I have purchased bata black formal shoes on 3 September 2016 from one of the retail outlet of bata from raipur (chhattisgarh). and hardly i used that shoes for 15 day and now its sole has been ripped out. completely fault product...i have registered a complained for the same on their toll free no. but no progress till date. first time i purchased but not setisfied.

    I have purchased a shoe on 25th sept 2016 from irla parle market near andheri . When wore it fr the first time the design is damage thn i went to the store and replace the item and took home the new same article but the same problem arises the design and the shoe is not successfull... i bougth this product fr my back problem bt till now i can not use due to the defective product and no reply from bata even after registering a complaint on toll free number... its now out of my patience level and i want my refund back asap ... shame on u a big brand bata

      Dear sir,
      I am really shocked to complaint you becuase i am a bonafied customer of bata shoes, for last 10 years. On[protected] i have purchases power sandel with belt rs-999.99 from your shop at college street at kolkata (The cash memo is laying with me) i use the sandel occationly but sorry to inform you the pesting of that sandel has been open. Not only that i also purchases another power sandel for rs.500.00 i face the same problem on that sandel but unfortuntly i have lost the cash memo of that sandel for that reason the same shop not entertained me on that occation.
      My question in now should i stop the shoe purchaes for my family from your company or you do some thing for me?

        This north star casual shoe was bought from bata india pvt ltd retail store sampige road bengaluru on 21-september-2016. I used this shoe only once for about 3 hours not in a rough manner, but after the use i noticed the upper layer of the shoe was peeled out.
        I went to the bata store regarding this problem with bill and payment invoice for exchange of the shoes, but the reply i got was "this shoe cannot be replaced at this store, you have to call the customer care and register a complaint and they will reply after 3 working days".
        I have a bill and it has not been a week since this purchase why i should get into such trouble for a simple exchange.

        Hi i purchased bellies at bata store bangalore (RT nagar).it is not comfortable at all. it is tight i hurt from back when i purchased the store keeper said it will expand i wore it once the experience was very bad today ..what should I do?

          My son studying in Birla high school ; Kolkata in class KG .As per school guidelines, we purchased both black and white Velcro shoes from Bata Lindsay Street shop in the month of April, 2016. The sole of white Velcro shoes got detached so soon.It has been worn once in a week .Out of 6 months, the school was closed from 7th may to 13th June on account of summer vacation.We want repair/replacement of the shoes.Invoice copy is misplaced but image of school dairy and fees book enclosed for kind perusal.The school session started from April 4th, 2016

            I bought a the above ladies slipper costing ₹1699/- from Shop No. 415, 2nd Main, 1st Cross, Ravindra Tagore Nagar Main Rd, Rahmath Nagar, RT Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560032.
            In seven days the stitch had come out and there was a depression where the big toes imprint on the sole.
            I went to the shop and showed him the footwear and he said that I should leave it with him and he would get it repaired.
            I told him I want to lodge a complaint and he refused to take my complaint. The Asst Manager was not cooperative even when I told him that the footwear had stitches coming out in seven days and it is quite unacceptable from a Shoe Company of International reputation. He would still not take my complaint and he said that he is would not take my complaint and if I leave the shoes he would get it repaired in two to three days.
            Why should I buy a footwear from Bata if it manufacturing defect is is visible within seven days? Why should the shop manager is empowered to replace it ? Why as your loyal customer have to undergo the agony for running up and down to your shop and be ill treated that he refuses to register my complaint?
            Please give replacement at the earliest to restore faith and trust in your brand name.

              I've done online transaction on 13July 2016 at Bata.in of Rs.849. Amount from my account has been deducted but on bata portal site its showing "payment not received". When I called customer care of my bank they said "payment was successful". But when I called customer care of bata they said "your payment has not been received so order is pending". Plz solve this issue. Order no. On bata.in is 12101131. I'm attaching the screenshot for payment made.

                Dear Sir,
                I have purchased one pair shoe from bata store on 30.06.2016, but this is regret to say that quality of shoe was very poor not matching with name of Bata. The shoe sole was tore in just 15 days o[censored]se. When I have visited to store, the manager has denied to replace the same and ask me to repair.

                They repair the shoe oin very bad manner.
                When i called to the customer care, they denied to resolve the issue. Both the dealer and Customer care are not responding. I have also email to the customer care but they are not replying. I am feeling cheated now, I have purchased Bata shoe because of its name and brand value. If I have to wear repaired shoe then why I was purchased expensive shoe of Bata, can purchased 3 pairs shoe of any local company and they will serve more than Bata.
                I am requesting you to look in to this matter and resolve the same. I want replacement of shoe, as the shoe sole was tore in just 15 days o[censored]se.

                  It's not even a month I got sandals in bata showroom, pondy bazaar, chennai.. I wore for a week and the stitches were very bad and t got torn.. Now again second pair of sandals tore.. The stitches are not good... Bata s a well-known shop and it's really damn bad to say tht bata is giving such worst quality... And the worst part is, this pondy bazaar showroom people are not responding properly... Please teach them how to respond to customers in a good way... Am totally frustrated on this.. I can't jus keep on going n arguing with those showroom people... They are very casual wen I say things n a serious way.. It's really damn irritating ... I regret for buying sandals in BATA...

