Purchase the stark product no.[protected]x404 11 via cash memo 26-08-14/1/[protected] from Bata India Ltd F-122 Rajouri Garden New Delhi. The new product was launched made up of single piece. The product could not be worn for more than 6 months. The leather at the tender side become very hard of both legs and small holes in number has also come up on the bottom side.The life long product becomes the life less in 16 uses in the span of 6 months.

    I had purchased a shoes of hush puppy on 4th aug 2015 for rs 4500 from bata store at jalaram park lbs marg bhandup west mumbai 78 In period of 1month the shoe pasting was open n its sole came out So the quality which was guranteed was not delivered Alsoi had register complain on 19th oct 2015 complain no: 498811 for replacement i was assured by the contact centre tht i will be getting a confirmation email in 24hrs n then with tht email i go to the store n get the replacement ... from 20th oct till today 24th oct i had called every day asking for tht email and every time i was assured by the contact center tht i will receive tht email with nxt couple of hrs which i never received .calling a contact center is pain cause advisors put ur call on hold for default 12-15mins and come back with same ans tht wait for 24hrs When i asked for the refund i was inform by the supervisor name Ashish bansal tht there are no refunds provided ... i am very upset tht i spend money on the product which is not worth of monday market quality... more over i have waste my time n enery following up with contact centre which only provided long holds n std ans ... its very very upsetting n time consuming ... after this experience i will never recomment hush puppy or bata products to any one ... amd now i really dnt need tht shoes i jst need my money bck

      not gonna to pay any single rupees you have to make it 100% otherwise i will escalate this
      issue to your higher level. I think every one knows abt bata product when they will see such a
      comment and the shoe quality. I think they will not believe their eye.. I am gonna to

        Hi, I bough a pair of bellies from Bata Store in Pacific Mall, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi. The sales person told me that the Naturalizer ( a Brand of Bata) is the most comfortable in the heel segment and that it would take some time to take the shape of my foot, it costed me Rs.3000 and within one day of wearing the belly it gave me such a terrible shoe bite that it became difficult for me to even get up from my seat at the office.On contacting the store they said they could only exchange the product if it is completely unused. They are as good as new and it is a complete waste of money for me.

          I purchased a pair of slippers F[protected] on 11/8/2015 from Bata Navranpura showroom at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The slippers were defective - the glitter on the straps started coming off and in two weeks the slippers were totally devoid of the glitter on the straps. On taking the footwear back to the company showroom, I was told that the piece was defective but since it was sold at a discount, they would not replace it! Kindly arrange for a replacement immediately, as a matter of principle Bata should not knowingly be selling defective products. We have grownup wearing Bata products and this is the first episode of defective service in 50 years - It has left a very bad taste . I am truly greatly disappointed that my loyalty to the brand has been rewarded like this!!

