    Sir I hv Purchased fisherman model shoes from "bata outlet in brookfield mall coimbatore "on 8 jan 2017.
    Its left pair having manufacturing defect causing rubb in my ankle and my skin is bleeding so unable to wear.

    Bt bata outlet not responsing and not ready to exchange though i hv purchased it in fresh stock of 2300 rs.
    It is total wastage of money as unable to wear it.what is the use of taking branded product?if no exchange though having defect?

    Plz solve my issue immediately.

      I purchased gents slipper at cost of Rs.499/- and also picked up another pair as show showroom at 282, 100 feet road Banashankari 3rd phase, Bangalore 85 prominently displayed buy one get one free in front of the shop. I was charged for both the pairs vide cash memo 06-01-17/[protected]. It is nothing but cheating the customer

        Hi, I am writing a complaint about the ladies ankle socks I bought last month. It was bought from Bata showroom in ernakulam near Thevera. I used it for the first time today and it got ruined from the first use itself. The quality of the socks is not up to any standards. The socks were available as combo of 3 socks and was not under any discount . The socks is shown in the figure attached.

          I purchased a pair of shoes in Batam India Ltd, Thillainagar, Trichirappalli, Tamil Nadu on07/12/2016 for RS. 1000/- and paid by Indian Overseas Bank Debit card for the same amount.But the amount was debited twice on my savings account seperately for RS.1000/- and Rs. 1000/- respectively and I received the message iny mobile.When I contacted the sales person immediately he told that problem repeats often for other customers also but he told the excess amount debited will be recredited within 15 days .But till this time the amount was not recredited to my savings account.I send herewith the ID particulars of the bank Debits for your reference.

          I have purchased one pair of northstar Shoe from Bata show room 2 month back. Just after 2-3 time used its all teared up. I wasnt expecting this type of cheap product from such a big branded name BATA.. which is very shameful. I have no option of attaching images of shoes... The shoe is of no use now

                I'm regular consumer of BATA product because of name and quality which it provides.
                I'm really disappointed this time. I bought Bata Comfit laceless shoe on 10/12/2016 from BATA outlet in Chandni chowk, Old Delhi for 2550 without any discount.
                I explained my requirement and need of what kind of shoes I'm looking for.
                i wore my shoes twice and they are really uncomfortable for longer periods and while walking. I thought it will be better after sometimes but really not.
                I would like to replace my shoes with another model or design.
                Kindly help me where should I approach and how this can take place.

                  I have purchased formal leather shoe from your store at 4 d square mall in motera chandkheda on 3rd of july 2016. I started wearing that shoe after September to protect it from water and rain. With in 2 month leather coating of 1 shoe start coming out from side.

                  I made the complaint 2 times via toll free no. & customer care tell me to forward a mail which help me for further action, but till today i didn't receive any mail.

                    I am a regular customer of hush puppies and bata. But this time i am very disappointed with your product. I purchased a shoe of rs 5500 from hush puppies last month. After few days i started complaining about pain in knees and legs. The shoes are so much uncomfortable that my doctor advised me not to wear these shoes because they press some nerve cells. Thats why my knee and leg hurts. I want you to take your shoe and return my money. And dump this product also. I will wait for your employee. And if i do not get reply after 15 days i will have to escalate the matter.

                      At Bata (Kamla Nagar), I swiped my debit card and money got deducted from my bank account. But the card machine did not produce any receipt and hence salesman asked me to make the payment again and told you would get the reimbursement of the first payment in next 24 hours. It has been more than 48 hours and I have not got the payment.

                      This incident happened on 11th Dec'16.

                        I have purchased bata products from BATA SHOE STORE, 2/1, 80FEET ROAD, BSK 1ST STAGE, SRINIVASANAGAR, BANGALORE on 07/12/2016 by 16.57 p.m

                        for the purchase i have given my INDUSIND DEBIT CARD the company people done the swipping after that they told the server is down then I have given Rs.1579/- by cash after coming to my house the amount has been debited from my debit card, next day i have enqiured with the bata show room they told that my card no has not in their sale list

                        so i have enquired with my indusind bank and made a complaint and they verified and given me the bank statement that the amount Rs.1579/- has been credited to bata

                        while showing the bank statement to the bata show room they are again saying the same that they didn't got the amount

                        so please verify and solve the problem other wise i have to take legal action

                          I had purchased Bata Shoes from NAT Marketing situated at Ashima Mall (Whole Sale Distributors of Bata India Limited, Depot : B-49, Gautam Nagar, Bhopal, Office : R -28, SBI Colony, Zone - II, M.P. Nagar, Bhopal) wide Invoice No. 5070su dated 11th September 2016 but with in 2 Months the pesting of shoes opened. So that I gave the shoes return to seller for repairing on 20th November 2016 but now I am not getting proper response regarding the actual status of shoes repaired or not.
                          So I requested you to please look into the matter.

                            I have purchased Bata loafers from Karnal a week ago and after second wear the walvet over it has started disappearing. The quality I have received is very bad. I showed my shoe at the store but they're saying they can't guarantee the quality. If brand like Bata can't guarantee the quality of there shoe then why would consumer spend so much money in purchasing them. This is unfair to any consumer.I request you to solve my issue asap.

I expected a better quality product from Bata, something that would be convenient and sturdy but this bag did not match my expectations. I would like to request a replacement if not refund.

                                Bought slipper from Bata, the same day when wearer the printed was sticking on the sole of foot.2nd day when went for exchange the salesman was very impolite and refuse to see the problem else they were outing blame on us that I should ask them that this print on slipper is removing or not...and all print of other slipper are removing.also their approach to customer was very bad & ridiculous.

                                    We bought a pair of shoes from bata store near majestic. While paying the amount for the first time the swiping machine was restarted. But the amount was deducted from my account with proper transaction id. However the store guy refused to admit that the transaction was processed. He demanded us to make the payment for second time as he did not get slip from swiping machine. He promised us that he would return the amount in cash in case we did not get us money back. We waited for 4 days but the amount was not credited back. And when we went to the store again the guy twisted his version and said he did not say anything about returning of money and asked us to check with respective bank manager if needed. The staff response was very rude. They were not even ready to listen to us.

                                      I have a pair of shoes - Mocassisco, size 8 and the sole, especially of the heal is disintegrating even though I have not used it much and the sole looks as good as new.

                                      I also had got a pair of Hush Puppies, size 7, for my Father where he had hardly used it for a couple of months and the sole just disintegrated.

                                      I also have a pair of Hush Puppies, size 8, wherein the sole has just broken into two.

                                      I have been a regular customer of Bata from childhood and now off late I am not at all happy with the quality of their products.

                                      This is not something that I would like to pen down but I am forced to write to you so that you can take proper precautions and appropriate actions against this kind of quality and the people involved which is bringing down very badly the name of the company and thus losing long term customers.

                                      I hope to see a prompt action taken.

                                        Sir, i purchased a foot wear from south ex. part-2 bata show room.unfortunately i misplaced my receipt but have contacted customer care as guided by show room workers.My article no. is 664-8146 and size is 6.my complaint no. is 768375 given by customer care person and said that i will receive an email from the company as i paid the amount through card only.mobile saved with company is [protected]. i am not comfortable with the shoe even after spending Rs. 4000 for the same.pl. do the needful as early as possible. thanx
