To whomsoever it may concern I have made a purchase from bata store ambience mall Gurgaon in march for Rs. 3700, the concern staff told me that the reward points will be updated very soon. After few months when I went to other bata store to make an another purchase I checked that there is no reward points available in my account. I contacted customer care not once but 8 times as of now but I got no response. Here is my Complaint numbers: On 2nd September 2015: 469483 On 10th September 2015: 474323 They told me that my points will be uploaded within 48 hours. So I went to the store after 3 days… NO POINTS AGAIN.. made an another purchase of around 4500 from BATA store Lajpat nagar and this time this store owner himself assured me that the my previous as well as new points will be uploaded very soon. After a month when I checked my points, It was again showing 0. Today when I called the customer care that lame customer service representative had no answer beside saying “It is still under process”, well I was amazed, disgusted, furious and disappointed with you guys.     Good Evening sir, This is one of your regular customer experienced poor quality on pair of foot wear taken. I purchased one foot wear of no:571-5176 BATA in Balajinagar branch on 20th august 2015. Within less than one month the upper layer has started going and looked very bad.. I visted retailer and asked for the same but unfortunately purchased bill was lost. So he refused to take the complaint and after seeing the condition of chappal he advised me to mail yo u.to get immediate solution. I never thought this thing will happen in BATA in very short period of time regarding quality. Plz look in to the matter and send me the solution for same as early as possible. Please note my reference number 488064 for any future correspondence but still not yet resolved. Thanking you sir.

        I purchased a pair of shoes from the above mentioned outlet, the invoice number is 17-08-15/00015, dated 17/08/2015 invoice amounting 3700/- and the product code is F[protected] CITY BOUNCE. The insole of the shoe got damaged within a month. I had submitted the shoes with the store on the 29/08/2015. I have been constantly following up the store, however the store manager MR. Vinod as informed by the store has been out for a training and the attending store were not in a position to address my concern. After a week I have been told that there is nothing that they could to help me on this issue. They have advised me to buy another sole. The replacement policy states that any major damage to the sole and insole calls for a replacement. This is clearly mentioned on the bill. I have been making visits to the store as when i have been asked to do so. I have visited the store nearly 6 Times. The behavior of the store manager has been extremely rude.

          Dear Sir, I have bought a pair of BATA shoe on 12.09.2015 & it cost Rs.2000/-, within two days of purchase it has broken a part from the top when i am passing through a passage in my office.Only thing it was just hit a tables leg and it was not a sharp end too. Then i approached the BATA store KARAMANA, Trivandrum, one Manager told me to mail to bata customer service.Hence i mailed to all and they responded after 3-4 communication they said it was not refundable / repairable because it was happened due to REGULAR WEAR & TEAR. I asked you all that only 3-4 days guarantee given by a BRANDED company for product worth Rs.2000..?. The word they used Regular Wear & tear, from that it is clear and absolutely evident that BATA is no longer a guaranteed product.And after broken the shoe, then only i saw that very bad quality materiel was used manufacturing a shoe worth Rs.2000/-. This is very very bad.We the consumer cant buy anything for a a guarantee. We all to reject the company BATA and their product.Again saying that nothing good afor a consumer existence of such companies At present company BATA cheated peoples across the country through their brand they created years back...

          BATA product is a worse one..Kindly requested all to don't buy it..Noway BAT has keeping the standard in its earlier days.They have given me a solution after deviating from their policy for my complaint is that, 50% replacement.You know all i have used the product only for a day.Then i didn't use it any more and it cost worth Rs.2000/-..They are telling me to return the product with 50% replacement.ie I have to again buy a damn/worthless product from BATA for Rs.1000/- .and return the product also. This is the policy from BATA after anyone complaint about their product.
          Even i wouldn't use the product anymore, but again i didn't return it for Rs.1000/- for using it for one day. Again requested all BATA company Head India Operation/ Executive to stop manufacturing such a substandard product or Rs.2000/- worth product you did not mean any worth.?

            Dear Sir/Maam, I am a regular customer of Bata and have been wearing this reputed brand from past 15 years. However, I am disappointed this time with the quality of leather used in the recently bought Hush Puppies shoes. I purchased a pair of Hush Puppies on 29th July'15 (B No. 15437 worth INR 4499) from Central Mall, Gurgaon. After wearing this shoe for around 15 days, I have observed a deep cut in the leather pad below the shoe laces of one of the shoe and the same cut started to appear in the other shoe as well (Snapshot attached for reference). After this I went to the Central Mall and asked for replacement/repair of the shoe. Shoes were submitted and I have been asked to come after 15 days. And after 15 days, I have been told by Central Mall that this is not a manufacturing defect without any reasoning and with no records of getting this inspected by Bata. On asking further with their manager, I have been advised to submit a complaint in the Bata Customer care. Therefore, its my humble request to look into this issue and instruct the dealer accordingly. Regards, Manuj

              Sir/ Madam This is to inform you that I purchased BATA slippers for Rs. 500 from a showroom in rohini sector 7/8 Delhi on 2 june 2015. Within three months I noticed that the back of slippers is broken i.e. there is crack at its lower surface on both the slippers. I purchased from bata considering the brand but highly disappointed that your company product does not last for more than three months. Can you suggest what should I do now? Will I be able to get the replacement? I do not have the copy of the bill with me. Thanking you Babita Kathuria

                    My self ashwani kumar uttam employee of bata india ltd. as a executive - quality and production (sourcing) i have taken leave by telephone with mr. siddhartha kumar my reporting boss. and timely i have sent clinical notes by e-mail from sourcing head and reporting boss. and company he told me for resign otherwise will be termination. my company he mr. vilas baijal always follow with people's. he told me that medical gals but i have also city scan reports.
                    Many times i sent mail for join co. but he doesn't stop in written. only tell me oral ' you can not join again'

