I have purchased a shoe from santha kumar silla a/7 deen dayal market korba 495678 bill no. 891 dated 24/04/2016 the sole of shoe teared badly and at some places it came out as junk. When i went to the shop i was told that as it is more than 75 days they are unable to do any favor. I have been using bata shoes from very beginning, and it never tears like this. I ordered through Bata online website for a "Men's Brown Outdoor Shoes" vide Order No.[protected]/06/2016.
I received the materials on 04/07/2016. After using it for three days it got repaired in steel lace hooks.
I placed an online complaint with track Id - 667983 dated 08/07/2016.
I returned the product to their Bangalore address through Blue Dart Courier vide their Consignment No.[protected] dated 23/07/2016.

I purchased dr scholl slippers from bata showroom branch in uttam nagar in december 2015.

Its not been even a year, all the threads are coming out. The sole has came out.

The quality of the product is very bad despite of it being expensive.

I would like you to please exchange the piece, as one doesnt purchase such costly things for few months

I purchased from college street bata store one hush puppies as per image in 2015 @ rs 2399/=. On june 2016 the front portion detached. I used the shoe occasionally with great care but still that happened. I could not imagine from bata's products will be so defective and i am a customer of baba last 40 years.

I went to your bata saket store and i asked "bata staff" about the shoe repair and he refused to repair and said i have to contact bata customer care and send the mail.

I had purchased a pair of sandal (Brand: power, price:rs.800) from bata shoe store, nana chowk on 30th june, 2016. Within 5 days its sole got separated and i went for replacement. The vendor of that store replaced that sandal with a new pair (Price: rs.1000) on 4th july, 2016. The sole of this new sandal came out within 8 days of purchase. I purchased a pair of bata shoe no: 824-6548 on[protected] from bata show room near rtc cross roads hyderabad, after 4 months the sole of both the shoe cracked horizontally. Within 2 months it is about to break. I request you to please respond immediately and try to replace it soon.

Your dr. Scholls ladies footwear has crazily lost its quality.
Bought15 years ago (That is how long i've been using it for), a pair lasted for approx. A year and a half; slowly it came down to a year. Then i got one every 6 months and to my utter disappointment, my latest two pairs lasted me for 3 months and 4 months each. They are way too expensive to discard that soon.

I would like to inform you that i have purchase the shoe from your sanjaynagar show room, bangalore on 23.10.2015, i used to buy regularly from bata with the confident for durability.

But this time the shoe sole is already got the crack (both the shoe) when i enquired with the same shop they said the warranty is only for 3 months.