            Dear Sir/Madam, Product: Shoes (cost Rs. 1799/-) Model: F[protected] Brand: Bata Shoe Company Ltd. Store: Bata Store, Dilshad Garden Metro Station Warranty: 02 Months (Lapsed) as Product is 07 months old Dates & Events: Kindly read below 21 Feb 2015: I purchased a pair of shoes on 21st Feb 2015 from authorised Bata outlet, Dilshad Garden Metro Station at full price of Rs. 1799 [Cash Memo No. 21-02-15/[protected]] with expectation of shoe life 18-24 months in my mind as Bata is a brand name. Last week of June 2015: Observed minor cracks but ignored. I thought these cracks will not deteriorate further and I was hopeful if shoes further deteriorate a brand like Bata will resolve the issue amicably. Mid of Sep 2015: I visited Bata Store, Dilshad Garden as cracks deteriorated further. Bata Store manager advised me to contact customer care as 02 months period from purchase date had lapsed. 22 Sep 2015: I Contacted Bata Customer Care on toll free no. as advised by Bata Store manager and Complaint registered vide ref. 481668. 26 Sep 2015: Bata Customer Care sent regret via email to inform me that the product cannot be considered for a repair or replacement as 07 months had lapsed from the date of purchase. 28 Sep 2015: I escalated the issue via email regarding life of product as it came with a surprise to me that the Bata Shoes priced at Rs. 1799 are made just to last 06-07 months? They registered my complaint again vide reference no. 485946 and Bata agreed for 50% replacement. 01 Oct 2015: I visited Bata Store Dilshad Garden to avail the replacement offer. However, they agreed to pay just half the price of original shoes i.e. Rs. 1799/2 = Rs 900 plus I had to return the shoes and that too after selection a product from inventory. I chose a Hushpuppies product with MRP 3499. Thereafter store manager asked to pay Rs. 2600 (FYI today on 16 Oct 2015 same model of hushpuppies was available on 50% off on amazon.in). This was quite shocking as this would imply that I lose 900 bucks just for seven months o[censored]se of shoes plus shoes also. I deeply regret of the fact that I bought shoes from Bata at regular price when discount of 50% easily flow in their obsolete inventory. I left their offer of replacement and I contacted Bata Customer Care on toll free no. as suggested by Store Manager with expectation of Amicable Resolution. They registered complaint vide ref. 487709 with verbal confirmation of resolution within 03 days. 06 Oct 2015: I contacted Bata Customer Care on toll free no. regarding complaint ref. 487709. They informed me that resolution is under process. 08 Oct 2015: After lapse of almost 07 days (03 working days), I Sent an email to higher authorities for resolution as deemed fit at email ids SFD.[protected]@bata.com, share.[protected]@bata.co.in, [protected]@rdinfotech.in, rd.[protected]@vsnl.net, maloy.[protected]@bata.com, corporate.[protected]@bata.in . Three email ids ([protected]@rdinfotech.in, rd.[protected]@vsnl.net, corporate.[protected]@bata.in) bounced back my email on 09 oct 2015. On 12 Oct 2015: I lodged my grievance on http://www.nationalconsumerhelpline.in/ vide docket no.[protected] with username ajay1983. But the status of complaint is still shown as open after lapse of 04 days. On 16 Oct 2015: Lodging my complaint on http://www.consumercomplaints.in/ Sir, I didn’t purchased Rs 1799/- shoes from Bata to look for shoes again 07 months down the lane. Additionally, I am feeling harassed the way things are uncovered day by day. I feel like I am wasting my precious time due to unethical business ways of Bata. Now, I want Acceptance of faulty product by Bata Store and 100% replacement (if they think 50% replacement is 50% off on return of shoes to Bata). Or Acceptance from Bata that the product cost at 1799/- is designed for a life of only 07 months, so that I can warn my near and dear ones regarding the same.               Sir, I Purchased Bata X-Sorb shoes at Bata India ltd show room, Ameerpet branch, Hyderabad, Telanga state. 3 months ago and the sole of the shoes were damaged/broken . On 14.10.2015 i visited the Ameerpet showroom and requested for repair of the shoes. I Contacted one of the cashier of the showroom for the repair purpose he asked the original bill i informed the bill was not available. In the meantime Mr. Mohd Feroz stated the manager of the showroom interfered and stating the shoes were not purchased in their branch and reduculously answered and refused to repair the shoes and also informed to complaint to the service center. In the mean time i informed to the manager that i am the customer of the bata since 15 years but he repilied again to complaint against me to the bata management, he is not caring the customers and not giving minimum curtosy. This is attitude of the manager of the showroom of Ameerpet branch.

                Dear Complaints Team,
                I am a regular customer of Bata brand for past 20 years, when I was a kid this brand was always first choice of my dad, dad use to buy only bata shoes for us, from those days I trust this brand. Last year 1st week of October I had purchased pair of Hush puppies shoes article no:[protected] worth rupee 3500INR from Central Mall, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. I was told lot about the performance & comfortable of this brand at that time. But sorry to say it is really a very painful experience I ever have, a year is almost going to complete from the day I purchased it, with in a year sole pasting is coming out and shoe stiches are getting open. Is it worthy for what I paid?
                I request you to please replace the shoes or solve the problem in best possible way.
                Such low qualities always damages company godwill and customer trust will go.

