I have purchased chappals worth of rs. 999 / - on 16. 06. 2015 and paid rs. 1000 / - after a gap of two days i found that damaged chappals i have taken and i went back to the show room and asked to replace but he didnot considered my request and said used will not take back and get it repaired and i said ok repair the chappals and give me as new one because i hardly wear those only two days, when i went back to take my chappals horrible to say they just paste some gum ande gave it to me, i said i dont want those chappals, give it as fully repaired that is total sheet of foot to be repaired or else give me same model new one, but he dont accept any of both he simply saying nothing will be done more than of this, if you look the chappals it is clearly looks like those o[censored]sing for the last 6 months. My request is to please replace or got it repaired as new one because with in two of my return how can i expect a repaired one looking like 6 months old please consider my request and do the needful

      sir i ordered the bata shoes before one month. and regarding this i did complaint as much as time but the customer of bata has not been satisfying the customer. so i am very annoying to the service of bata company. so please talk to senior employee who solve my problem. i did the order from [protected]@gmail.com . Otherwise i will case against in consumer court.

        purchased shoes under shareholders discount coupon on 29.5.15 at Fort branch Recd a SMS mob [protected] 50 bonus points valid for 30 days when went to kharghar br to avail discount on 29.6.15, bonus points reduced to 8.No explanation from branch manager or the person at customer care that how 50 reduced to 8.In SMS no mention of validity as starting from purchase bill date .           Hello I am writing for order id: 12068635. I placed this order on 12 Jun from my mobile app with Coupon code: GCKSG9ACEN for pin: 411027. In Bata website it is showing that the order is shipped. After few days I enqueried with Bata customer care and they gave me the same information, then I called "Javas" and asked about the item they said item was returned on the very next day 13 Jun. Then I made one complaint with bata, Complaint no: 424399. Now today (30/06/2015) I got one call from Bata saying the order will be cancelled and I should place a new order but the coupon code will not work and I will have to pay extra Rs500/- for your mistake and there is noting bata will do. After waiting 18 days this is the service I get from Bata. I work in a private company I know about technical problem but the way Bata handled the problem is just unacceptable. You might ignore this mail but you will surely loose one trusted customer. This is not a sustainable way to treat customers. Yours not so faithfully, Samujjwal Ghosh,

            Complaint No: CRF428684 I had purchased a paid of shoes for my 7 years old nephew on 24.06.15. He wore it 2 times and it was broken in two days! The broken shoes could have also caused him serious injury. I took the shoes back to the Bata store in Bandra, Mumbai, however, they refused to give me a refund. They are only agreeing to an exchange. However, as I have explained, to the store manager and later to the customer service representative, an exchange is unacceptable since, seeing the terrible quality of footwear that bata sells, neither me nor any member from my family would be interested in owning another pair of bata shoes. After all the discussions and explaining to bata customer service and the store manager a million times, they still write back to me telling me they will be giving me an exchange. Again, I do not want an exchange; I only want my money back.

              Hi, I brought a pair of shoes on 30 march 2015 from Bata barabanki showroom, but shoes pair are damaged in just 2 days, may be 2 or 3 hours after wear it, after complaint in Bata on thier toll free Number [protected] the customer care executive give me 100% assurance to fix the issue in three days but after complete the mentioned timeline again i have contacted then but againt they are asking for more 2 days time.                   BATA STORE AT WORLD SQUARE MALL MOHAN NAGAR GHAZIABAD UP-Here the staff did not display 50% off scheme, though I had recieved sms for same few hours before.when I insisted on scheme then only they accepted that there are few products on this scheme and showed me only 5 products including one pair of shoe and 4 ladies purses. their behaviour was very sceptical and nurvous .they hijacked all the schemes and customers were not told about any schemes.

