Good evening
I Dr Sulbha Mittal visited your store in ambience mall, Vasant Kunj Delhi on 4th Jan 2017 and boot a pair of boots ... Details of the packing attached below ...But unfortunately in the first wear itself the sewing on the side of the boots started coming out ...As I am staying in Rohtak I visited the local store for help or repair but they refused ...This kind of service is really disappointing ..Kindly make arrangements for replacement of shoe ...

    I have been trying to register for an exchange of product since 13th January'17. I have made numerous calls to their customer care service but my requests are being ignored. I just needed a smaller size of the shoes but no one has come to pick my shoes for exchange till date.

    Today I bought two ballerinas from Malviya Nagar bata store the cashier gave me the shoes without boxes just in a paper bag. I have been visiting bata store since childhood felt very belittled. Very unprofessional and very much unlike Bata

      Hi Team,

      I have bought Bata Shoes on 20-Dec-16 worth Rs 2000/- from Bata showroom @Viviana mall, Thane. The shoes having 3 months warranty.
      Its not been one month and I am facing alot of issues with the shoes. The quality of steak is very bad and I visited Bata for complaint of steak that the steak is not proper. One week ago I got my shoes repaired and again the steak has gone.
      Also, I have been given rude answer by floor Manager saying this is how you you use the shoes..
      I am not at all satisfied with your customer service and will take legal actions against you for such non-hospitality with customers.

      Hope to get my shoes replaced or else return me my money.

        I bought two shoe laces and show polishing brush from your outlet at Perumanoor(Thevara) Kochi, Kerala.

        I handed over my debit card to your sales executive . He collected Rs:140/- on 20.01.2017 as transaction id[protected].
        But during my scrutiny I understood that two shoe laces worth Rs:29/- each and polish brush rs:79/- and the total amount is Rs 137/- only .
        It was not fair on your part to act in such manner

          I purchased a pair of slippers from BATA showroom at Rs. 500/- previous year in the month of October. The slippers eroded just a few days back, i went to the respective showroom from which i purchased the same, but the shopkeeper refused to admit my complaint claiming that i had already used the products for over 3 months, so it could not be exchanged in any possible manner, but offered me a rebate of 50% on new product, to which i agreed, but when i went to choose the product there was no stock available. The shopkeeper assured me the new stock would arrive within a period of 1 week, i went to the shop after 1 week but the situation still remained the same. Finally tired of running from pillar to post, i was forced to procure a new pair of slippers. my whole money invested in the BATA went into the drain, i never expected i would receive such a response from branded products like BATA. i am extremely shocked and appalled by their gesture.

            I bought a pair of shoes from the store (Bata Showroom Vazhakkala). When I openend the box after reaching home, The box contained shoes of different sizes. When I tried to contact the store they told me that they can't replace the shoes since they had already given the other two matching sizes to some other customers and asked me to wait for one week so that new stock would arrive by then. When I went to the Bata's again after a week they told me that they don't have the shoes. When I asked for refund, they immediately declined the same. So I was forced to buy a new pair of shoes. But there were only few which suited my choice. Atlast I had to select a pair of shoes though it was not something I liked much. The cost of the new shoes was Rs. 50 less than the previous one, so they again forced me to buy something that is worth of Fifty rupees. But there was nothing which was of that price. So I had to settle with a Men's Shoe polish ("Clearly I don't want one; I am a girl"), which costed more than Fifty. Afterall I, who had come for a replacement, had to pay more !! And the beauty of all this is that they had put the unmatching pair of shoes on display again!!

                Sir,
                Few months ago I have purchased on formal shoe ( product code : F[protected] ) from Bata Shoe Store located at LB NAGAR, HYDERABAD priced Rs 2999/-( two thousand nine hundred and ninety nine only ) after using it for 10 days I found the shoe defective ( as the cushioning was not so good ) hence I reported the matter to the shop keeper and after having a few words with the management and later on they told that they will not replace the shoes after 90 days from the date of purchase. I am aware the product has the issue with the cushioning and the quality in 1 week only and I am the regular customer to BATA, not even used hardly 10 days, i didn't got the time to come over and return the product. And here after please look in to the matter and take as a exceptional case. Please replace my shoe as early as possible.

