I used one of the offer of bata 20% off code. I ordered two products for the same on 26th feb and they (Bata) said they are going to delivery the product by 7 days. I got one product and second one was not delivered, so i called bata customer care on mar 6th to enquire about the second product and the said we will process it in 48 hrs. After that on mar 8th i got mail that your order is been cancelled without my intervention in it. So again i called and raised complaint on it they said they will check and call back with in a day and again i called on mar 10th they said the same. But form that day to this day i didn't receive proper response, nor even there are bothered to solve. Today date is april 23rd (Two months)

I just wanted to inform you so that you will be aware of these things. They used my good enough worth of 5 to 6 hrs of time for no use.
I am not sure you should allow bata products on market who doesn't even response for their customer.

It will not end until you call me and apologies for inconvenience caused by you for not delivering or responding to me (Customer) as promised/said and to deliver my product asap.

On 9th of this month i have purchased a pair of flats with order number 12092862 in www.bata.in within 3 days i received the product, but it was different from which i ordered you can see in the attachments . from 11th of this i use to call customer care for refund the money till now i didnt get response from them . Dont buy from this its a big faulty website they not even response properly

I have purchased the shoe from Bata from Hyderabad, Dilsukhnagar Bata showroom, with in 20 Days top Layer of the shoe came off when I took to the showroom he said it is only fashion shoe we cannot do any thing, I have asked for replacement but they said it is not possible we will polish and give it back to you but that will not solve my problem Shoe cost is 1600

I purchased the 2 Pairs Bata Formal Shoe Item code 821-6538 product on November Within, 90, the One Pair of Shoe got damaged from Backside . The total bill of two pairs is RS.4998/-(Rs 2499/- for one pair).

When i went the store where i purchased, they straight away rejected to even speak with me. They store Sales Man And Store MAnager was totally out of control and he darely said "This is how i speak and do what ever you want". These people doesn't know how to speak to customer. This totally disappointed me.I will not purchase any item of Bata Again.

Store Manager told me in Hindi " agar mai chahu to tumhe utha ke bahar fenk du"

Finally, i have raised a complaint for replacement at Bata customer care but seems to be they will not replace the product or take any action against the store person who spoke to me very rashly.

I am a student of class 12. i'm very tall considering my age. bata's girls black school shoes comes with exceptionally big high heel. as a result this adds to my already tall attribute making me even more taller. in fact this problem is faced by many of my schoolmates and we had even planned to cut off the heel which is practically unsound as the balance of the shoe gets disrupted( as put forward by the bata authority persons). so i kindly request you to get the heel of the shoe reduced to the maximum extent taking into consideration the problem faced by tall girls. it doesn't matter even if you introduce flat black school shoes. another alternative is by introducing shoes with solid ( not hollow) heels which can be cut as per the wishes of students. hoping for an early response(before school reopens!!). or else we will have to switch on to any other brand which is quite not to our affirmation.we have always been comfortable using bata shoes from kinder-garden age.

On 5 april 2016, tuesday i and my father purchased 3 pairs of shoes from exclusive showroom of bata from west patel nagar, new delhi -110038. The designing of one of my father chappal worth rs 499 is extremely different in size from each other..It look weired actually..Look like local defective chappal buy from footpath ...And same with my vellies worth rs 499 is defective and vary in design and defective item i had ever purchased..Finishing is not their in my vellies..This time bata disappointed me..And i will never visit to bata showroom again ..

I bought the chappals from Pacific Mall, New Delhi showroom on 26th January, 2016, for a price e of Rs 499/- (regular price-no discounts). The sales staff assured that it is a well proven product and if anything happens to the silver shine, even i[censored]sed in bathroom, the company would replace the article within 3 months.
The silver shine has worn off in less than 2 months and the cracked top appearance gives an ugly look, therefore rendering it unfit for usage anymore.
When we took it to the store, they said this wearing off of the silver shine is normal and was to be expected. The particular guy who sold the article to us has left the store. Thus they refused to entertain the complaint.
I have written emails too to Bata India on 29th March, 2016, and still waiting to hear from them.