                    We wished to visit Bata showroom on last Saturday at vaishali nagar Jaipur.
                    Arun Mathur stopped us to enter the showroom at 7.50 pm and pushed us out of showroom and closed the door .
                    When I told him to complain about such behaviour he told do complaint any where you wish.
                    It was very harassing as this happened in front of staff and other customer .
                    If Bata has this type of customer approach it will be very problematic for all customers.

                      I purchased a pair of bata shoes that were on sale in the month of August. They were priced around Rs.2300/- but because they were on sale i got them for Rs.1600/-. Now, almost two months gone, the shoe sole is completely detached from the shoe and the so called leather is tearing out like bits of paper. I bought a bata product after a long time and it makes me regret my decision of doing so.

                        I purchased a pair of bata chappal from secundrabad (Telangana) clock tower show room but very sorry to complaint that such a big brand like bata chappa (L left) broke within 20 days o[censored]se. It is very disgusting pls help me. What to do? Repair or replacement can b done. If you don't resolve the issue it will be assumed as you are not sincere with your costomer. Waiting for the positive and fruitful result and reply.

                          Hello team,
                          Bata customer service is the worst service provider i have ever seen. I have logded a complaint multiple times regarding my order 12106221 by calling the bata customer service number and everytime the agent gives me a new complaint number without actually resolving my problem. I had ordered bata shoes online from bata.in and got a different item from the one i had ordered, hence i asked for a refund. But whenever i call the customer support they are least helpful and are not providing any solution. When i ask them to escalate the call to a superior they disconnect the call.
                          Please help me to get my refund as i am at my wits end. I have already learnt my lesson and would never repeat the mistake of buying from bata online store.

                            I bought BATA synthetic shoes worth 2300 ONLINE so it could be used in very less rains and I did that... walk only for few meters a day

                            in normal rains and that too if it rains. From office back to home I have drop so no chance of shoes getting wet. Within 1 month the

                            sole lost bonding with shoe and moreover it starting breaking from edges. Had it been used in heavy rains the synthetic layer would

                            have got removed but that's intact. Since the time I raised request have stopped wearing. Have called multiple times, raised multiple

                            requests and the inhuman reply I get is 'INCIDENTAL' damage and forget about replacement they don't even bother to repair. What that

                            means? Previous experience when similar shoes were bought from store - it was replaced upfront and never had issues with BATA... But with this step motherly treatment to online buyers, I feel its really pathetic situation to be in. Anyways am not worried about the amount and replacement but want people to read and think twice before buying BATA products. There are far better product worth less and could be worn in rains and still would stay intact and have good post sell service. Anyways BATA is losing name and with such situations INCIDENTS losing genuine customers like me. Thanks.

                                Hi, two days before i purchased a belly from Bata and was assured by the staff that my size is 6. Whereas after wearing the shoe I am realizing it is big for my size. I should have been given size 5.

                                A few months back i purchased a Marie claire belly, and after wearing it 3-4 times, the buckle on the face of the belly, has come out. Since now it looks like a damaged belly, it is of no use to me.

                                  I had recently bought a pair of Power shoes costing about Rs 2300 only from the Bata Outlet at Gopinath Bazar, Cantt, New Delhi on Aug 17.However, the shoes broke down within period of 5 days.We went back to the shop who replaced it for us and promised to return the money in case of a repeat breakdown.The repeat pair again broke after 2 days and I sent someone to request for a return.The manager refused to return the same and asked us to come back and change it for another product.I spared time from my busy schedule and went to the shop at about 6 pm on 2/9/16 but the gentleman Mr.Bharat Bohra refused to either return the money or exchange the product, claiming that the manager was away on personal work and told us to come the next day.My request to atlas contact the manager and take instructions fell on deaf ears and he also refused to divulge the ph no of either the regional manager r anyone in authority directing us to contact customer care.
                                  This indicates cheating and an intention to commit fraud.I have been a customer of Bata for atlas 35 years and I have never had the occasion to suffer this kind of behavior and attitude.It is requested that appropriate action may please be taken and the money refunded.

                                  I bought a REMO model BATA shoe just 10 days back in T.nagar Saravana stores and it got ripped at the top so soon. Shoe rate is Rs 1039.I never expected it would happen so soon with the BATA shoe. I need some positive response from the company.

                                    I've purchased bata shoes a 2 months ago and quality and comfort of shoes is really great. I wore the shoes and went out for shopping then a heavy rain came and color of shoes got spread all over the shoes and now it looks very odd/messy types and I cannot wear the shoes.I hope you consider my request and give me a return of the shoes.

                                      I purchased BATA Chappals of model No:[protected] at BATA Show room situated at Shivam Road, Hyderabad in 1st weak of August 2016 exact date was not remembered and I loss the bill also.
                                      Now the complaint is, the above model chappals were damaged after 15 days (wear 4 to 5 times only) which is not satisfactory, because we purchase in BATA show room for the quality of material and I found that it is not maintaining properly. Thats why new chappals were damaged earliest.
                                      Further I went to the same show room for repair and the Manager is asking for bill other wise charges will be applicable and I said I dont have bill and I will not pay any thing for repair, i[censored] want to verify my bill please open my account with my phone No:[protected] as Iam a regular customer in your BATA.The manager said that he don't have that facility it will be available in the head office and told me to complaint to the BATA.
                                      My Final request is maintain quality of products and rectify the above said model chappals.