                    Only used the shoes hardly 7 - 8 times, the strap got damaged for one and the other one went through a stitching defect. Rest material is perfect, however without strap the shoes is worthless to us. Ideally this is total loss for us. Trusting this company products we buy on the marked MRP, believing the durability. This incident is quiet dissatisfactory.

                        Sir I hv Purchased fisherman model shoes from "bata outlet in brookfield mall coimbatore "on 8 jan 2017.
                        Its left pair having manufacturing defect causing rubb in my ankle and my skin is bleeding so unable to wear.

                        Bt bata outlet not responsing and not ready to exchange though i hv purchased it in fresh stock of 2300 rs.
                        It is total wastage of money as unable to wear it.what is the use of taking branded product?if no exchange though having defect?

                          I purchased gents slipper at cost of Rs.499/- and also picked up another pair as show showroom at 282, 100 feet road Banashankari 3rd phase, Bangalore 85 prominently displayed buy one get one free in front of the shop. I was charged for both the pairs vide cash memo 06-01-17/[protected]. It is nothing but cheating the customer

                            Hi, I am writing a complaint about the ladies ankle socks I bought last month. It was bought from Bata showroom in ernakulam near Thevera. I used it for the first time today and it got ruined from the first use itself. The quality of the socks is not up to any standards. The socks were available as combo of 3 socks and was not under any discount . The socks is shown in the figure attached.

                              I purchased a pair of shoes in Batam India Ltd, Thillainagar, Trichirappalli, Tamil Nadu on07/12/2016 for RS. 1000/- and paid by Indian Overseas Bank Debit card for the same amount.But the amount was debited twice on my savings account seperately for RS.1000/- and Rs. 1000/- respectively and I received the message iny mobile.When I contacted the sales person immediately he told that problem repeats often for other customers also but he told the excess amount debited will be recredited within 15 days .But till this time the amount was not recredited to my savings account.I send herewith the ID particulars of the bank Debits for your reference.

                              I have purchased one pair of northstar Shoe from Bata show room 2 month back. Just after 2-3 time used its all teared up. I wasnt expecting this type of cheap product from such a big branded name BATA.. which is very shameful. I have no option of attaching images of shoes... The shoe is of no use now

                                  I have purchased this shoe at[protected]. on that day i purchase two shoe one is power shoe worth rupees 1499 and due to season cupon rate when i purchased other shoe i got 200 rebate as cupon discount at the same time .i am a regular customer of bata. but now at after only one month that bata shoe broken in sole .my mobile number is [protected].please give any remedies .

                                    I'm regular consumer of BATA product because of name and quality which it provides.
                                    I'm really disappointed this time. I bought Bata Comfit laceless shoe on 10/12/2016 from BATA outlet in Chandni chowk, Old Delhi for 2550 without any discount.
                                    I explained my requirement and need of what kind of shoes I'm looking for.
                                    i wore my shoes twice and they are really uncomfortable for longer periods and while walking. I thought it will be better after sometimes but really not.
                                    I would like to replace my shoes with another model or design.
                                    Kindly help me where should I approach and how this can take place.

                                      I have purchased formal leather shoe from your store at 4 d square mall in motera chandkheda on 3rd of july 2016. I started wearing that shoe after September to protect it from water and rain. With in 2 month leather coating of 1 shoe start coming out from side.

                                      I made the complaint 2 times via toll free no. & customer care tell me to forward a mail which help me for further action, but till today i didn't receive any mail.

                                      This is my last try to resolve the issue, please do the needful.

                                        I am a regular customer of hush puppies and bata. But this time i am very disappointed with your product. I purchased a shoe of rs 5500 from hush puppies last month. After few days i started complaining about pain in knees and legs. The shoes are so much uncomfortable that my doctor advised me not to wear these shoes because they press some nerve cells. Thats why my knee and leg hurts. I want you to take your shoe and return my money. And dump this product also. I will wait for your employee. And if i do not get reply after 15 days i will have to escalate the matter.