                      Dear fellow consumers, I urge you not to buy from Bata website or Mobile App. My order no.s were 12065986 and 12066032 One of them got cancelled same day with no explanation and the other order got cancelled after 10 days because of no stock. Both the payment was made online. I dont know if they initiated the refund or not but I did not get a single rupee back from Bata. Its been 18 days and 7 days respectively since my orders have been cancelled and I am yet to see my money or the goods. This has been the single most unpleasant experience I have ever had as an ecommerce customer. I made a compliant on their website (Reference No: 418376) and they dont have the courtesy to follow up to that complaint. I never usually speak ill of any company on the internet but I am utterly disgusted by Bata and I am going to make it my life's mission to see that nobody I know ever buys from Bata again! my email is [protected]@gmail.com Anybody can get in touch with me for proof

                        I purchased a sandal to my wife from Bata store mgf metropolitan mall ground floor Gurgaon date on 05/05/2015. But my wife tried that on 17/06/2015 to one hour. She got that sandal bitten her feet at four place and one side left once is falling also. When I went there that store.they said give me that I will get repaired so I don't want get repaired that because I purchased price.1699. It is not low amount and it is new.                           Dear Sir, I Mr. Sameer Singh had bought a Bata Chappal/Sleeper of 2 pairs on 14/05/2015 but both of the sleeper got torned after 15 days one of the pair was on 20% discount. So, the agency people are ready to replace one pair only not the other one. While Selling they gave guarantee on replacing the both pair, but now they are not ready to replace the other one. I’m also attaching the purchased Bill with this complaint.

                              I purchased Hush Puppies Shoes Article No.8246936 Size 1 vide Cash Memo No.1708 from your Shop No.1813 at Phase No.2, Spencer Plaza, Chennai 600002 on 17th May, 2015. Within one week o[censored]sage the shoe laces on the right leg started wearing off and the outer cover got completely peeled off in less than 3 weeks time. Today, I went to your store from where I purchased asking for replacing the original laces with new ones and the salesman (He claims to be the manager of the store) by name Mr. Mukherji refused to change the same with another pair of original laces but offered with another substitute pair instead. When I opened the pair the length was shorter than the original and I refused to accept and insisted that he should replace with original laces, he responded arrogantly stating that it is not possible and I can complain to whomever I wish and that he is not bothered. I feel such type of behaviors of your employees are highly unacceptable and would cause more harm to your brand, if left unattended. I have attached photographs of the sales person and also the shoe laces and would like you to advise the salesman to apologize for his behavior and also immediately advise the store to give me original replacement.

                                On 9th of May I purchased a footwear from BATA Patna, and in only one month upper portion is seperated, I was using bata products since a long time, and it was always satisfactory. But this time it's making me to change my mind towards any other brand coz of its quality. I haven't visited the store yet, coz I know they are not willing to help me, as my friends provided me feedback of that store. Store is located Nr. Central Mall Patna.                                     Bata poor Quality I thought i should start wearing the formals but it all gone in waste Time, Money, and Hope Poor quality shoes with false commitments it just 1 week I bought the product from bata Manimajra Chandigarh store Article no . 851-4601 Complaint id 49730 (CUSTOMER CARE) PRODUCT COST : 1499 WITHOUT DISCOUNT Fake policy of Customer Service : Once you register a complaint on customer care they will give u big Excuse that you will our team will give u a call in 3 days (From here this show hope professional they are ) 2. No revert has been give to me till now 12-june-2015 (More than 2 weeks) PURCHASE DATE : 31 MAY 2015 . As it was of on sat sun So I planed to wear on Monday on for office What I see For whole day I was unable to wear that Shoe I went to the shop keeper they say call customer care My FOOT size is 7 but still i have take for comfortable and take 8 size (42) 3.                                       I have purchased a bata show from GIP mall in noida some one and a half month back. As the shoe was having defects i had given it back to the GIP mall store of bata. They have informed that it would 2 days to repair. Now its more than a month and shoe is not repaired. One asked for, they have not returned the shoe without repair. Pathetic condition of person across the counter. He even told that the shoe will be delivered at home address, but still no one has come to deliver.

                                        Hi, I bought a pair of Hush Puppies shoes for Rs 4000/- on October 2014. After 3 months o[censored]sage the soles of both the shoes have got damaged. I regret to say this that I have not used this shoe for one year and the sole of my shoe has come out hanging. I have attached an image of the shoe.
