I have purchased Article no 818-9734 Rs. 2299/- INR shoes size UK-11 from Bata Shoe Store - Noida Sector 18 Bata's shop and for the Manufacturing problem i replaced it from 808-9748 Article INR 1999/- but in this article i faced Soul problem again so that i again complaint and change with same article. than third time in18 days i face soul problem again. and this time i take article no 808-6319 in 7th of april and This time it tear from the side . Really i totally fed up to Bata's Quality and Think about consumer form for poor quality, Now i don't want to replace and waste my time . Now i want my money back, Not want replacement it because of poor quality and wasting my time as well as money to visiting your Shop again and again more than two-three times. dear sir, i am vivek from kothrud, pune. 6 months before i had purchased a pair of maroon colour shoes from your retail outlet. Within 6 months o[censored]se i loss shoe colour from maroon to white on toe of shoe. so my shoes itself doing bad publicity of bata in my organization and in my friend circle. when i went to your retail outlet they told me arrogantly that they are not responsible for what bata sold to you. That what i got from bata in 1699RS. All i want to say suggest me solution for this and you should take strict action against your supplier.

Dear Sir/Madam I have purchased 2 shoe pair of Bata Company from flipkart.com around 6 month back however both the pair has been demolished and pasting has been opened in robust condition so please let me out of this and provide the solution as soon as fast. I purchased a product from bata showroom, Abu Lane, Meerut Cantt (UP), the product was defective so i requested the shopkeeper to refund my money. he was agressive and replied in a very bad manner. He added polythene prices in my bill, on enquiring about the same from him he said it just costs 0.75, instead he added 2.55 in my bill, also he replied back "aap to 2 rupee ke liye halla macha rahi ho". on asking my money back he was replying in a very bad manner and replied me back " aap apne paise lo aur kaam niptao". Is this the way your dealers talk to their customers.? I really wonder what type of franchise you give to such short tempered and ill mannered people who do not have any sense to talk. this is really bad on your part if no action is taken against it. I request you to take some serious action against that person or i will take some severe action against it. THANK YOU

hi, i really regret that you BATA customer service providers are so irresponsible with your duties.Even you don't feel to respond a call, then why you people are providing a contact number, please delete or mention it as not working. Coming to the point, i borrowed a bag from madinaguda, hyderabad Bata Showroom in october worth Rs2000, and within a 2 months i got a repair, so i visited to that store and mentioned that, the store person asked me to mail me to the provided email address and asked me to send photos. My husband provided, they provided a complaint no 395728 and asked us to wait, so that they will contact us soon, but till date no call, neither lifting my call i was waiting in call for 30mins while listening the Bata song, i dont know how much you people are busy while solving the customers problem. So please tell me what shall i do.Sorry to say now a days BATA dont have nor quality neither services.

I have Purchased bata shoes from Bata India Ltd., Bata Shoe Store, 53 Main Market Sarojini Nagagr New Delhi, Ph. no.[protected], The Product i purchased, become faulty withe pasting of sole after wearing 1 hour, when i visited concerned for replacement the concern store manager did misbehave with me, and told this is not manufacturing defect, i have to visit your shop numerous time, which incurs unnecessary cost. I had purchased a pair of bellies (BILL NO. 0284)from Bata in karol bagh on 3rd may 2015 before going out of station and the footwear broke on the way itself. As soon as I returned I went to the store in order to file a complaint and demand an exchange. Instead of replacing the product the staff person (Mr. Chauhan) spoke rudely and did not cooperate with us. This has been one of the worst experience for me from Bata. Its sad to say that the quality of the product has been deteriorated and the company has no responsibility towards their customers. Will not recommend Bata footwears to anyone.

i had purchased bata men shoe worth rs 1499 in aug 2014. but within 5 days there was problem of sole pasting in right hand shoe. i changed it and got another shoe. but that shoe also had same problem. its pasting had not lasted for 15 days. again i went to your shop, this time they told me that they will repair this shoe. now after 7 months this problem has occurred once again on the same shoe. sole of both the shoes are showing cracks. so what should i do now. your shoes of worth rs 1499 are not lasting even eight months. please take appropriate action and change my shoe, so that i have full faith in your brand.

I have Purchased Bata Vouchers online rs [protected]@ 4 Means Rs 2000, when i went to ur bata store, they said only one voucher can use on one shopping but in back side of voucher, it clearly mentioned that only 4 gift vouchers can be redeemed on single bill, but they refused, pls help & support... i went to ur Gwalior Showroom, Infornt of Central Park Hotel.. Hi, I have bought sandals from bata showroom, rajahmundry but it got damaged with in 15 days, I tried for replacement in Bata show room, mumbai, the manager of the store is very reluctant for replacement since the sandals were bought from different from store Please look into the issue at the earliest

I purchased a Bata power shoe article #[protected] worth rs 3499 from Bata showroon (Address Shop # 1714, Koramangala-III, Salarpuria Annexe # 351/10-5, Luskar, Hosur Road, Audgodi, Koramangala, Bangalore-560034) on 08 Feb 2015. I hardly wore it 10-15 times and the shoe started to tear from all possible corners. The mat quality used in the shoe is such low grade that I am sure it will tear completely if I'll wear it more. I purchased a top end shoe from the showroom and now looking at the show quality I am totally confused whether to wear it or frame this precious shoe. If wearing a shoe 10 times makes this condition then 20 times will surely make a difference. Is this your best quality for Make In India movement? I wouldn't have written all this information, if your customer care executives would not have assured me of a rapid resolution within 3 days. I tried to reach the store manager on 28April2015, however I waited for 30 minutes but the store manager did not bother to talk to me or look into the matter. After waiting a while I contacted the customer care on 11May2015 who took all the details and confirmed that my issue will be resolved within 3 days and I will get a call very soon. My complaint number is 401706. I have clearly told the fellow that I have to travel to my home time for some time and will not be available in Bangalore for atleast 2 months after 27May so please ensure that this issue is resolved prior to the date. After registration of my complaint I received the email acknowledgement along with my reference number (401706). I replied that email and shared the photographs of the shoe. On 14May 2015 I sent a reminder email; however I did not get any response, then I again sent a reminder email on 18May2015 but with result was the same and I did not get any response this time also. On 21May2015 I contacted the customer care again to check the status of the complaint and one executive named Mr. Williams responded me that I need to re-lodge the complaint and there is not supervisor available on the floor for higher discussion of the issue. He added that I have not provided bill detail earlier hence it might not have processed. I asked about the email id where I can send my complaint, for which he responded that I can drop an email to in-customer.[protected]@bata.com and their team will surely be replying my email within 3 days. Just to make it clear that I have sent 3 emails to this email id and never received any reply so far. I am not able to understand the working culture and inter-departmental cooperation in the organization. Today it is 21May2015 and I am writing this complaint with full disappointment and assurance that neither I nor any family member will ever wear any Bata product. I purchased a pair of shoe on 15.02.15. FROM GURGAON SEC-14. . Article - F[protected]. EAN CODE - PARTS-6012. One Right side shoe crack from upper side. During the purchasing they told me that there will be no problem for one year. this was verbal communication. and they did not provide ant written slip or warranty card. on the bill the warranty mentioned is only 60 days. but verbal they told that w are here you can come any time with in a year. on Sunday i.e. 17.05.15, I went to store and ask for the replacement, but they refused and said the warranty is for 60 days only. I think this is my mistake that I purchased a reputed company shoe and believed on there words. Now the store repaired my shoe(free of cost) but I think it would not be work for so long. Please arrange to give me replacement.
