Dear sir,
I am your valuable customer last many years... I have bought bata formal black shoes in your store (RYAN INTERNATIONAL C-7 GROUND FLOOR, MASOODPUR, VASANT KUNJ NEW DELHI 70 ..in date 22/08/16 .I wear shoes only 1 hour in my home for it is comfortable for un comfortable for my foot bcos my foot suffering from pain . And within 2 days i exchange shoes from your Store.They didnot exchange shoes .They told me you wear shoes so i cannot exchange it i told again and again your store staff i wear shoes only 1 hour in my home but your staff can't listen and staff is not friendly, all are rudely behaviour .As company gives 3 months warranty . But ... I m not satisfied.
Customer goes with brand not to pay more.. Just he or she believes it will work for long time...
Please don't break my believe on bata company.
Kindly take action, Or do the needful...

We have purchased a bata ladies shoes on 30/5/2016, at the time of purchase they said we will do the replacement if you face any problems with in 3 onths, yesterday we went to the showroom, they said we will not do the replacement. they said we will do replacement of 50%. This is not fair.. please replace the item. PFA

    I bought Bata sandals from clock tower saharanpur. The quality of shoes is very bad n it got torn widin 2 months. It takes away my trust from such a big brand. Also shopkeeper refuses to replace it.
    Please make sure that customer promises retain n replacement is done asap. I trusted and bought these shoes from Bata but this is a disgrace for such an organization to give such an inferior products. Moreover providing such bad customer service and denying replacement

      I visited bata showroom yesterday to purchase a pair of formal shoes. I selected a model and got it billed but after billing i saw another model for which i was actually searching for and asked the sales guy to cancel the bill and bill me for the other pair which i selected later. Their was a very long conversation between us and he was very arrogant on me and i ended up buying a new pair of shoes which i actually didn't like. Even though after paying my hard earned money. I had a zero percent satisfaction in the product i bought and the experience was horrible. Kindly help me out in exchanging the shoes for the model i had selected later and cancel the bill given now. The shoe which was billed was of 1500 rs and the shoe i selected later was of 1300 rs. I will buy something else for the remaining amt

        Hi,

        This is Dr.Pramod(ENT), I bought pair of Hush Puppies chappels recently. I found discomfort and even colour is shaded and one side of chappel it got cracks. From last 4 years i'm using Hush Puppies but i did'nt found any issue. 10 days back i went to showroom they asked me to send you mail regarding this issue. I'm satisfied with yout service. As soon as possible please exchange my chappels.

            I bought a pair of power shoe from your outlet saibabacolony, coimbatore, tamil nadu - 641 011. on 11.08.2016 bill no.[protected] for rs.700/-.

            But, i am finding that this shoes have some technical fault and wearing this is painful for me. i have heavy pain in left foot i wear power shoe.
            Very next day i handover the shoes to your branch to correct the problem they took 10 days to correct{ yesterday } but i got the same problem today i handover ed the shoes to your branch for exchange for refund.

            So kindly look into the matter and do the needful

              I received a message on my mob. no. [protected] from vk-batain on 17 th aug 2016 which mentioned that my rs 163.0 bonus cash points will expire on 22 - aug - 2016 and that i should visit bata and redeem my points. accordingly, i visited bata india ltd, 212 / 157, dharampur, haridwar road, dehradun, ph. no.[protected] on 22nd august 2016 and purchased two pair of shoes for a bill amount of rs 2799/-. when i showed the message and insisted to adjust the amt of rs 163.0 of bonus cash points, i was denied to entertain my request on the ground that their computor did not support accrual of any such bonus cash points. about the message in my mob. t he person present on the counter said that the messagemay be an error of the system.

              I like to know whether this kind of messages are sent by bata india ltd to attract the customers and then bluff them at billing stage once they have purchased some items. will bata india ltd please satisfy me with an appropriate reply.

                Ii purchased two pairs of shoes from your showroom located in shop no 09/10/10a radison dwarka new delhi on07/08/2016. One of these was north star costing rs.1799/ vide cash memo no. 3703/1/07082016/00042 dated 07/08/2016. To my utter surprise the laces of shoes were broken in three days o[censored]se and threads from upper border cotton lining have started coming out. This shows that either the quality is substandard or i have been sold spurious stuff. I made a complaint to the showroom on their telephone no [protected] on 17/07/2016 when i was assured that someone will deliver new laces and check the shoe at my residence but nobody has turned up till today. So today again i complained on telephone but instead of attending to the complaint the persons in the showroom are repeatedly disconnecting the telephone and therefore this complaint to you.
                I have been a regular customer of bata shoes but the current experience is thoroughly disgusting and un professional. Please take immediate action to compensate me and restore my confidence

                  I purchased a bata chappell worth 499 in the last month. The account person collected my mobile number and i didn't receive any sms from bata regarding registration. Store is located near to school book company, mangalore.. Again i purchased another chappell from bata at city centre cost 499.. I received message which is telling about 5point and 50 rupee. I should get an explanation about first issue... And what can i do with points and money?

