I am purchased Bata shoe on date[protected]. Which is located near showroom white filed Bangalore.
It has warranty period of 3 month but within 2 months my shoe got damaged. So kindly as per policy please exchange do a favor for me customer. Please find the attachment shoe damaged image file for your references.

Purchase place: BATA INDIA LIMITED, BATA SHORE STORE, WHITEFIELD 2, NO 312/286, and WHITFILED MAIN ROAD, BANGALORE.
Notice: Still now not responding our enquiry please let me know, if visiting to your Bata shore room members also agreeing the issues from our end because of shoe damaged within 2months. They said send email to customer care responding our issue solving within one or two days. Till now I could not received any email response mail

I am so proud to be a part in consumer complaints and also my complaint was solved then bata india given 100 percent exchange replacement of my product and also this networks feedback is too good. am already return that damaged shoe and also purchase comfortable shoe in Bata India