I have purchased a pair of Shoe from Bata India Ltd 850 Lake Town, Block-A, Kolkata 700055 vide cash memo no #:07-12-15/1/0029 for Rs 3499/-.
I am sorry to inform that i am using Bata shoes for last 30 years . I have purchased the shoe named Hus Puppies most premium brand and its sole damaged within 15 days of my purchase.

I have purchased hus puppies shoe on 07.12.2015 from bata india limited 850 lake town, kolkata 700055 but sole paste of shoe damaged within 15 days.
Bata is such a big brand name i use it for last 30 years and hus puppeis most coastly shoe rs 3499/- still damaged in a fort night.

Sole detached, not usable

This is the worst brand in history of brands,
this company has prime spaces in all over India, and fooling Indians in mass.
Govt. should close this brand or force to sell off their business to other capable company..

i have purchased the Bata shoes in last year on month january from your authorized show room Mall road Kanpur uttar pradesh but its soul is getting remove automatically. so plz replaced the shoes or any other option .

I had purchased a formal shes in one of your outlets vide bill no. 08-08-15/1/[protected] store name : Bata shoe store, vijaya forum mall, vadapalani chennai).

The product is Bata Ambassador formal leather shoes -tan colour.

I am using it only for my office purpose ( travel by car only) and does not have any outdoor work.

This shoe has some latent defect in the leather and because of which it has got patches in the front (photographs were attached and sent in my email compliant no CRF588573) .

As stated earlier I am not a outdoor user and my shoes are not exposed to any chemical or any other substance that would harm the leather .

The solution received by me on registering a complaint with Bata India is that they would provide a 50% replacement of the product.

This solution is not acceptable as this is a clear manufacturing/quality defect of the product and the company should own the defect and replace it with 100% value.

I purchased the Bata product on March 1st. Within, 10days, the product got damaged. When i went the store where i purchased, they straight away rejected to even speak with me. I have been a regular customer over years of bata india. Iam very disappointed to bring this to your notice that I purchased shoes from your out let at hyderabad by spending Rs 3500/-. but to my dismay after few days I noticed that there were two patches / damages in the shoe which were nicely covered with sum substance and has given up after a lapse of couple of months making the the shoe to look rubbish. As I stay in vishakapatnam i am not finding time to go to that shop in Hyderabad and question staff.
Adding more insult the bata india, the left shoe has got torn and opened up from from the front. This time when i go to hyderabad in summer holidays I will definately go to him and see his response.

We bought F[protected], sports shoes for my son on 04/02/2016, in only two weeks, the sole of the shoe is totally gone and the the show is broken on the top as well. Did not buy in discount sale, first hand rate, still so poor quality.

I purchase shoes from bata shop from dehli shop near of maharana partap bus depot, dehli6, on date 15/10/2015 after two month passing sole of shoose bakage from two three palace, when i complaint on show room the sales manager told us that we can not give any wrranty after two month please do needfull for the same price of shoe and shoocks are rs 2160

I had been to BATA showroom in Bangalore. BATA branch at Hulimavu, Bannerghatta Main road.
As I entered the showroom, all I could see are the shoes/sandals put for display. And that is all they had for SALE as well. I mean Even with great difficulty if I agree to choose one, they didn't even have the required size for me. The salesman just said this and vanished. No one even bothered to show us anything and they just happily saw us walking with "NOTHING".
After experiencing this, all I would suggest is, please do not visit BATA as it has "NOTHING". Its just an empty large showroom.

I have brought three pairs Bata ladies slippers on 22nd Jan 2016, out these one slipper lost its color after single wearing. When I brought this in to the notice of employees of Bata store at GT road Bathinda. They simply denied to hear my complaint just because the bill they have provided me is no more readable.This unprofessional behaviour is never expected of employees of such a renowned company and will cause serious impact to the company's reputation. Hope my complaint will be resolved soon.