                  12.4.2015 I booked and payed by debit card a pair of shoes. Since then despite my repeated complains I only received complain no. Since I complained several times I received # 408793, # 411444 and 420086. In between I also got a letter telling me that refund process had been initiated, this was on 2.6.2015, but the money never came. Only by complaining new complain #. After I wrote my story on facebook Bata send me an email requesting my phone number. This was on 8.8.2015. But my husband fell ill and was hospitalized with a life treathening disease and I was not able to respond immediately. When I send my phone number and explained the reason for the delay after 3 weeks and never heard from Bata again.

                    No this is not abt worst product or bad quality of the product. It is all abt commitment. Your sale person told me that its of 6 month warranty and i believed that bata such a big brand might have such warranty offer.Besides he was offering me i[censored] purchase 2000 rupees then u will be exempeted of 250 rupees and 3000 of 500 rupees.If he would have told me its 2 month warranty i would not purchase. Moreover bata such a big brand may not give 2 months warranty.See, this is not my fault.However this is not my first dealing with u guys. I always choose brand. And i realise such a big brand can give a huge hurt. Seriosly i have no warld to say...And i am requesting to u plz replace my shoe.And i will commit u i will never go to your door step...

                      It is inform to you that I have purchased the shoe from your authorized showroom which is situated at Napier Town Jabalpur (MP) on 24.07.2015 at the cost of Rs 1050/- and paid the amount. The Shoo No. is[protected] After few days it is found that upper layer of the right shoe is stripping from original shape. I immediately contacted to in charge of Show room for in this regard but they are not solving the problem regarding change the damaged shoe. It is only two month older. Therefore, I request to you kindly look in to the matter and direct to concerning authority/manager of show room to change the shoe as early as possible. Thanking you.

                        To whomsoever it may concern I have made a purchase from bata store ambience mall Gurgaon in march for Rs. 3700, the concern staff told me that the reward points will be updated very soon. After few months when I went to other bata store to make an another purchase I checked that there is no reward points available in my account. I contacted customer care not once but 8 times as of now but I got no response. Here is my Complaint numbers: On 2nd September 2015: 469483 On 10th September 2015: 474323 They told me that my points will be uploaded within 48 hours. So I went to the store after 3 days… NO POINTS AGAIN.. made an another purchase of around 4500 from BATA store Lajpat nagar and this time this store owner himself assured me that the my previous as well as new points will be uploaded very soon. After a month when I checked my points, It was again showing 0. Today when I called the customer care that lame customer service representative had no answer beside saying “It is still under process”, well I was amazed, disgusted, furious and disappointed with you guys.                           Good Evening sir, This is one of your regular customer experienced poor quality on pair of foot wear taken. I purchased one foot wear of no:571-5176 BATA in Balajinagar branch on 20th august 2015. Within less than one month the upper layer has started going and looked very bad.. I visted retailer and asked for the same but unfortunately purchased bill was lost. So he refused to take the complaint and after seeing the condition of chappal he advised me to mail yo u.to get immediate solution. I never thought this thing will happen in BATA in very short period of time regarding quality. Plz look in to the matter and send me the solution for same as early as possible. Please note my reference number 488064 for any future correspondence but still not yet resolved. Thanking you sir.

                              I purchased a pair of shoes from the above mentioned outlet, the invoice number is 17-08-15/00015, dated 17/08/2015 invoice amounting 3700/- and the product code is F[protected] CITY BOUNCE. The insole of the shoe got damaged within a month. I had submitted the shoes with the store on the 29/08/2015. I have been constantly following up the store, however the store manager MR. Vinod as informed by the store has been out for a training and the attending store were not in a position to address my concern. After a week I have been told that there is nothing that they could to help me on this issue. They have advised me to buy another sole. The replacement policy states that any major damage to the sole and insole calls for a replacement. This is clearly mentioned on the bill. I have been making visits to the store as when i have been asked to do so. I have visited the store nearly 6 Times. The behavior of the store manager has been extremely rude.

