I purchased sandles from bata on 08/10/2016 in bata store vijayawada. I wear it just for 2hrs, the colours was gone, i have complaned immediatly to store they said need to contact customer care. I called customer care they sad need 5days to solve this issue. After 1week they e-mail me saying that it is incidental factor so we cannot do anything. The store person saying there is a company policy we need to follow like that he is saying....

I purchased a hushpuppies shoe around 10 months back for office purpose.there was no rigorous use of shoe and it was supposed to last at least for 1.5 year as said by the salesman of the store. Withing 6 months the sole of the shoe started peeling off from front and rear. I read the company policy and they will do nothing to help me now.
