Sir, I am a regular customer of Bata products, on July 30, 2016, I purchased a pair of chappals (photos of receipt and chappals attached) from Noor Agency, Tiruverambur, Trichy, Tamil Nadu. With in a week it is damaged due to faulty stitching. When approached Noor Agency they demanded for receipt by chance as I was having receipt, he told me to being it next day and it will take 2 days to rectify it. This upsets me, if I would have lost my receipt he must have refused to entertain me. It is not expected from a dealer of such a reputed product. I seek a solution from an appropriate person of your company. Thank you

I purchased the SCHOLL sandals in October from a multi brand retail store in Viviana Mall, Thane, Mumbai in the month of October 2021. It is not even five months and the sole edge rubber tubings have come off and also the soles are coming off. It is shocking that a product which costed me around Rs 3000/- can wear of so fast with irregular use considering the cover situation where I hardly venture out. I am really disappointed with the quality of the product and never expected a reputed brand like SCHOLL/ BATA to be of such poor quality. I have attached some pictures of the product and would appreciate if you can take immediate action and arrange replacement to me ASAP.