                  I bought a hush pupies dark tan colour leather shoe worth Rs.3, 500/= on 5th June 2016 at Bata Shoe Store;128-Trivandrum road; Palayamkottai;Tirunelveli- 627 002; Tamilnadu. After two months left shoe colour started fading. Now the pair looks in slight different colours. This made be much worried. I want a exchange for this.

                      Hi - after getting a approval for 50% replacement given below - now bata is saying they will not entertain such request

                      Dear customer,

                      Greetings for the day.

                      We thank you for being our valuable customer and appreciate your feedback.

                      Further to the information provided by you and feedback from our store, we are happy to extend a 50% replacement for the product. Kindly follow the below procedure for replacement;

                      1. We will replace with the same product (Article number / model) and size if available at the store.

                      2. If the same product (Article/model) is not available in the store (Due to non availability of same model, size, color etc) you can avail the replacement with any other product of equal or higher value. The difference of higher value needs to be paid by you.

                      3. Please note that there is no cash refund. Also, in case of replacement with a lower value item, there will be no refund of differential amount.

                      4. Damaged product must be submitted to bata for replacement – mandatory.

                          Bough a pair footwear from hush puppies show room at sri nidhi, 27th main road,[protected], 27th main rd, 1st sector, hsr layout 5th sector, hsr layout, karnataka 560102, in jan 16. Found the pair is not identical, it is of different size but written no. 8 on pair and defective stitching defect towards the end of feb 2016, use the footwear once in a week and been hardly used for 20 odd days. As i keep traveling could not get a chance to visit the show room. Recently after coming back from germany visited their show room and explained the case. They refused to accept the replacement as it is over 6 months. I have also explained that i keep traveling and most of the time. Requested them to talk to their customer support head and let me know. Till date i have not received any call from them. It looks like my money is gone in drain. I hope bata being reputed organization takes care of his customers and ensure customers remain loyal.
                          Now my location is changed to gurgaon, i have reached some of the bata store but no response. Please do the needful.

                            I am regular customer of bata showroom which resides in parel location.
                            On dated 5th july i purchased shoes no 551-8312 with cost 999 from store no 02048 (Parel showroom)
                            Within 2 weeks the shoe is in bad shape, its sole is broken, i have already visited bata showroom and had word with them, they suggested me to contact here.

                            This is my first time bad experience with bata in over 10 yrs purchasing experience, i will be grateful if you can help me out in this.

                              Bought a pair of blue chappals (model number[protected] worth 699 rs. from calict bata showroom on[protected] for my wife, that's a day before. and the chappal got torn off just in one days use. i am really disappointed in bata with this poor quality of product. even the local products will last at least a month, so what's the use of buying branded chappals like bata that can't even last a day., that also worth high price. i will attach the photo as the proof. hope at least your customer service will not disappoint me.

                                It has been mentioned on the cash memo that "exchange within 15 days from date of purchase" and there is no clause that customer cannot exchange the shoe if he has used it on road within 15 days.

                                However, on[protected], the shop dealer is not ready to exchange the shoe as it has been used on road.

                                  I am your valuable costumer last many years... I have bought bata floaters 2 months ago... And within 2 months sole has broken.. As company gives 3 months warranty so i submitted my floaters to ur kamla nagar outlet. But after 1 month they are giving back to me without changing my floaters sole... I m not satisfied with this product now.. As it is not in good condition.

                                        I have purchased a shoe from santha kumar silla a/7 deen dayal market korba 495678 bill no. 891 dated 24/04/2016 the sole of shoe teared badly and at some places it came out as junk. When i went to the shop i was told that as it is more than 75 days they are unable to do any favor. I have been using bata shoes from very beginning, and it never tears like this. Please do whatever you can do for it, as 75 days period is too less, how can one expect that shoe of bata will be unserviceable in 75 days. Please make arrangements to replace it. Thanks in anticipation.