                    Here within i ashwani kumar uttam was working with Bata india Ltd from 02 02 2014
                    where as from the time of joining till 30th of june 2015 i was very sincere hard working and devoted employee to the company where as here within i would like to state that i had fallen ill on 1st of july 2015 and was advised by the doctors for a medical check up in regards to which i had had a telephonic discussion with Mr siddharth who was my immediate boss he allowed me the leave for the medical check up telephonically the after that i had also sended him an e mail in regarding to leave .
                    after that i went to rainbow hospital agra for my medical check up, where as the doctors at rainbow hospital were not able to diagnose my disease so i was refereed to S.N. medical college agra where i was treated and was on bed rest till 20 07 2015 my medical tests and CT scan were done where as in the mean while on 13 07 2015 mr siddharth sensed me an e mail stating me to submit my medical reports to the company where as the same i had done on 10 07 2015
                    after that on 20 07 2015 after seeing all my medical reports the doctore advised me for 3 weeks bed rest and then visa versa after that for 2 time i was again advised for 1-1 week rest by the doctors simultaneously.
                    Then on 18th august 2015 i was medically fit by the doctors so i took all my reports in paper and went to Bata india office Bata house gurgaon to rejoin my duties as well as to submit all my medical reports but astonishingly Mr vikas baijal (Senior vice president ) did not allowed me to rejoin my duties where as inspite of which he asked me to resign or he would terminate me forcefully.
                    After that incident i had given several mails to the consered departments and people but i had not received any response from there side .
                    On 5th nov 2015i had given a call to H.R. department bata india then i had had a talk with some divya dara madam who again insisted me to resign or i would be terminated from the side of the company forcefully
                    PLnote------- i was mentally and economically torcher by the side of the company that i decided to resign from the post in the company because i thought that these people will ruin my carrier and will not allow me to work in any other organization because these people were having Masefield intention so i resigned from the company but in the mean while MSdivya dara forcefully compelled me to send the resignation again in back date stating to do it on dated[protected]the telephonic discussion to which is recorded. with me).
                    Here within i am attaching all the correspondence done with the officials.

                    The plea to this letter is this that i had been torcher mentally as to that much extend that i am hand to mouth on this date stated
                    THE request is that kindly take this matter on urgent basis and provide me with justice or else i would be force to take legal action against the company
                    where i had several times i had telephonic ally
                    stated that i want to revert back the resignation given in pressure.

                      It is inform to you that I have purchased the shoe from your authorized showroom which is situated at Napier Town Jabalpur (MP) on 24.07.2015 at the cost of Rs 1050/- and paid the amount through my Debit Card and Shoo No. is[protected]. After some time it is found that upper layer of the right shoe is stripping from original shape. I immediately contacted to incharge of Show room for in this regard but they are not solving the problem regarding change the damaged shoe. It is only two month older.                         I bought a pair of hush puppies on 16/08/14 but recently the sole of the shoe got displaced.nowhere in Kolkata could the Bata outlets help me repair that.can I at least get to know from where can I repair the shoe.as repairing from outside would definitely spoil the shoe.

                          I have purchased a pair of shoes from bata online store(Order No[protected] and when i tried, it was very tight on my feet then i mailed to customer care of Bata as well as i had talked to them regarding size issue and they said that they will repick that soon but after 10 days no one came to repick it and today(18-Sep-2015) i again talked to them over phone but they refused to repick my shoes and asked to send it via courier from my side and they also refused to refund courier charges as well. Bata is a cheater !!! Do not buy anything from bata online store ... Vivek singh

Is your customer service all about Irating customers? I am having a recorded voice of all conversations done with Bata customer care executives with all false commitments.                               I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from bata company on 16 september 2015.i bought a pair of chapal and shoes after 15 august 2015. i have given complaint to bata coustmer care.i just wore chapal and it thread came out after 2nd day ..moreover shoes create sore on foot because of its hard sole inside. i get reply from company that it will only get repair not replacement. however according to the rules of company product get replaced within 60 days after it purchased ..i want replacement of product .if not is there any guranty that i will not happen again...my bill get misplaced at home. but i get email from company regarding product repaired

I am a happy & satisfied customer with BATA products for a long period. On[protected] I purchased a pair of shoes from your outlet in Empress Mall for a special Official visit. Though my intention was to purchase a budget price pair I gone for a costly one as Your salesmen insisted me saying it’s a good leather material shoe & will not lose skin easily end min. for next 10-12 months. But the next day when first time I wear it, its skin loose giving a bad look. I was feeling a embarrassing for the full hole day & not wear it after that. Meantime As out of station I couldn’t return it to your Outlet. But on 30.08.2015 when I visited to your Outlet near to my home to buy another one. I told him this all in detail, He suggested me to report it online as he can’t help me out. So thinking that you may help me out & take a positive response I am requesting you please do the needful.It will make me happy & feel satisfied for the trust on your products.                                     My complain number is 474675, I called many times afterwords i got this mail, "Dear Customer, Greetings for the day. We thank you for being our valuable customer and appreciate your feedback. Further to the information provided by you and feedback from our store, we are happy to extend a 50% replacement for the product. Kindly follow the below procedure for replacement; 1. We will replace with the same product (article number / model) and size if available at the store. 2. If the same product (article/model) is not available in the store (due to non availability of same model, size, color etc) you can avail the replacement with any other product of equal or higher value. The difference of higher value needs to be paid by you. 3. Please note that there is no cash refund. Also, In case of replacement with a lower value item, there will be no refund of differential amount. 4. Damaged product must be submitted to Bata for replacement – mandatory. 5. THE ABOVE APPROVAL FOR 50% REPLACEMENT IS VALID TILL 25th September 2015.
