZON etc. with proper call recordings of you customer care executives and all the evidences.

                  Still you are people are behaving so rude. No response from your side, and if it would be then you will just ask for time frame which you have done since last one month. You can just make fool of customers, nothing else. No solution. You just give me your BIS License no. and see what I do then. You provide product of very cheap quality at very high cost which may cause damage to customer's life.

                    I had purchased the brand new shoes from bata showroom from viviana mall, dtd.08thjuly2017 and after a period of 20 days the shoes are torn and the leather is totally damaged, when i went to bata outlet he is not ready to replace the shoe, even the shoes is having a warraanty of 90days.
                    Such a worst service was not expected from bata outlet.
                    If the replacement will not be given to damaged products, there is no point in purchasing any product from bata. My invoice no - cm[protected] dtd.08.07.17

                      I had bought bata shoes a month ago dtd.08.07.17 and started wearing it from next day of purchase. My first use, shoe tore away. When complained to customer care they said it's not manufacturing defect and said they will not replace the same since the shoe are purchased on discount rate. Paying rs.1600 and not getting it replaced from a brand like bata is very bad experience. I would never recommend bata again. Having used bata for almost 25 years and this horrible experience was really patatic.
                      I had purchased the shoe from thane, bata shop. Even we are not getting the service on damaged product from bata.
                      The note is clearly mentioned that warranty upto 90days from the date of purchase.
                      I didnt understand why bata is selling such worst product on discount, if the product is itself faulty.

                        Why are you charging us for your paper bags?

                        And

                        If so,

                        Why don't the staff inform us that there is extra charge for your carry bags!! So we can decide to pay for it or not.

                        Is bata so poor that they are using their own clients money for branding?

                        All i'm trying to say is inform the clients and let us choose.

                          My complain was registered with www.hushpuppies.in with reference number 602727.

                          I purchased a pair of shoe for my 3 years old kid from bata shop (Shop code no. 00054), 140/1 bidhan sarani, near radha cinema, kolkata - 700004 on[protected]. The product item code is f[protected]. I did not keep my kid along with me during purchase. Sales person at the shop confirmed me that pair of shoe must fit perfect to feet of my kid. It was a push-sale they made with me. The sales person neither told me the shoe will not be replaced if it does not fit to the feet of my kid. I took the shoe home and found the shoe unfit for feet of my kid. I took the shoe to the shop store for replacement. It was horrible for me when the sales person informed me the shoe will not be replaced. Indirectly, my money went in loss and they does not bother whether i got worth of my money or not. I made expense for a pair of shoe and i can not replace if the pair of shoe is not perfect for use - this is really surprising for a bata product consumer. If the sales person could not confirm me about the size of the shoe to fit at feet of my kid, i would not have wasted my money. They does not display the non-replacement terms & condition in front of product display. The terms & conditions are only available on reverse side of the invoice bill which is only available when consumer pay for the product already.

                          One person at the said shop guided me to email at bata customer care about the concerned matter and they can authorize for replacement of the product as a reply to my email. If customer care dept. Authorize, the shop will be able to replace my purchased pair of shoe. I have emailed them and they registered my complain with reference number 602727 on july 4th. Still now, i did not get any solution from them for replacement of the purchased shoe.

                            Hi i had an issue with my footwear that was purchased from a bata store in delhi, for which i had mailed to the customer care team expecting them to reply in sync to the issue that was raised.

                            I did receive a reply from mr. Nitesh ajmera but that was totally opposite of what i had asked for. Now, as i'm trying to reply back on the customer service email id, to my surprise my mail id has been apparently blocked so i just can not communicate further with them.

                            I called up the customer care number which kept on playing a voice message that some one will attend to me shortly but even after 15 mins no one answered my call so i had to disconnect.

                            My complaint no.: crf612577, kindly arrange a proper reply from the concerned person as mr. Ajmera has sent me a custom reply which i think is being sent to all the customers having any concerns.

                              I had bought a pair of hush puppies sandals about 4 months ago for rs 2199/- having product code 864-6824 from your bata store located near methodist centre, napier town, jabalpur mp. The sole has cracked completely and is unable for use. I am a regular customer of this bata outlet and i am a ardent fan of hush puppies products but this time the quality of hush puppies have gone so down that now if i want to buy any product of hush puppies i have to really think it over. Your goodself can enquire from the bata store itself as to how many pairs of hush puppies i have purchased. If a person is spending so much and the quality of the product goes so down, one should switch over to any other brand. Please look into the matter failing which i shall be constrained to switch to any other brand. I am using hush puppies for more than 15 yrs. Waiting for your kind response.

                                I bought bata shoes a month ago and started wearing it after a month of purchase. My first use, shoe tore away. When complained to customer care they said it's not manufacturing defect and said they will stitch the shoes. Paying rs.2300 and not getting it replaced from a brand like bata is very bad experience. I would never recommend bata again. Having used bata for almost 20 years and this horrible experience was really patatic. Customer support response is really bad, i am still waiting for there response for the complaint i registered.

                                  After buying sandals in 2_3 months my sitches were released and so i have gotta go for repair as time pass approx 5 months the all sitches were gonna release one by one. And bata have very tough soul, was damage and grip is lost so it's very tourble get walk in wet surfaces as special in monsoon season. Please do something about my complaint response as soon as possible. Thankeep u.

                                      Date 10/07/17. I have purchased a sports shoes of inr 1500. So i asked the sales person (Siddhart) to give me size 6 of the displayed sports shoes. He went inside the stock and replaced the new shoes with the old displayed one, which was fadded. When i saw, i asked, one shoe is old and the other is new. He said last pair, so when i was going away, he called me and gave me a new pair of shoes.
                                      1) he lied to me, and tried to give me a old shoes.
                                      2) i had got a msg, of rs 50 added to my number and that i can redeem it, which he was not able to do it.
                                      3) siddhart does not know the capillary system what he is using, i have to tell him.
                                      4) when i asked about the msg of discount rs. 50 i got. He was very rude to explain me. And shrude, tired to tell anything, if i asked thing.
                                      He is pathetic and terrible, need some guidance, super terrible experience this bata showroom gave me. Its near vandu restaurant.

                                      Horrible is siddhart sales person. He raises his voice and speaks.

                                      I bought my bata shoes from Bata, Gachibowli, Hyderabad two days ago but they were of such a bad quality that they gave me a shoe bite making me unable to even walk. I have lost my bill. How do I get the shoes replaced?

                                        I have 1000 rupees gift voucher which is converted my TCS gems to bata gift voucher...25jun I went to bata show room, it showed my voucher is already redeemed..

                                        Hate Bata customer service...

                                        Worst service I have ever seen in my life...25 Jun 2016 I have filed compliant about my gift voucher...but till now I did not get solve my problem...called many times to bata customer care service, every time they said will solve in 24 hrs and got one new registered number...

                                        LOOK.. u r not giving free gift voucher...I paid my money...

                                        Provide another gift voucher or else I will file complaint in court...