                                Dear Sir, I have bought a pair of BATA shoe on 12.09.2015 & it cost Rs.2000/-, within two days of purchase it has broken a part from the top when i am passing through a passage in my office.Only thing it was just hit a tables leg and it was not a sharp end too. Then i approached the BATA store KARAMANA, Trivandrum, one Manager told me to mail to bata customer service.Hence i mailed to all and they responded after 3-4 communication they said it was not refundable / repairable because it was happened due to REGULAR WEAR & TEAR. I asked you all that only 3-4 days guarantee given by a BRANDED company for product worth Rs.2000..?. The word they used Regular Wear & tear, from that it is clear and absolutely evident that BATA is no longer a guaranteed product.And after broken the shoe, then only i saw that very bad quality materiel was used manufacturing a shoe worth Rs.2000/-. This is very very bad.We the consumer cant buy anything for a a guarantee. We all to reject the company BATA and their product.Again saying that nothing good afor a consumer existence of such companies At present company BATA cheated peoples across the country through their brand they created years back...

                                BATA product is a worse one..Kindly requested all to don't buy it..Noway BAT has keeping the standard in its earlier days.They have given me a solution after deviating from their policy for my complaint is that, 50% replacement.You know all i have used the product only for a day.Then i didn't use it any more and it cost worth Rs.2000/-..They are telling me to return the product with 50% replacement.ie I have to again buy a damn/worthless product from BATA for Rs.1000/- .and return the product also. This is the policy from BATA after anyone complaint about their product.
                                Even i wouldn't use the product anymore, but again i didn't return it for Rs.1000/- for using it for one day. Again requested all BATA company Head India Operation/ Executive to stop manufacturing such a substandard product or Rs.2000/- worth product you did not mean any worth.?

                                  Dear Sir/Maam, I am a regular customer of Bata and have been wearing this reputed brand from past 15 years. However, I am disappointed this time with the quality of leather used in the recently bought Hush Puppies shoes. I purchased a pair of Hush Puppies on 29th July'15 (B No. 15437 worth INR 4499) from Central Mall, Gurgaon. After wearing this shoe for around 15 days, I have observed a deep cut in the leather pad below the shoe laces of one of the shoe and the same cut started to appear in the other shoe as well (Snapshot attached for reference). After this I went to the Central Mall and asked for replacement/repair of the shoe. Shoes were submitted and I have been asked to come after 15 days. And after 15 days, I have been told by Central Mall that this is not a manufacturing defect without any reasoning and with no records of getting this inspected by Bata. On asking further with their manager, I have been advised to submit a complaint in the Bata Customer care. Therefore, its my humble request to look into this issue and instruct the dealer accordingly. Regards, Manuj

                                    Sir/ Madam This is to inform you that I purchased BATA slippers for Rs. 500 from a showroom in rohini sector 7/8 Delhi on 2 june 2015. Within three months I noticed that the back of slippers is broken i.e. there is crack at its lower surface on both the slippers. I purchased from bata considering the brand but highly disappointed that your company product does not last for more than three months. Can you suggest what should I do now? Will I be able to get the replacement? I do not have the copy of the bill with me. Thanking you Babita Kathuria

                                      On 26 Sept l have purchased a belly vide cash memo no 26/09/15/1/0074. 03500.There was an add on d door ₹500 off above ₹2500 wen v asked the sales man replied that off s only on bata products nd what s dis fun!!! Plz guide that in bata showroom are there more products from other companies nd then wat s bata???

                                        I purchased bata sandal in bangalore but my native is coimbatore now the of the sadal is big, i contacted customer care they said u can change n your native place in the bata showroom but i checked all the bata showroom n coimbatore they said this model is not available n coimbatore so how can i change my sandel
