I had purchased Bata Shoes from NAT Marketing situated at Ashima Mall (Whole Sale Distributors of Bata India Limited, Depot : B-49, Gautam Nagar, Bhopal, Office : R -28, SBI Colony, Zone - II, M.P. Nagar, Bhopal) wide Invoice No. 5070su dated 11th September 2016 but with in 2 Months the pesting of shoes opened. So that I gave the shoes return to seller for repairing on 20th November 2016 but now I am not getting proper response regarding the actual status of shoes repaired or not.
So I requested you to please look into the matter.
